Every time I travel to Astana, I stay at various 5-star hotels, but I always end up choosing Hilton Astana. The reason is simple: the level of service and the genuine hospitality of the staff truly elevate my mood and make my stay exceptional. The team at Hilton Astana treats every guest with great attention and professionalism. Their warm attitude, dedication, and consistent high-quality service are what keep bringing me back. The rooms are comfortable, the environment is spotless, and the overall experience is truly world-class. I was attending an international conference for Librarians and Library staff. The room was very nice. The bed was great. Soft but firm. Large picture windows and spacious areas. The food was good but make sure you ask about including breakfast as part of your stay. It not added automatically. There are two bars that stay open very late. The hotel is situated next to a nice mall with lots to offer. A great experience.

Great Location! Easy to access and travel to entire city. Service was excellent. Housekeeping was VERY well done and thorough. Only a few very minor items in maintenance. I will stay here every time I visit Astana.

I had a great stay at Hilton Astana during my recent business trip. The location is ideal — close to key government offices and the Expo Center. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and all the amenities I needed to work efficiently. The executive lounge was a nice bonus for quick meetings and refreshments. Staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. Highly recommend for business travelers visiting Astana.

Although i booked and paid for a king bed - i was given a twin room. The check in person said that who ever booked your room booked a twin room. Even though in my booking it says a king bed. Was not happy!

We recently hosted some VIP clients, including well-known Hollywood actors, at the Hilton Astana during ComicCon Astana, and the experience was truly outstanding. The rooms offered a spectacular view of the Expo Ball, especially at night, which left our guests in awe. The food was delicious, and the breakfast spread was large and absolutely sumptuous. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. A special mention to Commercial Director Anna Sukhanova and her team, including Alibek, who were hands-on with every detail. They went above and beyond to accommodate last-minute requests—from arranging TV interviews in the lobby to securing bookings at the rooftop restaurant and bar. This level of attentiveness and care made our stay seamless and memorable. A big thumbs up to Hilton Astana and its incredible team! Highly recommended. 👏

The staff at the reception and breakfast was extremely courteous and helpful. They took excellent care of our team. Special thanks to Shugyla, Tilek, and Kasiet. They were amazing during breakfast service. We were very well taken care of.
