Our family has stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach House many times, and it continues to impress us with each visit. The recent updates and conversion to a beach house style have only enhanced the resort's beauty and charm. The oceanfront suites are exceptionally spacious, offering stunning views and a comfortable stay. What makes this resort truly special is the attentive hotel staff, who consistently go above and beyond to meet our needs. Their warm greetings and "my pleasure" responses create a welcoming atmosphere. During our last stay, we encountered an issue with our initial room, but the staff promptly arranged a switch for us, and management followed up several times to ensure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. The location couldn't be more perfect, conveniently situated right across from the beach, making it easy for our family to enjoy the sun and sand. We can’t wait our next visit, knowing it will be another unforgettable experience.

We came here for 4 nights, and we will definitely not be coming back. To start, there were no lights in our room besides for one big lamp in the kitchen area and two small in the bedroom. The bathroom was the only place with proper lighting. The next issue was that in the couch bed, we found brown stains. They were on the couch pillows and the mattress. We called and asked for a new mattress, but for an hour, no one would give us one. Eventually, someone came with completely different beds, but no one removed the stained mattress. But that is not the worst part. Housekeeping cleaned our room fine in the first day, but they did not come back for the rest of our trip. We did not have a sign or anything on the door. Housekeeping just ignored our room. We called, and they told us they would come while we were at dinner, but they never came. Because of this, we did not have clean towels and our beds were very dirty. The only good part about this hotel was the beach.

This was our second stay at Hilton Beach Resort and we absolutely love it. It’s been renovated a bit since our last visit and feels even more special and upscale than it did before. The hotel and grounds are very clean, well-kept throughout. We traveled with our two young kids (9 and 4) and it’s very kid-friendly.. but not overly obnoxious as there were a ton of couples only there too. We love Ilios for breakfast and lunch, and S3 is outstanding for a dinner option. We spent most of our days at the pool and Jada was wonderful to us. She remembered all our favorites from the menu and constantly checked in on us. The rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful views of the oceanfront. We were all so sad to leave and will come back again. Our favorite place to stay in Fort Lauderdale.

The Beach House is absolutely stunning. The views spectacular and the customer service exceptional. Make sure you swing by Ilios Restaurant for food or just drink(s) and… be sure to ask for Petrone. ||For those who enjoy working out, I will say at resort gyms go, this one pretty decent. ||Enjoy your stay! My wife and I can’t wait to come back.

Stayed here for a friends’ getaway and had a great experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and modern—with a balcony that offered a really nice view, which was a big plus. The location is hard to beat—right on the strip and just steps from the beach, restaurants, and bars. It made it super easy to explore the area without needing to drive anywhere. Pool area was a good hangout spot, though it could get a little crowded at peak times. All in all, a great spot for a chill trip with friends. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We’re currently enjoying an exceptional stay at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach—and it already earns every one of its five stars! The newly completed renovations give the resort a fresh, modern feel while still retaining that warm, welcoming Florida vibe. We checked in to a gorgeous Ocean View Studio Suite, and after two nights—when we realized we needed a bit more space and privacy for our daughter and a larger room became available—Manager Sean and Front Desk Assistant Miguel arranged our move to a spacious Ocean View Deluxe Junior Suite. Their professionalism and genuine care made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Concierge Jasmina deserves a special shout‑out, too—she reached out before our arrival with fantastic local recommendations and surprised us at check‑in with a beautiful welcome platter of fresh fruit. It was such a thoughtful touch! Every member of the Hilton team continues to go out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Whether it’s the friendly greetings from the bellman, poolside attendants, or the prompt assistance at every turn, service is consistently outstanding. The onsite dining is equally impressive, but it’s Arlene at Ilios who really steals the show—she anticipates our favorites so well that we make a point to come see her even when we’re staying elsewhere in Fort Lauderdale! If you’re looking for beachfront luxury with beautifully renovated spaces, attentive service, and a team that truly cares, look no further than Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach. We can’t wait to see what the rest of our stay brings! Sincerely, Alycia Almeida

Google
Great location and the ambiance was wonderful! All of the employees were friendly and went above and beyond. Especially, Nixon in guest services. Our room was amazing! I loved the additional kitchen, large den with multiple views, cozy bedroom, and bathroom with all the amenities. My only negative would be that it was crowded but it was a long weekend birthday celebration trip for us. However, it’s such a great place that I can see why everyone wants to stay there.

We had a great time on our trip. Resort is beautiful, our suite and view was fantastic. The entire staff was incredible and any requests were handled quickly. Would definitely recommend this resort and I’m sure we will be revisiting in the future. Thanks for a memorable experience.

Yelp
The rooms were spacious but clearly not well maintained , kitchen is empty and they only bring minimal cutlery not even a kitchen knife or a bottle opener available The pool is large and 2 hot tubs, the breakfast restaurant on pool deck is a la carte and no buffet of any kind but it's decent and better than neighboring Hilton Conrad by far The beach - only 2 chairs : umbrella extra which is 30$ plus tax plus tip - ridiculously absurd The bar on the roof 26 floor serves the most amazing drinks - do not miss this!!!

Yelp
Sam at front desk was awesome! He got me great room and was more than helpful. I will stay here again

Yelp
Had a lovely stay. It was madness when we were there because of Taylor Swift concert weekend so we took that into account. Was not impressed with the front desk service, not very friendly but that was my only negative. The manager of the hotel was very nice, spoke to him and he made our stay that much better. The restaurants in hotel are all nice,. Pool area nice. Our room very comfortable and roomy. Nice views. We will be visiting again in a few weeks because we enjoyed ourselves so much!

