A Wonderful Stay During a Snowstorm — Exceptional Service from Nikki! Here’s a polished, warm, and Nikki-highlighting review you can post: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay During a Snowstorm — Exceptional Service from Nikki! I got snowed in during a terrible storm on a long drive and ended up staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Chesterton, Indiana. I couldn’t have picked a better place to wait out the weather. The hotel is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind. But the real standout of my stay was Nikki at the lobby bar/restaurant. It was only her second night on the job, yet she handled a full group of guests like a seasoned pro. She was attentive, warm, incredibly hardworking, and somehow managed to give great service to everyone despite how busy it was. Nikki truly made my stay outstanding, and her effort deserves to be recognized. If you’re passing through Chesterton — storm or no storm — this is a great place to stay. And if Nikki is working, you’re in especially good hands!

I don't know why some of these people are complaining, bc we checked in Nov. 7th and the rooms were very clean, smelled nice, bed & pillows comfy. Bathroom looks good, which is important to me! I am a HUGE critic and don't have one bad thing to say about this hotel. Lots of restaurants & stores super close. Blackout curtains and its quiet too! We stay at MANY hotels and this one is by far one of the best, out of a few. Especially for these type of hotels. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, and other amenities available. Smokers have a nice patio area in the back.

Google
Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms! I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for the lake effect winter storm! It was clean and comfortable, and it smelled pleasant! Beds were very comfortable and I was easily able to fall asleep! The only downsides is that whenever the heat would kick on, it would make a loud mechanical noise, but it didn’t disrupt my sleep thankfully! There was also some rust developing on the bathroom light fixtures, but overall these 2 things did not bother me at all.

Sailina check me in. She gave me the wrong room number. I had to come down with all my stuff to get an working key. I asked her to walk up with me as I had a cart full and two dogs. Never asked me anything about my trip or my dogs. I understand people aren’t all dog people, but they usually say something nice. She did not offer to help pushing my cart or to take one of my dogs. She opened the door. Walked in. As I am struggling to get all of us in the door and my cart, she doesn’t turn on a light or hold the door. I had to go down again, because she never gave me Wi-fi password. The room is missing a light fixture. The blinds have holes in them. I see a few flying nats. There is also painted over water damage on the ceiling. I hope the mold was contained and mitigated. The hotel looks good in the outside, less than impressed with service and room.

Google
We had an amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. The customer service was second to none, the room was spacious, well thought out with amenities, and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Although I wish they had gluten free bread, the chef did toast my bread in a safe manner, and I super appreciate that concern and attention to detail. Lastly, the location is ideal for visiting Indiana Dunes National Park.

Stayed one night while passing through the area on I80. Hotel was easy to find. Check in went smoothly, room wasn’t ready(it was 4:30) but they held our bags while we went sightseeing in area. Easy drive to Indiana Dunes NP and State Park, less than ten minutes. Room was ready on our return after dinner. We had a king junior suite, it was clean, spacious and very comfortable. All the amenities were present and working. We found the location quiet. All the common areas and room were well maintained and fresh. Breakfast was very reasonable, small menu but tasty. There’s a Bob Evan’s next door if needed. We would stay here again if in area.

Google
We stayed at this Hilton in Indiana and were very disappointed. The rooms are small, but the prices are not. Coincidence? The bar, which was advertised as part of the hotel experience, was closed on Sunday evening. Really? Guests don’t stop eating or drinking just because it’s Sunday. The surrounding area only made things worse. The roads and traffic setup feel like they were designed by a first-grade student — confusing turns, poorly marked lanes, and no sense of proper planning. Nothing about it is professional or guest-friendly. On top of that, the area felt rundown and unwelcoming — definitely not what we expect from Hilton. To make matters worse, the state rules cutting off alcohol sales after 8 p.m. are outdated and frustrating. As paying guests, we expected better hospitality and options. Overall, this stay left a bad impression. Hilton should either fix these issues or be more transparent in their advertising.

Andrea H.

Google
The pool was freezing, really unswimable for little kids. And confusing language on the website and Google about breakfast availability. It is a paid restaurant breakfast, not a continental breakfast in the lobby. Lobby was festive for the holidays and room was clean.

Darin M.

