Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dalaman. Beautiful grounds, rooms, pool, spa and beach area. All felt luxurious. Amazing array of food on offer in the buffet restaurant. Youngsters club was so well equipped that even I wanted to hang out there with my kids. Staff there made my kids feel very welcome. I absolutely loved the entertainment every night and greatly appreciated the entertainment staff pulling us onto the dance floor. Service was friendly and professional. Special thanks to Yagmur in both the entertainment and volleyball team. Eray in Vento cafe also made us feel very welcome. Please add an extra pool table, perhaps outdoor. To make the holiday perfect would be if there were catamarans there for us to sail so that we don't envy catamarans from other resorts. Thank you Hilton!

My first time at an all inclusive hotel and this one was a wonderful surprise. The entrance to the hotel is imposing and the staff very smart and efficient. Our room was very spacious with a sea view balcony. It also has a wee room shower and good products to use. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We used the adult pool area which was quiet with plenty of beds and there are many fridges around full of bottled water which was great with the high temperature. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact my daughter and husband will be booking next year

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived it felt like pure luxury. The food was incredible — we especially loved the à la carte Turkish restaurant and the teppanyaki experience, both absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment each evening was really good. We spent a lot of time at the beach and beach bar which were beautiful and relaxing (just be prepared for a few mosquitos — worth bringing repellent). Our room overlooked the river which was such a highlight — we spotted Nile turtles, kingfishers and even fish jumping! The scenery all around the resort is stunning. We also enjoyed massages in the spa; I had a pregnancy massage and felt wonderful afterwards. Overall, the perfect break — luxurious, peaceful, great food, lovely people and unforgettable views. We can’t wait to go back!

Sorry for late review we are regular returning guests to this hotel we had our 10th visit in September 2025 returning to our happy place.||||Check in as always swift and informative we were showed to our room dropped cases off and the holiday begins, it was about 2:30 pm so straight to Vento for food and catchup with our extended Turkish family.||||We normally spend our time at the beach where lots of sunbeds are available. Equally we normally see plenty of availability round the main pool, however I’d guess in really busy times it may be a struggle round the kids section. But generally you should have no difficulty finding somewhere to enjoy the sun and relax.||Whilst everyone looks after you really well, the following people are part of our extended family, they do so much to make our holiday so special..||||Ozer, Eray, Yalcin and Furkan, along with the rest of the team at Vento looking after us on a lunchtime. Got to give a special mention to chef Engin who satisfied our request of a quesadilla & steak sandwich to share, lovely 🥰 ||||Senel, Ugur, Fatos, Cagdas, Tulce & Mustafa and the other guys at Breeze always going the extra mile.||||Nuri, Eray, Yuksel and the chef in Gazeboland who work tirelessly, making the day truly amazing.||||I’d also like to thank the following chefs who are so friendly, welcoming and create marvellous delicious food..||||Kahraman - Al a Turca, best lamb chops ever 👏||Mert Dogan - Alize, that fish you did for me was amazing ❤️||Hikmet- Vela, wonderful Rock Bass, smoked under a glass cloche 🥰||||Was lovely catching up with Marziye (sorry if I spelt it wrong) such a lovely lady ||||Thanks to Murat from the main restaurant for always being so kind and Derek loved the Sunderland football shirt you gave him in May.||||As always thanks to Gulay guest relations for being so helpful and kind.||||Thanks to Zinette our housekeeper for keeping the room spotless.||||Also a shoutout to the entertainment team as we have been so many times we don’t always go to watch the shows but the girls are so friendly and always stop for a chat.||||Will we come back, absolutely, of course we are booked in May for our 11th visit and we just can't wait, we know the golf course will be complete and a new hotel will be operating near by will this make a difference to the Hilton we are hoping not.||||Thankyou to our Hilton Family, we love you so much||||Derek & Yvonne Bilton xx

