One of the best Hilton experiences I’ve had, with outstanding service and a truly welcoming atmosphere. The reception team is always prompt, helpful, and genuinely warm. A special thanks to Nergiz in the restaurant, who took such great care of us with her beautiful smile. The entire staff is fantastic and clearly well trained — credit to the hotel manager for leading such a successful team. Rooms are comfortable with high-end finishes, and the location works perfectly for both business and family trips. I was so impressed after my first stay that I’ve already returned twice.

Google
Comfortable room with a great view of the city. Loved the big tub and hubby loved the separate shower. Very good service. My only complaint would be that, of all the Hiltons we have stayed at in Germany, this one had the most disappointing lounge. At all the others there would be a happy hour in the evening with soup, salad, a few munchies. The offerings here were very minimal and we didn’t like those we tried. Definitely a third world problem, as we feel lucky to even get in the Executive Lounge, but I did want to offer feedback.

This was our last stop on a 9-day trip through Germany and this was a great place to land after several days with LOTS of walking/hiking and high temperatures. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel feels like a bit of an oasis in a very bustling city. It was nice to have a climate controlled room after a week or so without, and breakfast options were great! There is a pool, but it is helpful to know that it is part of an attached fitness center and primarily used for lap swimming. A small section of it can be used for more recreational swimming for children. Staff were all very kind and helpful.

Wow—let that be my first word! From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The rooms were stunning, with a shower and tub that felt spa-worthy, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The entire property is gorgeous, and the front desk staff were consistently warm, attentive, and ready to help. But let me tell you—your bar staff are the true stars of this hotel. Nora, Kim, Ferdenan, and one more gentleman whose name escapes me (but I know he’s been with you for over 24 years!)—they are the absolute definition of hospitality. As a bartender and bar manager myself, I was completely blown away by their professionalism, creativity, and genuine warmth. Nora crafted a cocktail for me that was nothing short of extraordinary. Her skill and passion behind the bar were inspiring. I spent a week at the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre, and thanks to your bar team, it became one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve ever had. Honestly, I wish I could steal your bar staff—they made my trip 1000 times better. This team is a gem, and they elevate your hotel to a whole new level. I can’t wait to return.

I want to express my gratitude to the Hilton Frankfurt City Center staff for helping me resolve my package return after I have checked out of the hotel. They responded to me promptly with courteous and supportive attitude. Not at any moment that I was made to feel at a lurch for my predicament. And this was even after I have checked out of the hotel.||During my stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Always with a smile. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and we had a great Garden view room. ||Thank you Michelle, Niki, Ruben and Marcel for your help. Truly grateful for the wonderful experience. ||Wai-Mun

I stayed at Hilton Frankfurt for 2 nights. The location is very central and the breakfast was very good.||However, I experienced a serious issue that does not comply with Hilton standards. On my check-out day, at 08:45-09:00, my room (815) was disturbed by a knock from a housekeeping staff member. This is unacceptable, as I had not yet checked out and guests have the right to remain undisturbed in their rooms until the standard check-out time of 12:00.||When I went to reception to complain, the receptionist simply asked whether I had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign. I explained that this is not the point—housekeeping should be aware that the room is still occupied until check-out, and no guest should be disturbed so early in the morning.||This experience left me disappointed, and I feel obliged to share this review so management can address this fault and ensure it does not happen again.

Google
I stay regularly at this hotel on my frequent business trips to Frankfurt, and it always delivers. Well located, short walk from the city centre, nice and very clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and a nice restaurant and bar for drinks or easy dinner. Not luxury and nothing out of the ordinary, but very good value for money, and having stayed in dozens of Hilton properties (both in Europe and the US) I would rank this one quite high on their own scale.||Definitely a hotel I will keep using in the future

Google
I'm staying at the Hilton Frankfurt and honestly, the experience was just okay – not terrible, but definitely not great either. A few issues stood out: • The bathroom wasn’t well-prepared. There were no basic amenities like a shaving kit, toothbrush, or even a glass to place my toothbrush in. • I called room service three times and no one ever answered. Eventually, I had to contact them through WhatsApp to get what I needed. To be fair, once I reached them, the service itself was fast. • I also asked for an adapter since my charger didn’t fit the sockets. In most hotels I’ve stayed at, they provide it free of charge, but here they asked me to pay a deposit, which I found unusual and honestly disappointing. Overall, the hotel isn’t bad, but I expected a much smoother experience from Hilton.

