Was here for work. Room was spacious, mostly quiet except for the fridge. Lock on the door takes 6-7 tries sometimes with key card to open, and digital key never worked for me. Really like there is hot, room temp, and cold water and a trash bin in the common area. There's also a microwave but we don't have plates -- how are we supposed to reheat stuff? Thermostat didn't quite work? I set to 74 but it only ever went up to 72, even during "night mode" and while I was in the room. Bit cold. Location is right across from East Main light rail, which is convenient to my workplace. Downtown, at 10-12 mins walk, is a bit far for food, so I ended up eating at the hotel for dinner twice when I was here. Only ventured downtown for dinner on my first night. All in all, it was fine, but I'll probably try a different location next time. Lighted elevators going up and down were pretty.

Attended a conference at the Hilton Bellevue. The hotel is huge. It is located about 21 minute drive from SeaTac International Airport and about a 15 minute drive to Downtown Seattle. You can get a shuttle from the Sea-Tac International Airport to the hotel. It costs about $50 US each way. ||The reception area is quite spacious with sitting areas right in front of the Check-In desk. They have 2 computers to the left of the Check-In desk. ||They have a restaurant, called So-lar-i-um in front of the Check-In. They have a descent menu. Prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend their Breakfast Buffet for $25 US. The meals that I had over the 2 days I was there great. The restaurant also serves Starbucks who just want a quick pick me up. ||They have a various conference rooms throughout the hotel. On the 1st floor they have a laundry room for guests. They do have a vending machine next to Check-In desk. In addition, they have a little area around the Check-In desk with various snacks to purchase. They do have a gym, pool, ||The room that they gave me was quite spacious. Received a King size bed and it was comfortable. The room comes with a sitting area. A bonus was the microwave and a mini-fridge. The bathroom is quite small. Comes with shower/tub combo. There is a small vanity area just before the bathroom to which has a coffee maker. All rooms come with a Juliet balcony. ||While staying at Hilton Bellevue, I had no issues. Staff were friendly and always available when I had any questions. Price of my stay was quite reasonable, but it will depend when you will be going there. ||Points of Interest:||Hilton Bellevue to Seattle: $44.98 US (Uber)|Sea-Tac International Airport to Hilton Bellevue: $67.97 US (Uber)|The Shops at the Bravern: 5 minute drive (Uber $5.95)|Total Wine & More: 6 minute drive. (Uber: $5.95 US)|Trader Joe’s: 4 minute drive (Uber: $5.95 US)

We recently went to an Ohio State Football game and slept like babies on their mattress and pillows. Room was clean and hotel was honestly great! It's a little outdated but that didn't bother us. For breakfast you MUST get the Belgian waffles...it had the strongest tasting vanilla I have ever had in a waffle...outstanding! There was a train if you got the "city view" but if you close your sliding glass door you won't hear it.

A good place to stay when you’re in Bellevue. The room was spacious and the location was good. It was driving distance to the mall and food places. We had breakfast buffet downstairs and it was good, especially the omelette station. The front desk staff were kind too. I’d say my only complaint would be the ~$30/ night parking..

Google
Wonderful customer service. You will feel like they know your needs and wishes. The staff goes out of its way to make sure you are taken care of in any way as far as suggestions for sightseeing to help with transportation. 10 stars please make your trip stress free with this hotel Judith Davis North carolina

For $450/night you can sleep in a room that's too hot & take a shower that's too cold. There are thermostats in the room but YOU the guest, who spent your hard earned money, cannot change the temperature in your room. Some of the worst sleep I've had in my life. The front desk people were very nice and the room was clean. But not being able to control the temperature in my room and the shower getting to just above lukewarm makes me feel robbed. I've stayed in Motel 6s more comfortable than this Hilton.