Yelp
This is a Hilton? Think again before booking here. I'm a Hilton honors person and used points plus $150 (!) to book this hotel. No greeting from staff, tub was dirty and cracked, soap empty. Room was overpriced and not worth value. When I contacted corporate they initially said local management would respond -they didn't and ultimately corporate gave me some of my Hilton points back (not all). Very disappointing!

Yelp
Great service from everyone here the rooms are clean and of course the beds were good as expected, but I have to say the dollar tacos in the bar/restaurant were exceptional! As was the great service from the young lady there. Enjoyed meeting several people from around the area and would definitely come back to this establishment as it kind of felt like family

Yelp
Rooms were reasonably priced and clean. However, hot tub in the pool area was broken, and the bath in our room was cracked. Hotel has one washer and dryer for laundry, coin operated. Mini mart on premises has snacks, drinks, laundry detergent, etc. Overall, could have used some repairs, but wasn't a bad place to stay. Easy drive (~15 min without traffic) to Dunes state and national parks. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Yelp
The poor treatment of their staff members and cleaning staff is appalling and should be reported to the labor board

Yelp
Hilton Garden Inn's were created for the business traveler to count on the high quality of Hilton at a lower price. This is a much older property and not indicative of any HGI I've stayed at before. My AC/Heater stayed the same temp (too hot) and my bathtub had subpar repairs. There was tape covering holes and If I had been any heavier, I would have gone through it. I would have moved, but it wasn't worth it as I had already settled in and only there to sleep. The first morning, the breakfast gal seemed stressed and wasn't as personable as the second gal. The continental breakfast is $9.85 and you will be better off getting an egg breakfast that comes with the bread from the continental. Continental included white or rye, bagels, English muffin, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. Meh.

Yelp
Conrad Hilton would roll over in his grave at what they have become. We have made reservations there for years; but could not reach them yesterday to reserve a room for last night. So I went on Hotels.Com to book a room. They sent me a confirmation with the wrong dates, so I imemdiately used my cancellation insurance to cancel it, literally 3 minutes later. Then I called the hotel directly, and they said "no problem, we'll re-book you." So I did. When I got home today - they billed me for BOTH reservations. I called hotels.com, and they said the hotel had to approve the refund / cancellation. They tried calling the hotel - and the hotel said they would not. When I first called the hotel, they said it had to be done by hotels.com. Then I called customer service at Hilton, and they said it was up to each facility (*so everyone was lying to me). Finally, the hotel said they said they would not refund the 1st deposit, as it was "company policy." So I had a room reserved literally for 3 minutes - and they said, Hilton hotels, which once stood for something, 'screw you. We're keeping your money.' Moral of the story - STAY ANYWHERE ELSE in Chesterton. Or anywherre else. They are not interested in good customer experiences anymore. No drinks or snacks, none, in the room for late-night travelers like ourselves. Plus the coffee is the lounge was empty, at 8:00 a.m. Terribly disappointed in how far this chain has fallen. Will NEVER return. Not sure why anyone would ever put themelves in the hands of people who lie with impugnity. So you can keep the $260. I consider it the cost of learning that Hilton now stands for nothing. You're going to need to keep all the deposits you con people into giving you to pay the bankruptcy lawyers. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Yelp
Overall appearances were good, but the selection and placement of the lines in the bathroom made me question a everything. If the maid cared that little then what other corner had been cut?
google avatar

Tabitha T.

Yelp
Wonderful service, clean, dog friendly, helpful staff! Excellent hot breakfast. Great value. They even brought out board games for us to play! I definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn!!

Kailey D.

Yelp
The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They are rude and have an attitude and won't listen to a word you have to say if you have an issue. Did not stay and highly would NOT recommend.

Yelp
This location's bathroom sanitation is lacking. Worst case of mildew I have seen at any Hilton property ... and I have spent 1,500+ nights at Hilton's various property. Otherwise, it is the usual HGI stay.

Bruce D.

Yelp
Stayed here for the evening as I was attending a wedding. The lady at the front counter was very friendly and from first glance the hotel seemed to be clean and well maintained. We had a King room and needed a cot, but was informed this room cannot facilitate a cot. Another couple was staying there as well and had a room with 2 dbl beds, so we asked if they could get a cot. However they were given the same answer. So my question here is what room does facilitate a cot? Lastly in the morning we went outside to the patio adjacent to the front desk. So much for clean and in good repair. If you visit this location whatever you do don't lean on the fence and maybe throw some water on the dead plants.

