"A stunning distillery and tasting room where most of High West’s award-wining whiskey is made, located 30 minutes from Park City."

We LOVE High West Distillery! We’ve eaten there for lunch, and did the Winter Dinner Series. Both amazing! Winter dinner series was so fun and worth the price! The welcome cocktail was unreal, food was so good and kept coming! We love how leisurely the dinner felt — it felt like such an experience! We will be back (tonight, in fact haha!).

High West Distillery is hands down one of my favorite venues to photograph weddings! The mix of rustic charm and stunning mountain views creates the most incredible backdrop for photos. Every wedding I’ve shot here has felt so unique and full of character, thanks to the cozy indoor spaces and the beautiful outdoor scenery. I especially love the little details—like the whiskey barrels and warm wood accents—that add so much personality to every shot. The staff is always welcoming and keeps everything running smoothly, which makes it a dream for both couples and vendors. If you’re looking for a venue that feels authentically Utah and absolutely gorgeous, I can’t recommend High West Distillery enough!

I went here for a tour and it was so much fun! This is a great group activity. The tour itself gets a 10/10! I definitely dont recommend staying for a bite to eat though! The food was almost comical. It felt as if the kitchen just microwaved whatever they had. This plate of corn was the “Seasonal mixed veggies” 🙃🥲 the cheese curds were the only good thing on the menu.

Google
Cal gave an incredible tour and was really knowledgeable in the workings of the distillery. We also loved our tasting and the stories Tess told about the different spirits. All in all, well worth the money and even picked up a bottle on the way out. Would recommend for folks looking for a fun activity outside of the day-to-day ski life of the area.

Google
We did a distillery tour and tasting with Dan who was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The venue and space was very nice and live the details behind the fittings. The gift shop has a good selection and very high quality merch. It was good to taste the different whiskey they produced and campfire and mid summers night dream were my fav.

Google
Very nice place. Some history items near restaurant area. Nice gift shop. The distillery tour was good. Food at the restaurant was not the best. The "pulled" chicken quesadilla wasn't made with pulled chicken. It was cut-up bits. Barely any cheese. Not the best tasting either. I wanted to send it back, but ate some of it anyway. We ate at their restaurant on Park Ave also, and food was similar quality. If I went back to this place, I would not eat there. Just disappointing food.

Summer Brunch sitting outside in June is perfection. Great experience, good food, and of course a great cocktail. The smoked ham, smoked filet were both outstanding. The breakfast sausage and bacon was some of the very best I have ever had. If I had any requests for improvement, it would be for the brunch buffet to have a little more variety of selections, but that said the food was really good. Be sure to try a couple of the desserts, YUM! Great afternoon!

Google
A wonderful way to be a tourist in your own town and learn about some recent Utah history. The tour was very engaging, well paced, and fun for all. The meals are spectacular and cocktails are top notch. Blue Sky is a stunning property. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting. The Duck Pot Pie was worth the trip, if nothing else.

Whitney R.

Yelp
When you arrive at the distillery you are greeted at the bottom gate. They have a very nice waiting area for the shuttle that will take you up to the distillery. The tour with Dan, was amazing! So knowledgeable about their process. A great story. I learned so much about the history of Utah. At the end of the tour your are in the tasting room with several different whiskeys. I loved the entire day spending it on the amazing property. Beautiful views of the valley.

Fred S.

Yelp
First off, the tour, Dan, was amazing! So knowledgeable about their process. A great story. Worth every dollar. Now for lunch. Food was average at best but the service, including management, was horrendous. Did not catch her name, the manager, wish I did. Quite obviously they did not want to be there. Everyone's drinks ran dry before he ever came back around to check on us. We asked for the bill to be split, after him telling us he could split it up to six ways, and then tells us "oh I can't split the bill. It will take too long." He did figure out how to get it split and then double charged us on half of the items we ordered. He said "I thought I took those off" with attitude. When we spoke to the manager she said, "did he get it fixed" and yes he did for her to respond "oh well" and walked away. Quite a bad look in front of quite a few people in the lobby area. Go for the tour not the food!

Cindy C.

