Best Hilton ever! Very nice rooms and a big, clean hotel right across from the convention center. The service was awesome - everyone was so friendly. Our bellhop, named John, was phenomenal - he was super friendly and made the work look laughably easy (he was pulling the Bell Cart with one hand!). In the lobby, there was a waiter named Manny who was also fantastic. Very kind and hardworking; always positive and wearing a big smile. The hotel itself was really great. The food court in the lobby was an amazing resource, and we had tons of food trucks right outside for the Convention Center. Gym was very nice. Only problem was the layout was quite confusing and easy to get lost.

The Anaheim Hilton is in a fantastic location—just steps from the convention center and a quick ride to Disneyland. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-staffed, with a welcoming lobby and plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable. That said, a couple of design choices could be improved. Like many newer hotels, they’ve opted for barn-style sliding doors on the bathroom. While they look sleek, they don’t offer much in terms of privacy—especially when sharing a room. It’s a trend that sounds good on paper but doesn’t quite work in practice. We also noticed the hallway noise carried into the room more than expected. Guests weren’t being particularly loud, but conversations and footsteps still came through. Overall, it’s a great spot for convenience and comfort, but a few thoughtful changes could make the guest experience even better.

Very disappointing stay — I expected more from Hilton I have been staying at Hilton hotels for some years and have always trusted the brand for its quality and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. First of all, I was shocked to discover a $365 laundry bill, just laundry without dry clean! I admit I should have double-checked the price list, but there should be a minimum level of trust and clarity between a customer and Hilton. Charging that amount feels dishonest. Breakfast was not included, no buffet, and the on-site restaurant charges very high prices. To make matters worse, you have to pay directly at the restaurant — so if you forget your wallet in the room, you have to go back and get it. There is also a Starbucks in the hotel, but it’s useless in the morning because you end up waiting in a 30-minute line, since everyone tries to avoid the expensive restaurant. The rooms are poorly soundproofed — you can hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. On top of that, getting from the elevator to the rooms is like navigating a maze of corridors, which is really inconvenient, especially in the morning or with luggage. Finally, the parking fee — $45 per night! For these prices, I expect a much higher level of service, honesty, and guest comfort. After this experience, I will cancel my loyalty program membership, which I have had for years. Sadly, Hilton has lost my trust and my businnes.

Google
Positive: Very comfortable, very clean, & very polite service. Negative: We booked a king size bed and when we checked in there were no king-size beds. They had to get a manager on the phone and jump through loops to get us a king-size bed. Also, there was no pool available since they are remodeling the pool....its July!

Stayed at the Hilton Anaheim for a conference and it was great. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The water was very hot and had good water pressure. I had an issue with the A/C and a handyman promptly came up to fix it. The pillows were a bit flat so you might need to stack a bit if you're used to thicker pillows though. The staff is all very kind and helpful. I also like how they clean your room daily. Many hotels nowadays will only clean them if you are staying over 3 nights. There are many elevators and they all worked. The conference meeting spaces were all great too. I also appreciated that the bathrooms were regularly cleaned and upkept. The parking garage could have been designed better - the spaces are very tight and small and have pillars surrounding them.

Google
Recently renovated room and it showed. New carpet, painting, shower curtain. The lighting was a bit dark. Soothing for rest but not conducive for work. Staff were kind and professional. It is very close to Disneyland and the convention center. Restaurants and market are pricy. There are other outside vendors in their “food court”. Food trucks during the day outside the convention center. Starbucks is packed. However, there is a cute little coffee/tea shop and restaurant about a 15 minute walk (Blossom), which is less expensive, less crowded and has better food options. Walking near the main roads to other restaurants and stores was safe. Plan accordingly.

Google
Stayed July 9-13. The hotel is gorgeous, and the location is perfect. PROS -Location -Room -Service -Food -Housekeeping Service We were able to walk majority of the places we visited all others were a short uber ride away and didn't cost too much. I love that there is a Target down the street. We ordered room service from both hotel restaurants, and the food was amazing each time. CONS -Outdoor pool closed during stay Our room window looked out to the pool and my little guy complained every day about the "guys messing up the pool". Lol, they were updating the pool and he was not happy about it and he didn't want to go to the indoor pool. :-)

Google
the remodels had done wonders for h the us property! the pool isn't quite complete yet but the rooms are great . the staff have all been outstanding. Steph with Hilton Grand Vacations was very informative and polite.