Yelp
The Front Desk Manager as well as the General Manager have both reached out with concern and an explanation as to the function of the strip I spoke of. Apparently , it is part of a hurrican code not for the purposes of safety as I was originally told. I did mention that the strip be lighted or a bright color so it is more noticible. I appreciate that they did make the effort to communicate with me. I just hope they heed my suggestion and make the stay safer for all their guests.

Yelp
Had fun. Great for families. And the restaurants downstairs was great. Ate on the beach as well. Was a good time.

Yelp
The best lobby stay ever! After coming off from our cruise, which had a pre and post stay included, we came to check in only to find we weren't registered guests (our pre-cruise stay here in a beautiful room exceeded our expectations). Our reservation showed on our side, but not on the hotel's (fully booked) side. The customer service that followed trying to untangle what became a wet knotted shoelace of an issue was unparalleled. Many phone calls with the cruise line, 3rd party bookers, emails, screenshots, by Kenya at the front desk, and ultimately Diva were made. They both were incredibly helpful, patient, advocated strongly for us, and eventually, everything untangled and a neat little bow replaced the knot. These ladies spent an inordinate amount of dedicated time assisting us, for a couple who weren't even going to stay at their property. A room at a different hotel was acquired. Pages in our Travelogue were added. Our appreciation for their help and kindness is what will bring us back to this hotel when in Fort Lauderdale.

Yelp
Hilton always does it right! I absolutely loved staying here and will 100% be back. The staff from the door to check in to the restaurants to the room service and pool were fantastic! The hotel is a little dated but very clean. As you can see, I had a junior suite with ocean view! There is pool bar/food service, cabanas, small gym and daily room service. The hotel has multiple restaurants and a rooftop bar as well. There is beach access across the street with a reserved section for Hilton guests. There were also so.e great restaurants in the hotels next door. Can't say enough and can't wait to come back!

Alan R.

Yelp
This isn't your average Hilton has a pretty hip bar on the roof. All sorts of beach activity wants to look at nice bar in the lobby. But I was at a wedding when the DJ turned up the music a Wi-Fi router fell from the ballroom ceiling obviously hadn't been screwed in tightly and hit one of the gas in the head. The guy had to be taken by ambulance. What a disaster so be careful look up clearly these people cut serious corners, more concerned about the scene and being hip then actually is safe environment

Yelp
I stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Resort for work (our entire team was staying at the property), and I could see this being a great option for that (lots of meeting rooms and larger ballrooms to use for meetings), but also for vacation, as the resort was very airy in its ambiance and right on the beach! My room was a double with two queens, and it carried the light airy feeling through it too, from the white wood flooring to the sheer curtains that let the natural light waft in (don't worry, there were also real curtains you could pull over for privacy/to sleep). There was also a little reading spot in a comfy chair by the window that was great for sitting at and catching up on emails (or reading a book) by the windows as you enjoy the view outside. Whether you're there for vacation, work, or a little bit of both - there is also a desk in the room with a nice swivel chair. At the desk is also the clothing drawers (if you're one of those people who unpacks your clothes into the drawers), and the large television which is above the desk area. The bathroom was gigantic with marble floors and both a tub and stand-up shower (separately). It was spread out quite a bit in the bathroom, so lots of room for getting ready or getting changed if you're sharing the room. Large, clean, and well-appointed is all I need in a hotel bathroom and this hit all the right points. My room also had a pretty full kitchen area with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and kitchen drawers/cupboards (I did not open the cupboards or drawers but I assume they had plates and cutlery in them). So I could see this being an extended stay option as well, as I usually see those items in the extended stay properties. So, with all that said, I could definitely see this being a good option for couples, vacation, business meetings (like I was on), or groups, because there are facilities and amenities that fit the needs for all kinds of travelers.

Yelp
I just arrived today. Check in was lovely. Malieka was amazing, thorough detailed, concise, and clear. I loved it. shortly after leaving home I realized I left my phone charger so when I arrived, I asked to borrow one and within two minutes of being in my room, Dennis showed up with a charger told me I could have it for the entire stay and he was just wonderful. This morning I woke up starving and the lovely Shannon answered the phone at in room dining, and she delivered the most amazing breakfast service has been impeccable here.

Bryee P.

Yelp
Our first time here and had a great time! The room was amazing! Full kitchen, living room, nice sized bedroom, and a large bathroom! The tub and shower were fantastic. The wrap around balcony was very nice! I am not great with heights, but I had to see the view. We had a beautiful view! Ilios (the restaurant by the pool) was great! Drinks nice and strong! Food and service were good! Very happy with our experience there! Front desk was easy to speak to especially about late checkout and more pillows! Quick to bring us more pillows! I just really enjoyed our room! Enjoyed our whole experience!

Yelp
I've made reviews in the past and am sad this will be my first negative one. I had an early flight in and arrived at the hotel for 10am. I booked a two bedroom suite for over $3000 for 3 nights and was crossing my fingers it might be ready early. It wasn't, and that's ok. I was early and admittedly that was on me. I was hopeful that since I presented myself at the front desk, they might see about getting the rooms ready a bit early. I came back around 2 pm and I could get one of the small adjoining rooms and was told I would be notified once the bigger room was available. The app for the key wasn't working also and I was also told I would have access to the digital key once the room was ready. At 4:01 pm the room was not ready (even though I received a text instructing me to go to the front desk to pick up the keys). Shortly after 4:00pm a superviser came to tell me they were checking with the cleaning staff to confirm the room is ready. For the cost of the room, one would think they clean the rooms earlier than the less expensive rooms. Take my advice, I travel frequently and it's very rare that I see this level of lack of professionalism and what I can only guess to be mismanagement. I'm sure they could do better than this for the money. Finally got the room at 5:05pm. To be fair they offered me a small discount but I would have preferred to receive what I had paid for. Other notes of the hotel. I reserved an "ocean view" room and this was in no ways that. When I brought this up to them, they insisted it was ocean view If you want a chair at the pool, be prepared to either get to the pool before 9am or pay $500 for a cabana. They do not provide enough chairs for the guests (this hotel is not that kind of hotel to get away with that) They only have 4 elevators and block one off for the rooftop access only. Again, it's not that kind of hotel, and there are always delays waiting for an elevator. Obviously, going either up or down, be prepared to stop on most floors as a result. I've stayed at various Hilton hotels and this by far was just terrible. Selling an ocean view when it clearly isn't is misrepresentation and quite illegal. If nothing else, I hope they will reconsider this marketing approach.