Yelp
We loved the tour! Our tour guide was super knowledgeable (go Tess!). We've seen High West in CO but always walked by it and when the midnight dram comes out, it flys off the shelves. We were excited to do the exclusive tasting and glad we did. We purchased a bottle of bottle of the noble share. Highly recommend! Shout to the bartender Armando who made us a double eye old fashion, even though they were closed. I'm not a rye fan but that was the best old fashion we've ever had!

Shannon L.

Yelp
Beautiful drive up to the distillery and restaurant. The highlight was actually our bus driver from the parking lot to the distillery where he gave us a quick background on the distillery and the ranch . Unfortunately we did not plan ahead enough and book a tour, that's ok. Got to check out the giftshop and the restaurant. We already ate so didn't need the brunch buffet. A dram and cocktail worked great and enjoyed rhe nice weather and rustling of the leaves in the wind. Very relaxing.

Yelp
Review: 4.2/5 Stars Ambiance and Atmosphere: 4/5 High West Distillery has a cool old west, rustic, cowboy bar vibe with unique decor like mason jar lighting, a giant paella pan, and interesting signage. The dim lighting adds to the atmosphere. I imagine the mason jar accent wall looks amazing at night. There was little noise during our visit as there wasn't too many there, but thanks to high ceilings and decorated walls, I cannot imagine it getting overly loud even when full capacity. However, the bar stools were tight and heavy, making bar seating less comfortable, especially for larger individuals. Table seating was OK, but not overly comfortable. Service: 5/5 The hosts were welcoming, and our server was really friendly and knowledgeable about the specialty cocktails. She was timely and gave great recommendations on drinks without being pushy. Food and Drinks: 4/5 We only stopped in for drinks, but the prices were pretty reasonable considering the touristy area. Cleanliness: 3/5 The place was clean, but don't expect it to be spotless--it's got a rustic feel. The glasses, tables, and chairs were all clean and well-maintained. Accessibility and Location: 4/5 Parking seemed mostly street-based, though we walked from nearby. It's not on main street but easy to spot with its matching old west exterior. Overall Experience: If you're in Park City, UT, this spot is a must-visit for that rustic, mountain town vibe. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, especially if you prefer more modern places, but we enjoyed it enough to want to come back and maybe try some food next time.

Jeff H.

Yelp
Exceptional. No other word would really suffice. It's apex mountain of what an experience should be. Great staff, ambiance and vibes. Phenomenal bourbon goes without saying, but worth noting that if you're going to drink their offerings, why not do it on-site? This is a destination worthy trip, bar none.

Ashley A.

Yelp
We waited in the cold for our reservation for what we thought was our tasting I scheduled, but it was their other location, sadly. We were so bummed and the hostesses made it worse. Instead of being kind and helpful they were dismissive and inhospitable. They didn't try to help, the just said it was not that location and took the couple in line behind us with no further explanation. We decided we would try a drink regardless in hopes to warm up which is the only reason I gave this place any stars. The drinks were pretty good and we were able to see the inside, which was pretty, but the wait was too long, so we left.

Yelp
High West Distillery is an engaging way to spend a day if you're in SLC or Park City. Hidden in the hills of Wanship, the distillery shuttles you up to the restaurant and your. The shuttle ride is fun and the person driving is charismatic. The tour is a blast! It's interactive because you can smell the different ingredients that go into whiskey throughout the whole process. The whiskey ambassadors are knowledgeable, fun, and thorough. If you take the tour with Tom, he will be able to answer any question and he's super fun! If you purchase the whiskey tasking after the tour, you will have a blast and be able to taste almost any High West's whiskeys--even the ones that are out of season and some of the discontinued lines. The restaurant is large and inviting. The food is wonderful, and everything tastes as though it's infused with whiskey. (Yes, the restaurant is kid-friendly.) The French fries are flavorful and crispy. The wings were the best I've ever had and the peach BBQ sauce is my favorite BBQ sauce now. The pesto chicken sandwich was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The salad had an orange vinaigrette added the perfect mixture of sweet and acidic flavoring. My boyfriend got the brisket roll and said it amazing. The bread was thick, and the meat was perfectly cooked. The onion aioli was his favorite flavor on the sandwich. The restaurant service was fast, competent, and quality. Our server, Sterling, was outstanding. I had so much fun that I am planning on reserving a tour for my parents' anniversary!