Yelp
We just came back from our stay here for my daughter's 4th birthday and Disney trip and it was amazing! We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was SO spacious! It was perfect for a family of four. We loved all of the dining options and never had to leave the hotel for meals. We only left for our day at Disney which was a quick walk. Overall, amazing accommodations and cannot wait to be back!

Krystal R.

Yelp
they offer rooms available with a disney view so you can watch the fireworks from the room (:

Yelp
My husband and I stayed while the hotel was under construction-- so expect noise from the renovation especially while in the lobby. However our room was the top floor. We had a nice room, spacious, clean, with a view. It seemed updated and renovated already. An elevator was down during our stay, but there wasn't long wait times. Also, there was a convention the weekend we stayed, which meant there were tons of people everywhere. The lobby was very loud and crowded-- and the parking structure was filled-- we were lucky and found a spot after circling awhile! So if you do stay while there is a convention, it may be beneficial to just valet.

Yelp
Parking situation is horrible! Specifically the parking staff girl (wished I got her name) who misleads me to use their $59 a night valet for my over size pick up truck that will not fit in their parking garage. Fooled me to believe other parking options are far away, made up stories about inconveniences when directly next to the Hilton building is a pay by phone parking lot for $32 a night! I'm a HH member for many years and never been lied to or hustled this way! To add, I parked my truck upfront, gave my keys to valet and truck was never moved for two days! Definitely will not be coming back to this location!! Update: After reviewing my hotel invoice, I was charged for valet AND self parking! I called and was refunded but still an inconvenience and should not have happened!

Yelp
I stayed at the Hilton Anaheim for 2 nights in December of 2024. I reserved the room with the desk and was quoted a total of $415.59. I used the self parking option at $39 per night. I was charged $20 for early check-in, which was fine. When I received the bill, the total was $530.24, which was a far cry from what I expected, even with tax included. I called the Hilton (after trying to contact the number for billing and getting no answer), and was told there's an occupancy tax that all hotels charge. Then there are taxes on top of that. It has been a while since I stayed in a hotel in the U.S. and I was quite surprised. I had stayed at the Marriott right across the street the week before, but it was paid for by my employer. I would have been less disappointed if the person who arranged my reservation at the hotel itself had been more forthcoming. As to the accommodations, my room was in the section that had not been renovated yet, and it clearly needed it. Neither the condition of the hotel nor the extra charges were shared. The person at the front desk was average with respect to customer service. All in all, this hotel paled in comparison to the Marriott in every respect. I stayed in the Hilton because my cousin had booked there. We both have points. My cousin is in the platinum category and was likewise not a happy camper - with the accommodations, the service, and the renovations going on, which the hotel had failed to tell him about ahead of time.

Yelp
Meh. We stayed here for the first time during our recent trip to Anaheim and the experience was just ok. As others mentioned, it is currently under renovation so there are spaces that aren't available and likely aren't as great as it used to be/will be. This hotel really needs the renovation though. Overall, it's pretty outdated. I will note, it looks like the high reviews here are based on the renovated rooms, so if you get one of those, it might be better. PROS + 15 - 20 minute walk to Disneyland/Downtown Disney + right next door to the convention center + walking distance to lots of foods + great gym! might've been one of the best gyms I've seen at a hotel just because of the amount of available equipment they have. It actually made me *want* to work out! Me? Working out on vacation?! Who is she? CONS + rooms are old and dark + higher daily price for parking (~$38+/day if I remember correctly) + ice machines didn't work in the hallway but it wasn't noted + older fridge in the room (also, ours was outside of the fridge cabinet for some reason?) + older tv so no way to connect to streaming services + elevators were kinda rickety and slow Price was okay. If you don't mind an older room/hotel, this is acceptable. For me, I'd go somewhere else for a nicer experience.

