Great location, very kind and helpful staff (and great with translator app). Delicious breakfast. So walkable to many central spots and restaurants and shopping and a short walk to the very efficient and English-friendly subway. Ricky Liu at the concierge desk was THE BEST helping us with travel logistics and advice for our departure to the train station, reservations, and more. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Executive lounge had great views of the city and Forbidden City.

My friend and I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. We really appreciated being able to check in early after our morning flight—it was a great chance to freshen up. The location was excellent, with Family Mart, Luckin, Peet’s, and McD’s conveniently located in the building just behind the hotel. Shopping streets and malls were right next door, and several tourist spots were also within walking distance.If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the pillows—they were too soft, even when stacking three of them.

I want to thank Hilton Hotel for organization the best service for our business programm. All rooms were amazing, clean, water is enough . But mostly I want to thank King Jin who helped us organize everulything in the meeting hall of the 5th floor. Everything we needed he gave us in advance and very fast. The service, the way he talked, everything was remarkable. All team of Hilton that worked with us from June 12 to June 15 was amazing. I really loved this hotel and I will recommend it to our friends and partners. Not only because of the perfect position nearby Wangfujing street , but also because of amazing service and banquet menu.

The hotel is located perfectly near the attractions that you want to see. I was here on points but the experience was not as seamless as other locations around the world that I have been to. I booked 3 large rooms at 50,000 points/night which included complimentary breakfast. However, the very first morning when the family met at the breakfast bar, they charged all of the guests. The family left because it was a pretty large expense and there were better choices in the area. Was a pretty embarrassing moment. |Also, they would not provide a cot for an unexpected guest, also a little embarrassing.|The cleaning staff was 5 star though. Especially,Chen Feng Qing. She took great care of us and the room. That service was next level.

Check-in/out - very fast and efficient|Staff - friendly and helpful|Room - very spacious in terms of overall room size, toilet size and has a walk-in wardrobe. Only down side is the pillows, they are way too flat that it should not be used anymore. |Breakfast - best I ever had so far (decent variety of cuisine and all well cooked) and they have a good system of reserving table which is good for solo travellers|Location - very centrally located, next to a mall with lots of food options as well as nearby to other shopping streets and eateries||

Great service by all the staff. Special thanks to Elvis and Leon the concierges who helped us with the best professionalism and knowledge. The rooms are quite comfortable and the amenities of the hotel are great. Location is quite good and within walking distance to shopping malls, many restaurants and to the forbidden city.

This is a truly international standard hotel. Size of the room was good and spacious, spot free wash room and very spacious too. Smart toilet seat with warm seat and auto flushing. Comfortable bed, the friendly staff, Li Jia Ming, offered an extra bed for my kid for free on our request, this was so pleasing. The Nespresso machine is a plus point. The smart light/air con control panel was handy. Overall, this is a high standard hotel and well-carried the Hilton brand. All Good.

We chose to stay at Wangfujing Hilton due to the fact it’s our first time visiting Beijing as a family and the location is close to Tiannanman Square, Forbidden city and the Front Gate market. However, we were more impressed by the warm hospitality from the hotel staff. Everyone from concierge, front desk, house keeping, restaurant staff and executive lounge staff are courteous, helpful and well communicated to meet our needs. Breakfast is great with good asian and western styles. We really enjoyed our stay at Wangfujing Hilton. Specially thanks to Nicole at front desk and Jennie at the lounge. Definitely recommend it and will be our choice of hotel in Beijing.
