Hillbilly Cider Shed

Had a lovely time here, Ciders are delicious, tried the Paddle Boards, and the Vintage Cider. Bought two bottles of Red wine, future gift for SIL. Wood-fire Pizzas are very tasty. All the Staff were very helpful, and friendly. Echo the dog is a 🌟 Very highly recommend a visit-will definitely be returning.

Hillbilly cider shed conveniently located along the bells line of road in bilpin NSW, about 1.5 hours drive from Sydney. Offering an impressive range of in house brewed ciders, and wines. Along with takeaway options such as bottles , 4 packs, growlers and more, merch is also available. Sit back and relax in the beer garden on the picnic takes soaking up the ambience of this beauty of a cider shed, while enjoying one or more of the delious wood fire pizzas. Hillbilly has an industrial timber barn vibe with cool shed decor. Fairly priced Onsite amenities. Pizzas were great. With me, I had a pastry chef from a fine dining restaurant in the CBD, she really enjoyed the apple crumble calzone, her only suggestion was a touch of salt to really enhance the flavours. They didnt have sharing plates but did provide us with an empty tray for sharing -- if it was busy I don't know how this would work though. Apple juice was great too. We were a bit unsure about the Teepee though as it appears like cultural appropriation but not sure about this. Overall a good experiencr

Located at Cnr Johnsons Road, 2230 Bells Line of Road, Bilpin, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 This was a fantastic place to come if you love your Cider. There’s a pretty good range of flavours and you can purchase in bulk or just individually. Besides this, you can enjoy wood fired pizza 🍕. We came in quite a large group and the staff were amazing. So welcoming and helpful. For $10.00, you can do a tasting which helps when it comes to selecting which flavour to purchase. There’s plenty of seating and tables either indoor or outside. There’s plenty of parking 🅿️ and good toilet 🚻 facilities. It’s designed in a very rustic style, I loved it. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Thumbs up!! 👍👍

The menu is simple, with woodfired pizzas as the only option, but they’re done well—crisp bases, quality toppings, and just the right amount of char. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, with plenty of outdoor seating and a steady buzz of visitors. It gets busy, especially on weekends, so booking ahead is a good idea.

Came by after our visit to Katoomba and the Blue Mountains, and we were so glad we found this! $20 for each tasting flight of 4 ciders/wines, and we got to try 8 of them. Many of them were creatively brewed and unique, and we sat there for over an hour enjoying them. They also sell their ciders in big and small bottles, for those who want to bring them home.

Really nice place! Tried the cider and it was refreshing. The pizza was also really good, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Great spot to stop by in Bilpin!
