I am frustrated with Hilton's refusal to award me the reward points I paid for. I frequently send my employees to various locations, and I always choose Hilton brand hotels to accumulate points. The same goes for my personal travel. Recently, I booked a hotel room for an employee, but I did not receive the points for that stay. When I called the hotel, they advised me to wait, assuring me that the points would show up eventually. I followed up a week later, and they gave me the same response. When I called again the following week, I was informed that it was too late to claim the points, even though I had paid for the room. I requested to speak with a supervisor, and I was told that I could make that request, but it was unlikely that I would receive a call back, and if I did, it would take 7 to 10 days. I still have not heard back from anyone. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to consider taking my business elsewhere.
