Our group had an excellent stay at the Hilton Addis Ababa. The hotel offered a perfect combination of comfort, efficiency, and genuine Ethiopian hospitality. The renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable — ideal for both rest and work. The environment was peaceful, and all facilities were well maintained. The services were smooth and professional, and the staff were truly wonderful — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made our group feel very welcome. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely wonderful, with a rich and varied selection that pleased everyone. The restaurant team deserves special thanks for their kindness and care each morning. A special thank you to Anteneh, Tolani, the concierge team, Alex at breakfast, the housekeeping team, the Business Centre team, Rediet, the banquet team, and the reception team: Tolani, Rahel E., Nahom, Meseret Ashagre, Sifofa, T. Mariam, Meseret A., and all the others 🙂 We sincerely thank the Hilton Addis Ababa team for their support and dedication. It was a pleasure staying with you, and we look forward to returning.

The staff at this hotel should be the standard for service across all Hilton brands - they are incredible, and genuinely interested in your experience - from the bell/concierge folks to the restaurant(s) staff to the front desk. They are accommodating and proactive in going out of their way to make sure you have what you need and are comfortable. I've honestly not experienced this level of service elsewhere. I also think the hotel property is beautiful - I wish I was here after the pool reopened, but the grounds are gorgeous and the outdoor spaces are large and comfortable (dining, exercise areas, etc). Special shout out to Hanna whose hospitality was second to none. The hotel is EXTREMELY clean, everywhere, inside and out. My room had a balcony, which I loved because I was here when the weather was gorgeous and having the door open was a lifesaver. The physical hotel has charm, and the only part that seemed dated were the bathrooms, but they are functional and again, super clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very good. I love the gym and swimming pool(closed for many months now). Gazebo bar is a perfect place to be specially when the swimming pool is open. The staff are all nice and professional but Miftah and Yayneabeba are the ones who give the gym a friendly environment. It's boring without them being around greeting and smiling at everyone. Samy from fitness and Samy the supervisor at Gazebo do commendable works as well. Tamrat, the supervisor of fitness center is another friendly guy who welcomes everyone with a warm smile. The spa needs major renovation. Gym needs some renovation. Swimming pool needs to get reopened for Hilton to have its true and usual ambiance that we got used to.

An excellent Gym, SPA and Pool An excellent Gym, SPA and Pool promotes physical activity, offers a safe, functional, and comfortable environment, and provides a pleasant atmosphere for both recreation and socialization. It's always clean and well-maintained, and I never have to wait long for a machine. The staff are consistently amazing, warm and genuinely friendly, and providing exceptional customer service. Particularly staff working around the Fitness, SPA and the swimming pool: @Futuna Legesse, @Miftha Shemil, @Yeaynewaga Biset, and @Tamrat Assefa. They were always eager to assist and made sure everything was clean and tidy. It makes me actually want to go to the gym. The community here is great and always inspiring. I also truly appreciated the foods and views from Gazebo. Atkure Defar

At Hilton Addis Ababa, the first thing you get is the courteous welcome at security gate and security check @ hotel entrance ! It might not be the newest hotel in Addis but it the most welcoming and “ old style” classic place here, making you feel appreciated and giving you an overall positive feeling. My favourite “dream team” is the concierge / luggage attendants - if it rains they make you smile - a bell is not a bell until it rings - this is how I would describe the concierge desk! @ Reception My sincere thanks to Tolani, Feven and team -no matter the problem they assisted me with a smile and a solution- much appreciated. @kaffa breakfast To the F&B supervisor, Ato Mengistu, thank you 🙏🏻. Alemayehu, Micky/Abi , Birhane K - remembering our morning order, day after day …. Much appreciated and to the morning hostesses- great customer service !

My stay at the hotel was overall fine. However, there was one major downside when I tried to reach the reception from my room, no one answered, which was quite disappointing.||That said, the culinary experience truly made up for it. The food was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the executive chef, Mr. Ismail Rifi. Every plate was delicious, especially the gnocchis and the Moroccan dishes he prepared full of flavor and beautifully presented.||A big bravo to Chef Ismail for his talent and passion. He’s definitely the highlight of the hotel! 👏

This is arguably the best hotel to stay at when in Addis Ababa, with lush gardens, comfortable rooms, friendly customer service, good menus in numerous venues, 24 hour room service, excellent in-house laundry service, a superb concierge team, the location, quiet and peaceful executive lounge,..it is hard to beat.||I have been staying at the Hilton Addis for the past 6 years, sometimes for extended periods of time. I have tried other, more modern hotels in Addis, but the service you receive at the Hilton is second to none. |There is nothing that is too large a task for the staff at the Hilton Addis. ||The amenities are great. The 15 acres of lush green outdoor space offer a hot spring swimming pool with with shallow ends for children, clay tennis courts, a childrens playground and with an outside garden bistro with a bar near the pool. |There is also a fully equipped gym as well as a supermarket on the premises, alongside an upgraded business center.||Try to enjoy an excellent coffe or special tea from the lobby bar, served by the excellent Belete Moges, always with a smile. |If you have issues with anything during your stay, reach out to Rahel Endale, the Guest Relations Supervisor. She is excellent and will assist you with whatever you need resolved. ||Is everything perfect? Of course not.||The hotel was inaugurated in 1969 by His Imperial Majesty Haile Sellassie and there are areas that need some renovations. Most rooms have been upgraded and meet modern standards but the bathrooms remain stuck in the 70's and need an upgrade. ||All in all, it is the best customer service and, in my opinion, the best hotel experience in Addis Ababa. I spend 85% of the year in a Hilton property and in Addis you will be greated with the very best customer service the Hilton Group has to offer.

First of all- All of the staff are so helpful and happy. This made our stay so fantastic as we were travelling for the first time from Australia (just my son and I). We felt very cared for and welcomed. Nothing was a trouble. The bar and restaurant staff were genuinely caring and helpful. Always cheerful. Manager Muluneu, barman, Belete & Trhase were incredible. The grounds always cared for and lively activities and gardens. The security at the front were lovely and made us feel safe and cared for. Thank you very much we have really appreciated the care for us and the quality of everything at the hotel.
