Hilton Garden Inn Astana

Excellent service and very pleasant atmosphere. I would especially like to mention our waiter in hotel restaurant Ruslan. It is rare to see such genuine respect, politeness, and attention to guests. He elevated our experience and represents the hotel at a very high level.

It was a nice stay in the hotel. Comfortable bed, cozy, breakfasts are okay. Cleaning was done every day by a nice lady Aigul. Something that could be improved: a shelf to put the belongings at the entrance (there is a wardrobe but there no shelf inside to put for a while e.g. phone or wallet while putting clothes and shoes on). The toilet flash is too aggressive, the water was even split on the floor. The fact that windows cannot be opened during heating season is not very pleasant. Fresh air would be nice.

Spent one night at the Hilton so far. The room was super clean with all the right amenities. I slept well although the room was a bit warm. Had my first lunch at the hotel which was delicious! The food is high quality and I look forward to experiencing more of it. I was serviced by Nurbek who was friendly and attentive.

It’s my first time in Astana, Kazakhstan and my stay at Hilton Garden Inn made my first experience in Kazakhstan even more special. The hotel staff are super welcoming with their genuine and professional hospitality, especially a lovely lady named Sabina — she made my morning even more special with her artistic touch! She sketched a lovely portrait of me while I was enjoying my breakfast. Such a sweet soul❣️I highly recommend this beautiful hotel located in the heart of Astana, it’s super clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast and very well trained staff who make your stay memorable 🥰