Yelp
Such a shame seeing all the bad reviews... I'm a low maint hotel visitor. I'm not ever looking for luxury. I just don't want crummy motel vibes. For some to say it's outdated and also others complain about construction is counterintuitive IMO. Want modern updates? Then of course that means "pardon our dust" shenanigans, or does everyone think it happens with a bibity bobity boo? *confused* contrary to what others have complained about, I did not notice any construction or renovations being done during our visit in early July. We did not experience any bad service. Pros: -designated shelf for deliveries (doordash, ubereats, instacart) -$6 roundtrip per person, shuttle bus to Disneyland right across the valet (through awaywego app) -laundry room -convenient parking Con: -the room we had was quite far from the elevators lol. It was like two different turns after quite long corridors. I haven't been into room service on the daily. I tend to be sus about people going through personal belongings when given the chance. I'd rather just conserve towels, throw out trash and make the bed myself for the duration of my stay. I'll still leave a tip upon leaving just for the trouble of tidying up whatever mess I've made in the end. If there are any toiletries needed in between I'll either catch front desk before heading back up or ring on housekeeping. For a fee we were able to have packages delivered to the hotel and bell service brought them directly to our room. As for food/grocery deliveries there is a shelf in the lobby near front desk designated for guests. This hotel was quite convenient for us as far as location and met our standards of cleanliness & service. If it weren't for us going to Universal Studios Hollywood, I think we could've managed without a rental car. I have left all planning to Mr G so I honestly didn't even know we would be within range of a Disneyland shuttle bus. That was a nice plus! No need to fuss with traffic and parking $$. Since I've been promoted from passenger princess to traveling cutie... I just pack my bags and follow his lead. I have no clue about pricing *shrugz* he knows my inner Chang so I just trust its not breaking the bank lol. I feel like this is a nice hotel in a nice area so it can't be the cheapest but also I'm sure there's much pricier.

Yelp
do not park at their parking lot for the convention center they will charge you almost $50 for parking and have no one even trying to help at the exit or paying stations

Yelp
It was a great hotel. My only complaint was that we spent almost no time there because we were killing it at Disneyland across the street. Now you might look at this place on a map and be like wow this is up against the edge of Disney But remember, it's not the gate to Disneyland so it is about a 1 mile walk from this hotel to the front gate of Disneyland. Now, if you could jump a fence, you'd be in there in about 10 minutes. Having to walk around you know how long it takes you to walk a mile. Beautiful place very nice huge beautiful window windows and everything just came together. Great definitely an amazing spot. We would come back for lunchtime on our Disney trips eat some food relax by the pool and get back to the park. It's a really good spot if you're visiting Disney, and if you're doing something else around there that isn't Disney probably still a pretty good spot Killing it

Yelp
Came here for their 40th anniversary celebration at the Mix Lounge. Not sure how I forgot to "check-in". I remember looking for a way to check into this event but didn't find it so I guess I missed checking into just Hilton Anaheim venue. Ugh! Anyway, for those of you that missed this event, it was a blast. Very slow start as there were only a few people sitting around. No one was really being social until Yelp people arrive.. LOL! I met with the bartending staff, introduced myself to the executive chef, Juan Lopez, I charge of the event. I talked to some of the serving staff and even the marketing director, Jason Abdullah. All staff were super friendly. Tried to get a room here but it was booked but I stayed nearby to enjoy this event and not be too far so I could imbibe in some of the specialty drinks. Btw, some customers even came in costume. The Bundys, Madonna, leg warmers representatives, etc. so fun! We managed to get invited to a VIP party below the hotel where we continued to socialize, eat and drink. Food was pretty good, there were many free appetizers but I had to ask for vegetarian items since I could not eat a lot of meat. They were very responsive and provided me with "off the menu" yummies. See pics so many things going on. They have such fun events that if another one comes up then I am going to try my best to attend again! Btw, they validated parking for this event.

Caes F.

Yelp
Julie is the SWEETEST Server at the Mix Lounge and she is the absolute best! Delivered exceptional service and upbeat! We talked about how hard it is to get the TJ mini Coolers. Attended the Blast to the Past Party at the Anaheim Hilton for their 40th Anniversary. It was a really nice community event with ice sculptures, shrimp, crab legs, and small appetizers that were circling the MIX Lounge. Attendees were dressed in their 80s best. Met Jason Abdullah, Complex Marketing Director, and a lot of individuals in the Hospitality Industry. My favorite small bite was the Potato Skins. The meatball sliders were a close second. The menu was curated by Executive Chef Juan Lopez. Afterward, those with VIP wristbands (Shoutout to Yelp Elite Jasmine and Elliott) were whisked away to another private room where there was more food and desserts. Open Bar was a nice touch. Fun Cocktails I had were the Tokyo Tea and Cranberry Vodka. I had such a blast attending this event hosted by the Hilton.