Yelp
The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is the perfect find right across from the beach, offering easy access to the sun and sand. Its prime location places it within walking distance of fantastic establishments and restaurants, including highly recommended "The Modern Rose", which should definitely be on your itinerary. The rooms are nothing short of spectacular, boasting high-end finishes and a coastal vibe that makes for a truly relaxing stay. Every detail is meticulously considered, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience. The balcony views of the Atlantic Ocean are stunning, providing a perfect spot to watch ships sail by. Adding to the experience is the extremely friendly staff, who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. If you're looking for a beachside retreat with excellent amenities and service, the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is a top choice.

Yelp
Appetizers were good and the view at the restaurant was fun watching all the big boats and yachts go under the draw bridge and maneuver the narrow canals. On the water taxi route do easy to get to. Server was very sweet explaining the Mediterranean menu items.

Yelp
Second time staying at this hotel. Situated across the street from the beach. Stunning views and well appointed spaces. It never disappoints and a host of amenities to boot. Will say that $58 per day valet is a bit of a sticker shock. But other than that no complaints. One can truly enjoy a relaxing stay and with the on site restaurants as well as the proximity to other great bars and ocean front restaurants it's a can't miss

Kim M.

Yelp
I spent an amazing several days at this resort. It's located directly on the beach with each access to and from. The staff: housekeeping, valet, front desk, the restaurants, were all top tier with their customer service delivery. Our room was immediately available when we arrived at noon. A noon check in is almost unheard of these days. I greatly appreciated that. I could get into my room and freshen up before heading to the beach. The hotel provides 2 bottles of water daily as well as beach towels and up to 2 beach loungers for their guests. In full honesty, the rooms are a smidge dated but nothing that's uncomfortable. There is no bathroom door, at all. I found that strange, but I was with my spouse so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. They still provide the basic soap amenities in the mini size bottles, which I don't use. There was kitchenette in the room with a countertop cooktop as well. I'd stay here again without hesitation. Also: there is a $58 per night valet fee. I would not rent a car again, but utilize ride share services. This location is within walking distance or a short ride share of most things you'd want to use and or see.

Yelp
This hotel was amazing to stay at. I really enjoyed my stay and it was very relaxing. The staff was extremely professional and very delightful to deal with and I enjoyed everything about this hotel the location and the accommodations that was made for me and my wife when we stayed at the property, I would definitely pick this hotel again in the future and I am so happy that we stayed at this property. It was the best spot of beach Allowed us to enjoy some luxury amenities and relaxation and our visit to Fort Lauderdale..

Eun Jee J.

Yelp
By far my favorite hotel stay. I've stayed at a luxury resort in Disney, and this place exceeds that! Firstly, I love Ft Laudy! The beaches are the CLEANEST, and I love that you get towels and two lounge chairs every day for Hilton guests only. It's also sandwiched between two other high end hotels, so no "riff raff", if you get my drift. The pool is also BEAUTIFUL! It is HIGH in chlorine (burned my sensitive skin), but it's an outdoor pool, so I get it. The lounge chairs, cabanas, and the overlook onto the beach is worth the stay! Rooms were also gorgeous, I wish I took more photos of the interior!

Sydney L.

Yelp
The rooms are GORGEOUS... BUT don't book here unless you are rich and 60+. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and not only were the staff rude but I feel that we were treated differently because of our age and honestly race as well. They certainly treat guests better if they feel they will make more money from you. The woman at the front desk was dismissive and hostile towards us (don't try to check in early) and halfway through our trip (after doing so for multiple days) we were told we couldn't bring our cooler backpack to the pool, only to the beach, hello sandy sushi rolls. We wouldn't have minded if they were nice about it but the air of elitism and blatant discrimination against younger people here was absurd. Fort Lauderdale is pretentious and this hotel only added to that instead of making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms do have a kitchenette but you have to request even the simplest things like plates and glasses so it makes it more of a hassle waiting for those things when you need them than it's worth. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and typically don't stray from our preferred hotels but this hotel and location looked spectacular... lesson learned. I would recommend the four seasons for an accommodating stay or the Marriott for something more comfortable, the Hilton was not it for us.

Cheryl Emily B.

Yelp
I came here for Labor Day weekend to celebrate. This hilton is near or around downtown so in my opinion if your looking for more of the "scene" vibe then it will fit the bill. While I did see some family's it just felt more pushed or forced for some reason. To compliment though it being right on the beach was very lovely. While I regrettably didn't use all the amenities it came with since I was only in town 1 night, it was an attractive feature. I woke up to doing a good jog on the beach though with my son and ended up going somewhere else for breakfast so having to pay the hefty resort fee did feel a bit crushing. I don't see myself visiting again because of that as well as the high price for parking. If you ask me it's more to attract the targeted crowd it wants. I regrettably wished I did more research too and not attempted to rely solely on pictures. While the resort is clean, shares some nice views, and kept in good shape the hustle and bustle felt like I picked the wrong spot and just outweighed it. If you can't already tell tell, I must mention, my ideal experience at hotels are ones that carry less crowds and I don't care for the show off experience (expensive cars, expensive people, etc). Thank you for the bubble bath and rain shower in the room that was my plus - very relaxing. Other than that for this money Il pass and go elsewhere, thank ya!