Yelp
Didn't get a chance to stay here but I'm giving it 5 stars simply for the night auditor Lori. I came there around 6am after a 18 hour drive and I was dead beat. I stopped at 6 other hotels prior and no one wanted to give me a room because the night audit was already done. Unfortunately Hilton Garden Inn was fully occupied and no rooms were available as well however Lori was so concerned that I hadn't slept and wanted to make sure I found another room else where. She got on the horn and I watched her call every single hotel within a 20 mile radius for me. That level of service and dedication should be the benchmark for all other people in the hospitality field. If you're reading this Lori, I just want to say thank you again for your effort! You're awesome!!

Yelp
Stayed here for one night in a junior suite with king bed. It's a well kept, clean hotel you would expect from Hilton. It was at full capacity the night I stayed. Check in was smooth and the young man at the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in (junior suite w/king on the ground floor) was kind of unusual. The grey painted cement walls were mostly blank with no artwork and the bedroom was clearly missing some furniture as one large corner of the room was oddly empty. It was barren. When I called the front desk to ask about the missing furniture, the young lady answering the phone said there was nothing missing and nothing she could do about it. When I asked for an extra table and folding chair for the room, the young lady was going to transfer me to the manger's voicemail. The manager wouldn't get my message until after I had checked out so that seemed pointless. Eventually the young man from the front desk brought me a table. The blank cement walls made it echo in the living area and it kind of had the feel of a prison cell. I've never been in a prison cell, but I imagine this is how they sound and feel. Not a warm or homey environment. It didn't seem that the hotel was undergoing renovation and I booked the room months in advance, so it's not like I got the last room available. The thermostat in the room didn't work and when I called down at 11:45pm, the young man from the front desk came down right away and fixed it. Dead batteries. Their saving grace was the young man at the front desk who went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. We also ate breakfast in the restaurant the next morning. It was ok for hotel food but was a bit pricey.
google avatar

Maria G.

Yelp
Check in was efficient but we were not told about any hotel amenities or where the restaurant was. Room was ok, bed, chair, ottoman, coffee maker, small refrigerator but definitely not worth the price. Bathroom was small. Blanket on top of bed was dirty with stains and we slept without it. Pillows were not comfortable. There's an outdoor patio and if your looking for quiet, I'd recommend booking a room away from it, as people were out there until 2am. Felt more like a budget inn than an extension of the Hilton hotel brand.

Margaret H.

Yelp
Construction on going, very loud even on weekend. No warning of this on website or via email. Breakfast option very limited and an extra charge. Room was nice, clean.

Yelp
First time ever stayed in a Hampton hotel. Must say outstanding, rooms is same as others. Yelp
Very disappointed in this property. Recently booked a reservation through my company, only to receive a phone call that my credit card would not process. After calling my corporate card company to ensure everything was in working order, we reached out to the Hilton to attempt running the card again. Same result, my card would not process. So fine, I canceled my reservation and stayed at a different property. Ironically, come to find out that the Hilton Garden charged my card afterall, the very card they claimed wasn't working. The Hilton Diamond customer service reached out to this property on my behalf to dispute the charge. The general manager refused to remove the charge. When I called the property directly, the general manager refused to speak with me. I will continue to dispute this charge, and will never stay at this property again.

Yelp
When in Michigan City on business, I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Chesterton. It's a bit more of a drive than staying at the Blue Chip Casino or perhaps one of the 2 or 3 Hampton Inns located in the general area. I do this for 3 reasons: 1. Hilton points 2. Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve 3. I like it here. The Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve is just down the street a few blocks and love the opportunity (depending on season and work schedule) to walk around and enjoy nature. That's much better than the usual suburban motel where the most convenient walk is sometimes to the Walmart next door. I like Hilton Garden Inns in general and this one has always treated me well. In fact, I've been here often enough to recognize several staff and their names immediately. Because of the Hilton program, I usually get a better room. Even then, I just seem to get a better night's sleep here (except recently on election night).

