Hilton Brisbane

I had a fantastic stay, large comfortable room that has that feel of any hilton in the world. |The pillows made with feathers, large desk to work from. |The only negative was every other Hilton has more than a tiny tv I’m unsure of it’s bigger than 32 or 40 inch, |The staff is great, onsite parking and an atrium soooo spectacular your like a little kid riding the lift every time. |I had the breakfast and a coffee from the barista and enjoy both |I’d come back for the service, size and location as it offers everything you could think of

This property provides superior service consistently. I am always looking forward to my stays in the Brisbane property. The service is genuine and excellent. It starts at Valet parking through to th check-in experience and the staff in the restaurant and the lounge. Great to see this level of service on a regular basis. I will definitely come back.

The hotel is in a good location, clean and tidy. The lobby is very beautiful. The outdoor swimming pool is great at night. There is a supporting gym. The room is cleaned on time every day. The drop-off area in the lobby helps carry luggage.

the hotel it self is great, but I am a diamond member with Hilton, nobody cares at this hotel unfortunately . No upgrade ( I know this is if available), when I asked where was my welcome gift they begrudgingly sent up mineral water and macaroons and this is after telling me they only do it for special occasions.|Are next stop was JW Marriott Gold Coast, wow you cant compare. I am only silver yet they thanked me numerous times for my loyalty. There was 2 bottles of mineral and chocolates on arrival, a few days later a fruit bowl. The manager even rang me to thank me for my loyalty. I know which chain I will now be loyal to and its not Hilton.

Went to stay at the Hilton a while back for news years and it was absolutely amazing, within entry staff were very friendly with guiding on what will happen answering questions and assuring my family and I. We had trouble with the booking but that was handled straight away which was a pleasure! The rooms were soooo nice I loved it so much, bed was comfy so were pillows! I love everything about this place and would definitely recommend for anyone who is interested. There are also the pool, gym, bar, etc which was beautiful!

We loved our stay at Hilton Brisbane. It’s a fabulous location for exploring this fun city! The Executive Lounge is amazing & Edna took such good care of us :). The breakfast buffet is huge with so many options, including a juicer, smoothies, many hot & cold items. The people all across the hotel were super friendly & welcoming!

Large room and well set out. Staff friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great with gluten free available.

Loved this hotel. The pool and spa were sublime. The room service fast and the food lovely. Room very clean. Please just fix the shower pressure in room 1408 , it was really weak.
