I had an amazing 7-day stay at your hotel during my business trip. The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a great variety of very tasty options, and your pancakes were a particular favorite. A special shout-out to Sabina, whose attentiveness and pleasant demeanor were truly extraordinary. Overall, I greatly appreciate the excellent service and the incredibly friendly staff who made my time here so enjoyable.

We were very pleased with our staying at the hotel. Thanks to the reception staff for helping us with our issues. The room is kept clean and has all the necessary amenities. The central location allows you to get to most of the attractions rather quickly. There are several good restaurants around. The restaurant in the hotel is also worth attention.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The staff all over the hotel were very friendly, they helped my family and I, we were able to have relaxing days. My daughter Victoria had a great time and also made very good friends. The staff in the restaurant were extremely good, they were always very attentive and played with Victoria. Also, we noticed that the hotel managers shared with Victoria and we were able to make good relationships. The gym was a good place to recharge energy and the sauna to clear the mind. The cleaning lady was always very attentive and we felt at ease with her. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again. I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Astana and had a pleasant overall experience. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its great location—it’s conveniently situated near major business centers and popular landmarks, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. I was also impressed by the staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful. Whether it was at the front desk or in the restaurant, everyone made an effort to ensure guests felt welcome and taken care of. The only downside is that the hotel is starting to feel a bit old. While everything was clean and functional, some of the furnishings and decor could use an update to match the modern standards you’d expect from the Hilton brand. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a stay in Astana, especially if you value location, good service, and a quality breakfast.

Came to Astana with my family for the holidays. We chose the hotel based on its location. And also because it is a Hilton chain. Our expectations were met 100%! This is a great hotel. The location is perfect. The service is top notch. Upon check-in, everything was fast and professional. Special thanks to the girl Dariga. It is nice when upon check-in you understand that you have come to Hilton!!!! Breakfasts, restaurant, room service, cleaning in the rooms - everything is top notch. Special thanks to Aigul for cleaning. But in general, the whole team is great, everyone is responsive, ready to help at any moment. We had a great time staying in this hotel. We recommend it to everyone!

Really nice hotel. Localization is wonderful, breakfast is tasty with a selection of trafitional snack to try. Rooms are kept tidy (thank you ms. Aigul). The gym needs a little refresh but is still enough to make a good workout. Hotel workers are really friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again! :)

Astana had very big street blocks. Considering that, the hotel was well located. It was a short walk to Nurzhol Blvd and many good food options. There were many shopping centers nearby as well. The rooms were OK -- nothing special. The breakfast was great -- and there was some variation from day to day. I enjoyed the Kazakh and Russian food options.
