This was the most horrible hotel. I have stayed in and a long time slipped and fell in the bathtub because of the drain cover was not attached. The paint fumes were horrific all weekend because they were painting on our floor with no ventilation. They should’ve shut down the floor and did the painting during the week if they wanted to sell out for the weekend, but instead, they just kept painting around us and I had a horrible headache because of it. The breakfast was not at the park either as you will see in the photos the hot food was sitting on the counter instead of having sterno underneath them, so the food was not at proper temperatures also found the same thing with the milk. It said out for three hours with no ice underneath it or in the center of the picture the waffle mix was empty most of the time we did not have any forks and I asked three times to get a fork and I watched your Employee pull forks out of the dirty tub, wipe them off with the towel and hand them out to people no wonder I’ve been sick for the last three days. Also, your website says you have an indoor pool and a hot tub and have pictures of it on your website. I was looking forward to the hot tub because I have back issues after a long drive only to find out that you had taken the hot tub out and enclosed it with concrete this was the worst day I’ve ever had to Hilton for the price that I paid for this hotel. I should’ve had a refund. I will never stay at another Hilton because of it, I will find better hotels because you’re star grading is way below par sincerely Valeria Powell PS I also had to ask to have my trash emptied, and my towels replaced. I thought this was a daily occurrence with Hilton. This was at the Hilton Homewood Suites in Fayetteville, Arkansas

I am frustrated with Hilton's refusal to award me the reward points I paid for. I frequently send my employees to various locations, and I always choose Hilton brand hotels to accumulate points. The same goes for my personal travel. Recently, I booked a hotel room for an employee, but I did not receive the points for that stay. When I called the hotel, they advised me to wait, assuring me that the points would show up eventually. I followed up a week later, and they gave me the same response. When I called again the following week, I was informed that it was too late to claim the points, even though I had paid for the room. I requested to speak with a supervisor, and I was told that I could make that request, but it was unlikely that I would receive a call back, and if I did, it would take 7 to 10 days. I still have not heard back from anyone. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to consider taking my business elsewhere.

I am a Hilton Honors since 2010. I love staying in the Hilton hotel. June 4, 2025, my hotel was cancelled at Hampton 337 W. 39th St Manhattan, NY. It was approx 4p and the clerk said it was due to my credit card didn't go through. The site allowed me to check in, pick my rm and use another credit card. When I arrived, that's when I was disappointed. I presented a 3rd credit card, she told me there where NO room available. I was perplexed. Then when i decided I will contact the CEO to get compensation and an explanation.

Spent 2k on a weekend to see Metallica in TPA...The hotel was a dump for $400nt, shuttle didnt operate as specified causing us to miss first 2 bands EACH NIGHT, AC dirty and noisy, free drinks NOT free for all, and mine was basic, happy hour was worse snacks than airlines give...breakfast phenomenal and Uber $100 EACH WAY 2.2mi because shuttle not operating...called corporate and spoke to Gina...got a referral number and never a response! Worked MANY years at Hilton and never had such a debacle!!! #embassysuites never again!

I stayed over a hundred times at this hotel and had no problem to the new Jim I canceled two reservations and still got charged the full price for each night and put my account in negative balance. And yes they was late and she charged me twice for both times and I called Hilton and talked to somebody and had it canceled because they said they wouldn't and couldn't cancel it at the hotel I want my money back on my card that is self or I'm turning into the better Business bureau and calling the local police department and filing credit card fraud charges Home2 suites Knoxville Tennessee cedar bluff West location

This company as a whole is absolute trash! they charge you per noght instead of for 3 nights then tax that. instead they charged me on the hilton app for every night I stayed. Then they charged my credit card that I used for incidentals the same that they charged my personal card! If it is not back on my card by Friday I will report the charge on both cards as fraud and you wont get shit from me! Super tired of these big corporations constantly taking from us!!! Companys just like hilton are absolutely as un-American as they come! Absolute disgust!!! Never again.

Jeena hayes We arrived . Our booking hrough agora. No mention of 75 dollars a day parking NY double tree 49th st . Then the valet takes our keys and almost drives off with the luggage. I stop him .I tell him can you bring our luggage to our room . We have no room # so that's not possible he says . I ask about self parking. Yes but you car is subject to a break in . We provide security for valet only .. self park is 45 dollars . For unsecured. Theft prone . And double tree takes no responsibility so we valet 75 dollars and we are over 65 . And lug our luggage ourself. . Then they say it takes an hr to get our car ???? We paid for breakfast included. Not on double trees or the restaurant leger. We pay. The elevators take up to 15 min to go up . Sometimes 30 min staff uses one and one is broken . 2 elevators avaliable and 20 to 49 people waiting 36 floors .we planed to drive somewhere during our stay . And told every time we leave it's 75 dollars . We took a cab its cheaper Regardless of the 24 hr we paid for We planed a breakfast A few blocks away . Before we leave for the airport . It's 730 I say we will leave about 9 am . Sorry you must come back here and tell us at 8 o'clock. And refuse to let us book a reservation to get our 325 dollar valet 1 and a half hrs in advance . No got to book 1 hr in advance. So I say ok 830 . And I will pick it up at 9 am . Rudely if your not here at 830 we will tow your car . Now I'm mad I say I will get my car a 9 am . If you tow it I will sue you . And call the police . Go ahead was there answer . I sayi will be here in an hour and a half if my car is not here after paying 325 dollars . A law suit will follow . At 9 am where is my car . The custermer service no dis servisr laughs I don't know I'm not a valet. I see no valet. We have a plane to catch. Now I raise my voice where is my My car this is bull shit . I tell again where is my car . And I'm accused of being rude . And we parked it down the block What . I've got lots of luggage they won't help me with . I say bring my car right out front where I dropped it off . The valet guy laughs points it's down there . I took a photo where they parked my 325 dollar valet at another hotel down the street . There are no cars in double tree valet area .I want a refund. It was a self pickup . I did not get the benefit of the bargain. Please refund jeena hayes my wife 325 dollars for the pain and suffering they put us through . Of course I'm the rude one outta line they told me . I drug my luggage down the street to my car at another hotel . I will continue with this complaint . Intill we are made whole . Please refund . I'm going to talk to the vice president of doubletree for this abusive behavior by there staff .I'm applaud disrespected and they will blame Me ?? Of course they will . But I have the photos to prove there abusive of elders . Over 65. They should be trained to serve us not disturb us . TLDR: Hilton protected thieves who fraudulently used my card for their services. My card was fraudulently used to advance book a hotel with Hilton. Their corporate offices refuse to provide the name of the individual who the booking was placed for. They refuse to provide the country, state, city, or location of the hotel the fraud was committed at either. I spoke to the FBI and was told they won't do anything about it because it's not in the millions of dollars and thus doesn't meet the threshold. You have to report it to ic3.gov. They said if enough people report fraud for a specific company it will be investigated. Hopefully this info lets you know about their poor business practices. I'm sure it'll also let people know they can use Hilton to steal money from people and be protected by Hilton. I'll never use them for anything again if I can prevent it.
