My love and I enjoyed our stay in a quaint little cottage. We saved money by giving up some convenience. The bed butted up against the wall. This meant one of us had to scooch down the bed in order not to wake the other one up in the middle of the night. The cottages are conveniently located close to many places to eat in town. It was also a straight shot out to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. And the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Excellent option for staying in a beautiful town near the Yellowstone. Has a gorgeous view of Mountains and the river is just 1 minute walk away. Plus, you can see Elks in your yard in the evening time :)

Quiet, clean, lovely staff. Perfect place to sleep after hiking all day in the park. The owners are particularly awesome and helpful. My daughter locked her keys in her car one night around 8pm and had to check in to work at the park for the summer the next morning. We couldn’t find a locksmith in Gardiner — so we rang the office bell. Rebecca, one of the owners, was so helpful. She called multiple people she knew, trying to get someone to help. Eventually she reached a friend who worked for a tow company and had a door opening kit. They truly saved the day!! Thanks. We would definitely stay again.

Very very cute little cottages. It was exactly what we were looking for, small, little bells and whistles, and right on the edge of the park. The cottages were very clean and room service came to tidy and replace the linens daily, which was much appreciated after a long day in the park. The location can’t be beat, walkable to almost the entirety of town and 2 minutes from the gate. Lots of wildlife to look out for too! The staff was also very nice. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a small, quiet place to visit Yellowstone!

Great location. Very clean. Working AC, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Hot water takes a while and shower is very small but these are minor things. Took off a star due to multiple spiders in the cottage.

We loved it! Amazing location, very clean, charming and quiet. Slept great. The staff were very kind - we had forgotten an item post checkout and they went above and beyond to return it to us! Strongly recommend.

The property was delightful, and the front desk staff provided exceptional service. The atmosphere was peaceful, with courteous guests, and the blooming lilac bushes between the cottages created a pleasant fragrance.

I do not know why everyone is raving on this property. My bed is not comfortable very old and springy.. The pillows are lumpy. I found a black curly hair and a finger nail clipping in the sheets. Parking is on a gravel hill motorcycles beware

Yelp
Owner is 3rd generation and very friendly, dish TV for those needed downtime in between visiting the park or roaming around the town. Fridge is good sized and freezer holds a full bag of ice and room for other things like frozen water bottles. Full sized coffee pot , super cute and roomy. Plenty of parking in front of your cabin to help with loading and unloading the car.

Yelp
I can't think of a better place to spend a sick day on a road trip that got as far as Gardiner, MT. The cottage is sweet. It's clean, well kept and quiet. It would be within walking distance of a good breakfast place and the Market, too, if I hadn't gotten sick. The woman who checked me in at the office was kind-hearted and another young man was patient with me when I couldn't return the TV to normal after not having read the perfectly clear instructions they provide about operation of the remote control in the perfectly obvious notebook. The pillows are wonderful and I'm feeling like I'm on the mend, but I really do just want to get home now.

Yelp
Stay in a family owned resort than a cookie cutter hotel at higher prices. Quiet, & clean. So nice to have an individual house (cottage) Walk to dinner & shopping. Easy access to Yellowstone.

Yelp
Charming, ultra-clean, well-lit, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. Excellent location, about a mile from Yellowstone NP north entrance. We booked last-minute for Aug 8 and paid $102 for a one-bedroom with a queen and two singles, which was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids). Kitchenware is available (we didn't ask for it since we were only staying one night). The next morning, someone was weeding the little garden in front of a cottage - this just shows how much TLC these cottages get from the proprietors/caretakers. We would definitely come back here next time and stay a few days.

Yelp
Such a nice stay before heading into Yellowstone. Cottages are clean and well-kept. A bit cramped, maybe. The staff was very friendly. Privacy and quiet was much appreciated.

Yelp
Perfect with everything we needed. Coffee, kitchenette, pots, pans, dishes upon request. Great location in town, can walk everywhere with beautiful views!

Yelp
Good for the location and price. We visited in August, and I did try to get a room in Mammoth Hot Springs, but all in my price range range were already taken, so I found Hillcrest Cottages instead. Its really close to the park entrance, and there was a gas station with mini-mart just across the street which came in handy, since we just missed the grocery store the night we came in and needed top up ice for our cooler. We did get a Ziploc bag of ice from the front desk when we checked in (upon request), but that was only enough for me to drink, with nothing left for our cooler--I do like my ice water!! We got a Queen room and it was TINY and I wish there were more hooks in the bathroom, but it was very similar to our Old Faithful cabin in Yellowstone, with the added luxury of a small microwave and tv. Ask for directions to the river hot springs in the park--its pretty neat!

Yelp
Really cool little cottages to stay in. Reasonably priced and very comfy.

Yelp
Best if you like budget hotels. Considering ynp and other hotels in the area this is a good bargain. Has microwave, mini fridge. If you dont want 120-140 dollar cottages inside YNP, its a good option.

Yelp
50s style tiny, and I mean tiny, cabins a few blocks from the main street in Gardiner. Fine if all you want is an inexpensive place to stay, but the place lacks in many things. Mostly clean, though they didn't come to clean the second day we were there, and there was a small dead bug on the bathroom sink that never got wiped away. But the main problem is room size. If you are two people, each with a decent sized suitcase, you will find that there is nowhere to put a second suitcase. No dresser. A tiny wire rack with only three plastic hangers for hanging things. One itty bitty shelf in the bathroom. The bed is up against the wall on one side, so the person on that side of the bed has to crawl over the other to get to the bathroom. The place would work for one person but is pretty challenging for two.