We just returned from a fantastic week-long break at the Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort and Spa, and our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!||​Location & First Impressions|​The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making the transition from landing to lounging very quick. It’s also just a pleasant, 15-minute leisurely stroll into Sarigerme town, though a taxi back is only about 5€.||​The Property & Facilities|​This resort is genuinely massive and kept in top-quality condition. Whether you are looking for family fun or a quiet escape, they have you covered with at least 6 pools (sensibly split between family-friendly and adults-only areas).||​Photo Ops: For the Instagrammers out there, the property is stunning with endless spots for the perfect picture.||​Beach & Gazebos: The large beach area and individual gazebos offer a great sense of space and luxury.||​Rooms & Connectivity: The rooms are modern, sleek, and spotless. A huge plus was the WiFi, which was fantastic throughout the resort—likely thanks to the high-end convention center on-site.||​Exceptional Dining|​The food was a major highlight for us. I was traveling with a fussy vegetarian, and she didn't have a single complaint—the variety and quality were that good!||​Beach Snacks: Don't miss the ladies at the beach; they make a "mean" spinach and potato pastry and are always smiling.||​Indian A la Carte: The meal here was outstanding. A special shout-out to Chef Vishaal and Manager Yaksin for their incredible hospitality and delicious food.||​Service|​The staff truly work tirelessly to keep the hotel spotless and are always approachable. We loved the convenience of "towels on tap"—always available whenever you need them.||​Verdict|​Our wonderful stay was a direct result of the top-tier facilities and the hard-working team. If you are looking for a stress-free, high-quality getaway, I definitely recommend the Hilton Dalaman. We can’t wait to go back!

I have just returned from a week at this hotel. It was my first time, but the third visit for my son and his family. I have stayed in luxury hotels in Europe, the Far East, North America and Australia, but this exceeds them all. The whole hotel is very well managed, and caters for all appetites and preferences. The quality of the food was superlative, both at the buffet and at the various bars and restaurants outside the main hotel building. The range of activities was superb, for adults and (especially) children. The staff were unfailingly friendly, helpful and professional. Every whim and food preference seemed to be catered for, with even wine and spirits included in the all-inclusive rate. There is even an on-site zoo !||Some constructive suggestions: offer crockery and cutlery at either end of the buffet, as it was hard to find extras once you had used up the items at ones table. Offer small forks and spoons to youngsters, as the wooder ones are not sturdy enough and the adult cutlery is much too big for little hands. The metal-bead loop for the operating the bathroom roller blind alarmed me, as in the UK toddlers have strangled themselves playing with the cords. It can be resolved easily by adding a fixing to the lower part of the chain, leaving less hanging loose. As another reviwer has suggested, take mosquito repellant with you. Finally, as a less mobile older person, I was not sure how to use the buggy service. Can we summon them like a taxi at any time (not just relying on staff to call them) ? An hour's extension beyond the teatime end of service would have been appreciated.

Truly amazing hotel with extremely courteous and helpful staff that made our stay extra special. Perfectly landscaped gardens, crystal clear pools, bars and restaurants galore. Lovely stay in the lake house with it's own private bars which added an exquisite touch. A special shout out to the amazing chef in the speciality Indian restaurant who took excellent care of us and made sure we really enjoyed the delicious meal. The pilates instructor (the young lady in her 20s or 30s) was excellent. Also special thanks to senior waiter Deniz Ulas Orten who really looked after us throughout our stay.

We have been going to Hilton Dalaman for over 12 years now and it has been generally excellent, particularly for children of a young age up to teens. This is not (and never has been) a cheap hotel. ||The staff are generally wonderful and its amazing to see so many of the same faces during this entire time. The space, range of facilities, quality of food and drinks, beach, pools etc are really very impressive. We enjoyed using the new(ish) coffee and macaron area this time, plus the developing Breeze bar area (which used to be closed)...nice little touches and using the assets better for the customers. ||Food continues to be excellent, in terms of both buffet and the a la carte restaurants. Mehmet was our waiter in buffet and was so attentive and kind....working so incredibly hard. Captain Ozer Gun at Vento and Vela restaurants continues to be a kind, superb restaurant manager who we have been looked after by for over 10 years (thank you). The food at both Alize (Italian) and Vela (seafood) are outstanding, as is the service.||The water park is always a highlight, particularly in October when the heated pool is much warmer than any others (other than the indoor pool), so I would again mention that the outdoor pools need better heating. ||Why only 4 stars rather than 5 this time?|1) I would also observe that the indoor pool needs more than lifeguards - it needs focused attention from cleaners, picking up used towels etc and a general better standard of oversight. Its not dirty - just shabby at times. Easy fix.|2) The bedrooms in the main hotel are really showing their ages, as are the corridors with very old carpets. The new "wooden" flooring in the rooms is cleaner than the previous carpets but the quality is poor and the bedrooms need a more comprehensive upgrade from the 15+ years originals that remain broadly the same. |3) Cleaning of the rooms was generally ok, however I had to chase for toiletries that needed replaced etc||I mention the above in the spirit of Hilton taking note and applying quick and easy fixes. A brand new hotel is being constructed nearby which will likely challenge Hiltons undoubted dominance of the luxury market in and around Sarigerme...so best start planning now how to react and maintain your market share.