Yelp
This was a very disappointing Hilton stay. I've stayed here in the past as well but really just feel like I have to put this out there. I was reminded why I don't bring my family to Hilton hotels when avoidable. It's a shame how much the business has gone down hill. This visit it was just myself and a friend as we had an event to attend in the area. I completed the virtual check in. I messaged and asked for a room near the elevator due to my back pain with walking long distances. On arrival the room was changed and it was much further than the original room they had for me via the app. When I notified the hotel of the issue, they had no rooms to check me into that were closer to the elevator. When getting to the room the "electronic card" via my phone and the Hilton app, did not work. So we had already walked from the parking garage to the room and we had to go down to the front desk to get physical cards. The gentleman who assisted said some of the tap features on the doors are old and aren't working correctly. The ice machine closest to our room was out of order. There was no fridge in the room. The bathroom door didn't shut all the way. They also failed to notate that there was construction on site. On the positive side. The room was clean and well kept by the housekeepers. There are no chargers close to the bed but the alarm clock did have a MagSafe charger on top of it. If you have a phone that doesn't have mag safe, you'll have to leave it over next to the desk. The parking garage is a whole separate issue. I found out on my departure from the hotel that I would be required to pay on exiting the garage, which I had paid through my reservation through the hotel. The parking areas are owned by the city. When checking out the hotel did not specify that I would be charged per hour after 6pm. A parking lot attendant at the time made me pay the full day fee of $44 when actually if charge appropriately even after my time in the garage had expired, should have been $28 they gave me a person through the city to contact because the hotel has nothing to do with the parking garage per the hostess. I did ask to speak to a manager and the manager did not come out to speak with me and they did not attempt to correct anything by taking off one of my parking bills or crediting my hotel stay for the inconvenience of inaccurate description of parking. Overall, this will not be a place I recommend and will not stay here again, regardless of convenience.

Yelp
Stayed in the newly renovated rooms and they're gorgeous! Comes with brand new furniture, a mini fridge, & great lighting to get ready in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was included. Had breakfast at Mix and it was delicious. We had the parfait, Mickey waffle and chilaquiles. I can't recommend it enough. Even with the hotel being renovated, it was easy to walk around the property to explore. Starbucks is right in the lobby, there's 3 different stores for essentials, snacks and souvenirs. There's a food corner with different options. The gym is massive. Pool area is also huge with heated pool, two spa whirlpools, a water play area and a bar/grill. Super convenient place to stay with it being down the street from Disneyland and had a 2pm checkout for being apart of Hilton Honors.

Yelp
Starting off with the dirty pee on the floor that was not cleaned off. The ceiling in the shower was falling off, I'm sure there's mold in there! The mirror could use some paint and the worse part was the bed! Very uncomfortable, very slanted to the point where I ended up on the very edge of the bed almost falling off! Room was 7134. All they could do was say "I'm sorry you feel that way"

Yelp
Stayed two nights in a beautiful newly refurbished Disney View with 2 Queens. The rooms are very spacious. We could see the Disneyland fireworks and World of Color right from our room. The Hilton Anaheim is a Disney Good Neighbor hotel and only 1 mile from Disneyland Resort and it was so easy for us to get from the hotel to the parks each day of our stay! We loved having Starbucks in the lobby and stopped there for breakfast and a coffee. Even though the hotel was currently under refurbishment we still enjoyed our stay and look forward to seeing it completed next year!
google avatar

Megan L.

Yelp
Just got back from a wonderful stay at Hilton Anaheim! They are currently undergoing some renovations, but the noise was minimal and we were still able to do everything we wanted. We had a Disney view room and it was so incredible getting to watch the fireworks from our newly renovated room! The food at the restaurant was so good and we loved that there was a Starbucks right in the lobby. We were able to grab quick food and drinks there on our way out to Disneyland (which is only about a 15 min walk, but we took a shuttle that picked us up right in front of the Hilton for a small fee). It was a memorable experience, and I can't wait to see once all the renovations are completed :)
google avatar

Aubrie H.

Yelp
Stayed here during a conference and the location is great but the rooms were just OK. The lobby is big when you walk in with a restaurant and bar area. It has multiple stores and a Starbucks but feels very dark. The elevators take a while so be patient while waiting for those. It's partially because the pool is on the 5th floor so lots of travel to that floor and the conference room floors as well. My room was clean and the view was nice of the mountains. I could also see a small portion of Disneyland. The room had everything I needed but definitely seemed a little worn and that seemed to be the same throughout the other hotel rooms as well.
google avatar

Kristina A.

Yelp
Customer service is EVERYTHING! It can either make or break your experience somewhere. I've always wonder how some people become managers when they clearly hate their job and people for that matter. Warren was aggressive and rude. Accused me of arguing with him when I was simply asking for an answer to a question. Instead of explaining himself to me like an adult, he just wanted to just talk over me. I don't even have a comment on the hotel itself because Warren just ruined it for myself and my daughter while staying her for a cheer competition. What a shame. Warren needs some training on human kindness
google avatar

Nolan L.

