We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service we received during a difficult moment. My wife experienced a sudden dental emergency during our trip, and Nathan at the front desk went above and beyond to help us.
He personally arranged a dentist appointment, ensured we had all the information we needed, and followed up to make sure everything was in place. His professionalism, compassion, and genuine care made all the difference.
The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable — everything you’d expect from a great Hilton stay — but the service we received, especially from Nathan, made it truly memorable. We can’t thank him enough.
