Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa

We stayed here for a week during English half term holidays. This was our second time staying and we had a wonderful week.||The hotel is really easy to get to from Dalaman Airport (20 minute drive) and has wonderful grounds and a beautiful beach.||Our room was in the main building and was spacious and well maintained. A bath tap broke on a Saturday evening and we called reception who sent a maintenance team and had the whole thing replaced within 20 minutes. ||Hotel facilities are generally excellent. The pools are great - although quite cool to swim in at this time of year. That is to be expected though given their size and time of year. Sea temperature was great for swimming so we spent more time at the beach.||The kids club was great - our son enjoyed it and they have a variety of activities for kids of all ages. He also really likes the mini golf.||The food was great. There is a very good breakfast selection. The evening buffet was also good although we mostly ate at the a la carte restaurants which also offer great variety and service.||Service throughout the hotel was generally excellent. All staff were encountered were universally friendly and helpful.||All in all an excellent hotel. We will definitely be back.

Stayed at the Hilton Dalaman last October in a group of 14 and had a fantastic time. Enjoyed it so much that we booked for 16 of us to return in October 2025 but have just discovered that 3 of the bars and 2 of the restaurants that were open throughout last October will be closing on 30th September 2025. As a result we are now looking to cancel and book elsewhere. Gutted as love the hotel but the closure of these facilities and in particular the beach bar means it wouldn't be the same.

This place was amazing! The rooms were so clean! The funnest water park ever! I recommend this hotel if you go on a holiday to turkey! Staff were so nice and friendly! The food was great! There are shows at night that are pretty good (got a little headache )if you are bored there are clubs for kids! ( review by my daughter 😁)

Very large place with attentive and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Excellent and well kept gardens with plenty of facilities for all sorts. A short walk to a good beach with clear and calm water. Although there is a lot to keep guests occupied on site, it would have been nice to have alternative places to visit nearby in the evenings. Overall, there was a high standard of cleanliness, but parts of our room, were missed during our fortnight, despite a polite request to the housekeeping team.

Really nice hotel, with excellent service and great facilities. It’s a little remote in terms of location but that allows the hotel to have huge grounds, lots of activities and all next to a beautiful river, everything is very well maintained. We had a river view room and the scenery was amazing and the room in a quiet location of the hotel. Staff were excellent throughout the stay, kids club is really good and flexible. Great set of pools to cater for everyone and a huge beach. If you are looking to stay mainly at a resort and be well looked after, this place will take some beating.

This was our 6th time at the hotel. We absolutely love going with our little boy as it’s so consistently great each time we go. The food is so fresh and there is so much variety to choose from. The staff are incredible. To name a few Yulia the entertainment supervisor we have known since our very first visit in 2017 and we have grown to adore her. She is such a driven and motivated hard worker we hope her dreams come true. |Hussen the spa representative is one of the nicest men we have met. Again we have got to know him I’ve the last few years and We hope to see him again, he is so personable and professional always getting us booked in the amazing spa exactly when we want too!!! |Erdi and Senel yildiz are two are the hardest working and professional waiters we know we always love having our meals with them. They always go the extra mile, also Charlski (not sure on spelling) at the breeze bar, also a long term staff member, we missed him in June when he went back to the army to serve. |The kids club is great for all ages and we love the staff there they always remember our little boy which makes him feel special. He is always safe and looked after well. |Selba in the fitness centre is so lovely too we always have a chat and her classes look amazing. We loved the staff at the lake house bar, no.2 the cocktails were so lovely this year. I’m hoping I’ve not missed more people as they really are incredible.|Lastly a massive thank you to Sadar for our help with our accommodation. His communication is always so personal, professional and prompt. We really do appreciate everything he does for us. We have booked again for next October with the hope to come in June again.

I booked this hotel with low expectations from what I have previously had before in all inclusive hotels in Turkey. However, I was very wrong. This hotel is very hard to fault - the food was excellent, there was nothing that they didn't have on offer. The rooms were superb, staff so friendly and polite. The whole hotel was immaculate, being cleaned all the time. You can easily get lost in this hotel, the outside areas are vast. The beach was incredible. The only thing I could complain about is that our room was very close to the hotel next door where the entertainment was ridiculously loud until the early hours of the morning. However, with the doors shut and the air conditioning on you could hardly hear anything.

We went in UK October half term week (Monday 28th Oct to Monday 4th November) 2024 with family and friends having gone at a similar time of year in 2023.||||It is really good for families, relaxing and safe. The hotel is a short drive from Dalaman airport so very convenient. Some different places to eat and drink. We're very likely to go back in 2025.||||However... we didn't realise that our last day was the last day the resort was open. We booked through Travel Republic and it wasn't clear that bars and restaurants would be scaling back and closing earlier than our last day. Having registered a complaint, we have been told that some of the bars and restaurants closed as advertised/expected on 31st October. That certainly wasnt obvious to us and looking at their website, I can't see any information for 2025 on scheduled opening/closing or bars and restaurants. It was quite disconcerting to not be sure what was still going to be open on the last couple of days. ||||Edit: I have just been pointed to the small print that says "some of the facilities may only be available seasonally" - which could of course mean anything.||||In summary, we'd go back, but wouldn't want to be there in the last 2 or 3 days of the season. So be a bit careful when booking.
