My check-in experience was very disappointing. I had checked in online, selected my preferred room, and requested early check-in. When I arrived at 12:00, I was told it would take 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting over two hours. Then they tried to give me a completely different room with no view, and it took almost another hour to finally get the room I had originally chosen. The breakfast was very good, but the room itself was extremely cold, the heating didn’t work, and part of the room looked unfinished or under construction. Overall, not the standard I expect from Hilton.

The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout our entire stay. We got to safely store our baggage at the hotel after checkout and they can book you a cab at the desk! Very comfortable and clean rooms, with a good shower. The only small downside is the location, right next to some of the more dodgy streets & neighbourhoods in Frankfurt. But as soon as you step foot in the hotel you feel safe and welcome.

Hotel is an easy walk from the main train station and most other things nearby. Room seemed decent, was clean and equipped like every other Hilton Garden Inn. Breakfast was decent, food quality amd taste were good. You can order a fresh omelet if desired. The complementary washer and dryer are a godsend, especially for my wife and I who are on a month-long trip in Europe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and eager to please. The only real negatives we encountered were two things. The floor in our room had a spot that "popped" and seemed loose underneath the carpet that was in a high-traffic area. When walking to this hotel from the train station, you have to walk through the "Red Light Street", which felt a little sketchy, but we did it during the day and didn't feel very unsafe. But, that's not the fault of the hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When I arrived and was checking in, I asked the receptionist if a package I had ordered before my arrival had been delivered. She replied in a very rude way, saying there were no packages under my name and that the only one they had definitely wasn’t mine. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Then I asked her to confirm if the room had a baby cot, since I had requested it in advance before my arrival. She responded rudely again, saying that such requests must be made beforehand. When I told her that I had already sent an email about it, she replied carelessly, with a very bad attitude, as if she didn’t care at all. As for the room itself, it was very small, and the baby cot they eventually brought was dirty. When we arrived with our luggage, no one from the reception offered any help to carry it to the room, even though there were four staff members standing there. The next day, I saw the same employees helping other guests with their luggage, which made the lack of help even more disappointing. On the third day, I asked one of the staff members to keep my luggage with them because a shipping company was coming to pick it up from the hotel. I asked her what information they would need, and she told me only the luggage tag number. That was completely wrong — when the shipping company arrived, they refused to release my bags because the hotel hadn’t provided full details. When I asked the night staff about it, he said she should have taken complete information, not just the tag number. Overall, my stay was terrible — both the service and the staff’s attitude were very unprofessional. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Google
Great location for T1 and InterCity train station. Co-located with the more upmarket Hilton and a few reasonable chain casual dining fast food restaurants. ||By airport hotel standards the staff were very friendly, and all was clean/ efficient. Our room even had a decent view over the forest that surrounds FRA.

Service sucks. We were promised that our room will be ready in two hours so we left our luggage and headed out to town. We came back more than two hours later and asked about our room. They said it will be ready in a few minutes. We waited in the lobby. Another two wasted hours later, no word but they were checking in people who came after us. Basically, they forgot about us until I had my boyfriend ask again because I was too pissed off to do so. In other words, they didn't care if you waited forever and they don't check on you.

Very nice hotel and comfortable bed. Great shower and it had a safe. 2 sets of elevators. 1 Free washer and dryer. Very good breakfast for $20 5/2025. The Chef made sure you were happy. Helpful staff and front Desk was Great. We traveled from US and this was the best hotel we used. Their English was very good. 💯 Will stay again on our next trip. Close to food, shopping and walking distance to some sights. The train station is a nice walk with carry on. Use the main streets. Safe

