Room was ok, but sheets were stained, and bathroom shower didn't drain very well, but 1 star due to the treatment I received.
The place advertises free Wi-Fi, but I wasn't told at reception that I need to get a ticket from them, that can only be done at reception, which closes at 9. So when I came back, no WiFi, and no way of getting the ticket. Their portal let you pay for an account, which I did since I needed internet access. In the morning I asked for a reimbursement and was told that they don't have responsibility for this, I should have asked at checkin if I wanted WiFi and even imparted judgement over how I spend my time, which is unacceptable from a hospitality professional.