Matthew F.

Yelp
One of the more pleasant stays in a hotel I can recall. Here for business, but treated like I was on vacation. The young lady that assisted my wife and me a late night snack may have been the cherry on top. We walked aimlessly for a couple minutes before seeing someone with a name-tag on walking the halls. We asked for directions and she walked us to the elevator, walked us down a long hall, walked us in to a cafe, asked what we wanted, PAID FOR THE CAKE SLICES, and chatted us up the whole time! I mean, this woman was extraordinary! I hate that I can't recall her name (Becky?), but she deserves all the credit in the world. We were part of a larger group, staying for a convention. I hope I get a say in where we stay next year. This place deserves our business. The rooms were very nice, brought extra coffee pods and towels when requested, and the shower water pressure was awesome. Thank you

Michelle F.

Yelp
I did not stay at this hotel. My friend and I got a resort pass which gave us access to the pool all day. We were there about 3 hours and then went to the beach. I have been to this pool before on resort pass. It is a beautiful pool. Great views of the ocean, the W and I believe The Ritz Residences next door. It is very relaxing here and definitely feels like a daycation. Some of the chairs and cabanas are a little dirty and/or worn out. It is expected with the extreme heat of South Florida. They also have a delicious restaurant S3 which I have eaten at a couple times. This hotel pool is a great place to hang out and relax. And play hooky from work on a Monday. :)

Yelp
My husband and I have just returned from a 4 night 5 day stay at the Fort Lauderdale Hilton Resort. We had a fabulous time. We were celebrating our silver anniversary and decided to spend an extended weekend away (we live in Colorado) near the beach and seeing friends in Florida, who also decided to meet us as guests at the hotel. As Diamond Elite status members we were upgraded to a beautiful 1 bedroom suite with a balcony with an ocean view, which not only offered us more room and options, but came in handy once the torrential rains kept down-pouring on our poolside celebrations and we had to move our little party upstairs, drinks in tow. We were all able to dry off and relax in the living room comfortably without having to spill into the bedroom, and continue our fun. The pool staff have a difficult job on busy Saturdays especially with the lounge reservation set up. It was difficult to find even 2 together let alone more with so many empty lounges with towels on them and no people in sight or reserved placards and no people near them all day. A bit disheartening for $60/day resort fees. Our only complaint regarding our stay. Regardless, they do their best to try and help and one can't find any fault in the servers who work tirelessly to bring out food and drink all day to guests in the sun. Our pool server, Jisselu, especially, was incredible. Friendly, funny, engaging and made our pool time so enjoyable each time she came by to check on us. She has a great rapport with guests and kept us laughing and happy all day. A real bonus and wonderful employee. The S3 restaurant was also a great choice. Delicious food, great ambiance and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend. I also hurt my shoulder while traveling and a therapeutic massage from Leon was just what I needed to salvage my trip. Top notch! The friendly and accommodating front desk staff, specifically Sean and Megan, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make sure our special trip was perfect. We can't wait to return again for our next trip to the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.

Que B.

Yelp
Came here for our first vacation after Covid. My wife was an essential worker so we didn't vacation for 3 years. Tania at the front desk was amazing she talked us into an amazing upgrade that was ocean front. We originally booked ocean view which is clearly just a partial. She knew exactly what we needed. The upgrade was everything. She truly was a breath of fresh air after some travel issues. She provided passes for the restaurant and made us diner reservations. Our room was ready as soon as we arrived to the hotel and was able to go straight to the pool for some relaxation. We arrived at the pool Jasmine was our server she was so attentive and funny as hell. She definitely also gave great recommendations of the neighborhood. Hotel is beautiful clean and smell amazing we will be back. Ps you can rent bikes to ride by the water.

Howard S.

Yelp
Well it is a gigantic hotel on the beach. Lots and lots of rooms, people, kids, noise, etc. Coming from staying the past few days in a hotel with less than a dozen rooms...this place is a bit maddening. We are on the 16th floor...overlooking ah ah bunch of other hotels. We are supposed to have a water view but the water is too far away and hiding a bit behind a bunch of other hotels. I would not say we have a water view. We do have a vacant lot view though...just below us is an empty lot waiting for construction to begin. The room is ok. Small. Coldish design. Big window. Small shower. I'd rather stay elsewhere but a non refundable booking is the glue.

Brenda S.

Yelp
We specifically chose this hotel because it was near the airport, beach and cruise terminal and they had listed shuttle service as their amenity; however, that is not true. After confirming with our booking agent that they had shuttle service, we were told that it is only available with an advanced request and we would have to pay for it. It is not worth the extra $150 more per night when every other area hotel has round-the-clock shuttle service to and from the airport. Save your money. We tried addressing this with the hotel manager, Peter Wood to comp the shuttle service. He was very rude and clearly had better things to do than deal with a customer service issue. We will not be staying there again.

Lyn L.

Yelp
Everything about this hotel was amazing! Located just across from a nice beach, they have a setup of private lounge chairs. They also provide chair service to include towels. Check in was easy and the very nice desk clerk gave us an upgrade with a balcony. It overlooked the pool with a nice view of the beach. The room was spotless with a full kitchen. The kitchen had a great coffee station. I love coffee and ordered extra complimentary pods, cream and sugar. Bathroom and bedding was excellent. We also did Instacart and Doordash since we were too exhausted to venture out. Since the elevators are key accessed only, we did meet our deliveries in the lobby. This was a quick one nighter before our cruise. It was a bit farther from the ship but it was nice to experience this beach side resort.

