Fabulous hotel offering 5 star service and accommodation. Great food selection. Areas for adults only. Good entertainment. Very friendly and accommodating staff from front of desk to the house keeping team. Great buggy service offered. We would like to give a big shout out to Tolga who served us very morning at breakfast and always went above and beyond our expectations. Please do not let our comments below put you off this hotel as it is amazing and is purely our personal thoughts. Comments. We would suggest that the rules regarding the adult only area be made clearer, on occasions we saw family’s settle down for the day, sometimes with the help of pool staff putting up umbrellas for them around 9am then when the life guards started work at 10am they would be asked to move, causing unnecessary upset. This could be avoided with better signage/instruction. The cost to rent a gazebo for a day in my mind is extortionate. Finally the ‘zoo’ in our opinion was far below the standards of the hotel and was quite upsetting to see. But we would return again we had a great time

This was our third stay at the hotel, and our first since before Covid. While our stay was ok, the hotel no longer meets the 5* rating it claims, nor the quality it was on our last visit. Improvements are definitely needed for the price being asked.||We did enjoy the lake house rooms. It was perfect for avoiding large crowds, and the exclusive pool access for lake house guests was a real bonus. We noticed on several occasions that the main pool was closed due to hygiene issues (kids being sick or using it as a toilet), which just made us appreciate the private lake house pool even more! ||The dining experience, particularly dinner, was disappointing. The selection was pretty much the same every night and it just felt like feeding time at the zoo! The additional charge for the a la carte option seemed unwarranted too.||On a positive note, the entertainment remains outstanding and is arguably one of the best we've encountered at any hotel. Additionally, the staff continue to be amazing and incredibly helpful; it was lovely to see some familiar faces from our 2019 visit.||Would be return? No. If your budget allows and you want to visit the hotel tho then I would really opt for the lake house.

We had a short 4 night stay but the hotel was almost faultless and I could have easily stayed for a long time and not got bored or tired of the hotel. |The food was always great quality, all areas were clean and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room attendant Durkadin was always welcoming and friendly and she made sure the room was spotless each day and made sure we had all that we needed. |We also tried the spa as a family and got treatments from Tennur, Tesa and Alista which were incredible. We came out feeling so relaxed and refreshed.||This really is a great hotel and I can see myself booking to come back again very soon.

The staff at this resort are nothing short of exceptional — true shining stars in every sense. Their helpfulness, friendliness, and genuine kindness make every stay memorable. It’s heartwarming to see so many familiar staff faces returning year after year. ||||A special thank you goes to Ahmet Hantas in the Kids Club, whose warmth and welcoming nature create a joyful and kind space for children. His kindness leaves a lasting impression on both kids and parents. ||||Thank you for making every visit so special.

Let's begin with the downsides: the rooms are outdated, and the beach isn't the best. On the positive side, the staff members are well-trained, polite, and eager to assist guests. The dining experience is excellent, with most dishes being very tasty; however, some options include sheep meat and fat, which may not be suitable for everyone. The bars offer an excellent selection of alcohol, and the pools are well-maintained. Additionally, there is a small zoo on the property. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The best All Inclusive I have ever been too. The staff, facilities, rooms and food is high quality. I stayed for 2 weeks with my family and had an amazing time. The staff here really are amazing. All very professional and friendly. Anything you ask for is not any trouble. We had great service from the buggy drivers, waiters (especially Denis in the main buffet), bar staff and supervisor on block 2 of the lake houses and the lovely women in the zoo. We stayed in the lake houses and would really recommend them. You have your own quieter sections and the rooms are great. My only feedback would be that although the entertainment is high quality, some nights its super loud and goes on to 11.30pm. The lake houses are the furthest away (Block 3 especially) so if you have small children or don't want the noise id recommend staying there. Also eggs at breakfast were cold (and my wife is an egg lover). Overall though the hotel is brilliant. Loads to do. We will definitely come back. Thank you all at the Hilton.

Very nice hotel - although the following could help improve the overall experience:||1) Adult pool is very quiet, some background music would be nice |2) food is ‘ok’ across the restaurants |3) the al a carte restaurants are nice, however when booking with Jet2, the advert stated that a ‘supplement charge’ will apply. Based on 4 people for one week (2 adults and 2 children) this worked out to nearly 900€ for the week, this is based on circa 35€ per person. This is a significant cost to add onto the holiday and one that wasn’t made clear at the time of booking (Jet2 take note) |4) entertainment was good across the week |5) swimming pool could benefit from a swim up bar (the stage in the adults pool seems a waste of decent space given it doesn’t have much going on) |6) standard family rooms are VERY small, upon arrival, we have two beds for a family of 4!!! Front desk did however provide another bed, but this made the room even smaller and access to the balcony was then restricted 🚫 |7) water sports very expensive as well as the Spa ect, gym is nice some decent equipment. ||Overall, we had a lovely family holiday - would I come back? ||Umm 🤔 possibly…

We recently stayed at the Hilton Sarigerme Resort and overall had a fantastic experience. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully maintained grounds, great facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. One of the standout highlights was the food – the variety and quality were consistently excellent throughout our stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The language barrier can be a challenge at times, as many staff members struggle with English, which occasionally made communication frustrating. We also found the noise from the entertainment in the evenings a bit disruptive when trying to get an early night. On the downside, we were disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome when we arrived in the middle of the night – staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The bathrooms also need some attention, especially the showers, which were either too hot or too cold with little in between. Additional charges left a sour taste: the fee to use a gazebo is frankly extortionate, and the charge for a late checkout feels like daylight robbery for a resort of this standard. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and would return – hopefully with a few improvements made. I would just like to add at checkout the whole stay has left a bad taste… the staff concerned os ALI from reception, he needs to be retrained in customer service. Review reduced from 4 star to 3 star
