Our apartment was absolutely beautiful! For a family of 4 it offered way more space and convenience than a hotel room would have, for significantly less money. The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and designed and the area felt very safe. I hope to have the privilege of staying again there in the future.

Cozy 2-bedroom apartment. Very clean. Lovely location near the Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries. Easy access to Saint Germain, Galeries Lafayette, Madeleine. 20 min walk to Champs Elysees. Many breakfast/ lunch/ dinner restaurants, Monoprix Supermarket nearby. Mandarin Hotel, Dior and other high end shops just steps way so we sort of had free daytime security guards on the street. We love having the washing machine/ dryer, freezer/ fridge, full kitchen, powder room, airconditioning in the entire apartment; with small elevator and specially the daily cleaning. They provided everything we could need, even the laundry detergent for the number of days of our stay, Service superb. Highstay is an excellent choice for Paris. Very responsive team before, during, and even after our stay. I had an incoming package delivery that they very kindly received and promptly delivered (and checked if everything was ok). I’m impressed 🌸

We stayed at the FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT I, it was perfect. The apartment was in mint condition and beautiful. The building, access to the building, and access to the apartment made us feel very safe. The incredible apartment and even greater service with 24/7 concierge made our trip very special. We will be back next year, and many times more, and stay at a HighStay property!

The apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable and safe, even though one of the front doors stopped working a few hours after our arrival on the first day. One aspect we weren’t happy about was the cleaning service per day. On the first day of our stay, they came around 11am which wasn’t suitable for us since we had to work and on the second day the service came by at 5pm, which was too late since we were back in the apartment. In the future, it would’ve been nice to receive a text beforehand or pre confirm a time for the cleaning, as this was not communicated to us. Another minus is that there is only one WC in the whole apartment, and it's not en-suite to either bedroom.

Magnificent stay! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located. The team was professional and always reachable - everything felt effortless from start to finish. A true 5-star Paris experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We recommend that you not deposit funds with this real estate agency to rent an apartment in Paris. We made a refundable deposit earlier this year. When our plans changed, we notified the agency on August 1 and requested return of our money. Highstay acknowledged that the money was refundable but would not say when it would be wired to us. When we pressed several times we were finally told that we would receive our money by the end of the month. That promise was not honored. We have been since told on several occasions that the money had been or would be wired by a certain date. As of October 8, we have not been paid. Be warned.

I did not stay at the property... and I did not receive a partial refund for the stay! The service was very poor, and my problem was not addressed! The conversation revolved around what was written on the website without any regard for the communication that had taken place between us. Append reply / We contacted you via WhatsApp, and the response was that a manager would be notified of the request immediately.. Upon arrival, the response was that this is not possible! It was not explained in advance and this is not good! All your talk revolves around the site without paying attention to the conversation!! Do employees not know the policy or what?

We had an incredible stay at Highstay Apartments in Paris! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the apartment itself was beautifully designed—modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the plush linens to the fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect—central, yet quiet—making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The staff was responsive and very helpful, always available if we had questions or needed recommendations. This was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever had, and we’ll absolutely be booking with Highstay again for our next visit. Highly recommended!