Google
Positive: The staff is great so friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad stay at the hilton. I have been staying there off and on for 10 years. The staff is the nicest staff I have experienced staying at hotels. There food is really great to. Negative: ""

Google
Positive: To the wonderful African-American front desk associate with the yellow long nails, she made me feel like I was home. I forget her name so sorry she greeted me with a very pretty welcoming smile very professional had me in my room in minutes. Negative: Also, she directed me into town to get my nails done. She needs a big shout out.!!!

Yelp
I had a fantastic four night stay at the Hilton Bellevue. As a Hilton Diamond member, I checked in easily around 5 PM. With two people on my reservation, I was given two vouchers for a drink or appetizer at the Solarium bar, which were very easily used with great options (separate review). We also got $30 daily food & beverage credit ($15/person) which I also easily redeemed (and tips count! Also separate review, but shout-out to Hieu for being a one man army in there sometimes). My room was very spacious and had a great large working desk. The gym was adequate and well stocked with towels and cold water. It's a little dated in some ways like the benches but there is a Peloton! The night staff are also incredibly helpful, both getting me a leftover box from the closed kitchen and helping me to reset some room keys that got deactivated accidentally. I actually never ate breakfast here, so can't review. Had dinner almost every night and they even did to-go easily (otherwise reviewing the Solarium Bar separately). A small hidden perk is that the giant parking lot is often used for Uber drivers starting the day. Every day, my Uber arrived in less than two minutes from when I called it. Also located very well on the Redmond light rail. Can't wait for it to open all the way to downtown but I rode it up to Bellevue easily. I would say the only hiccup here was that room service has both a $4 fee and 21% mandatory gratuity. It makes a $20 salad into $31+! But that is my fault for calling in and not reading the menu fine print.

Yelp
My room smelled like a smoker had used it. The whole place feels dated but lightly refurbished. Never my first option

Yelp
Gross and old hotel. Rooms outdated and just old. I wouldn't come back, the breakfast isn't good and gym is old.

Yelp
This is a GREAT hotel. It was clean and felt luxurious, the staff was superb and the room was clean and quiet. I did have to use an HDMI cable connected to my lapto9pn to stream as the tv didn't work very well, but I loved my window view and that the hotel was right on the #2 line for transit. The lobby restaurant had gluten free options and were happy to split my adult beverages on to a separate tab from my meal for business expenses. I stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.
google avatar

Yelp
This place has become my home away from home. The staff is always so lovely kind & helpful. The rooms are luxurious. I like to enjoy the stream & ignore the highway. Something about this place just keeps bringing me back when I need a weekend getaway in town.

Yelp
Had a one night stay here last week. It was a very clean room with all the necesary amenities, and a very comfortable bed. Sometimes getting all the basics right, just makes for a nice stay. Now the true test sometimes comes when extra service may be needed, but there were no issues for me, so no need for calling on more service. Truth is i was greeted almost right away from coming in and was offered service, so kudos to this hotel and staff. Truly a top notch place to stay.

Yelp
Affordable place in Bellevue, near their downtown district and shopping areas. Train right across for commute. Found this deal on Priceline and wanted to come explore Bellevue. Being a Hilton brand, we were expecting more in quality than this place was able to deliver. Service was great, we were able to be accommodated and checked in early. The place was a bit confusing as the Hilton name was not on the front of the building and we had missed the lateral view where logo was printed. Room was great! Spacious with tons of seating and sleeping. Ample closet and cabinet space for unpacking. Some challenges that presented during our stay: 1. The air conditioner seemed to malfunction quite a bit. We came in to a hot room (80s), lowered it to 72, walked away and when we came back, the thermostat seemed to be off. When attempted to turn it back on, the power seemed to malfunction and it kept turning off on its own. We experienced this as we slept thru the night and the room was hot. 2. The shower and closet both had a mold smell. 3. Toilet was too small and felt like you were seating on the ground. 4. Balcony view was nothing but a view to the garage, nothing impressive 5. At 930am, house keeping knocks on our door asking what time we were planning to leave?! This made us feel rushed even though check out time was at 11am. Overall we had an ok experience but don't think we will be coming back to this specific location.