Yelp
When in Utah and in Park City you must visit the High West Distillery. It's around 30-40 minutes from Park City. You need a rental car. Upon arrival you need to make sure to make a reservation beforehand. Reservations are for the restaurant or the tour of the whiskey barn. The tour lasts around 30 minutes and cost is $10. After the tour they take you to a room for whiskey flights and tasting. They have various prizes. They also have a souvenir shop. The views are nice. Worth going to learn about the process of whiskey making and the history of this product in Utah.

Tommy P.

Yelp
The entire space is warm, cozy and beautiful. This place is nestled in a great mountain area. The snow made outdoor pics so awesome. We made a reservation for lunch and the process was smooth as silk. We were welcomed with smiling faces and sat at a table with a great view. We started with a few apps which were the chicken wings and the trout dip. Both of those were so good, all the flavors hitting just right. We then had some bison tacos which were hearty and rich. As far as drinks, we chose a few cocktails. They have a great selection, my fav being the "Paper Plane". If you're in the Park City area I highly suggest making this spot part of your fun. A shout out to our server Tess, spot on 5 stars for her level of service.

Yelp
Had lunch at the distillery. Loved that we got to taste whiskeys during lunch as well. Absolutely loved the Prisoner's Share and the Mid Winter Night's Dream. Both were Flavorful and Smooth. The Prisioner's was great neat but add a couple of drops of water and it completely transformed into something so unbelievable and tasty. Had to pick up a bottle to take home. We ordered the tacos and the chicken sandwich, as well as the five bean chili. Everything was very delicious, high-quality and felt like you were being treated to a special homemade meal. The five bean chili was tomatillo based and unlike anything else in the chili realm that either my husband or myself had tried before. This was the highlight of the meal. I even tried to replicate it when I came home The scenic views at the distillery were awesome. Please not that directions in maps are to a parking lot where you must park and take the provided shuttle up the hill to the distillery. So plan on giving yourself another 10 to 15 minutes when trying to make a reservation. The shuttle driver was very cool and provided lots of historical information on the way up. Really nice guy (Joe). Be sure to take some cash to tip him for his services.

Ashley A.

Yelp
AMAZING guided tour experience. From Mr. Bill the shuttle driver to our amazing tour guide Butters - an all around informative, entertaining and delicious distillery tour. My only gripe is that the restaurant closes at 3PM so there's no time to eat after the 1:30 pm tour time.

Michael C. W.

Yelp
Amazing! 10 out of 10 Greeted at the gate with a friendly face and good information. Easy parking and a shuttle up to the distillery.(bathrooms at the shuttle stop with a lounge) Great seating on the deck with our dog. The service was speedy and friendly. The drink menu looked so good we had the waiter pick our second drinks. The food was a wonderful surprise too. Id say UP-scale bar food. Treated ourselves with a sample of the Bourbon and Campfire....then bought the bottles. Yard games to boot. It's a must stop.

Yelp

Their commitment to blending tradition with innovation is evident in every aspect, from their smooth and balanced bourbons to their unique and flavorful rye whiskies. Plus, with its inviting atmosphere and cozy ambiance, it's the perfect place to gather with groups of friends for a fun and memorable evening.

Yelp
By far my favorite place to go in the park city area (ish)! I got engaged here, have had brunch here, had lunch numerous times and continue coming back. The service is AMAZING, the food is AMAZING, the views are AMAZING, and they have some great goodies in the store! The refectory burger is to die for. The Mac and cheese (with brisket) will put you in food coma because it is so delicious. The charcuterie board always has amazing selections on it. My family loves the bison patty melt. The cheese curds are fantastic as well. Their drink selection is always amazing and they are always so good. The brunch has great selections and is buffet style. We had a great time celebrating and the servers are always so happy and love being able to celebrate with you. When taking the bus ride up, Mr Bill gives GREAT history of the area and tells you what you need to know!

Holly L.

Yelp
High west is a fun location to check out. Everyone there was so welcoming and well informed. I signed up for the Vault tour, which includes one cocktail in a small private room called the vault and the option to add on any flights or tastings. The tour was informative but the opportunity to taste the product was the best. I wish I had the chance to eat there, but the hours are limited. If you come, make sure that you arrive early as you have to take a shuttle from the base of the resort to the distillery.

Corrine Y.