Yelp
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU STAY We stayed at the Hilton in Chesterton Indiana. To be near a family Member undergoing treatment for stage four cancer. The staff there knew the situation. We checked in to two conjoining rooms The night we checked in there were dog feces outside of our door The deadbolt on one of the rooms was broken We called the front desk repeatedly to ask for maintenance but they either never answered the phone or sent up anything we asked for On the third night our toilet was clogged We could not get anyone to answer the front desk so I went down and the girl at the front desk greeted me by telling me how much she hated working there I told her the situation and she said I shouldn't be upset with her because nothing was her fault She told me no one could fix the toilet but we could go get a plunger and plungei it ourselves I told her that was unacceptable and we went upstairs to call the general manager The general manager argued with us about every issue we had; explaining why nothing was her fault and asking if why we don't just leave if we hate it so much there The front desk girl then sent up the cook, who in the middle of dinner service, to plunge the toilet. He said he was sent up bc he is a man and that's why he should do it not her. We wanted to leave but did not have the time or energy to pack up due to the situation with our terminal family member And we had to extend our stay by one night due to an emergency When we tried to get into our rooms the final night our keys didn't work We went down to tell the front desk and the same girl working rolled her eyes, argued and laughed at us We then had it out with her. Told her she may not like us but she will respect us, and that she should have the decency within herself to treat a guest who is in town to be with a terminal family member with a baseline of respect Bottom line - this is an unsanitary place with horrible service and help--it is running only because of a few stellar employees I would like to commend the housekeeping, kitchen, and one front desk employee -- Cameron Everyone else wouldn't look you in the eye or acknowledge a need issue or request. Basic hotel chain service isn't even met by most employees. Rachel at the front desk, Maria the general manager and the maintenance man who ignored our requests for help are possibly the worst employees and worst people we have ever encountered. They made an experience that is already painful and emotional infinitely worse. I will never forget how they treated our family during this difficult time.

Yelp
Comfy beds, clean and nice. This is one of my favorite places to stay. I've been here multiple times and it's always real nice. Quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool was clean as well.
google avatar

Leanna C.

Yelp
This is a solid hotel. I stayed for one night while driving through and had no knowledge of local hotels. It was literally the first one I saw getting off of the highway. The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly and competent. The hotel was remodeled and the décor was pleasant. Colors were muted and not garish. Workmanship was solid and I saw no problems with the design or execution. Of note, the doors were solid wood which decreased any noise. The hotel was clean and the towels were white and not stiff. Breakfast was plentiful and there was free coffee to go. I would definitely stay here again if traveling through.

Yelp
I really like Hilton Garden Inns in general. We usually stay at this location when we come to the area. It's close to the Dunes, next door to Bob Evans, and right off the toll road. I think this one could use a few updates/renovations as it seems older, but it's always clean, and we've never had an issue!

Dee Dee A.

Yelp
It is a rare guest who wore a mask in the elevator. The second star was because our actual room was very clean and comfortable. The location near the Dunes was good, but I really can't get passed the behavior of the other guests.

Barbara F.

Yelp
Poor customer relations Poor liars can't even put you on hold for 30 minutes and tell you the real reason why you were on hold. Accommodations whore rooms dirty sheets soiled.

Catherine L.

Yelp
A/c sucks, don't expect it to get any colder than 65. Dust on lamps. Found a spider in the shower. (Gross!) Terrible canvas placement in the rooms. Whoever did the interior decorating needs fired ASAP. Kitchenette needs serious work. No light and too small!! No vent fan in the bathroom, was about to pass out while taking a hot shower. Not a happy camper.
google avatar

Lora P.

Yelp
This hotel is well maintained and staying there is a pleasure. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are many places to eat close by and it is nice that they have a restaurant on site as well. I will definitely be back!!
google avatar

Jeremy Y.

Yelp
My wife and I did a weekend getaway from Chicago for our anniversary to Chesterton IN. We stayed at the Hilton Garden and it was great! Great staff, and atmosphere. Small town feel, wineries and fun activities near by. The price was very reasonable, we had plans on driving to St Joesph MI and staying but decided to save some money and stay in the neighboring city. I recommend this place, and will definitely be coming back.
google avatar

Patty L.