Yelp
Great experience with the family! We stayed after Christmas for pre-New Year. For an older hotel-- it's still charming, clean, and not busy at all (maybe the time that we checked in was not peak). To me, the rooms are more spacious and have that cozier feel. Some new and modern hotels can feel "sterile" to me. Their pool is sadly outdoors only-- so it was close for the season.

Yelp
I found this hotel for half price using Vio and I'm very pleased. It's clean, beautiful when you walk in, very big rooms, pool, near the mall. IF I paid full price, I would say the rooms need an update. They are dated but have huge wall length desks, great business rooms. Staff: the woman who checked us in was wonderful, she needs a bonus. Very nice amenities including in room coffee maker and mini fridge.

Very great place to stay, hotel staff is very helpful to any needs. The view is very beautiful on the 9th floor.

Yelp
Friendly service, super clean hotel, and while I'm very health conscious and have dietary restrictions, the breakfast had plenty for me to enjoy. Even organic tea!

Yelp
Great location. Nice place. A bit dated rooms. Breakfast buffet. Hot food was NOT hot at all. I suspect they didn't have the hot plate underneath even on. This was true all three days of my stay. Changed rooms as sound insulation between room above was awful. Same room two night as I checked and first night guest above checked out .. thinking maybe they were just clods. Nope second night same. Awoken several times to noise above on both night. Moved to top floor last night of three night stay and then it was great. Staff at front desk and the manager were great. They can't control guests and sounds but they were very accommodating.

Yelp
Overall disappointed by this hilton - esp as a diamond member... Our bed had a dip in it and was uncomfortable. We got a room with a kitchen and it was missing some kitchen tools like a knife, it only had one spoon. The balcony light can't be turned off which means we can't sleep with the curtains open to wake up to sunlight because we're blinded by the balcony light. The elevator on the very right seems to be a hazard - it isn't level and has a significant step down when exiting the elevator. When the doors open, the elevator also slowly moves to level which doesn't feel very safe...

Yelp
LOYAL TO HILTON (3.75 stars) Not my favorite location. Prefer Hilton Seattle (way better) over Hilton Bellevue, but prefer downtown Bellevue (way cleaner) over downtown Seattle. - SERVICE: fairly decent - ROOMS: always in a good ones - PARKING: always have to pay - DOG FRIENDLY: with an animal deposit Usually, when I travel and stay at the big hotels my average go-to would be Hilton. It's on the pricier end but it's not the most expensive. This review will be specifically for Hilton Bellevue. I was able to reserve a room last minute. Dog friendly room. They gave me a top floor room with king size bed. My dog immediately fell in love with how clean and comfy their beds are. Yes, beds are always comfy at Hiltons. Room itself was average, little out dated compared to other Hilton's I've stayed at. Their lounge area and hotel bar was very weak and ended up never spending much time here except to sleep. Parking was an outdoor lot... park yourself. Wasn't thrilled with parking, no cover, no security, just a lot out front. But it's bellevue... bougie so nothing will happen to your car. There are a lot of nice expensive big hotels around Bellevue that I probably would check out over staying at the Hilton again. But of course I am a loyal Hilton go'er and will likely take the scary downtown Seattle but with nicer rooms and amenities. Until the next reservation....

Yelp
I stayed here because of a renovation that was done on my home. I had to be out for a few days. The place was a bit dirty. When I checked in, the room was a mess. Not sure why I was assigned that specific room? I feel they should be more mindful of things like this on checkin.