Yelp
I travel extensively, and this Hilton Garden Inn hotel and restaurant ranks in the top 10% or better. It is a completely new level when compared to Hilton Garden Inn's in the US. There is a top shelf onsite restaurant and room service (see menu pictures). The staff is wonderful as well, and everyone spoke English as well as German. The rooms are quite nice, and include a refrigerator and safe. Next to the front desk, there is a Pantry with snacks, etc for purchase and an ice machine and microwave, which is nice for leftover takeaway. The decor and amenities are easily on par with a full service Hilton. The location is close to shops and attractions. I booked a Viator Rhine river day tour and the pick up points was less than a 10 minute walk away. I was most impressed with my dinner at the Garden Grille restaurant. I typically will search out a non-hotel restaurant for dinner. However, after looking at the menu (see pictures), I chose to dine in. I ordered the mixed fish grill. It had tuna, salmon, shrimp, mixed grill vegetables, and assorted breads and olives. Everything.was perfect. This will now be my go-to hotel in Frankfurt.

Yelp
I absolutely enjoyed my short stay here, despite of the location which has its pros and cons. Pros: Complimentary upgrade even though I was using points for my stay. Located near the main train station. Convenient store on the corner. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Room was super clean and comfortable. Cons: Crackheads everywhere. Borders the red light district (take the main street "Taunusstraße" which is where all the businesses are. Avoid the side street to avoid the riff-raff.

Yelp
Talk about exceeding standards! Our server Eddie took immaculate care of us. He took the time to describe and detail the regions where our champagne and food was from. He was extremely knowledgeable on every dish and drink that was ordered. Their menu have a great variety of food and from what our party of five ordered, everyone was impressed. If you're staying here or looking for a place to eat nearby this is the spot! Overall the experience was 10/10. Service was wonderful, food was delicious, atmosphere was relaxed but classy. I most certainly recommend it!

Yelp
Staff was extremely rude and unapologetic. GM was giving me a different story full of lies with no apology. Not happy at all with my experience. Do not recommend.

Yelp
The property is about 6 blocks from the main train station and on the edge of what seems to be a "gentrifying" area. In those 6 blocks between the hotel and the train station I saw a drug deal go down, addicts looking in the cracks of the street with sticks for drugs, rampant homelessness and a LOT of human feces. The bars around the hotel are shady too. The hotel is literally on the first good block. It's a new hotel so everything is super modern, clean and new. The rooms are great and the staff is fine. It'd be a four star review but the location is just...bad. I'm sure it'll be better as time goes on but I would not feel comfortable telling any of my single female friends to stay there.

Yelp
Very new location, not in a very nice area though. But not terrible. Clean rooms, friendly staff and they have a nice little bar near the front desk. Never made it down for breakfast but I was told it was decent. They could possibly see about setting up more cabs in the morning for guests needing to get to the Messe as that was a little confusing. Overall good and I will likely stay here again next year.

Yelp
It's not very far from a lot of the malls and shopping strips but the streets in between aren't the best. There's a lot of people asking for money and doing drugs. Streets smell like feces and piss. As far as the service goes, We had ordered breakfast (buffet was closed for safety reasons) and they "lost" our original order so we had to make a whole new order and we waited an hour an a half before we saw any of our food. We spoke to the front desk about this incident and they gave us a bunch of attitude because they had found our original order and claimed it was never lost. As far as the room goes it was clean and everything looked almost new.

Yelp
As I pulled up my taxi driver was saying that he didn't believe that there was a hotel on this block and was surprised to find it, so it's brand new. The property is in excellent condition, the workers are all newly employed perhaps so they are very friendly and happy. The restaurant is very clean and the breakfast buffet has a very large variety of hot and cold options, all freshly prepared. There are automatic espresso machines at breakfast the have about 10 varieties of coffee drinks, all fresh ground beans. The fitness center is also brand new of course and while it could use an extra weight bench and attachments for the weight machine, the cardio machines are in great condition and they also have a Concept2 rowing machine which is unusual for a hotel gym. My top floor room was very spacious (and again, clean!). The bathroom has both a rain shower and a handheld head you can switch between, as well as a towel heater. Get it new while you can!