Yelp
Five stars for the weekend breakfast alone. Just about anything you want from all corners of the world, and I am very serious. Asia. Middle East. England. North America plus European fair. It was free for us with my Hilton Diamond but I'd pay $30+ pp for this meal. Champagne. Fresh OJ. Top notch service with 1 person for 3-4 tables. Dry personal service and our server recognized us the next morning. Highly recommended. Sorry no pics.

Yelp
Love this Hilton location My 4th time there The stuff members are amazing, they remembered me every time I was a guest there. I always stay at the executive lounge The breakfast are delicious and a lot to choose from Rooms are clean, and very comfortable. You can use the regular gym there ( for free because you are a guest there) The location is right in the center of everything All the shootings and restaurants, close by the train station.

Yelp
Beautiful Hilton top to bottom! The staff was so welcoming and the Dining was a delight. Had an open view of the Park and city. The Executive Floor lounge was perfection!

Yelp
It's too bad the service at the hotel was so abysmal because the hotel itself - according to my husband - was terrific. Here's what happened: The hotel valet broke the handle of my husband's suitcase while he was taking the suitcase out of the car. Hotel staff onsite at the time were apologetic and assured my husband his suitcase would be replaced. Then hotel management got involved. Hotel management's solution was to *superglue* the broken plastic handle back on (that's right: SUPERGLUE). In fact, hotel management accused my husband of breaking the handle himself; The manager said it must've been broken already for it to come off the way it did (the handle was not broken before the valet broke it). Thing progressed downhill. The hotel took my husband's suitcase to "repair" it but never offered updates: My husband had to ask the front desk regularly about the damage. Hotel management wanted to return the suitcase the day my husband was scheduled to check out - my husband had to explain to a hotel manager that a guest may want to start packing the day before checkout. My husband tried to explain to the hotel manager why he thought superglue was not a sufficient solution - the hotel manager was obstinate. I recognize that accidents are inevitable. But when personal property is damaged, I would hope that most companies - most people - would take responsibility and offer replacement or compensation. This was not the experience at this hotel.

Yelp
Perfect place to decompress after a long flight, before meetings. The hotel connects to a huge mall, train station and is next to a park. We ate by the hotel, drank a little elsewhere. The next day walked to Sixt to rent a car and drive to the partner in Walldorf. Honestly, I'd have preferred to take the train, but my colleague couldn't be bothered... The hotel was great to come back to and unwind.

Yelp
Excellent hotel at airport... excellent Hilton VIP concierge lounge with excellent wine, beer, water, hot food options every nightly.... Easy walk from hotel to shops inside airport and excellent Italian restaurant and other mid to high end food options with hotel restaurant itself having good menu options... easy walk to lower train level and coffee, morning breakfast pastries while waiting for your train which run on time and rarely off by a minute or two...comfortable high speed train to next destination...Lower status Hilton Garden inn and Sheraton also good airport hotels next door... Hilton concierge benefits make the Hilton a better choice...

Yelp
Such a wonderful hotel with excellent amenities. Walking distance to anything that you want while in town. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast has everything that you could want. The executive Lounge was a very nice treat and the staff was always so friendly. The gym was excellent with a full workout room and an Olympic sized pool. I will definitely stay here the next time i am in town.

Yelp
I will just get to the point - NOT WORTH IT. 1)Weak shower pressure;2) water temp for shower would be worm then ice cold then worm again; 3) about $40 a day to park!!!; 4)awful Wifi for $15 a day!!! I had to spend $10 on roaming and tethered from my phone to have a useful internet; 5)loud AC (though they said it was normal); 6) $6 delivery fee for room service and was over billed by an extra day for parking; 7)Breakfast is not included neither...but, if you are a sucker or your company pays whatever is on the hotel bill, it could be for another $40 a day each.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. Beautiful atrium. Wonderfully appointed renovated rooms. Good food in the restaurant. A somewhat small but well attended executive lounge. Despite the ongoing renovation, this place is great. They do a wonderful job of cordoning off the floors that are being renovated and I suspect only those on the floor directly below and directly above the two floors being done (at a time) hear anything at all -- and even then only during normal 9am to 6pm hours. The executive lounge offers a nice breakfast, free drinks in the afternoon/evening and if you're in road warrior mode you could probably eek a light dinner out of the food. I don't know Frankfurt very well, but I liked the location. Lots of things to see and do in the immediate area.

