I have mixed feelings about this stay. ||Generally, everything started off really well. I arrived around 10:00 AM and was pleased to find a room ready. As a Diamond member, I was offered an early check-in for €50 instead of the standard €100. Being tired after my journey, I accepted it without hesitation—while a complimentary check-in would have been preferred, the discount was a fair compromise.||The room was spacious and cozy. I did notice some stained bedding upon arrival, but after reporting it, housekeeping handled the situation perfectly, and I had fresh linens within 30-40 minutes. Breakfast was also well-organized with a good variety of options, and the hotel generally feels well-maintained.||The location is a place of contrasts. On one hand, being next to the train station is incredibly convenient for logistics. On the other hand, the immediate area attracts a rough crowd and "nightlife" in the worst sense of the word. However, just a 10-minute walk takes you to the beautiful side of Frankfurt with spacious avenues, parks, the river, and skyline views, which compensates for the gritty surroundings. Be aware of this trade-off.||This review would have ended here with a solid rating, were it not for a ridiculous situation I witnessed.||While I was checking out, I overheard a receptionist offering a "promotion" for check-in to another guest. I will skip the nonsense she was saying about status—the issue was that it was past 3:00 PM. That is standard check-in time! Trying to sell a free, standard service as a paid "perk" is completely unacceptable.||It is a shame because the staff—from the gentleman cleaning my room to the lady managing breakfast—are doing their best. However, such shady practices at the reception destroy the entire experience and the hotel's image. Because of this lack of integrity, I will not be returning. ||I generally don’t escalate such things, but I will be reporting this incident to Hilton corporate.