Yelp
To provide an honest overview of the hotel experience staying for a week in May 2024 it is a mixed experience. The room itself is nice sized with a refrigerator, microwave, sliding door with deck, dresser with plenty of drawers and outlets on each night table. Also a couch and a desk space. The lobby is nice and front desk staff were really good, friendly, helpful and efficient. The free ride service provided by city of Bellevue was great and saved me a good bit of money. The fitness room could use an update. There is a guest use washer and dryer on site which is nice though I didn't use it. The pool and spa are outside and weather didn't make us want to get out into cold air so didn't use that. The less than stellar aspects of this hotel include the water temperature which goes from cold to lukewarm most of the time and barely warm on a couple occasions. I came close to looking for another hotel on day 3 of the stay because I just don't enjoy rushing through the shower because it won't get warm. The housekeeping people are pleasant but even when asking for the room to be cleaned at 5 days they didn't vacuum and just shook out the sheets. I did ask for clean bedding which she did change after asking, but I was disappointed that the room wasn't vacuumed. The restaurant was both excellent the first few days and appalling the last couple days. Some of the meals were exceptional and impressive. The last time I ate in the hotel restaurant was terrible. I ordered the mushroom risotto which took an incredibly long time to arrive although I could tell the restaurant was under-staffed at 6 pm. I arrived at 5 pm for dinner and ordered within a few minutes and still didn't have food for more than half hour. When it did arrive there was huge chunks of uncooked onion in the risotto. The server was chatting with a lady at another table leaning against something and never returned to check on the meal. My husband finished his meal. I ate about 4 bites that all had the same large chunks of uncooked onions so I took them out and put them on the plate and waited for him to notice me waving to him. When he finally came back my husband had finished his meal and I showed him the onion along with my 90%+ uneaten meal and told him, I couldn't eat it. He never apologized or offered me anything else to eat, but said he would take 50% off my meal and walked away. Hotel restaurant staff training is critical to guest experience and this was incredibly disappointing. The hydro massage chairs on lobby level near the elevators were great and such a nice experience after a long flight. Give them a try!

Yelp
We visited the Hilton for a State PTA conference. The hotel was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice. I personally purchased two rooms that were joined. We were charged $50 more for one room because we had 3 people in it vs 2 in the other. I normally wouldn't mind this but there is nothing extra to validate that fee. There is no free breakfast, the two rooms were the exact same- so that was a small put off. We did have an air conditioning issue, but the hotel staff took care of that very quickly. Overall I would stay here again!

Aaron P.

Yelp
Old and outdated hotel which is okay but finding a roach in the bathroom was the last straw.

Ryan O.

Yelp
Don't stay at this hotel. I had to book a last minute work trip and cannot recommend this place. First room had a broken lamp, weird liquid on the fridge, and a missing drop ceiling tile. Complained (which I have never done at a hotel in decades of business travel) and got upgraded to a suite. The windows have not been cleaned in months and months, but I guess the upgrade was nice. I will definitely never stay here again, and it was more expensive than other Bellevue hotels that I am happy to stay at that were booked up. There is nothing within walking distance but another hotel. If I were paying for this myself, and not via work, I would have already asked for a refund and left. Stay anywhere else.

Nikki K.

Yelp
The place was easy enough to find and had ample parking. The lady who helped me check in kept walking away without saying anything while checking me in. I feel like it made the check-in process way longer than it needed to be. The room was a bit on the messy side and the sheets had some weird, slightly wet coating. Overall, the look of the room/lobby/hallways seemed a bit run down, I bet a few years ago though it was probably beautiful.
google avatar

Jen B.

Yelp
Nice big room with a restaurant downstairs. Not a fan of paying for parking ever when I stay in a hotel if it is not valet or inner city (-1 star) and my phone in my room did not work amd was actually assigned to a different room. Could not call room service (-1 star).

Yelp
I had some family stay here after Thanksgiving. The prices were reasonable. They helped bring luggage up to the room. The place was clean and well put together. The rooms were quite big. I loved the pool. Not far from the mall either. Loved it!

Ken K.