Yelp
November 2024 Terrible guest experience should not have the Hilton sign on this hotel with the current management in place. 1. Arrived for event in Fort Lauderdale. Wanted to come back to the hotel and relax after being out all day. Our desire was to come to hotel and unwind with a drink. 2. Could not do that because the management of this hotel decided to close the pool bar at 5pm just before most all guest come back and might want to buy on of their $15-$20 drinks. 3. We could have a drink at the lobby bar but it is so small and the music is as loud as a WHO Concert. Tonight there was a mariachi band THAT HAD A SPEAKER ELEVATING the volume!! Even without the Mariachi band the music is SO LOUD you cannot talk to the others at your table. Horrible atmosphere coming back from being out all day and just wanting to relax and get a drink. 4. So we now we're headed out to the little bar area at the ground floor of the Hilton to sit on the Patio for a quiet drink. BUT NO Hilton management is at it again and they CLOSED THE PATIO FOR A PRIVATE PARTY. Forget about all the guest that paid $500++ per room per night NO DRINK FOR YOU. 5. The last option at this resort hotel was to go by the convenient store and get a soda or beer out of the serve yourself convenient store case and go sit on the sidewalk. HOW IS THIS HOTEL A HILTON?? 6. Next while actually standing on the sidewalk at the Hilton resort having a coke we decided before we went in for dinner we would get a Pina Colada at the outside bar on the ground floor of the Hilton. BUT NO AGAIN - they don't have a blender and can only make a pina colada on the rocks. I HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF A PINA COLADA ON THE ROCKS???? 7. Got to our room, took a shower and decided to call it an early night and order room service. We had seen the lunch room service menu and it looked pretty good. BUT NO AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE GM & F&B MGR. They have decided to CLOSE the restaurant that serves the pretty good lunch menu at the Hilton Resort at 5pm. SO JUST BEFORE DINNER TIME THRY DECIDED TO CLOSE THE RESTAURANT THAT SERVES A DECENT MENU. The staff suggested we could use the dinner menu that comes from the convenient store to get a hand held sandwich, BUT NO FRIES CAN BE ORDERED or get a premade salad or order a pizza. NOT THE MENU I EXPECTED FROM THE HILTON FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH RESORT!!!!! 8. We had to order door dash at this point. SO DISAPPOINTING SO OVER PRICED with this level of service SO NOT UP TO THE STANDARDS OF HILTON. Hilton is becoming the Super 8 or Motel 6 of full service hotels giving the Hilton name a horrible reputation. I cannot use Hilton Hotels again and will move to the Marriott next time to get the service competent managers give VS a resort hotel that has forgotten the customer. THEN WHEN THE HILTON INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT RESPONDED THEY SAID THEY WISHED SOME RESTAURANT HOURS WOULD NOT ECLIPSE OUR ENTIRE STAY. M A J O R. E V I D E N C E. T H E Y. D O. N O T. G E T. I T. THEY DO NOT GET CUSTOMERS, SERVICE OR WHAT IS IMPORTANT.

Yelp
Had daughter's wedding reception here on Saturday, Jan 6th, 2024. EXPENSIVE MISTAKE for a Wedding venue from the seedy room furnishings, dated bathroom plumbing fixtures & double booked bridal suite screwup that put our bride in a smaller suite than promised, to the early shutdown of the DJ & tiny Reception room at 10:00pm on a Saturday evening when typical wedding venues are still dancing to almost midnight. But the worst was splitting up the bridal party & their family members on separate floors instead of together in a block of rooms on same floor. This made movement between rooms on the wedding day to check on the babysitter & kids, ladies hair &, makeup, groomsmen getting ready & running last minute errands, delivering food, etc...IMPOSSIBLE due to the faulty elevator security system. For example, on the wedding day the Bride, Bridesmaids, MOTB & other family were trapped in the hallway several times, unable to access the elevator. A bridesmaid couldn't get to the Bridal suite if her room was on a different floor. Even the Bride couldn't get up to her room from the 6th floor so was stuck until someone randomly used the elevator. It was a logistical disaster. The front desk staff wasn't even helpful when a bridesmaid called to borrow a phone charging cord for a quick emergency. Both Dane, the Mgr & Nixon, the bellman were incredibly helpful as they tried to address the many mishaps & both displayed the gracious level of quality service expected from Hilton. The rest of our experience was a disappointment. To enjoy an expensive summer weekend at the beach, knock yourself out. If you want quality to match the price, go elsewhere. And for a wedding, avoid at all costs!!!

