Hillocks Hotel & Spa, Siem Reap

Wonderful experience. Modern-style hotel just outside the city center. The rooms are truly spacious, equipped with every comfort—absolutely stunning. The pool is large and incredibly relaxing. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help. (Special thanks to Sammy at the reception.) I hope to come back

The staff at this hotel were kind and very helpful, preparing a breakfast to go when we left early or allowing late check out without an extra fee. We also appreciated the good coffee at breakfast. However, the hotel’s condition doesn’t meet five-star standards; it’s more of a three-star experience. The furniture is dated. The jacuzzi on our terrace wasn’t cleaned. The breakfast was basic. The pool lacked shade, making it unusable during midday (not enough umbrellas). The location is also not ideal for walking, with stray dogs and limited street lighting in the evening. The spa is overpriced, with basic massages at $41, compared to $5-6 in the city. While the staff’s service was excellent, the facilities, pricing, and location need improvement to meet five-star expectations.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. The hospitality is outstanding, making you feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!!

Even though I came to Cambodia for work, I can say this is a place for relaxation! The accommodation is shady, quiet, and has complete facilities. The room is spacious, comfortable to sleep, and very private. I like the large bathtub, so I can soak in hot water and relax. The breakfast is a buffet, delicious and has a variety of choices. The staff is very helpful and gives good advice. The accommodation is not far from Old Street Market & Pub Street, so it is very easy to walk around, find food, and buy souvenirs at the same time. If I have a chance, I will come back to stay here again!

We had a fantastic experience. Great service and very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The cocktails at the pool are highly recommended. If you’re looking for a quiet place near the centre of Siem Riep this is the place to be!

Nice and clean room, big pool and bar to relax in the evening. Friendly and humble staff. Would definitely recommend to others. Breakfast is very good with fresh fruits. Front desk helpful is booking can and guiding the tours. Helpful staff and yummy food

The property is really clean and exactly like on the photos, no bad surprises. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, always there to help you however they can for every single question and request. We extremely appreciated the help Sammy gave us, always smiling, she took great care of us from an extremely early check-in to a really late check-out. The massage was also an amazing moment. The lady at the spa is extremely expert and genuinely nice allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the massage.

Garden, Rooms and Service are outstanding! |We stayed actually 1 additional night and it was complicated. |There is little room for improvement concerning the fitness room, which is too small and the breakfast which is rich in variety of western food but they could serve more local dishes!||Overall a top experience for the price! |Cheers also to Vanha at the Pool Bar, who was treating us with his signature special mochitos, you don’t wanna miss them! |Also the folks at the reception were outstanding in their service and pro-activity, don’t see that often !
