This hotel is gorgeous, clean, and secure. The breakfast options were fresh and varied and the pool deck was a treat to relax at after a day of traveling. I will advise the location to proximity to the heart of Athens isn't ideal. You have to walk a short distance to take a bus to the metro station (it's a 45 minute walk to the metro). It can be a lot for solo travelers or if you have a lot of luggage.

Nice old time classic place! With modern design! Very expensive and small cocktails though, great taste as always. It maybe the best cocktail bar in Athens! But still very expensive and smaller portion than ever before!😤 the one in the middle is without alcohol! The other two are the portion of a glass of champagne....☹ nice music, great Acropolis view!

Great hotel with nice rooms. I received a free upgrade to a room with a view, as I am a diamond member and let me tell you, the view was spectacular! We decided to visit to rooftop bar during our stay but ended up paying 60 euros for 2 salads and 2 drinks. That seemed a bit steep compared to all the other places we ate at in Athens. Breakfast in the mornings had a wide selection and the food was tasty. Location-wise, the hotel was very close to most of the iconic attractions but the tram, bus, and subway were close by to help with that. Hotel had great customer service, but we were sad that the lounge was not open during our stay. We were offered a drink and a small appetizer (cheese) instead only during the hours of 5-7. Which if doing tours or you are in the middle of the city, was hard to make. Overall, great experience!

Wonderful hotel in the center of Athens. It has everything close by - supermarkets, restaurants, cafes. It has a nice rooftop bar with an amazing view and other two restaurants. Very family friendly. It also offers a babysitting service which costs 15 euros per hour. The staff were really attentive and anticipate to our needs promptly. When asked for a cup of warm milk for our daughter, they even gave it to us as a complimentary drink which was highly appreciated. We would definitely go back there if we ever have another chance.

A very nice and cozy hotel. Was here in January with my work, as part of a conference. Am almost sad I didn't get to spend more time at the hotel room, which was well furnished, very clean and with a lovely balcony. The location seemed to be very central and was with the most lovely view of mountains and Acropolis. There also seemed to be a good selection of restaurants close by, thou I didn't really have time to try them out. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and full of choices, and the cleaning was spotless. Water prices in the minibar was crazy, but that's probably the same thing everywhere else. Didn't have time to find a mini market. And that was just to find something "negative" to say. I will definitely recommend this place :-)

For a 5-night stay with my wife, it was a great hotel with a nice comfy room. But it lacked few details. They didn’t have bath foam/salt for the bath tub (the hotel just didn’t have it), no bath robes, they only provided 1 pair of slippers (although we booked the hotel for 2 persons), no free space in the fridge (always full of their minibar bottles), and inconsistent room setup from every morning room service. They only provided regular English/Greek breakfast with no other variety. However, the rooftop Galaxy Bar was great and really nice, especially all their cocktails. Somehow, with their huge place, they didn’t have a lounge for after dinner coffee, except for the rooftop bar which stopped serving coffee at 10 pm (but this was just a minor detail). Overall, the customer service and all their waiters/hospitality personnel were very friendly, helpful and polite. Even the spa was excellent according to my wife. Nevertheless, with some missing details, this hotel didn’t qualify to get 5-star rating in my opinion.

Really really great experience, from check-in to departure. Felt extremely valued as a Diamond member - front desk staff upgraded our room without even asking. Front desk staff was polite and professional and gracious. Room was fantastic - get the Acropolis view!!! Several restaurants behind the hotel within a 5 min walk. Location is great, 15 min walk from the marble Olympic stadium and literally across the street from a convenient metro stop (the hotel is on the airport metro line!). Breakfast was good considering the pandemic (would have liked more options and more self serve) and pool is under construction. Otherwise... perfect. We were very impressed and very much enjoyed the visit.

Large, modern and clean hotel. We were a family of five in two rooms and an extra roll-away bed was provided which was comfortable. Baths were clean, as were the rooms, and the WiFi worked well. Best part of the hotel for us was the large resort-like pool area. Beautiful and breezy area with many lounges and great food and service. Our kids thought it was the best pool hotel they've experienced out of perhaps a dozen or more in various places in the U.S. and Europe. Also, we left an expensive hair appliance in the room by accident when we left Athens for a week in the islands. A couple of emails the next day and we had arranged for the retrieved item to be held for us in lost and found and we picked it up a week later when we returned to Athens. Impressive communication and cooperative resolution by the Staff on that issue. They were very helpful and we were very appreciative.
