Nice place to stay, the staff and the food are really good. If you go on Friday, there is a restaurant in the first floor that has live show and coctels. Try the flowers coctel is really good. In addition, the pool is nice

Terrible stay for business travelers – avoid weekends I stayed at the Hilton Guayaquil this past Saturday and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. They put me on the first floor, even though it was obvious I was there for business, and the hotel hosted a party that went on until almost 3 AM. The noise was unbearable – the entire room was literally vibrating from the music. Sleeping was impossible. What makes it worse is that the staff clearly know this happens regularly, but they don’t even offer something as basic as earplugs. Instead, they still assigned me to a room directly impacted by the party. If you’re planning to stay here for rest or business, do yourself a favor and avoid weekends at all costs. Unless you’re coming to party all night, you’ll regret booking this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here after a two-week vacation in the Galapagos. We stayed on a boat the entire time, so the comfort and luxury of this place was incredibly welcomed. The pool is large and beautiful, the hot tubs are spacious and cozy, and the happy hour at the executive lounge includes a diverse, elevated, comprehensive spread. Our room had beautiful little desserts in it when we arrived, and the bed was soft and fluffy. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, with an awesome breakfast buffet, nice gym and pool. Clean, friendly, good security, and a nice pool. They were very accommodating with our multiple change in flights. Melissa up is the Executive Lounge was very helpful with everything!

A lovely hotel. The staff was awesome and helpful and made sure our stay was top notch. Make sure you call in advance to reserve the airport shuttle for a pick up from the airport, it doesn't just come periodically, you must reserve a pick up in advance.

Best hotel gym. All Life fitness.|Today I needed to run and I realized this was the best running treadmill I have ever ran.||Breakfast is amazing too. Salmon, turkey, all kinds of cheese, custom omelette and more.||Armed security and fast internet

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated , safe! The pool, spa, and work out room were well equipped. Everyone, starting with the airport pick were friendly and knowledgeable. |Priscilla checked us in two different times.|She was wonderful . |What a pleasant experience!

Good hotel, it's like 5 mins away from the airport and it's located in the best area. Rooms are really cool, design is amazing and comfortable. Pool area, gym and business lounge are really good. Service is Ok, breakfast starts a bit late I think at 7am and it has basic options. I don't know why it is so difficult to get good coffee, I think Ecuador has some Arabic coffee producers that will be happy to help them.
