Hilton Beijing Wangfujing

"Set in the heart of Beijing’s shopping district, the three-year-old hotel is convenient to trips to the Forbidden City and art galleries. Interiors blend classic Rococo style with traditional Chinese architecture, and works by Beijing artists cover the walls. Beige and bronze rooms have dark, rich leather furnishings and walk-in closets, and "probably the largest bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Ever." Vasco’s serves a fusion cuisine of Portuguese and Asian, and has a water sommelier to pair H2O with dishes like creamy pasteis de nata (Portuguese egg tarts). Vintage Bank is home to the largest wine cellar in the city. "The very helpful staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for."

Our stay was impeccable. The hotel's prime location on Wangfujing is unbeatable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, convenience. Alan was excellent, providing truly exceptional service. Our room was luxurious, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We can't wait to return on our next trip to Beijing. Highly recommended!

Great place, VERY luxurious and the rooms are very spacious, very high tech also with curtains being able to open and go down with a press of a button. The breakfast buffet has many options to choose from, and best yet, it is an all you can eat. Location is very good, it is right next to the forbidden city which is an iconic tourist destination, and also a few steps away from a massive mall called apm, customer service is very good too. Greatest recommendation if you are coming to Beijing for a couple night stay.

A beautiful and modern Hilton hotel that still feels calm and has a touch of history. The breakfast was delicious! The room came with four bottles of water, tea bags, and full amenities. There’s a FamilyMart inside the building, and it’s located right next to Wangfujing, with Peking Union Medical College Hospital just across the street. There are also many restaurants nearby. Smoking is not allowed, and all the porters were very polite. Truly a wonderful hotel!

The checkout experience was pleasant, with very courteous staff. Restaurant staff were thoughtful and offered to pack a breakfast when they learned about our early flight. The hotel lacks a sheltered drop-off area, and there was no staff available to assist with luggage. Although I was informed the room had been renovated, it still appeared dated.

Everyone here really tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible.|Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Located very conveniently to the main Wangfujing pedestrian street with many shopping malls and restaurants.|Very close to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden city and other major cultural and historical places.|Special thanks to Aimee Li from the Executive lounge, Ivanka Zhang from the Front office, Seven Qui from the Front desk and all other staff. |They made our hotel experience feel that much more special with their smiles and assistance.|Would highly recommend to those looking for the perfect hotel in Beijing.

This hotel has an excellent, central location near the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The breakfast choices were very good. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, and I'd like to acknowledge housekeeping for their hard work behind the scenes in keeping it so. However, despite being supposedly smoke-free, cigarette smoke was unfortunately present in rooms, hallways, and common areas, (Doesn't seem like a policy that's enforced). My primary issue, though, was the consistently disappointing service. It simply wasn't reflective of Hilton's usual high standards. From unassisted luggage handling on departure to a general lack of proactive assistance and staff often preoccupied with personal phones, the service felt reactive and far below a 5-star expectation. While the facilities and location are fantastic, the service significantly fell short.

My friend and I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. We really appreciated being able to check in early after our morning flight—it was a great chance to freshen up. The location was excellent, with Family Mart, Luckin, Peet’s, and McD’s conveniently located in the building just behind the hotel. Shopping streets and malls were right next door, and several tourist spots were also within walking distance. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the pillows—they were too soft, even when stacking three of them.

Luxurious hotel with great service and a really brilliant location- can walk to the Forbidden City. Too busy to try hotel amenities but executive lounge was fine with good selection of food/snacks. Very happy with our stay there