Yelp
Spent a few nights at this wonderful hotel while visiting Frankfurt. Just right outside of central Frankfurt and really only down the street from the train station, the Hilton is a great choice while visiting Bankfurt...I mean Frankfurt. Aesthetics are easily a 3.5/5, large spacious lobby which you can view all the floors from. Large breakfast, lunch, and dinner area with a good size bar as well. Food and service is good, attentive staff and fair prices. Breakfast which was included was excellent, a ton of food, which is great if you are here as a traveler as I usually eat large breakfasts and skip lunches. They had everything to fit your needs, whether dietary, vegetarian, paleo, vegan, etc. They also offer ample amount of loose leaf teas which were stellar might I add! On a side note, there is a pretty good Australian restaurant attached if you do not want to venture out on the town. As for the rooms, I'd say a standard clean and updated European room. Quite large, but for the price you pay, I'd expect that. Bathroom was pretty good size for two people, and take this from someone who has been in the smallest hotels in the world! Room cleaning daily as usual, but you can request to have them not visit for a discount on your final bill for being "green". Standard media on the TV, 95% German channels with the only English being news based channels, but that is the usual in foreign countries, so no complaints here. So on a final note, yes a bit pricey, but was worth it for me as it was a great stay while visiting a beautiful city.

Yelp
This hotel is being renovated and updated, and our room was not renovated but it was lovely none the less! We had a beautiful room on the 12th floor with a view that was stunning! The staff of the hotel, the lounge and the restaurant were incredible! My favorite staff members were Thomas in the restaurant and Sarah in the Lounge/Bar. Both of these people put the utmost value in service and smiled continuously. Their positive energy was pleasant to be around. The location is very central and you can walk to almost everything from here. Well worth the stay!

Yelp
Not worth the money or inconvenience. I called ahead to make sure I had a allergy free room and also could park my car and was told there is a clear note and my room was made up that way and I can park in the garage with valet parking. I requested allergy free because I am allergic to feathers and breakout in hives with the feathers next to my face. I come with my car and am rudely told it's full by what looks like the valet person who I've never experienced in all my time traveling to be rude anywhere I went but here. I asked if there's parking nearby and he said "no speak English" and walked away. It took everything I had not to get out of my car and tell him off. So I had to find parking somewhere in the city and had to walk with all my luggage to the hotel in the cold and rainy weather about a 15 min walk was the best I could find. Come to check in and they say they had a large group come in and my room was not made to the allergy free (even though on the phone 1 hour ago he confirmed it meaning they gave my room away) and so the guy will come to my room to make up the bed. So I'm already upset because this is so inconvenient that I can't just go to my room and sleep. However he brings a feather pillow with him. Not to mention it's a tiny blanket and 1 pillow. I tell him it's feather not synthetic and he says that's what house keeping gave him. I said well they're wrong and he needs to find a feather free pillow. He comes back with the same pillow and I tell him this is feather and he says that's all they have...... I asked him to bring me another pillow this isn't even enough and he said that's the last one they have. I gave up with him as I already wasted 30 minutes with this. So I call front desk again and say this isn't synthetic/allergy free. This guy comes back after 30 min with 2 synthetic pillows finally. I told him how his other colleague said this was synthetic and clearly not and that it's the only pillow, so clearly a lie. It is now 1130 pm and I have an international flight in the morning and just wanted to get to bed over an hour and half ago. I didn't just request synthetic because it's nicer but because I'm allergic. Hence why I called ahead of time when booking and again before a long day to confirm. To top it off they have no key card for me because the cards aren't working. So he said his colleague will come up with me. So what the hell am I supposed to do when I want to go in and out of my room? Keep getting the front desk person? I can't even begin to tell you how inconvenient that is. I wanted to go down and get names of the people but decided it's not worth the inconvenience of needing to then have him get the elevator with me and open my room again. Also, I paid for a deluxe room and got a tiny room. I don't even care about the size of my bed normally since I don't need much space but this was just the cherry on top. I will never stay here again.