Yelp
Very nice and they did social distancing. Overall it was a nice hotel not really sure if the pool was that clean. Our room was a studio which pleasant. The bedroom area was very clean but new floor wood look that is so popular today, looked like it was swept but hadn't been mopped for a long time our feet were really dirty after baths so we couldn't go without shoes the entire time which is kind of hard with little ones running around so we had to put towels in our walking area. I did complain, not to get a free room or anything just so that they are aware and they told me that the lady that cleaned it was there for 16 years and she doesn't lie. I showed them the wipes from our feet but that didn't make a lot of difference they took her side which is not the direction I was going. Just making management aware. I still love Hilton I love my Hilton honors and they are usually the cleanest Overall it was a decent stay!

Kim E.

Yelp
This was one of my worse hotel stays ever and I travel a lot. Started off arriving at hotel and them telling us pool was getting fixed but would be fixed for our stay. Well it was never fixed . Day two we called down to front desk several times to see about pool with no answers. So went down. Front desk lady was busy talking to other staff. Was super rude and said she she had no clue about pool as her supervisor left to go shopping and didn't tell her anything. Staff was dressed like they were in bondage porn. Room was dirty. Oh and we found dirty needle on sidewalk walking Into hotel. Tried to tell staff yet again front desk wouldn't answer. Air conditioning leaked. Ours and room above because was on curtains.

Yelp
Stayed overnight - arrived around 10 pm - had a nice quiet stay in a clean room with a great bed. The customer service seems above average. Asked if I needed a late check out - when does that ever happen? Overall, my short 13 hour visit was without incident. Also, note I received a phone message earlier in the day indicating the pool and work out area are under renovation - and I did appreciate the heads up. This is actually why I came later in the evening. This was a quick winter get away for me - using Chesterton as my gateway to SW Michigan. I had planned to actually use the gym and pool. It was too late to cancel my reservation so I went and had a fine stay.

Yelp
I have stayed at this hotel four times now the past 2 years. I have always had a nice stay, hence why I keep going back. This time was the best. First, the rooms are renovated and are truly spectacular. I can not say enough about awesome they are. There was an issue with one of the beds. Michelle took care of it and went above and beyond what I would ask for or even expect. The only minor things I would say I didn't like are there is way too much chlorine in the pool. They took out the steam room. And as another reviewer said, my card was charged three time. I did not use a 3rd party to book the room, I book directly through Hilton. I waited a few days to see if the charges would be corrected and they were. Overall, this place, with the renovation of the rooms, is awesome. I will be staying here every time we go to the beach and play in the local basketball tournaments.

Vicki N.

Yelp
Poor to little service Room wasn't cleaned and no towels proved until we complained Water in lobby always empty No attention to detail will never stay here again
google avatar

Kit B.

Yelp
My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The tv was a tube tv - not that I really cared much. The breakfast wasn't free. That said, the bed was comfy, the shower stayed hot, and the staff at the front desk gave me a great, quiet room at the end of the hall on the top floor after I said I'd been driving all day and was exhausted. The three-star rating comes from my non-smoking room smelling like smoke - it would have gotten a solid four, otherwise.
google avatar

H. V.

Yelp
Clean. Not much around but it's Chesterton Indiana so, ya know. Word to the wise - Hilton honors reservation website says it's close to restaurants and shopping and that to me means walkable. It's on a main, busy, not well lit road so I'd say that description is a bit off.

Nick Z.

Yelp
We stayed here because we was supposed to be one of the nicer hotels in the area. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the quality I've come to expect from the Hilton brand. We were given a room on floor 1. It ended up being a room in the basement of the hotel directly across from the pool. It smelled of mold/mildew as you can expect, and the "view" out of our window was a bush. Worst of all, the air conditioning was not working. When we brought the AC to the attention of the management, he promptly reassigned us to a handicapped-accessible room on the second floor. We packed up and lugged all of our belongings upstairs ourselves and we're promised 5,000 HHonors points for our troubles. While the accommodations weren't ideal, we believed the HHonors points offset the hassle. Of course, the HHonors points were never applied to our account. We reached out to Hilton and were told someone from the hotel would reach out to us. A few days later, I received a confirmation from HHonors support that the hotel management had spoken with me, but that conversation never happened. I wish that I had stayed elsewhere!

