I was so excited to purchase from this vendor. I'm really disappointed at their customer service and appaled at the audacity of their worker. Highlight has a very poor communication style. They were also very disorganized and had workers dangerously moving boxes while my team and I were trying to shop. It was hard to get to the clothes to view. There were boxes everywhere and it was very congested. It made the shopping experience lackluster. I went in the store to purchase 2 specific items. 1 was not in stock so I would need it to be shipped. I purchased the 1 item that was in stock and left my info for the other item to be shipped later. I get a message 2 days later that the item I need was in stock. I replied great. She asks what else she can add to my order because I would need to purchase $150 in order to have the items shipped. I told her that wasn't explained when I made the purchase 2 days ago. I asked if my purchase count towards my minimum. Which would put me over the minimum needed. She said "No Ma'am!" It's company policy. Then she called me, and wouldn't allow me speak. Said that she didn't understand the problem and that clearly I didn't understand the company's policy. Since the "company's policy" WAS NOT explained, displayed or even mentioned when I was inside the store how could I understand it? Charlie was rude and condescending towards me on the phone. I really felt like she was trying to strongarm me into purchasing more items. I could not in good conscious reccomend this vendor to any boutiques. I will not be using them again!