Yelp
This hotel is super nice. They renovating the lounge so temporary set up downstairs. Rooms are great. Super clean. Great gym. Breakfast was great at the restaurant. Great location. 10 min walk to Christmas Market.

Yelp
Fantastic Hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful - and speaks English very well. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and in walking distance to shopping, the Rhine River, and many great restaurants. Their executive lounge has a fantastic breakfast selection, a nice afternoon tea and a great selection of snacks and beer and wine during the happy hour. The rooms were spacious and the Internet worked great.
google avatar

Yelp
Great view, great city gym you have access to but the staff was slightly pretentious. They were young so not sure if that was why but when guests asked about services, I saw an eye rolling attitude "as if" look like this is the Hilton of course we don't.... it's valet parking only for 32€ a day so if you forgot something in your car, you need to walk down w valet to get escorted to get it. Breakfast was not included and didn't feel like paying extra so I walked over to the cafe 6min away at Zwei fur bröt. There's also a cute coffee place, like only coffee sold there called gorilla cafe. Go check it out. Location of hotel is good with only 5 min walk to the central shopping area.

Yelp
Excellent location, great staff (very friendly), big and open-feeling room with excellent bed. Good water pressure. The hotel is very modern. Only downside was Internet fee €25 per night, even for executive rooms. Exec lounge and lobby has free wifi. Exec lounge has good spread of food and drinks throughout all day. Breakfast buffet is ok but doesn't do any made-to-order item like pancake or omelet.

Yelp
The Wallanlagen (Wall Park) is a 5km-long belt of greenery in Frankfurt am Main, the city centre. Hilton Frankfurt City Centre overlooks one part of this winding park, called Bockenheimer Anlage. A little pond with adorable ducks and ducklings, a wonderful cycling and jogging track, as also copious seats on the fringes of tree orchards and lawns lie a stone's throw away from the hotel. The 11th floor Executive Lounge is an oasis of exclusivity and calm. One can read a book or work on a laptop while sipping on juice and coffee from the pantry. There's a large television as well, for those who'd prefer to be entertained. All Executive Rooms (situated on the 10th-12th floors of the hotel) have access to this lounge, which serves breakfast, tea, and evening drinks in addition to being operational throughout the day. Our gorgeously spacious King Executive Room on the 10th floor had sweeping views of Frankfurt's skyline, the park, and the mountains in the distance, from not one, but two floor-to-ceiling windows covering two sides of the room. There was a king-sized double bed, writing desk, sofa and table, tea-coffee maker, ice bucket, bath tub, and welcome chocolates as well. We headed to the park-view restaurant in the lobby for breakfast and found a delightful spread waiting for us. A chef flipped omelettes expertly at a live station, and an enticing array of juices, salads, muffins, breads, and cheeses were ours to sample. A waitress offered us freshly brewed and squeezed filter coffee and orange juice, and we gladly accepted. There were hash browns, many types of yogurt, and muesli on offer as well.

Yelp
On my business trip for one and a half month. Stayed here for two weeks in an executive room with an executive lounge access. Parking is valet system around €25 per day. Pro: The location again is right in the city of Frankfurt. With in a walking distance for my to see list. Con: None

Yelp
When it comes to Frankfurt, you have the usual choices between the Marriott, Hilton, Westin, And LeMeridien. The Hilton Frankfurt city center is a better choice in my opinion. It has the usual standard of the Hilton. It has a better location in my opinion. Locating near major attractions, metro and train station. It also has a nice large park behind the hotel for those wish to relax.