Yelp
Prior to booking my stay, I did thorough research on various sites for feedback (I looked at a few hotels and ultimately decided that the Hilton Beachfront was our best choice). Upon arrival, valet was professional, but I was shocked to hear the daily $58 + tax fee. Okay, we got our things and went to the lobby. It was approx 3:10 and check in is at 4:00pm - The lady who helped me at the front desk was rude, she didn't look at me in my eyes once nor did she explain anything or offer any kind of information about our stay. She basically set up the credit card reader and told me that I owed $600 ($150 per night incase of damages).... She didn't attempt to break it down or explain what the fees were for or how this would be returned at the end of my stay. She failed to share the amenities or hotel information, really nothing! Just completely rude and here, swipe your card! I was already ticked off, then she says to me 'you'll receive a text when your room is ready' to which I responded 'by 4pm right?' to which she responded 'you'll receive a text'. Again, I'm ticked off by the lack of professionalism and the fact that this woman did not offer to let me know everything that was available to us as guests of the 'BEACHFRONT HILTON'. We got up to our room and the view was descent (side, but clear view of the ocean) - the room appeared 'clean', but once I started to unpack and get my toddler ready I started to notice the dust and all the dark corners that obviously never get noticed by the cleaning staff. The shower was disgustingly dirty (still had hair and sand from previous guests). I started to put water in the tub to give my child a bath and the water literally came out yellow. My daughter was terrified and I immediately turned off the water. There was a sign in the bathroom stating that the yellow water was safe and normal. Ummm, no! I requested a pot and pan to make my daughter little things she enjoys to comfort her as this was our first real vacation away from home. The pan was dirty and reeked! Okay..... moving on, the next day we left for the day and I requested room service to tidy the room.... The sheets were not changed, the towels had holes & stains. The floor still had sand, the shower still had sand from the PREVIOUS guests! Okay, we tried to spend as little time as we could in our hotel room because we were so disappointed. We went down to the pool 2 days, both days it was hard to find seats and if we did, they didn't have umbrellas. Both days, I found cups in the pool (plastic, but still... those could hurt you if broken) - the towels were all discolored and looked dirty. Our third day there, we were getting ready to go out and as I did my makeup water started to drop off the roof (from the air conditioner)!!!!!! That didn't stop the rest of the trip. Again requested room service and guess what? The sand from the previous guests was still thriving in our shower. Finally check out day came and when we went down to the lobby, it was full of construction workers, dust and debris. They were literally knocking down walls without proper covers and we were all breathing in the dust and particles while we waited for assistance. Their internet/systems were slow because they were working from a different desk (now that they were knocking down the previous front desk area). I paid the resort fee and valet fees and got out of there as soon as I could! I'm not sure I'd recommend this hotel to anyone I know and I HIGHLY doubt I'd ever consider coming back. I wouldn't recommend it to a stranger and I'm so disgusted by the lack of professionalism and cleanliness. Hilton must be a dying brand now and to think they are praised around the world. The hotel remodeled, but if you pay close attention it was done very poorly. Shower and bathroom cabinet were in very poor condition

Yelp
Wow what an amazing time we had here in the beautiful Florida. The service at this hotel was on point! The food was yummy and the ambiance was amazing whether it was daytime or night time. The hotel is located right in the center of everything. No need to rent a car or Uber around we walked to everything. So much to do here I will def be back and stay here when visiting this beautiful city.

Yelp
Great Hotel!!! Stayed for 1 night. I needed a place to stay before my cruise. Very nice & cozy! The restaurant breakfast is extremely costly.

Yelp
Booked a 2 bedroom connecting suite for my parents, my husband, toddler & I earlier in the year for my daughter's first trip to the beach. Initially, the room was very nice and spacious. Large balcony, although there was only a partial view of the ocean (mostly city and the other hotels). They provided a crib and plates, silverware, cups etc but only upon request. My main issue with this hotel is that they are actually individually owned units that are rented out as hotel rooms. There were two "owners closets" in our unit that we were unable to open. I initially thought the doors were locked and they were AC units. However during our stay, we noted bugs in the unit. Initially not many, but more and more as time passed. I made my issue known with the hotel staff, who did offer to change my room on the last night. The bugs were coming from the closet and likely there was food inside!! I don't understand how a hotel can not share that information with guests who are renting rooms as part of a hotel, not as a condo or an Airbnb. I found it disturbing that they would not open the closets to alert us as to what was inside there. The hotel managers/staff promised me they would call me and let me know what type of bug it was, give me follow up due to concern these bugs were in our luggage etc & no one ever called me. They told me they had refunded my last nights stay however, I had to call my credit card company to ensure that the refund was processed (it had not been). While the overall property is nice & I appreciated proximity to the beach, I would save your money and spend it elsewhere. You may end up in a room spending your time killing bugs.

Yelp
The Hotel is a good deal for what it offers. I hope they dont change that. The rooms are bright and spacious, what you want in a tropical climate. The views are amazing. And the service is very accommodating. A+++

Yelp
5 stars. Me and my wife saw this hotel when booking and it looked really nice. Stayed 5 days, and all 5 days were absolutely incredible! All the staff were so accommodating and looked like they wanted the guests to have a great time. Before arriving I had called the front desk and asked how to book a pool cabana. Must have been a small amount of miscommunication cause he referred me to a 3rd party app called resort pass. I noticed the prices were high for it but accommodations were nice. When we arrived everything was perfect. Once the day was over our server Jazmine asked why we booked resort pass and I mentioned the previous conversation and she said that app is actually for non hotel guests. She was able to speak to the manager and got us comped for another day at the cabana! We never expected this and were treated so nicely! The rooms were great and views incredible. If you're staying at hotel they offer complimentary beach chairs. Umbrella is extra if needed. You also have the option to rent bikes for 2 hours each day. Just a great experience and something we will remember forever!

Yelp
I never leave your reviews on anything, but I felt that it was very necessary to let everyone know how amazing this resort is. Not only is it beachfront with the most amazing views but the hotel staff and pool staff is so incredibly sweet and accommodating. I traveled with my husband, two young daughters and I'm seven months pregnant. They made me feel so welcome and so at home. my girls wanted to do nothing besides stay at the pool all day so we would spend a good amount of time at the pool and every single person there treated us like family my biggest shout out goes to Jissela who took care of us almost everyday! I love you girl I can't wait to come back soon! Mariah was super sweet and helped us with towels, Patricia was in charge of the kids club and my girls had fun with her during kids activities. Luis was so sweet, he provided me with a day bed to accommodate my pregnancy and comfort. Jenny and Jissela were our servers on most days. Food was excellent and always fresh! I can't say enough about how great of a time we had here. We are planning on coming back soon after I have the baby. The S3 restaurant downstairs is hands down my favorite! I'll eat there again and again. The room we had was a king ocean view suite with a large balcony , full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and my kids slept on the sofa pullout then we asked for rollaways ( thank you Corey for getting them to us so quickly) which were more comfortable for them. They loved every minute of their stay and were so sad to leave. The beach is clean and so beautiful we spent a few days there. Like I said before I can't wait to come back. Thank you for making this experience so memorable for us and accommodating with my big belly LOL!