Yelp
Not a good place for a conference. We have a fisher investment conference at this location. My wife had a medical reason for not eating anything before 8:30 pm. At 6:30 pm, we asked for a take out box to keep her dinner for a later time. Two of the workers (one of them looked like a manager) said no food is allowed to leave the room! I'm wondering if this is a regulation of the city of Belleville, or a Hilton Hotel Corporation, or just a local manager said so. Fisher investment: PLEASE, If it is the city, do not hold any future conference in Bellevue, if it is Hilton's rule, do not hold future conferences in Hilton, if it is the locale manager, then do not hold any future conferences at this location.

karla n.

Yelp
The rooms have a good space in them and is very clean, I love that every room have balcony. The beds are comfortable with a great pillows. The Bellevue square mall is very close. Breakfast is good and they have omelette chef and a Starbucks store inside. The outdoor is very nice and big, it was close when I was there but it seems like you can have a good time with a good weather conditions.

Yelp
Here for a wedding, the venue looks wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and the space seemed perfect. Once at the wedding, we quickly realized that there is a lot of disorganization among the event planner(s), very little communication and no follow-through. The wedding planner didn't show up until the time of the wedding, so set-up was happening on its own without guidance. Table settings were incorrect, stairs weren't placed at the stage (forcing the bride to climb up, pushed by her groom, and taking the hand of the MC), no table/setting for gifts available until the MC asked and no communication as to the cocktail hour snacks between the ceremony and the reception. We enjoyed the free sparkling water in the shared space mini lounges at the elevators.

Yelp
There are clearly several other hotel options in downtown Bellevue but I doubt you'll find one that can top the overall amenities offered by the Hilton Bellevue. It's an older property but you still can expect the same Hilton standard at this location....from the overall friendly service from the staff to the large, private and very quiet guest rooms. Let's also not forget the ample (and safe) parking and onsite restaurant and bar. Our 3 night stay started out on business and culminated with their scrumptious Easter Brunch. Thank you, Hilton Bellevue, for yet another wonderful stay. (Guest room tip: request room 312. It's a large room, on the main floor, super easy access to the main lobby yet far enough away to maintain quiet.)

Yelp
Clean but really tiny room for the price. Charge way too much. Friendly staff and yummy cookies but breakfast pastries were not good.

Yelp
Came down to give my son a proper sendoff to Bootcamp and was completely shocked at how janky this place is. Bellevue is super nice town, very clean...lots of money down here. You'd think a building that had "Hilton" on the wall was a smidge upscale. Nope. This place is tired and completely overpriced. You can do much better Hilton of Bellevue.
google avatar

Yelp
I came into Seattle from another work trip. It was a 24 hour turn around. I was super tired, and I had 2 suitcases, 1 carry on, and 1 personal item. I was legit the "crazy bag lady". The woman I checked in with was super nice. She has short brown hair, and glasses. On check out day, she remembered that I checked in with 4 items, and she wanted to make sure I had everything. Great memory by the way!! Loved that! When I had gotten into my room, and struggling with my suitcases, I was hot. The AC wasn't working. The room was 84 degrees! I had called downstairs, and their repair guy came up and fixed it. Thank goodness. It was an EARLY day for me the next day. I did go to the hot tub, it was hot.... But the pool looked like it was being remodeled, and the button for the jet of the hot tub seemed a little worn. Property does need a little facelift, but I appreciate the great customer service.

Yelp
Highly disappointed. The first room we got was dirty, and there were stains all over the carpet & door. You can tell that they do not take care of this hotel. The staff at the restaurant were rude and my husband did not feel comfortable eating dinner there because it didn't look super clean. Additionally they barely had any vegan options for dinner . When we ordered pizza they sent the pizza delivery guy straight to your room- which definitely made me feel like the hotel did not care about guest safety. Luckily for me I was able to run over in time to get the pizza from them before they got in the elevator because I saw the delivery man coming. We wanted to get mouthwash from their vending machine (fully stocked) but it kept saying out of stock. The front desk staff was nice but felt like it was a waste of money staying here.