Yelp
Very excellent location, near center, shopping restaurants, bars and attractions. (We are staying here for 9 nights, a big group) The reason I give them 3 star it's because of the manipulation in extra cost and very high charges of these extra. Come on Internet 25.00 euros daily! Movies 20.00 euros each, and the regular tv does not have a channel with movie or programs in English?! And the "free public" internet very limited in the lobby area, and keep crashing because of everyone using it because of the cost in rooms. The daily breakfast buffet should have more attention from the kitchen of the empty food trays, when it's gone it takes a little to long to be refilled. The staff is very great and super attentive. I think we pay already a little to expensive rates per night staying here and the extras really make it difficult to give this hotel 5 star. Sorry ;-( ~Hilton should have the same ethics all over the world and have some consideration with all the hard effort we all make to visit such a beautiful city. ;-)

Yelp
Stayed here 7 nights recently for a trade fair at the Messe. Got a really good price pre-paying the rooms. As a Hilton Diamond, I got a nice upgrade to a large room with executive lounge access. Great lounge, had a full breakfast in the morning and drinks and snacks most all day. Room was clean, everything worked fine, nice view and had a very large TV. The staff is super professional here and was very helpful. Steps away from the Hauptwache loaded with restaurants and shops. Will stay here again for sure. Yes overall, this place is pricey but you get what you pay for.

Yelp
Overall good choice for an American hotel in Frankfurt. Great location for walking to tons of shopping and restaurants. Quick walk to river too. Clean and good water pressure. Air conditioning actually works if you keep sun facing windows covered - nice plus in a country that doesn't properly understand AC even though summer temps reach over 80F. Breakfast buffett decent and custom omelettes are possible if you ask a waiter. Since we are diamond we had nice refreshments all day in executive lounge - nice perk in a foreign city. And the exec lounge was much more relaxed than other foreign hiltons we have been to. Cons- expensive valet €31/day only option for parking. Wifi was hard to connect sometimes in our room. Water surged hot then cold randomly in shower. First room we had the AC never could catch up with heat, second room we figured out we had to keep curtains shut almost all day. Maids slammed doors on door locks while servicing rooms - not only was this annoying and loud but left dents in door frames. Also, someone entered our room even though our do not disturb sign was on and dropped off toothbrushes which we didn't request (annoying since we could have been sleeping due to time zone difference). Overall, we would stay here again based on location, exec lounge, and AC working decently compared to other Germany standards.

Yelp
Very nice accommodations, excellent service. Went down for a drink at the hotel bar & met the manager, who approached me to seek my feedback on the accommodations. As I returned to my room, I was greeted with a selection of cold beers, delivered by the bell hop. The manager had handwritten a note thanking me for my comments. This was a most pleasant surprise.

Yelp
My colleague and I are ending a long week in Germany. This is our 4th city in 7 days and I wish we could have spent more tome here. The hotel is what one would expect fr a Hilton, the staff were efficient and accommodating, and the bar tenders were top notch. I am a Hilton Diamond member and wish more hotels resembled this one. Thank you Hilton Frankfurt Central.

Yelp
Stayed here for 7 days for Automechanika 2014. I'm a SPG Plat and have been very loyal to SPG for many years. Recently was given an opportunity to trade to HHonors Gold/Diamond so planned to stay at this Hilton. I have to say that I've been impressed with Hilton properties. The rooms are clean, pretty new feeling and comfortable. The bed was decently firm but not a rock. Pillows were medium softness as well. Overall my sleep quality was pretty good. I had a view of the city on the 10th floor as I booked an executive room. Not sure if Gold always gets upgrades. Gold gets free breakfast though. Internet in the room via wireless was really really fast and I have 4 - 5 devices and got on without problems. The breakfast quality at their buffet in the lobby (free for gold) was good quality. Selection was decent as well. Only issue is that most of the offerings repeat it self pretty much every 2 days. I feel that the staff could have been a little more detailed oriented. On 2-3 different days I would say yes or ask for coffee and they kept forgetting. Ended up just going to the self serve coffee desk and get it myself, not sure if this is a cultural thing! The Executive lounge was adequate but not amazing. The Staff though was awesome. They are attentive, warm and just make you feel loved :)! The breakfast is very slim so recommend you take breakfast downstairs. Exec. lounge has small assortment of breakfast, appetizers and wine/beer in the afternoon and some light desert snacks throughout the day and at night. They also have assortment of water, sparkling water, juice and beer for you to enjoy throughout the day. It is pretty well located, walking distance from a famous square with churches, food and shopping. Very close to the outdoor shopping area as well. It was about 10 minute cab ride to the Messe Hall. Overall I would stay at this Hilton again, I do think that they can improve the level of offerings, just slightly of the executive lounge and variety of the breakfast so it doesn't repeat so much; change the egg style.type, vegetables or meats etc.