Yelp
Hilton Anaheim is a beautiful hotel located about a 15 minute walk from Disneyland! The hotel itself looks nice and has an excellent hotel restaurant and bar. They also have a gift shop stocked with snacks, drinks, and of course disneyland/California souvenirs. They also have a gym which I unfortunately was not able to use due to the limited hours. Our room was clean and nice, however it did not meet the Hilton standards that I'm used to. The bed was average, there were no robes in the closet, no safe in the room, and the bathroom was small with a very small shower. The staff at this Hilton were excellent. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and extremely helpful. They also have a virtual concierge which was extremely helpful and very on top of their game. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely consider staying at Hilton Anaheim again.

Yelp
BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL! I WAS ROBBED WHILE STAYING HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! I want other travelers to be safe when they are choosing their hotels. This is a DANGEROUS hotel. I stayed here for the Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon on September 6, 2024. While I was out running the 5K, someone broke into my room and stole my clothes, makeup, purse, and even my suitcase! The hotel did absolutely nothing to help and I was told that I even had to call the police on my own behalf to file a police report. Even after losing thousands of dollars worth of my stuff, the Hilton Anaheim still had the audacity to charge me for the room. The thieves were brazen and broke into my room while the California Women's Sheriff's Association was having their convention at the hotel. In the event that anything happens to you at a Hilton, you are out of luck. Hilton will not help you in any way. It is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I travel monthly and I will never set foot in another Hilton. Safety is my top priority when I travel and I can't stress how UNSAFE this hotel is. If you are burglarized at this hotel, you are on your own. I'm just so thankful that I didn't walk in on the thieves when I got back to my room and I wasn't assaulted or murdered.

Yelp
DO NOT BOOK LOOK AT REVIEWS- HUMAN WASTE? IF YOU ASK TO MOVE ROOMS THEY WILL PUT YOU IN A ROOM DIRECTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION This 'hotel' is the equivalent of a dirty Motel 8. Rooms are filthy and in disrepair WALL: There appears to be fecal matter smudged on wall, too afraid to get close enough to find out. BATHROOM: shower has standing water after just a few seconds of running, it instantly pools. No bags in any trash bins. The toilet makes an incredibly loud jettison noise at random and all through out the night- it sounds like a pressure washed PARKING: They do not inform you that you must pay for self parking. They will charge you $150 for deposit and then not actually refund you. When called to ask why we were informed it was used for the paid parking (that we were not informed of) and that it was "our fault" for not noticing the signs they have in the parking garage. They do not own the parking garage, and you are forced to pay for parking if you've driven or rented vehicle. Customer service is beyond disappointing, except for the representative who managed to get us 50$ back out of the surprise charge.

Yelp
Stayed here from December 21 till check out on the 24th. My daughter and I actually had a reservation at the Hyatt down the street. This Hilton seems a little tired. The room felt dated and tired. We were here for Disneyland of course! Had a great time. But we did have to ask to have the room serviced for the second day. They either forgot to do our room or just didn't do it, but my son and his families room was serviced the first night they stayed. It's under construction. Check in was fast and speedy. Was stopped by an employee trying to up sell me a vacation with Hilton for another vacation. He wanted me to pay now, but all I wanted to do was go to my room and decompress. We drove from Roseville Ca. Had to cut him off and his answer was he was only there for 30minutes more and he would be gone. I told him have a great holiday. Hilton isn't my first choice for next time, next time we will stay with the Hyatt. 3stars because staff is nice and the bed is comfy.

Yelp
Under renovation stay away. I been listening to a jack hammer since 6am! Horrible stay!

Yelp
Fabulous hotel with outstanding staff. They were celebrating their 40th Anniversary tonight with a totally appropriate theme of 80's since they opened in 1984. Fabulous party with validated parking and free treats. The DJ did a great job mixing the classics and really helped keep the party going. They have 2 ballrooms and plenty of other meeting rooms. With over 1,000 rooms there is plenty for everyone. Many of the employees I met at the party have been there for years and all expressed how well Hilton treats them. Grand staircases and an easy to navigate parking garage. Great lobby to guide you to all your immensities.

Yelp
Came here for a conference and wanted a drink and snacks after flying in from out of town. Had the fresh potato chips, Paloma and friends had the burger. All was great.

Yelp
The Hilton Anaheim is a massive, sprawling, 1,600 room hotel that is so big that it's easy to get lost. I spent two nights here recently for a conference and found that the hotel was pretty good but could be better. For example, I couldn't get the air conditioning/ heating to work in my first room - it seemed to be stuck at 65°. When I texted the virtual concierge, I didn't get a reaction at all so I ended up having to call the front desk. I was quickly assigned a different room. So that was a good thing. But you would think that they would check this stuff on a regular basis. Given the size of the facility, it seems like there were never quite enough employees. Nevertheless, everything else seemed reasonable and clean. I'm sure I'll stay here again.