Yelp
I hosted my daughter's wedding reception at the Hilton Ft Lauderdale Beach Resort. I was told by a friend that she attended a wedding there and that it was beautiful with amazing food and views. After seeing a few venues in the area and not feeling any of them ,I decided to give The Hilton a call. The moment I spoke to the event coordinator I felt instant peace and so did my daughter. With all of the personal problems our family was going thru , to plan a wedding was something difficult for us to do, especially when you dream of your little girl getting married and how perfect you want this day to be for her & her future husband.... Well, let me tell you that The Hilton knows weddings and every little detail that goes behind an event like this. They provided me with a list of vendors to help guide me thru this process and they were all amazing! Betsy Moreno, Senior Catering Sales Manager was an Angel sent from above. She made everything run so smoothly and effortlessly.... Her professionalism and personal attention to our family needs surpassed all of my expectations and made this special night unforgettable. If you're thinking of having an event and are looking for a venue , look no further and give Betsy a call. Under her supervision you will have nothing to worry about. I promise you will not be disappointed and your event will be spectacular!

Yelp
We stayed in this hotel for 2 days this past weekend as an anniversary gift from one our friends. The staff was lovely but right off the bat the front desk addressed us with misleading info about our reservation instead of simply handling it themselves. That encounter set the tone for the 2 day stay. We ended up getting one of the upgraded suites in the second floor instead of the 21st floor ( the newer side of the hotel) which at the time we had no idea about , but seemed like a huge win for us ( we had no idea this was the older part of the hotel nor that it sat right on top of the bar that's facing the street) for only 75$ extra + room cost a night. This room was spacious, clean but not quite there in terms of polish, upgraded quickly with newer hardwood floors and the grout work still showing ( I know, I've had this occur in my own home before due to a bad company that was messy. So it makes the floors look real dirty ) and a quickly patched up bathroom ceiling work in the bathroom with some garbage still in the room when we first got inside. The room was spacious and decorated very beautifully; it could also fit a lot of people if desired but instead was chosen due to a fear of heights ( this a second floor facing the water). Anyway, big mistake on our part. The sliding window doors into the balcony in the room were not sound proof so you hear the bar/restaurant and everyone in the first floor until 12am every night. The hall to get to the room smells like the bar or restaurant ( guess it shares the same hvac system?). Anyway, the gym was being updated at the time. The staff was nice yet after their gains. The cleaning ladies super nice as well. Personally, it's not my first choice but it was a gift that we honored and were beyond grateful for the experience. It's possible, many hotels by the beach are over hyped simply for a beach view but lack the polish to be memorable. Very tourist trap ish so I can fully understand the low rating on Yelp and everywhere else. On top of that, I want to mention I've stayed at the Hilton in other areas in the US and my experience with the branch has always been pleasant. This one simply misses the mark but for an out of towner that was maybe never seen FL, perhaps not.

Yelp
Highly recommend! We loved the king suite with ocean view. It has a full kitchen. Huge thanks to Whitney at the front desk. She checked us into the hotel and set the bar high. Her customer service was amazing.

Yelp
The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is an all-suite ocean-facing resort located directly across from the beautiful blue waters of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Situated between Hilton's Conrad property a block the North and the contemporary Marriott W Hotel directly to the South, it's in a pretty happening spot. You'll find fancy restaurants, exotic cars lining the streets/Valets and beautiful views no matter the direction you turn. My boyfriend and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night getaway here and will definitely be returning. We were very happy with everything from the newly renovated rooms to the very friendly staff and honestly... everything in-between. We got checked in and thanks to my status with Hilton Honors we were upgraded to a full suite rather than the Junior I originally booked. Woohoo! This meant a full kitchen, extra 1/2 bathroom and a larger balcony. We also got placed on a much higher floor than our original booking. The room was clean and freshly painted with fairly new furniture - everything seemed very fresh, open and clean. Obviously the best part was the VIEW! We had a very spacious balcony with views in both directions, showcasing the beautiful beaches and sunrise to the East but also the charming intercostal waterway to our West. As we awoke each morning there was a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean - what's more relaxing and resort-like than that? We took full advantage of many of the amenities offered here including breakfast at Ilios, lunch/snacks at the Le Marche market, and especially the beautiful pool and poolside bar at Ilios. We loved the big coconut cocktails and the delicious margaritas, but beware - that coconut drink will run you 25.00! Ouch, but worth it if you're on vacation I suppose. The best part about the pool was how spacious the patio area was. I didn't feel crowded amongst other guests and we had plenty of places to choose from when deciding where to relax. Most areas of the pool offer sweeping views of the ocean - relaxation at its finest. As a whole I would highly recommend this resort if you are interested in staying in the area. I have stayed at a few of the different properties nearby and this one stands out the most for me considering value, location and overall experience. I use the word value loosely because we all know how costly things can get in south Florida but I believe this resort was worth what we paid for our 4 night, 5 day visit. We can't wait to return! Some additional details: Resort Charge is 39.00/night - this includes towel and chair services at both the pool and the beach. They also provide you a coupon for a 2-hr bike rental and a couple of other things that are currently slipping my mind. Some people will complain about the resort charge but honestly having attendants at the pools/beaches with water etc. really escalate the resort experience and are obviously SUPER convenient. Valet is the only option here so be prepared to shell out yet another 42.00/day for the service, plus tips. The staff was always extremely fast and professional. I have to say it's convenient and they use a very efficient paperless system to request/return and keep up with your vehicle. They also appear to have EV charging, if that matters to you.

Yelp
As a Fort Laud local, I highly recommend! From the friendly, attentive bartenders, specifically Jennifer and Ryan, to the pool servers, specifically Jissella and Oriana, to the pool attendants, Merriah and Juan. Angel is an attentive and proactive Mgr. Love all of the staff. Oh, Nixon and Paul are always at the front greeting me with a smile. Love this place and highly recommend for locals and/or tourists.