Yelp
The place is beautiful. The atmosphere. The buildings. Everything. The food at the restaurant was great. Fantastic cocktails. Although steep at $18. But worth it. The tour was very good. I was put off that tastings were not included in the tour. I've been on many distillery tours and that's new. Everything is a bit more expensive in Utah. The whiskey is very good. I recommend the Double Rye or Campfire. You must take a shuttle up to the distillery building and back. The wait takes quite a long time.

Karen B.

Yelp
Been up to High West twice for drinks and some light fare and each time has been great. The cocktails have always been outstanding. I recently tried the White Sands and it is the perfect summer libation. Light and refreshing with a kick. We tried their dessert options yesterday and were not disappointed. The blueberry cake was delicious the doughnut option stole the show (there was no time for a photo op- it was devoured). We were served two Krispy Kreme doughnuts with ice cream and cinnamon/sugar- it was decadent. Not only are the food and drink great, the atmosphere, service, and views are solid. They also allow children, which is an important side note, cause Utah.

Allison D.

Yelp
Beautiful place. Really enjoyed the tour that cost just $10 per person. Tour ends in tasting room where you can purchase samples to try. We will definitely be back when it's warmer out.

Mindi W.

Yelp
It was quite busy when we went for lunch. Our server, Sterling, was awesome. He provided A1 hospitality to us and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Bison Patty Melt. The bread was delicious as well as the juicy meat. My two companions enjoyed theirs as well. One had the Quinoa salad and the other the Shrimp and Grits. It was a beautiful fall day and the setting couldn't have been better.I look forward to returning soon!

Shreya P.

Yelp
Had a great time at the $30 distillery tour - allowed us to taste a lot of the rare whiskeys and definitely book in advance. Loved how the tasting included most midwinters and basically the whole collection of high west. Also tried the food - the chili was great and the toffee drink was very very good. The burger and veg bowl were ok! Loved the visit overall!

Skylar E.

Yelp
Went to Park City for a guys trip. Had the best tour guide while at the distillery. Highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat after your tour. Glad I tried the whiskey tasting & chocolate pairing. Popcorn was really good also. Thank you for making it a great experience High West.

Amanda V.

Yelp
Dan was an amazing tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and added humor in several places! He took the time to answer our questions and was patient while we took pictures. Wonderful tour; highly recommend! MUST DO!!!

Everett T.

Yelp
Just phenomenal on every level. A distillery just off the slopes holds some of the best food, and certainly the best drinks in Park City. High West is situated in what appears to be an old ski lodge, which has been converted to a functional distillery. We rolled up on a random Friday afternoon and the wait was substantial. However if you're nice, and if there's enough room, you can talk your way into the bar (AKA the "saloon") and wait there instead. Given the location, I was pleasantly surprised to see that most cocktails were only $16. While that's not inexpensive, the Eagles Nest and Capen & Goodrich were two of the best cocktails we've ever had, period. We managed to guzzle down two a piece while we waited! Was the wait that long, or was the booze that good? Maybe a little of both. We would have gone for round three but we got called to our table. Since we dropped in here on a whim, and it was already late afternoon, we resisted our base instincts and snacked light. We ended up ordering the onion soup and the poutine, both were packed with flavor. Only after leaving did we realize how much salt was in each dish, as we spent the rest of the day guzzling water (no, we didn't go skiing). Next ski holiday, we're absolutely revisiting High West to try more cocktails and explore the entree menu further

Carol Z.

Yelp
We had Sunday brunch at High West. Our family was greeted pleasantly and seated quickly. The choices of food on the buffet were plentiful and delicious. There was something for everyone. We were there with two children who were equally delighted with the food choices. The Bloody Mary was also exceptional. The views were breathtaking. We also enjoyed the "guided tour" on the shuttle. The driver was an old timer and quite a character. I would highly recommend The High West.

Elle M.

Yelp
We splurged for the 21+ Vault tour and we were not disappointed, except that we fell in love with more than a few varieties of High West that were no longer available for purchase. We scored a bottle of Mid Winter's Night Dram Encore to take home though, so we didn't leave totally heart broken. Wonderful tour and guide. Looking forward to coming back in the summer for dinner on the deck.

Craig H.

Yelp
Our distillery tour was sort of ho-hum. Not a lot to see and not a well trained guide. ("We remove the bungs before rolling the casks into position" -- sorry, that would drain the barrel if you did that.) Surprised the tasting cost money, but we tried the Midsummer Night's Dram because they are so hard to get. Better was our lunch in the restaurant at the distillery. Top notch cocktails and great food! We'd drive back up there from SLC just for the meal!