Yelp
Very disappointed on the response to an issue at this very prominent hotel. After beginning to settle into my room, I noticed near the opposite side of the bed, a large pile of vomit. It was on a large section of the rug and very dry. Obviously it had happened sometime ago, but housekeeping paid no mind to it. It's hard to believe since the staff must've physically stood in it in order to make the bed and clean the rest of the room. That of course is "if" they clean the rest of the room. After notifying the desk, I was given a new room. Multiple calls to talk to management about a resolution which didn't come until the third day, my departure date. The hotel felt that giving me half off that room was an acceptable offer. About a year ago I stayed at a Hilton property a when couple entered my room while I was in it. The hotel compensated me the entire three nights for free as well as 20,000 points. I did not ask them for anything but they went above and beyond. I've been a diamond member for years and never treated so poorly as I was at this property.

Yelp
We just got home from our stay and it was really subpar just a place to lay your head while going to Disneyland. The worst part is my kids have bug bites all over their feet. They slept in sleeping bags on the floor and that's the only time they were barefoot. Now they're itchy and uncomfortable. They really need to do more than vacuum their floors if people can be bit. The valet took 7-10 minutes, usually 10 minutes to bring our car every time even though there were multiple employees just standing and talking. I have to say the bell hop was really great and quick with bringing and taking our bags. Overall if you're there for just a quick stop it's fine but not the best.

Yelp
Under renovation - didn't advise upon reservation, loud, no hot water after letting it run for 20 minutes on the executive floor. Had to yell just to be heard over the construction noise !

Yelp
The hotel is undergoing renovations which is understandable. However, there are several issues that are concerning. One, our blanket we requested came with an acrylic nail attached to it(see photo). Secondly, our room was stuck at 63 degrees and quite cold. Maintenance came and fixed the issue which was the actuator switch, that needed repair. Most disappointing was that the bar was being renovated and the makeshift bar was quite uninviting. The front desk seemed quite unconcerned about the nail stick to our "clean" blanket. We've stayed here many times and this will be our last. Nearby hotel employees agree the Hilton is known to have "issues". Our next stay will not be at the Hilton.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL LATE 2025!!!!! This 4 night stay has been the second worst hotel experience of my life. I understand they are under renovation, but O. M. G., this has been HORRIBLE. I had to switch rooms twice and the third room they put me in is directly under a construction zone, so there is absolutely no way to rest or work here after 8 am. The first room was very noisy in the afternoon and I knew I would need to rest or work during some portions of the day, so I requested to be moved. The second room smelled so terribly of mold and/or smoke, I politely requested to move again. The third room smelled fine, but last night I realized the hearing does not work (only blows freezing cold air) and this morning I was harshly awakened at 8 am by the construction noise. I would ask to move again, but why? All the rooms are dated and in need of repair (ex: stained furniture, cracked mirror, broken soap dispenser, dingy curtains) , the halls and carpet are dank and dirty, the fitness room smells like mold, and the lobby is a hot and noisy mess from the construction. Hilton is typically a reliable brand, but this property is more like a Motel Six. Save yourself the headache (literally!!) and avoid staying here until after the renovation is complete . The Marriott or Sheraton next door are much better options.

Yelp
Not the cleanest hotel. We checked in late just for a one night stay. Lobby and overall entrance experience is great, but rooms are where it changes. At first we were originally taken to the wrong room, which was okay but on the cleaner end. We then requested a transfer to the room layout we paid for to accommodate the people with us, and it turned south. The room was pretty disheveled and looked like cleaning was done in there months ago. The bed skirts looked almost like they were left like that on purpose. The bathroom was EVEN WORSE, but did not feel clean at all. In terms of location to Disneyland, I would not recommend this to be my first pick. We were coming off of a long day at the park, and thankfully, we had our car to drive over to this hotel. But typically, I don't think this would be a first pick location wise.