Yelp
Stayed here last week when I flew in for a niece's graduation from a Bible College close by. The staff was great, my flight got me in town before check in time but they had no problem giving me a room (some hotels have a real problem with that even if they have clean rooms available early). The room was very clean and I was there for 2 nights, 3 days and just left my "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door so they didn't need to clean before I checked out and no one knocked on the door to "check". This was my second stay and both were great, and price was reasonable slightly higher than others in the area but it is kind of in the middle of nowhere but easily accessed from the 80/90 Turnpike and I94. Loved the closeness to Bob Evans too!
google avatar

Geoff M.

Yelp
Hard to argue with this hotel. Ideal for access to Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and State Park (just a few miles away). Just 2 miles away from some really nice dining in downtown Chesterton (plus a Bob Evans about 30 yards away, if you are into that sort of thing). Can't speak to the price, as I stayed on Hilton Honors points. But the room was nice and clean, the whole place seemed fresh, and the breakfast (not free, but not expensive) was remarkably good.
google avatar

Stella J.

Yelp
Older HGI but staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was updated though it was a bummer to see 2 doubles instead of queens. Perfect location for our family graduation party. We checked out the pool but didn't use it as we didn't have time. It was on the ground floor and looked nice. Little patio areas were great, wish it hadn't been raining. No issues at all. Slept great, would have slept better without 2 kiddos kicking us in the back all night. We will return on our next stay in the area. Heard it's also close to the dunes so that's a perk if you are looking to go there
google avatar

Catherine S.

Yelp
3 Stars means A-OK. There was nothing wrong with the hotel and we were just passing through town, but I expected more from a Hilton Garden Inn. The room and the hallway was slightly musty. Most of the other hotels we stayed at on an 11 night trip, delivered more value.

Kalyn S.

Yelp
Worst management ever. So rude when I was frustrated, saying i had an attitude when she was the one that was being mean af. Ruined my day and made me cry. Was just trying to do something nice for my sisters and take them to swim. I had my mom call and they hung up on her. Never coming back here.

Yelp
Heather is the bartender there, she's the best bartender I've ever had! She's so helpful, knows her cocktails and has such a great personality. Go to the Hilton Garden Inn to see my favorite Heather!

Yelp
So, turns out one of my kids has a Bob Evans repulsion issue- I guess they got sick after eating at one. No surprise there! So despite my inner cheapskate we ate breakfast at the HGI. The food was nothing out of the ordinary but the service made for a pleasant experience. My daughter has a nut allergy, nuts were in the special pancake, and this created some anxiety for her. Our server went above and beyond and checked with the kitchen multiple times to ensure my daughter had a great pancake with no nuts and no worries! She was so kind, it created such a positive impression and was a great start to our day!

Yelp
The hotel charged my bank account multiple times for the same stay, equating to nearly $600 in duplicate charges. While some charges were reversed after multiple conversations with staff, overall no one was really able to help me and I was forced to leave the hotel over paying by $122.08 with the promise the hotel would reverse the charge and it would "eventually" fall off my bank account! The mistake was blamed on my use of a third party booking agency to make my reservation. This was a poor excuse for the hotels incompetence. I've stayed at this property multiple times over the last 4 or 5 years and ALWAYS used a third party to make my reservations and this was the first time I had an issue. I don't care how nice the hotel is or its proximity to local attractions, I will not be staying here again!

Yelp
The staff was friendly and helpful, even going so far as to make me a drink after a hard day at a training I had to attend for work. The room was always clean when I returned and the beds are so comfortable I fell asleep without issue, which is a problem for me at most hotels.

Yelp
Really an incredible staff especially Robbie at the front desk! It felt like a home away from home. Thanks for helping us feel welcome Robbie and Amy!

Yelp
Hotel is nice and comfy. Pool and workout room is underground (lower level). Looks like it was recently remodeled but they still have tube tvs (no LCDs)

Yelp
Everything was just ok. We had catered food and it was terrible to say the least. The best was the chocolate chip cookies. The meatballs ended up burning & dried out, fire too high, no water pans under it and poor service. The Saturday catered lunch was simply terrible and most of our event guests didn't eat their meal. Disappointing because the prior year was so much better. The food was good and so was the attentiveness to our event taking place the year before. Don't know what is going on, but we were very disappointed this year.
