Hilton Astana

My stay at Hilton Astana in the Deluxe Twin Room was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a sleek design that made the stay feel luxurious. The beds were cozy, and the large windows provided plenty of natural light, giving the room a bright and airy atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly professional and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the rooftop bar and wellness center, which added a nice touch of relaxation. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with options to suit all tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Hilton Astana for both business and leisure travelers.

Excellent hotel. Gorgeous internal design, the food, both breakfast and dinner was delicious. The service was great and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located next to the huge Mega Silkway mall and the Expo centre.

We've had a few nice stays here; the views over expo are great, rooms are comfortable, and staff are attentive. We especially enjoyed the pool, saunas, and hammam.

The hotel is beautiful! Everything feels luxurious! Except the restaurant staff is slow even when it's not that busy.

The Hilton Astana is a five star hotel on a grand scale. It is comfortable and large with all the amenities you would expect. Service is excellent, the restaurant and bars are very good and the room was comfortable and quiet. I can think of nothing negative to say about it.

Very lousy management. Sent a reservation request by en email as was told by receptionist and received no answer. Called back and was told that if there is no office space availability we do not answer, just retain the information. Well I believe this is not something, what you would expect from an international brand. I believe management should be aware of simple etiquette rules

When I left the hotel, I accidentally left my headphones in the room. I promptly contacted the hotel, showing them proof from my iPhone app that my AirPods were left on the premises. Unfortunately, the reception and staff have not taken responsibility for this, even suggesting that I might have misplaced them elsewhere, despite the clear location data. I’m left feeling that my property was taken from the hotel, which is disappointing for such a reputable brand. I would not recommend staying here, especially for British citizens, despite the embassy’s endorsement.

As a five stars hotel chain, we had quite an unpleasant experiences with the housekeeping here. Our room was not cleaned until we called them, drinking water are always missing, towels are very old, etc. We had to call them on these small issues every day during our 9-day stay there on a business trip.