Yelp
Front desk customer service representatives are amazing. After staying here for the second day, I had a front row seat watching them deal with all the pushback from guests regarding the complete lack of amenities, staff, and the property's outdated equipment and systems. My mom and I decided to stay here during the hottest period in Seattle history, to take advantage of the air conditioning and pool. Because of the unusual heatwave, none of the guests were in a great mood. Still, the front desk staff pushed on and never lost their cool despite being yelled at for people cutting in line during check-in, the lack of hot water due to a breakdown in the boiler, the lack of sufficient air conditioning in the rooms and common areas, lack of bellman or even enough luggage carts to be able to self-carry luggage in, lack of housekeeping for guests, waiting list for towels, and general understaffing across the hotel. *The only housekeepers working were assigned to turning over rooms for new guests. Given all the issues with this hotel at full occupancy post pandemic and with 115 degree heat, I was amazed that none of the staff decided to walk out. The best thing at this Hotel are the staff members. Superstars at the front desk include Krystina, Amy, and Danny. They are seriously working harder by a thousand percent relative to their salary. From a liability standpoint, If Hilton doesn't upgrade this property and hire at least double the number of employees it currently has, the hotel staff will have quite the case for a "hostile work environment". The bar was fun and the bartender Irina was great however, the food took forever to come out and they were sold out of almost everything I wanted to eat. This hotel isn't totally horrible! **Some of the rooms on the upper floors (9-10) are big and well-appointed; ***the pool area is large and updated; ****the hotel is in a great location close to a lot of places to go in downtown Bellevue And only 9 miles from downtown Seattle; ***** Room prices are great relative to Seattle prices, (under $200);and, 6* This is a pet-friendly hotel and it was fun petting the tens of dogs in the lobby. Hilton needs to seriously invest in updating this hotel so that the staff isn't so abused. The staff deserves 100 stars and the hotel deserves 3.0 stars because of their poor air conditioning systems and lack of staff.

Yelp
Interior is lovely and extremely clean. Very refined ambience in the lobby and a lovely fire place. Rooms are clean and nice looking. Lobby has a longer layout which is great! You can easily find a corner to relax and do work away from others. The woman at the bar [Sonia] did a great job and was working all by herself. Shout out to her because I know how it is! She was barfront, server, food runner, etc. Check-in woman was very inviting and kind. Notes: No valet at the moment. Self park only. Wear your mask or they will ask for Vax card! I liked to know they were doing this too keep their patrons safe. I'm from California so I'm unsure if this is how all of Seattle is. Good snacks in the lobby. This location is very close the the city. Safe location.

Yelp
I have this 2 stars because the staff was doing their best dealing with everyone. I checked in today at 5pm. Was told there is no hot water. Ok. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. I get up to the room. No water at all. None. I call the front desk. They tell me that the boiler is being worked on and the water will return very shortly. 11pm. No water at all. No ability to use the bathroom. Nothing. I used bottled water to wash my hands. Not going to use all my drinking water to clean. I had to leave. I'm honestly a bit floored that people were still able to check in. The staff were doing their best I'm sure. I was told they were understaffed. But cmon. No running water for at all. No housekeeping service. No shower use. No bathroom use. Nothing. I'm hoping this was a one off event. But wow was it a big one. Really just a horrible experience all together.

Mike G.

Yelp
I was delighted to be traveling again and staying at a Hilton. The welcome was great and I requested housekeeping because that is only available by request any more. Really? At a Hilton? Alas, when I returned at the end of the day, the room was unmade, bags with towels and toiletries had been dumped in front of the TV. The photos demonstrate what making up a room means at the Hilton Bellevue for a Diamond VIP guest. When I called the front desk, I got a sequence of increasingly more ridiculous excuses. Had I requested. Yes. Oh, there was too much stuff in the room (a carry on and a tooth brush!), so the house keeping staff didn't know what to clean up.

