Hilton Beijing Wangfujing

Location: The location is absolutely outstanding. The hotel is just a few steps away from APM Mall, one of the main shopping malls on Wangfujing pedestrian street. Despite being in a busy shopping area, the hotel is easily accessible by car. There is also a convenience store right next to the hotel lobby, located within the connected shopping complex, which is very convenient. Check-in: The check-in process was fast and efficient. A security deposit was required at check-in. Room: The Deluxe King Room is spacious and comfortable. The room is very well equipped, featuring a large TV, an iron, and a wide, well-designed bathroom. Overall, the room felt complete and luxurious. Concierge: The concierge team was extremely helpful. They assisted with currency exchange and helped set up Alipay, which was very useful for travelers. Lobby: The lobby is comfortable and welcoming, with plenty of seating areas. A currency exchange machine is also available, adding extra convenience for international guests.

Excellent location - 1min from Beijing apm and main Wangfujing street. Lots of food around the vicinity but you got to explore a little bit. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room. It was super spacious. Automated toilet seat(open/close) with bidet. Nice bathtub though I did not use it, since it's a hassle to open/close the open concept kind of toilet/bathroom. Breakfast spread was decent but I personally think there could have been more variety. There's a few live station such as the zhajiangmien and omelette station. It was nice. A little more improvement could be made as I noticed the chef not wearing gloves. I do not mind but I just thought a 5 star hotel chef would be wearing gloves. No complains though.Reception staff was very courteous, greeting you whenever they see you. Excellent service. Cons - I think the lobby is way too small for a 5 star hotel like Hilton. There are only 2 seats and a long sofa which can sit up to 5 pax(maybe?). There are always guests around, so usually, I would have no place to sit. Though it's not an issue for me, I thought those elderly might need them. I walked around Wangfujing and noticed neighbouring hotels such as Regent, Novotel(4-star) has very huge lobby. But it is what it is. Overall - Nice place, great service staff and spacious room. Breakfast spread could be better and open concept bathroom can be automated such that it is easy for people to close the doors. Lobby size is a big minus. Loved the free toiletries/amenities next to reception area. Face oil, cleanser, toner & cream from DHC brand

Amazing hotel with all you need! We just came back from this beautiful hotel and I want to write a review. 1) The location is perfect, close to many shopping malls and cafes, Nike, Chanel, Starbucks, McDonald's, anything you want; 2) Room is spacious with your own cloakroom; huge cozy bed and bath with all the amentities: shampoo, conditionel, gel shower, body lotion. Especially loved the great view! 3) The cleaning was awesome, fullfilled with tea and water everyday; 4) Highly recommend to try Pekin duck in the local restaurant 'Chinna Selection" – the best duck in Beijing! Better to pre-order in advance, at least 1 hour before; 5) The staff! That is the main reason we would come back, indeed amazing job from them. Thank you so much for such a hospitality! if you hesitate, please don't, We definitely recommend this hotel, it's worse it. Thank you -

The poor service outweighs everything else. We were looking forward to our Beijing trip and Hilton stay but Hilton Wangfujing disappointed us. We booked 3 rooms and a total of 5 adults 1 child for 5 days, rightfully each room should come with 2 breakfast right, since it is not a single bedroom? We told the staff repeatedly and they insisted on charging our 7 yo’s breakfast unreasonably. Secondly, we had a poor breakfast experience given that they arrange a place with no ventilation when we said we wanted to be seated together( of course right as we are on a holiday and the bonding over breakfast that we even chose to pay extra for is important). Service crew looked unhappy at work and had affected our mood overall too. Thirdly, one of mornings, we were appalled by a person who smoked at our room hotel lobby level 10! And he tried extinguishing the cigarette at the thrashbin of the lift lobby! After that he spitted into the bin too. We are totally turned off and disgusted, we informed the staff and not sure if they bothered at all since nobody came back to us. We flew all the way here only to experience these with Hilton. Will probably switch to other 5 stay international brand in future. All the best

I had a great stay at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing. The hotel is well located and very comfortable, but what truly stood out was the service. Special thanks to Chief Concierge Elvis Yu, who was exceptionally professional, polite, and considerate. He anticipated my needs and handled all my logistics seamlessly, making my stay smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and proactive service reflect the highest standards of hospitality. Highly recommended :)

A wonderful stay overall! The hotel has a great location transportation is easy and it's close to the shopping mall. The Christmas tree in the lobby was such a nice touch, and the staff were super friendly, even helping me take lots of group photos. A big thanks to Aimee and the whole lobby team for their warm hospitality!

Our stay was impeccable. The hotel's prime location on Wangfujing is unbeatable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, convenience. Alan was excellent, providing truly exceptional service. Our room was luxurious, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We can't wait to return on our next trip to Beijing. Highly recommended!

Location is awesome. Hotel is clean. Don't come on winter because you will die of heat in the room. It was so hot it wasn't even funny. Opened the windows for 5 nights. Requested the front desk to check air-conditioning and they said they are turned off for the winter. Just brought in air cooling fan with ice.
