Hilton Addis Ababa

This is a beautiful gem of a hotel in the buzzling city of Addis Abeba. As far you arrive you are welcomed with a smile and professional service. The first impression is the most important one. Wonderful pool area, massage service, georgeous breakfast with a wide selection. Always feel like home and for sure will be visit again in future when my travels bring me to Ethiopia. Thank you to all staff members who made my stay memorable. A special thanks to Hanna Feyissa for her attentive service.

I just had to write this down. My friends and I attended a wedding over the weekend and, as expected, it was absolutely lovely. The service was great and we truly enjoyed the whole experience. Our waitress, Rebecca, was especially wonderful she was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She even wished me a happy birthday, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a really nice experience and would happily attend another event there again.

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Addis Ababa. The staff are incredibly attentive, kind, and highly professional, which truly made an every visit there special. I would especially like to appreciate Samuel, Mekdes, Woineshet, and Helen at Gazebo restaurant —they are some of the most professional individuals I’ve ever met. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail stood out and made me feel truly valued. To top it all off, they went the extra mile by celebrating my birthday, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Thank you, Hilton Addis Ababa, for an exceptional experience. Hilton Addis Ababa is an amazing place to stay and relax. It is a historic property that beautifully blends rich tradition with modern facilities. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. All the staff I have had an opportunity to interact with were amazing but I would also like to give a special shout-out to Dawit Fikade, Alemayehu T. Markos, Hailu Abreham and Jerry Gedamu, who hosted me at the breakfast restaurant. They treated me like a family member and attended to all my needs. Their professionalism and kindness go beyond words. In addition, I had access to the Executive Lounge and the opportunity to experience exquisite dining on the top floor, featuring breathtaking views and delicious food. The staff there, including Bizu Getahun and Tensaiy Seyoum as well as Hanna from executive lounge operator, were outstanding in their service and exceptional care. I am truly grateful for the warmth, attention, and exceptional service I received from these individuals. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

I regularly come to Hilton’s Gazebo Restaurant, and every visit is consistently amazing. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always make me feel at home. Samuel, the manager, is truly outstanding, he’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the guests, which makes a huge difference. The food is the main reason I keep coming back. Both Chef Fikadu and Dereje are incredibly talented. Their pizza is to die for, easily one of the best I’ve had, and the steaks are always cooked to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and unforgettable. You can really taste the passion they put into every dish. Great food, great people, and consistently great service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
