Service was excellent throughout our stay: the staff were welcoming, attentive, and happy to accommodate any request with a warm smile. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway or a solo adventure, this hotel delivers both location and charm in equal measure.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I love it more each time. The location is perfect. right at the entrance to the Old Town, so everything is within walking distance. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome. There’s even a small treat and a welcome drink waiting for you at check-in it’s such a lovely touch. The staff are always kind and helpful, and the rooms are beautiful, each one with its own unique style. I especially enjoy the in-room coffee machine and the complimentary bottled water. Breakfast is fresh, delicious, and has plenty of variety,omelets, vegetables, pastries, cheeses, fruits, everything you could want. One of the things I love most is the cozy self-service kiosk in the lobby. It offers drinks, snacks, milk, small gifts, and even a microwave for heating food. Super convenient and thoughtful. Every time I leave, I find myself already wanting to come back. Truly one of my favorite places in Bucharest!

Fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town! The location is unbeatable — right in the middle of the historic center with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and major sights. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of fresh and hot options. There’s also an ATM conveniently located inside the hotel, which made it easy to withdraw local currency. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the free guest self-service laundry — a thoughtful and convenient feature. Thanks for the room upgrade as a Hilton Diamond member — made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bucharest!

Lovely, well-appointed hotel in the heart of the Old Town. With a working AC. Great bar. Excellent food. Amazing staff especially Elena, Monica, Dana, and Gabi! Location is ideal for walking the cobblestones of old Bucherest. Outside and to the left is a small bakery with the best pastries de nata outside of Portugal. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing staff. Daniela, the manager, went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel welcomed. We stayed almost 3 weeks at the hotel and slept amazing. Great pillows, down comforters, firm new mattresses and cotton sheets. Clean rooms everyday. Highly recommend.

The hotel, the staff and the location were all perfect. The receptionists Flori and David and Alexia were extremely helpful, and the ones who's names we forgot were all very professional and helpful. The staff from the restaurant were wonderful (Elena, Dana, Gabi, Monica, Adelin, Ana and the others who we failed to remember their names). We would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We stayed in February and we can’t fault the stay we had at this hotel. The rooms were very large and modern, with a nice view of the bank and the older buildings around Bucharest. One of the best hotel bathrooms I’ve ever had. I found the bed slightly uncomfortable but after the first night, it was absolutely fine. A nice selection for breakfast which starts very early which is great for anyone going on coach trips around Romania. Would recommend having a meal at the Beef Room, our steaks were the best we’ve ever had! Staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages. The only reason that the location was a slight issue was because the hotel is next to a few clubs which can get slightly loud and doesn’t seem to end until the sun comes up. Our rooms were facing the bank so were right on the road/path next to the clubs so this might have just been an issue with our rooms. Other than that, the location is very accessible to the old town and other amenities and tourist spots.

DO NOT use the taxi service parked in front of the Hotel!!!! We’ve stayed here many times and this place never disappoints. The location is very convenient when exploring the downtown area. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well decorated. The air conditioning works perfectly, water pressure is great, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is the best. From the people who service the rooms, to the front desk, and restaurant staff, all are friendly, helpful, and attentive. We love the staff there. The breakfast is of great quality and variety, and a better option quality and price wise than any restaurant in the area. Parking is a 5 min walk from the hotel. If you plan to venture outside old town and require transportation, we strongly suggest Uber or Bolt. If you prefer a taxi, ask the front desk to book you one. DO NOT under any circumstance use the taxis parked in front of the hotel specially car 406. The drivers are dishonest, extremely rude, and barely speak English. You will be ripped off very badly if you used them. The hotel has a warning posted at the front desk about these taxi drivers parked in front. Please protect yourself. This Hilton is great and we highly recommend it.