Yelp
Great place to have a conference! They are definitely set up to be able to handle several hundred people in one room and then several smaller rooms for break-out sessions. Lots of parking, but if you're walking to Bellevue Square from the hotel, it might be too far for some (although it can certainly be done). Situated near the freeway, it's easy access and comfortable beds. Room was spacious, but the carpet was a little worn (just in the corners by the bathroom). Maybe they give the conference people the worst rooms ... since the price point was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again, especially on a conference price!

Yelp
Traveling is already a stressful feat during COVID-19, but specifically chose Hilton because of their sanitation procedures that include thorough disinfecting, sealing off the rooms between stays, and limited occupancy. That helped ease our minds. The Bellevue location is great because you're not quite in Seattle proper, but close enough to enjoy all the fun things it has to offer within a short car ride away. Downtown Bellevue isn't far, and this particular location is freeway adjacent so it's easy to get wherever you need fairly quickly. Plus, there are some great restaurants nearby with great takeout/delivery options as well. The rooms were not only spacious, but super clean too. We were nervous about overlooking the freeway and the noise, but they have extra thick windows that really keeps things quiet. Wifi is complimentary, but the signal isn't the greatest and would cut out intermittently when trying to do basic email functions or stream videos at night. Because of the pandemic, some of the amenities like the gym, pool, hot tub, etc. were closed. Though we didn't use any of the dining options within the hotel, they do have a restaurant that's open for sit-down dining, a Starbucks, and room service. Parking is $20 per night and free on the weekends. Staff was friendly and we really liked the location. Would definitely stay here again on future Seattle adjacent travels.

Yelp
I love the hotel because it's so cool on the inside and outside and I love restaurant and pool as well and my favorite server is Hieu. He is incredible and gives us authentic yummy food and my favorite at the Hilton restaurant is the flatbread pepperoni Pizza and Basmati Rice. The best HOTEL EVER!!! I would love to come back again and again!!!!!!

Yelp
Friendly and very accommodating staff. Although I originally booked for Red Lion, we were redirected here due to COVID. RL and Hilton are next to each other, and both are under same management. They closed RL and diverted customers here. The place was clean, every room has a sticker. I guess to make a note if it's occupied and cleaned, which makes customers more at ease knowing they are diligent in things like this especially during a pandemic. When COVID first hit, originally the hotels were not offering breakfast. Now that we're towards the end of the year, like this place, they offer breakfast with an additional fee. You can opt to get it just inform the staff.

Yelp
No. My towels were torn. My shower did not work. The water was lukewarm. My heater didn't work (and it's winter!). Fairly certain I'm at a Motel 6, not a Hilton. Dinner was amazing so I suppose there's that. Never again.

Yelp
There's a lot going for this hotel, like the large rooms, good housekeeping, and friendly staff. I stayed in one of the HHonors rooms on the 7th floor for five nights while attending a training course nearby. I checked in late on Sunday, and it was quick and painless. I was told I'd be comped high speed internet, they gave me good directions for parking, navigating to my room and the exercise room. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Zero complaints there. I ordered room service for breakfast one day, and it was excellent. It arrived on time, was prepared well, tasted great, etc. Despite the rooms being spacious they are still quite acoustically transparent. There is a lot of noise from the hallway, other rooms and outside the hotel intruding into your hotel room environment. Lighting like many hotels is insufficient for the room. When I checked out I was not comped high speed internet by the desk, so that was disapointing.

Yelp
Guest Services Agent Amy is, quite simply, amazing. I hope the upper management recognize what a star they have in her.

Yelp
Wow! What a difference a change in ownership can make!!! Several years ago I booked a room for a few nights here and was very sadly disappointed! NOW...I can happily recommend it. No, it is not the Westin or a Kimpton but it is absolutely a step above a pretty terrific Best Western! Keep in mind, I loved this place when it was the "new cat" in town under the Red Lion umbrella but it plummeted in the early days of 2000. It became shoddy at best, and, worse yet, in my opinion, unsafe. The other night when I booked a room for a dear friend, I was incredibly pleased with what I saw! Here are a few of the happy surprises: The guest services were delightfully helpful and happy to do so! The security personel were just as terrific! The room was clean and well maintained. The rates were more than fair in terms of price. Especially in this environment where finding dependable help can be more than challenging, I was very impressed! And, let's be honest, the glass elevator is still pretty cool!!!

