This Hilton Garden has a good staff, except for the restaurant, the service is less than deficient, I ordered a ceviche and a soup, there was only one table with customers, the ceviche arrived in 37 minutes, the soup took a little over 1 hour and never arrived, it was a simple consommé, I complained and nobody cared about my complaint, I identified myself as a former employee of the chain and that I knew what they had to do but they did not care, but I would stay again because at the reception Miss ZAUDITH is an employee who knows what she does and says regarding her function, and even beyond, she went out of her way to find me a room that does not have a musty smell, since I suffer from allergies, she knows what customer service is, with her service and kindness made me forget the bad time I had, thank you Miss ZAUDITH, keep it up, employees like you make this industry great.
