The rooms are clean and spacious and the location of the hotel is great. Nonetheless the quality of service is ghastly make sure you don't leave a credit card guarantee it'll become the worst experience very fast.

BEAUTIFUL!!! The room was great. The workers were all very friendly! Great breakfast and awesome view from the room The only disappointment was that their beautiful rooftop pool closed at 6pm. Im not sure if that is normal there as I was staying for international business. I was so sad by the time I was able to use the pool after work it was closing. That is the only thing that kept me from rating it a 5 star. Really nice hotel though and would highly reccomend it!

I had an amazing stay during Carnaval. The staff were super attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, a perfect retreat after a day full of festivities. And forget about the typical hotel food, this place nailed it with incredible, fresh local cuisine that simply can’t be beat. Every meal was a delightful discovery of local flavors, elevating my entire experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. If you’re planning to experience Barranquilla and Carnaval, this is the place to be!

Quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent dinner in the restaurant and 2 for 1 margaritas in the bar. King bed was comfortable. No concerns at all. Large bathroom with good shower. We only spent one night but this hotel seems like a good one to use.

As a Hilton Honors member, I expected better from this property. While the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the location is convenient with nearby malls and restaurants, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The hallway smelled of mildew due to poor air circulation, and our bathroom was dirty upon arrival, with drainage issues that made showering unpleasant. The walls were marked, and the towels were either stained or old and needed replacing. I was very disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

A wonderful experience. From the very first time I set foot into the hotel I was happy. The employees are all very friendly. The front desk is accommodating for any issue or question. The housekeeping staff was also incredible. On most days at any given time, you’ll find them somewhere on your floor working and approachable. Don’t forget to tip these people! What might only be a few dollars to you could be a few days wages for them! And they are all hard working and deserve it. The rooms are very nice. We stayed in a standard room and it was more than satisfactory for us. Or other travel companions stayed in a room that was identical to ours but larger. Another couple stayed in (I don’t know the titles of these rooms) a much larger room with a separate privacy wall as you come in and a different layout. And the final couple stayed next to us in an end unit that must’ve been their suite. Very large. Queen size bed, nice desk layout. Each room had a walk in shower. Big bathroom. There’s a gym and a nice exterior pool on the third floor. And don’t bring a room towel to the pool! The life guard will supply you with one. There’s a casino attached to the hotel on the right hand side if you want to lose all the money you’ve been saving on this trip (again- very nice employees but I’m not sure if they’re hotel staff). And finally- the attached building directly to the right of the hotel (and accessible during the day if you cut through the casino) contains a grocery store. Which was very convenient. And a shirt walking distance away is a huge shopping mall.