Yelp
This hotel was great for just about anything you might be doing in Ft. Lauderdale. Check in was very easy and the staff was nice during check in/valet service. Our room was on the 17th floor which had amazing views that would never get old! The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and a separate glass shower. A huge thing that would bring me back to this hotel includes the dining options inside, location, and the pool. The pool was on the 6th floor which overlooked the beach, it also had hot tubs and a restaurant poolside. We were about a 10 minute walk to handfuls of restaurants on the water, clubs, bars, and shops. Not to mention you got to walk along the beach the whole time, which made the walk go much faster!! All in all, this was a great experience if you love the beach or South Florida.

Yelp
Some rooms are nice, some are not. Some at the front desk have good customer service, some don't. I booked a room through Expedia for a king bed "beach house". I don't know why they would call it that. It's small and you're in an enclave with another room. Can hear everything they say. Stood in line at the beach for an hour in the hot sun for chairs and an umbrella we had to pay $32 for for a day. The bartender was slow to wait on me. $18 drink and not much rum in it. No one waiting on you at the patio. I don't think we'll stay here again.

Yelp
I recently went in to Spa Q and had a blast! The massage therapist and esthetician were phenomenal. The staff at the spa were friendly and grade A. I enjoyed my massage and facial. The changing rooms were well maintained. Next visit I'll be sure to utilize the sauna. Afterwards, I was ready to return home but was encouraged by the spa staff to relax at the pool area. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get into the pool because I didn't bring swim attire but I took their advice. I'm happy i did. Surprisingly on the Friday of Labor Day weekend it wasn't crowded. Which allowed me to relax even more I was still able to enjoy some drinks poolside with the help of Jenny and Frantz. They exhibited exceptional customer relation skills and because of them I will be back! They made recommendations for drinks and food and served up some of the most amazing drinks I've ever had! Huge shot-out to Frantz and Jenny! They were gregarious and jovial which I appreciated because I'm naturally an introvert. I actually remained longer than I anticipated because the exceptional service they rendered were A+ I tried to leave my review through a code survey they provided me but the page wouldn't load properly. I hope that management sees just how much of an exceptional job your staff are doing - Especially Frantz and Jenny. I will return.

Yelp
The hotel is so busy, with a professional and polite front desk, featuring 'Jasmina.' The bellman provided exceptional service. However, the room is quite small, feels like im in the closet of a conjoined room, lacks a luggage rack, and doesn't match the advertised river view, making it less satisfactory for the $900 something spent.

Yelp
We had the best experience at the pool at the Hilton today and just had to mention here. Angel and Naja were amazing... working their tails off to move many guests to make room for a wedding. With a full pool Deck they kindly talked with everyone, found us and so many others space, had the best attitude as they schlepped chairs, even pausing to visit with us and ask about our stay. All the while Oriana served us (and many others) drinks and food tirelessly, and also with a smile. They made what was probably a chaotic day for them into a wonderful experience for me and my friends.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNTIL THE CONSTRUCTION IS OVER. NOTE: This hotel does not allow you to pick you room prior to checkin through the Hilton app. There is twenty story plus apartment building being built on the Northside of the hotel. The Hilton website does not say anything about the almost constant construction noise. Usually when there is something not normal, the website lets you know prior to booking. Since I like to sit on the balcony and relax while on vacation, we booked an ocean front one bedroom king suite. What a mistake. Paying extra for a this room was a waste of money as the noise was so loud, that even my noise cancelling earbuds could not block it out. For almost our whole stay, which was Thursday PM thru Monday AM, there was construction activity. Saturday was a lighter day, about half crew ending about 1600, with Sunday the day for the crane company to be adjusting the eastern most crane, the one closest to our room 1718. This was only a half a day. The construction workers start around 0745 and end around 1730. along with everything else that is involved with building a structure, They were installing balcony railings and the concrete drilling and hammering could even be heard in the bedroom. Also the beeping from the trucks backing up was almost constant. As a bonus, the pool, located on the sixth floor, had music playing so loud that we could also hear in it our room eleven floors above. As it was not music that I listen to, electronic dance music maybe, or something like that. Another negative for our stay. As for the hotel, we checked in on a Thursday @ 4:30pm. The room we booked was not available so we had to wait until 6:20 to get our room keys. This delay caused us to miss our diner reservation with friends and we joined them mid meal. The front desk manager did give us a $250 food and drink credit, but that covered about a days worth of food. The room overall was just ok. This hotel is a time share type of resort, where I guess owners get to use the room when they want and rent the room out when they are not there. With that said, there were three locked closet doors, that I am sure was quoted in the square footage of the room. Also, the hallway from the door to the living area took up another 1/4 of the room space. There were two large bathrooms and the master bath did have a nice view of the ocean from the toilet. The living area was just ok. There was a full kitchen, but no utensils, trashcan, towels, glasses or anything else that you might need. Yes, there was a big refrigerator. But without it being equipped, big waste of space. The housekeeper was very nice. The restaurant and bar personal were all very good. Although costly, the food was very good. Note, being a Hilton Honors Diamond member, we received a $40.00 voucher each day for breakfast. With so many hotels in the area, you could not pay me to stay at this location again. I will not return.

Yelp
MMMM, I visited for the day and was a little disappointed in their pool area. It looked a bit jaded and dated. It has definitely seen better days. The location is good though as it is situated right on the beach. The pool area is on the fifth floor so this offers very pleasant sea views and a nice breeze.

Yelp
Highly recommend!! Everyone from the Valet to the bartenders were absolutely on point! Housekeeping was spectacular! Only miss is the weird hour between 11am and noon where you can't order any food... but by far amazing!!
