Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch

Very happy with the service and the facilities of the hotel. We stayed for one night and used the swimming pool. The pool policy allows only people older than 12 after 18:00 but staff was flexible. Everything was clean. Some parts of the hotel are a bit colder. The restaurant is a bit overpriced for what you get but has nice ambiance. Good breakfast options.

Check in was great, although my Diamond status was not recognised.|I was upgraded to a suite on the 3rd floor and on entry was surprised to find a few pieces of fruit, which was a lovely touch.|Dinner was as expected in a Hilton, and the service was excellent!|The only downside was that I was documenting my roadtrip across Europe. I asked guest relations on Friday 19 September in the evening if I could take a picture of my car infront of the hotel. I checked again on Saturday morning. Both times there was agreement. However, on positioning my car, the concierge swiftly appeared, thrusting my suitcase in my hand with a word of caution that I should not take any photographs at the hotel with my car. I asked „why?“ and was told that the hotel, „does not want any photographs on social media“. I reluctantly drove off without challenging this with the Duty Manager but was left with a sour taste.|Part of the reason for choosing this site was the proximity to the Autobahn.

Less than 30 mins drive from the city center. It's huge resort and has all the amenities to spend a perfect weekend.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The King Junior Suite was quiet and had lovely views of the frozen lake. Excellent breakfast. Small fitness room but new equipment. A great choice of saunas plus a steam room and a good size pool.

It was a pleasant surprise, after a long time I stayed in a place which was perfect. This property is located 3 minutes off the A3 and that's one reason I booked it for my business trip. The staff were extra courteous and very helpful. The parking is easy. They have over 3 restaurants. Very quiet and there is always a view 😉. Rooms are spacious and felt new, we'll maintained. Breakfast was a full spread with a live counter for eggs. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Truly remarkable stay at this Hilton! The lounge was especially well stacked with plenty of excellent products. The SPA and pool were also incredibly well kept with great attention to detail. Am glad I chose this Hilton over downtown options as price to comfort ratio is unbeatable.

Please also see update below. Nice hotel but rooms need an update. Unfriendly staff, especially at the bar. Had to take three tries before I coukd even order a beer. They seemed to look down upon us for not wearing expensive suits. Ah well, plenty of other hotels in Frankfurt. Edit: after a new stay, a few weeks later, I am happy to report that things have improved! Staff was very forthcoming and the room was in excellent condition. I also would like to compliment on the breakfast arrangement. That was really top notch. Thank you for a nice stay, wir sehen uns!

Booked here in spite of lots of negative comments on staff. Was overall a pleasant experience. However, some staff still need to be filtered out due to incompetence. Refer attached pic. I do not expect a 5-star hotel chef to make double fry eggs in this manner. He could not make it with yolks intact. How is he allowing such substandard food to reach the customer? Thank you very much for the prompt response. I am sure the management is very pro active to address such issues and maintain the hotel's exclusivity.