Brian E.

Yelp
Nice spot for outdoor casual drinks. This is a bourbon focused bar, and I'm. It much of a bourbon fan but there were other suitable optionss available

Adriana R.

Yelp
Came to Park City for a night out with friends and I'm so glad we did! The whiskeys here tasted delicious and the atmosphere was fitting for an old mining town. You're able to buy the whiskeys if you like them. I ended up ordering the Elk & Bison Bolognese and I fell in love with it! The food is beyond amazing and I don't think you can go wrong with anything. The service is fast and everybody was super friendly. Can't recommend this place enough.

Shelley B.

Yelp
The food and service was great. I recommend taking the drive to visit and take the tour.

Dawn M.

Yelp
Our tour guide Dan was great, very knowledgeable and entertaining. Would definitely recommend the tour. Now for lunch, don't do it.....food and service were horrible and overpriced. Our table was surrounded flies and other critters. Chicken quesadilla had very little chicken and was soggy. Chicken sandwich was soggy and fries were cold. Sad because they have a captive audience with the tours and the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Would give restaurant one and tour five stars.

DeAnna G.

Yelp
Absolutely beautiful property! It's less than 30 minutes from Park City, but give yourself an hour with parking and the shuttle. The shuttle driver, Mr.Bill, gives a great tour up the mountain and back. The parking lots have very limited seating while waiting for the shuttle (both directions) and no cover at the top. Views are amazing and they have a great menu. I ordered the Refectory salad with goat cheese, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and jicama. Absolutely delicious!!! My son had the refectory burger with rosemary and salt fries (addicting). The whiskey onion jam is amazing! We shared the Mac and cheese with brisket. It had a hint of chipotle and was good, but I wouldn't order it again. It was fairly busy and our server didn't check in us without having to flag him down. Nice guy, just not attentive, especially with refills or clearing plates. There's plenty of history on the walls of the restaurant and the walk on the backside of the building is beautiful. There's even a horseshoe pit! Great place, for something to do out of town.

Daniel H.

Yelp
It was a long drive to get there, but worth it had a very nice tour had a great tasting experience, and the guide was very friendly and helpful all along the way, even learned a few things, they sell some special additions. You can only get at the distillery, if I lived in Salt Lake City, I would spend more time here.

Missy G.

Yelp
What an organization! Met friends for brunch and did not know what to expect. Clean. Beautiful. Delicious food. Lots of healthy options too. Views are amazing. Quite the experience. We will be back!

Ellen C.

Yelp
About a 30 minute drive from Park City. Make sure to give yourself some extra time if you book the distillery tour since you have to park at the bottom and wait for a shuttle bus to bring bring your up to the top. We bookend the distillery tour through open table for 12pm. Got there at right at 11:52am and the shuttle bus came a couple minutes later. There is a lounge where you can what for the back shuttle bus. Mr Bill the driver will give you some background information as he's driving you up. The white van is for employees only. This was so much fun! I highly recommend this tour. It's free. You just need to book ahead of time. The tour is every hour. Some guest asked if they could join the tour and it wasn't a problem at all since some people didn't show up. Our tour guide Dan was awesome. Very informative. Love taking tours with wonderful guides. He took us to the distillery building and explained the whole process of how whiskey/bourbon is made. All very interesting. You will have to come and visit to find the secrets. Wink wink. After the tour, we had a tasting. I wasn't sure how it worked. I just ordered 5 different ones to try. Some of them were specials. The total ended up being $35 for the tasting plus tip. Still fun. Austin was also very informative about anything you needed to know about whiskey or local venues. After that we had a wonderful lunch. Did not disappoint. Ordered the trout. Drinks were so good too. Loved the drink Austin recommended-rolling fog. Passion fruit with gin. The drink was beautiful. Came out with a dome. If you are not skiing, come visit this place.

Scott L.