Yelp
The General Manager of this hotel, Tom Hope (425) 450-4177, should be ashamed for his disregard of sanitary issues throughout the hotel. You'd expect a GM of this type of hotel would be apologetic and make his customers feel heard. I guess the safety polices they state online, CleanStay (Hilton) and SafeStay (AHLA-USA) don't matter. They've been reported to the health department. The whole building needs major renovations and repairs. Never again will I stay at a Hilton hotel after this experience. Disgusting!

Yelp
I'll give 5 stars to the check in clerk because she did such a great job dealing with some crazy people in line ahead of us. The bartender at the bar and restaurant went above and beyond working on her own. It was clear they were understaffed. There was a plumbing leak on the weekend that we went, but the hotel got it fixed within a couple hours. I really have to hand it to the staff, they had a lot to deal with that weekend and they kept a good attitude. The rooms in the hotel are nice, comfortable, and up to Hilton standards. The property itself is probably more three stars. The parking lot is a little worn out which makes you worry a little when you drive up. The previously mentioned bartender really knew her business and how to make good drinks. Given the understaffing during Covid recovery in August 2021, there were some room service trays left in the hallway a bit too long. They should make it a priority to get more people on staff. The place is busy, they hosted a wedding the weekend we were there. The location is perfect, just a stones throw from downtown Bellevue.

Yelp
A good hotel but not worth the price. You could get a good hotel with more benefits at similar price. They do not include the breakfast with the room price. They do not keep microwave, slippers, coffee machine and water in the room. These are things included in your room price but you still have to ask for it separately. Ordering anything takes ages to come. It's better to pick up things at the reception. Their breakfast buffet is really good though. Many options and the quality is great. Overall okayish experience but would not stay here again. There are many other good options near by.

Yelp
stayed here a few nights when our home had a water emergency. Good staff, welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. They let us check out late

Yelp
Stayed as part of a group convention 1/12-1/14/24 at the Bellevue Hilton in WA: 1. guest rooms lacked working thermostats: we could not change ours from 74*. Others were stuck at 80*+ or had no working heater so the hotel provided space heaters. 2. guest rooms (incl. ours) lacked hot water 3. beds were uncomfortable and worn (it was more comfortable to sleep on the room's couch) 4. fridges is some guest rooms were broken 5. hotel was badly understaffed, and therefore the existing staff overworked and surly. 6. many reported the restaurant losing their food orders. Our room service order at 8:15pm Friday: wait est. 20min, we called after an hour to discover they sent it to the wrong room, when it arrived 30min after that the order was wrong (the waiter asked "can't you just eat this anyways?" -- no, it was allergy trigger that would result in hospitalization), then poorly-made replacement arrived 20min after that. We ate at ~10:15pm. When matter brought up to the front desk at checkout, they reversed all food charges. 7. Lobbies & lobby-level meeting rooms were below 60* 8. the ADA automatic doors of the 3rd floor lobby were marked "please use revolving doors" 9. at arrival 10am Friday, all 4 elevators worked, by 8pm Friday only 2 worked. For several hours on Saturday only 1 worked 10. hotel showed signs of once being a grand place, but has clearly not been well-maintained This stay managed to rank 2nd worst ever. (The worst one had roaches falling out the ceilings)

Yelp
This hotel seems to be so nice with a huge parking lot. But I wonder how disgusting it'd seem to have dogs inside the room. Americans, on one hand, talk about hygiene; fitness centres do not give guest pass due to Covid reasons. So why do hotels allow its guests to bring dog along? Why do the hotels allow dogs to stay inside the room?
