Hilltop Towers

This the worst hotel I stay in Tamilnadu. * Check-out time 9am. Argue with us that all hotel are same check out time 9am. * Hot water must request * Normal water closed and have to request *Staff was very arrogant and rude *No tooth brush and once we request just give 1 tooth brush * Housekeeping boy using bad words when asking tooth brush (Nagaraj) * No responsibility staff. Staying this hotel really spoiled my holiday mood and cancel to stay in kodaikanal another 2 days as what I planned. Seriously not recommended.

Poor service. They charge like a 3 star hotel. They turn down most of our request. Even if we stay thete for 4 days they will not change the bed sheet, towls, pillow cover etc, no hyginic. We requested to change the dust bin on 3rd day of stay, but they told house keeping is done at 11 AM only.They charge 250 for childfen breakfast. It seems there is no variety nor unlimited BF and we just contain with what they give in a plate. The servers were very ruge and harse, they fight with customers on silly things. I have visited there restaurant for food for about 12 years but day by day they behave nust like goons, the staffs at lodge are polite but they do not provide any sevice. They follow rivid checkout timing of 9AM and rigid checkin time. If we reach early morning we have to wait outside. No house keeping servise before or after 11AM. Stale and rotten food is provided and we got food poisoning. If needed then do not stay more than a day

Rooms are very bad especially bathroom is too small and it always smells bad. Since it's on the roadside, there is continuous vehicle noise. Hot water availability only on fixed timings and power cut happens very frequently. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Also rooms are very costly not worth the money

I never ever seen this type of hotels. Not even they are not maintain their rooms cleen and neet. And also they are not providing basic needs to the drivers including blankets and restrooms. My room's toilet flush is not working. Charging points are not wotking. I was many more time complaint against this to that reseption and also they are sacrificing me but they not to solve the problems. So please don't book rooms here and also the restaurents are too worst

Our stay in HILL TOP TOWERS was nice. All staff was very cooperative and acted efficiently according to customers specific requirements. Rooms also was neat and clean

Disappointing Stay at Hilltop Towers I recently stayed at Hilltop Towers in Kodaikanal and found the experience underwhelming. The room appeared dated, and the bedsheets provided were not hygienic. The bathroom and toilet facilities were in a pathetic condition, lacking cleanliness and proper maintenance. The complimentary breakfast did not meet our expectations in terms of taste and variety. The primary advantage of this hotel is its central location, offering easy access to the lake and Coaker's Walk. Additionally, the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. However, considering the room rent charged, the overall experience did not offer good value for money. I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance the guest experience in the future.

Worst hotel, they are charging heavily but poor service, for emergency purpose we requested to switch on hot water for a few mins due to over chillness but they have not agreed , no proper parking facility available for vehicles, they have listed many conditions for the customers and pls don't stay in this hotel.

I had amazing experience staying at hill top , food is super good , great location , everything is nearby , great staff , quick service .. will come back again