Yelp
I had been here once previously after shooting at the Blue Sky Lodge clay shooting range and the service and food at that time was top tier. I took family from out of town on 7/6/2024 for a casual lunch. Atmosphere was outstanding, yet service and food was ok-acceptable, but definitely underwhelming for a "destination" food stop. It was fairly busy, but our server was lost/gone for far too long while trying to order appetizers and main courses and the fact that we sat with empty water and cocktail glasses for over an hour was frustrating. Most of the entrees were well received, but nothing you couldn't get at a corner bar. Will be back, but expectations are low.

Nina B.

Yelp
Would not recommend for food, but if you like whiskey, it's great! The food was dry and bland.

Emma A.

Yelp
This place is amazing!!! Food was beyond excellent. We came for a tour, tasting and lunch. So worth the trip. The tour was very well done. The facility was amazing! Our tour guide, Austin, was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The tasting was fun! Lunch was AMAZING. Best salad I've ever had. See my photos!!!

Hosanna V.

Yelp
Wow wow wow. I didn't even know this place existed. The food was amazing! You have to take the tour. So interesting and the guide was very knowledgeable. Such a great atmosphere to be in. Only negative the help in the gift shop I felt I was bothering them. Servers in the restaurant made up for it RM hour.

Rosemary S.

Yelp
High west holds the honor of being the only liquor tasting permitted in Utah. Considering the passion of the staff, the ambiance, and the quality of the experience, they truly deserve that designation. First we went to the tasting room, where we learned so much from our bartender/staff. He got feedback on which whiskeys we liked and based on preferences gave us a list of recommended labels to try when we got home. Next we moved to the dining room for lunch, where the food and drink menu allowed us to pair their whiskeys with some delicious local dishes. The best part of the experience was probably the location. The building is designed to showcase the gorgeous and quintessential Utah landscape with many giant glass windows and interior decor that you'll want to replicate in your own home. On the way up to the distillery you'll pass through a wildlife reserve full of elk, horses, and deer. If you're in the park city area, make stopping by High West a priority.

Jasmine S.

Yelp
Great good and tastings, but definitely pricey. Make sure you call and get the exact address, our map took us to a random dirt road that is only accessible to 4x4s. Luckily we saw the sign before we went up the road too far and called and got the correct address. The staff are very friendly and Bill the shuttle driver is very funny.

Al R.

Yelp
Really enjoyed dinner here. Tried a flight of their whiskey and really liked them. Had a few of their creative cocktails, dinner and dessert. The banana pudding was a flop, but everything else was delicious. Had the schnitzel and tried the trout. Both good, but trout was the standout. Will gonback next time I'm there. Wish they took reservations, but their system of texting when your table is ready isn't too bad since there are plenty of shops to visit and other bars where you can grab a drink while you wait.

Larry B.

Yelp
The hostess asked if we wanted a table inside and we said yes. She sat us at a table in the doorway and the cold wind and rain came in. When our waiter finally came by we ordered drinks that were horrible. The food was all cold. All looked pretty but cold. Our waiter did nothing but talk to his friends and other tables, and three times we asked for a check and were ignored. Two people, horrible drinks and bad service does not equal $151.00.

Michael J.

Yelp
So glad we decided to come out here during our weekend trip to Salt Lake City. The Distillery & Refectory is tucked away into the mountains with amazing views. Mr Bill was a great tour guide for the 5 min bus ride up from where you park. The whiskey tasting was a huge treat and their food was great too. We were here for brunch time, did the Hash and it was top notch. The entire restaurant has fun history on the walls to take a look at with a solid gift shop as well. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend getting a reservation for the restaurant and a tour if they are offering it at the time.

Misha T.

Yelp
This review is for the tour which is great. You learn a lot, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, and then you get to go to the tasting room and maybe try some rare (though expensive) stuff. Reservation slots fill up quick so plan ahead.

B C.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Just be aware the brunch is $55 a person. We didn't have menus and when we looked online we saw an actual brunch menu, but that may be for the park city location. The view, is beautiful. You cannot beat it! Overall a must try for sure.

Jenny W.

Yelp
We just visited the distillery for their Wednesday night Supper Club. While driving in the snow was intense, the food was amazing. We loved the biscuits and trout. Portions were also very generous. The dessert was delicious and everything paired well with the whiskey cocktails.

Yelp
Really good drinks! I drank many old fashions and each one was made really great! The bartenders (when not overwhelmed) are able to recommend drinks on the menu based on taste profile. The trout bisque was also really great! Definitely a lot of big chunks of trout in there!
