Hard to believe that my one special week in Siem Reap with Hilocks has passed already. Me and my partner both had wonderful time here. ||Beautiful atmosphere of hotel itself and friendly staffs made our stay even more special. Spacious room with a good care. Hotel built in 2016, so you might notice some facilities feel a bit outdated, but it was no problem for us since it did job. Location is doable to walk to city centre, or just need single dollar if you feel exhausted to take tuk tuk from pub street. ||Additional comments from my heart :) ||Thanks to Phros, who you will meet at the desk with lovely smiles and greetings. And also appreciate to Vanna, who introduced me tasty cool Angkor beer with warm heart. And last to Viphop who kept company for me, I feel very humbled that I had a chance to share my stories and have from him too. Such a gentle and happy people. |Thank you so much for having us. ||Xx

I loved it here. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights in total. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. She helped us organize two trips: one to a floating village and the other to a sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. She also made sure we had breakfast for the sunrise trip. The driver of the hotel drove us both in car and tuktuk. He was also so kind and attentive. When it was hot outside he provided us with cold water and cold cloths we could wipe our faces with. The hotel-room in general was also very nice. Pool area was beautiful and refreshing. Food was good. Very pleasant stay.

The staff here are great, especially Sammy whos the sweetest ever. She gave us a really helpful guide on the temples (detailing how we should go, where, the sequence, tips based on the weather etc). The pool and breakfast here is great as well, very enjoyable! A very comfortable stay.

This is a nice resort hotel with an amazing large pool. The hotel rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful in all situations even an early check in was possible. The gym however is very small and basic, if the AC is turned in with locked windows and doors and 10 minutes waiting it was okay otherwise it will be very hot. The pool water is very warm which is a little sad as the pool is so large and nice for a swim exercise. The only issue I have is with the bar. Why would you price it 3-4x higher than any other place around? That makes zero sense and the result was that there were litterally not a single guest ever while we stayed there. There are multiple place for drinks and food in around five minutes walking which are great, so not really a problem. On the bright side the hotel is 15 minutes walking from the city centre.

It is a nice hotel, however I would not consider it a 5 star, but more of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is nice and the rooms are spacious, but I would definitely pay more attention to the cleaning as I found many spots on the white walls (mostly dead bugs, but also dirt). The gym definitely needs to get more maintenance, there were no trash cans, no towels, and the space and machines just feel old and unclean. The air conditioning barely worked so started sweating before even starring to exercise. Outside there are always tuck tucks you can take to get to the city center or the archeological sites which is practical and you have a few stores nearby such as a mini market and a pharmacy. I don't know if I would stay again here if I returned to Siem Reap, but it is a decent option to consider.

Hotel is nice with beautiful big salt water pool, albeit very warm in the water. Most staff attentive but found breakfast to be sub standard. In fact maybe one of the worse breakfasts I've had in Sth East Asian countries. Eggs, bacon never got. I actually asked to have poached eggs cooked for me fresh however they were still delivered to my table cold. First morning there was pineapple & orange juice available, the next 2 mornings out of orange juice but offered apple juice. I don't know many people that like apple juice, me included. Some of the fresh fruit looked like it had been the same fruit served up days before. Rooms were ok however those ridiculous tiny bar fridges are useless. They don't keep drinks cold & with no freezer you can't keep ice. Reception also need to keep a good float of USD notes for guests to change to smaller notes for Tuk Tuks

The great place t recommend to all the costumers. We love the clean and large room, breakfast was really good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Mr. Bunthan and front office colleagues, that made us feel like home, will come back here for sure. ❤️❤️❤️

Nice hotel to stay in Siem Reap. It is 20 minutes walking from the city centre and It takes around 20 minutes to reach Bangkok by tuc-tuc. The breakfast buffet is really good. The rooms are big and very clean. The gym could be better. I tried to run in the running machine but one was out of service and the other one did not work properly... Anyway, a nice place to stay regarding cost-quality