Yelp
Super disappointing stay at this Hilton. When I think of Hilton, this is NOT it. The rooms are super outdated, even the lobby area. It is a huge hotel with many rooms & in the prime area of Anaheim, so you would think they would try to keep this hotel up to date & clean...but, NOPE! We've stayed here twice & both times were super disappointing. Upon check-in, you walk into a huge, but super dark lobby area. Usually the lobby is busy because there's a convention of some type going on. Anyways, we tried to check-in early & were given the option of paying $35 to check-in early, which we paid. Seems like they charge for EVERYTHING these days. We checked into our room & had a 1 king bed room. Room was ok, at most. TV channels were very limited, bed skirt was dirty & honestly everything just felt very..dirty. Parking is outrageous & is $43 PER NIGHT. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is walking distance to the convention center & Disneyland. Would I return? Probably not. Sad to see this Hilton is not being taken care of for the prices they charge.

Yelp
The entire lobby was under construction. There were no shops, the food court was always closed, and the pool was also closed for instruction. I understand construction has to eventually happen but I believe the rooms shouldn't be full price if so. I was woken up Monday morning to what sounds like a jackhammer in the room above me. Couldn't even hear myself think in the bathroom. On the other hand, the Starbucks employees are lovely and very nice.

Yelp
During our stay they had construction, which we could have been flexible about. However, I'm talking about 7am start rattling the room jack hammers nonstop. Sounded like it was structurally unsound or I needed a hard hat. No ability to sleep in a little or come back and rest from the parks. As for the rest. It's old. Carpets are stained and I would never stay here again even beyond the construction. It's a dive, but super pissed about the major construction. They should have closed during that.

Yelp
It's ok, a maze to get to your room but overall clean rooms. Not bad, not great! Close to Disney

Yelp
Do not stay at this hotel. Protestors at 6am beating drums and blowing horns.. not sure how this hotel is up to code with all of their crap.

Yelp
We booked this "4" star hotel for a night. Usually we stay at the Marriott right across the way which is also rated 4 stars. It was dirty upon arrival, signs of wear everywhere. I was astounded. Also loud due to construction. $45 for parking. The structure is dirty and dated also. The only pro was the staff but it was a terrible experience. I would never stay here again.

Yelp
I am a hilton honors member and have been for 20 years. This is quiet possibility the worst room/ service combination I've experienced. Service staff look for reasons not to clean your room so multi night stays are great for those that want to service their own rooms. Rooms are small and dingy. Rooms have no ventilations so if your a fan of fresh air than get used walking 5 mins. If you must stay here prepare yourself for a horrible experience. So many options at disney. Do not stay here. Do yourself a favor and pay an additional 50 dollars a night and stay somewhere else. If you would like to stay at a motel 6 dressed like a hilton then this your place. Enjoy your stay!

Yelp
Whether you're going to an Angels game, Disneyland, or a convention, Hilton Anaheim is a great place to stay. The hotel and its surroundings are nice and feel very safe. Every employee we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We got a suite, and the room was a very decent size along with having a little kitchen area in its own side room off the main suite. We only stayed one night, but it definitely would comfortably accommodate a longer stay. We had a small issue with our original room's bathroom, and the front desk person quickly got us a new room that was the same just on a different floor in addition to giving us a $50 credit for the inconvenience. We were just happy for the new room, so we really appreciated the credit. The restaurant has surprisingly good food! We went for lunch around 12pm and were in and out within 45 minutes. Although we didn't have a chance to try out the nice lobby bar, it was always lively and full of guests in passing. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

Yelp
We have always choose thus Hilton out of all the options in this area, but thus will be my last stay here! The construction was an inconvenience but not having hot water to shower for 4 days, the heater randomly turning on to 80 degrees when it's turned off, a 2 inch gab under our room door so no privacy at all, and the maintenance jackhammering 3 doors down so loud it felt like we were in a torture chamber. This has been the worst experience ever and this place was more expensive than the surrounding hotels which makes it even more difficult to deal with. Don't Stay Here! Go to Marriott we will next time.

Yelp
I wish I checked yelp before booking my stay because these bad reviews are very relatable. I was really disappointed with my stay, mainly because of how things were handled. When I arrived, I asked how much self-parking would be and was told $44 a night. Then, I asked about valet and was told it would be $40 per night, so obviously I opted for valet. However, when I checked in, I was told that $49 would be taken from my deposit for valet, which made me feel lied to and wronged. Also upon checking I guess it was actually 57 because of taxes? There was no effort to explain the discrepancy, and it was frustrating to be misled right from the start. On top of that, the king room I booked was unavailable, and I was put into a double queen. While that wasn't the end of the world, the room was very outdated and felt very unclean. Again, no efforts were made to acknowledge or remedy the inconvenience. I wasn't expecting a lot, but even a simple, empathetic apology would've gone a long way after a long tiring night. For the price I paid, the experience was underwhelming. I feel like I could have stayed elsewhere for half the cost, received a cleaner room, better customer service, and transparency. For it having a big name "Hilton" I hope they step their game up.

