Our stay at the Hilton Bucharest was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness is at the highest level – everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. We received a huge room with an amazing view of the city – such a pleasure to wake up to every morning. Breakfast was delicious and varied, but above all – the service was exceptional! A very special thank you to Monica and Dana from the restaurant, who made sure every morning that my son had exactly what he likes to eat. Their kindness, personal attention, and warm attitude truly touched our hearts. Great service makes all the difference – and they proved it! Thank you to the entire hotel team for an

Excellent choice for city centre and old town. Comfortable room with all amenities. Check-in was super easy, room upgrade was solved as requested. Breakfast is tasty, reasonable choices and some fancy dishes as well. Daniela (breakfast manager) noticed my gold membership and offered special coffee from the bar. Marian, Monica and Adelin were super nice breakfast staff.

There was a wonderful stay in the hotel. I felt that the personel of the hotel treats me as a family member from the beginning of Front Desk, where Sabina helped me to choose the room. Thank to her the stay was really great. Moreover the breakfast was delicious, Daniela with her team - Elena and Gabi created the warm atmosphere. All ladies were smiling, asking if I need anything and so friendly! For sure, I will chose this hotel once again thanks for the amazing and helping stuff.

After reading the other reviews here, I feel like I must have stayed in a different hotel because my experience was far from excellent.||First the good bits. The hotel is in a great location for the old town and is nice, modern and very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely with toiletries provided and a decent hairdryer. The hotel has an ok bar which serves nice cocktails.||Now the bad bits. The customer service wasn't great, we didn't receive a particularly warm welcome and we weren't given any information about the hotel amenities nor was there any info provided in the room. The restaurant has a sign saying it's open until midnight for dinner but after arriving back from a trip unexpectedly late we were told at 22.30 that they had stopped serving food.|When we arrived the room was unbearably hot and we realised after playing around with the thermostat (which had no instructions) that the air con had been disabled. This was thankfully reactivated by the following evening. |The worst thing about the hotel, and I know this isn't necessarily their fault, is the noise. There seems to be a nightclub nearby and we could hear the music very loudly all night every night, it was going until 7am! We were on the top floor so I can't imagine how bad it is on other floors. Coupled with the fact that the curtains weren't remotely blackout so as soon as the sun came up the room was very light, we had 3 terrible nights sleep.||I wouldn't stay here again, it's a nice hotel but the service is not to the level I would expect from a Hilton and the noise is unbearable.

Very good hotel. Great location in Old City Bucharest. It is closed to everything. I choose breakfast included. They had a good breakfast selection. The room was big enough, warm and cozy. Very comfortable bed. Also great shower. Overall I had a great time at this hotel. I am glad I choose it. Everyone speaks English. It was 20 minutes walk from People house.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, everything worked as expected and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was good but a bit one note, I wish there was more changing items and more healthy stuff like vegetables and fruit. Bathrooms could use a small side lamp. During night, your only choice is full bright lighting.

The hotel was nice but our breakfast experience was wonderful. The team made you feel at home and went out of their way to ensure my toddler was comfortable and had everything he (we) wanted. I would like to say thank you to the breakfast team. Starting with the manager, Daniela and the team Elena, Gabi, and Adelin, Thank you all for a fantastic memory.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I love it more each time. The location is perfect. right at the entrance to the Old Town, so everything is within walking distance. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome. There’s even a small treat and a welcome drink waiting for you at check-in it’s such a lovely touch. The staff are always kind and helpful, and the rooms are beautiful, each one with its own unique style. I especially enjoy the in-room coffee machine and the complimentary bottled water. Breakfast is fresh, delicious, and has plenty of variety, omelets, vegetables, pastries, cheeses, fruits, everything you could want. One of the things I love most is the cozy self-service kiosk in the lobby. It offers drinks, snacks, milk, small gifts, and even a microwave for heating food. Super convenient and thoughtful. Every time I leave, I find myself already wanting to come back. Truly one of my favorite places in Bucharest!