Yelp
My organization hosted an event at the Hilton in mid-March and I must say we had a fantastic experience. My team and I have worked in events for years and we were all hard pressed to find any negative feedback to give the hotel, which if you plan events, you know, is practically unheard of. The venue itself is in good shape and well laid out, but it is the staff that make this a truly exemplary property. They are absolutely on point and things get done correctly the first time. We had a high profile speaker pop a button on his jacket and I called one of the managers (thinking in my head, what can they possibly do to help) and in less than 15 minutes, the manager found the speaker, got the coat, brought it to housekeeping, got ti fixed and got it back to the speakers. How's that for service? Highly recommend!

Yelp
*From 2004. If things are different now, blame Yelp for being created too far afterwards. Big room, nice location, excellent happy hour in the upstairs bar with free internet access.... and a Priceline deal from hell that got our scrungy backpacker asses a fine room for something like $60 a night. And a decent barbershop across the street who understood my attempt to get it shaved down short by saying "kahlkopf."
google avatar

Kim R.

Yelp
Good location & nice lobby. The + * great housekeeping staff & service * amenities (in room coffee/tea, umbrellas) * beautiful park adjacent to hotel The areas for improvement * TV remote was horrible - SUPER slow to change channels which became very frustrating. * a/c did not work consistently. Requested service for this & maintenance came to room & advised we keep it on 'auto'. This worked the day he assisted but was back to not working the rest of our trip. Quite a drag when we like a cool room for sleeping. :-/ * wifi only available in lobby * pool is primarily intended for its health club members not a place for 'fun swim' if you have kids. The kids just want to play & get their energy out. Right? The pool had lane lines & my daughters had to stay in Lane 1. Really? There were even times we'd go to the pool and the pool was full of lap swimmers...including Lane 1. Grrrrrr (the Hyatt doesn't own the fitness area so we are essentially guests of the club, hence our use is limited).

Yelp
Check in 6/20/2017 around 4pm got my room with in 10 mins at the counter. The service was great from valet parking to the counter person and the bell desk.

Yelp
I stayed at this hotel for three nights and went to the executive lounge last night for a beer. The woman who worked there had the worst attitude I've ever seen. She asked what I needed then acted like I was bothering her. I asked her what kind of beer they had. She said Pilsner or Heineken. Before I could tell her, she was already rolling her eyes impatiently. Maybe she had a bad day but all that sighing and attitude were a bit too much. Get a control of your employees, Hilton. I asked for beer not bullshit.

Yelp
Great Hilton right in the heart of downtown Frankfurt. They are connected to a fitness center downstairs, guest can workout for free. Overall this is a great place to stay in Frankfurt.

Gary J.

Yelp
As a regular guest, I use here probably as I'm a creature of habit, the rooms are clean, big enough and well kitted out, breakfast buffet is always very good. the only complaint I have is the extortionist price they charge for Internet, it is scalping of the highest degree. They probably think most guests are business travellers and they need it and their company will pay for it
google avatar

Yelp
Wi-fi is outrageously expensive (30 Euros PER NIGHT!) I opted to use my company service but that seems ridiculous. There is no doorman to help with your bags and even better, they've disabled the revolving door so you have to struggle with your luggage and the door. More often than not, the staff (and I found this at the Marriott as well) doesn't answer the phone. So much for German efficiencies. Know that rooms in Frankfurt are similar in size to NY hotels, think small. And the choices for English language TV are abysmal. After long days at a conference, I just wanted to turn on the tv and veg-no can do. English language channels are limited to British TV and CNN, which I discovered runs about 5 stories a day and just reruns them with different hosts. Oy. The location is very convenient for most things you'll want to discover or at least transportation to get you there.