Yelp
I honestly would give it a 2.5. I was here for a 2 night stay for a work conference at the convention center. The hotel is doing loud construction right now. My coworkers and I had different experiences some worse than others. One of the rooms had in the toilet when she got into her room. Another had a moth come out of the towel and a spider on the bed. Others had bugs in their rooms. I believe the Hilton was overbooked and using rooms that were not usually used. Last year we had a better stay. This year makes me want to suggest a different hotel stay for next year's conference or I might drive the 2 hours each way each day. They defdefinitely could update their rooms.

Yelp
Staff was great. I was able to communicate with the hotel by text and the staff was extremely responsive and accommodating. We arrived for a work conference before our room was ready but the front desk was able to give us a key for a different room so that we could get in and out privileges with the all day parking pass. When the room was ready, I was able to use the digital key from the Hilton Honors app to go check out my room during a conference break. It was HUGE! We had a Disney view and were able to see the Disneyland light show and World of Color from our room. Loved the perks that come with our Diamond status. :) Finally, we were granted a 1pm late checkout which worked perfectly with my conference schedule.

Yelp
TV didn't work entire stay after 2 maintenance workers came by to fix it. Walls so thin, heard screaming kids very early xmas morning. Coffee maker didn't work properly spilling coffee all over the counter. Went to Front Desk in the morning, asked to apply $50.00 on a different method of payment with CC. Tapped card and left hotel. Received emailed statement and that $50.00 sis not get credited to my folio. Called hotel FD and stated the issue, agent said sorry, nothing I can do.

Yelp
Don't ever stay here! They don't care about their guests and this hotel is filthy! They don't even try to make it better or even apologize

Yelp
Where do I start , I got this hotel om Expedia it was too good to be true. It was cheap , usually we stay at a lower end hotel but 5 bucks more we get the Hilton. In my mind this is a steal. We get there to park , 39 dollars a night. Which if you read online it is in the fine print. So ended up paying like 80 dollars for 2 nights. We tried talking to the front desk and they said it is the city that charges she has no control over. She asked if we want to enjoy rewards we said is it free, they said yes we get 2 complimentary waters that are worth about 5 bucks each and free wifi which it cut in and out. We got to our room, heard bunch of noise upstairs it is construction , I guess they are renovating. We called to get another room which we did. So we got a better room you look outside the window bunch if construction going on. No noise though. So my friend called expedia about the parking charge , we didn't get refunded or anything we wanted to go to another hotel they just gave us 50 dollars credit. They said it states online they charge parking. So we end up going to the elevator thought it would be nice, it is tagged on. Light was going out in our bathroom , some rooms were without hot water. Plus was the workers were nice and the bed and pillow were comfy. Other then that I won't be coming back. They do have places to eat inside, star bucks and other things to do. Downside also they charge for microwave 35 bucks a day and 14 dollars to go to the pool. Which I was looking forward to. It was convenient next to the connection center. Later on we get a bill for the free waters , we called the hotel they said that is what the house keepers reported , we explained they were free. I said I was going to write a bad review. They said we can do our internet things , she don't care. We finally spike to manager and they said they were going to refund us. It was only 10 dollars. Which they still haven't. Plus side , they do have a lot of towels, shampoos , soaps , mini fridge , TV best thing was the bed and pillow. caution beware of hotel ‼‼‼‼

Yelp
Beware. Hotel is under construction. Be very careful where your room is. There has been jackhammering feet from my window all morning! They don't wait for an acceptable hour to make noise. Don't expect to rest if you stay in this hotel while under construction. Unacceptable to put guests in rooms right next to work being done.

Yelp
I ended up staying at Hilton Anaheim during D23 because it was so close and convenient. We got a 2 Queen Bed Suite on the top floor overlooking the pool. Our view was basically down main street. This is in no means a "Disneyland View" because we are off-property but it was so nice being able to see the train station and the castle from our room. The fireworks were so serene from our windows and being able to see the full show was phenomenal. Our stay was great! Every staff member we came in contact with including the receptionist, housekeeping, and bar staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was super spacious and had a pull-out couch. The couch was not as comfortable as the beds but it gave us extra space for our party. I loved all the floor space because it gave us ample room to spread out all our souvenirs and repack. The only thing I have to say about the hotel is that everything felt dark but I have heard a renovation is coming this year that will address that as one of the main fixes. I cannot wait to come back here and experience it all over again.
