Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Ataturk Airport

We stayed for 7 nights. The staff were so helpful and kind specially those at breakfast. Breakfast itself was so good. Room was clean and they cleaned it everyday. The pool was very small and its water was very hazy and a bit smelly so we didn’t used it any more. Also steam sauna didn't work.

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff I had a very good experience at the hotel. ✅ Service: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The overall service was excellent. ✅ Rooms: The room was good and comfortable, but I believe it could be cleaner. A bit more attention to cleanliness would make a big difference. ✅ Restaurant: The restaurant service was outstanding. The team working there was always kind, responsive, and made us feel well taken care of. Special thanks to Erturk – a great guy who speaks English well and helped us a lot during our stay. Thank you so much, Erturk! 🔹 One Suggestion: The swimming pool opens at 1:00 PM, which I found to be a bit late. I think opening it earlier, like at 11:00 AM, would be much better and more convenient for guests. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and I’d be happy to stay again in the future.

Excellent stay with different amenities within the hotel. Not so far away from Mimar Sinan metro station. Loved the gym and the swimming pool on B1 level, definitely need to try them out. P.s special thanks for hospitality of Ertürk who solely helped me with menus, food is top notch!

Booked this hotel through the Hilton app as a Gold Member, but at check-in, they asked me to pay directly with my credit card, saying it was “better for them.” That already set the wrong tone.||The hotel feels outdated. Even on the 19th floor, the room had a strange smell, and the AC barely worked — it was hard to get a comfortable night’s rest.||The restaurant was a disappointment. I paid $15 for a margarita pizza that tasted like a microwaved frozen pizza with thick crust — probably the worst I’ve had at a hotel.||Staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming, and to top it off, the surrounding area isn’t very tourist-friendly either — not much to do nearby, and it doesn’t feel very walkable.||All in all, you get what you pay for — and that’s not much here. I wouldn’t stay again.

The Hilton was great. We had the option to purchase breakfast and so we did. It was a buffet that lasts about 4 hours. Not that you’d need 4 hours to eat. They had standard items daily and many various items that did change on a daily basis. There were waffles, rolls, bread, croissants, chocolate danishes apple turnover, the had a table full of cheeses, salad items, olives, yogurts. They had toppings for the bread and waffles. There was a hot buffet that served a variety consisting of hotdogs, sausages, potatoes boiled eggs and quiche depending on the day. There is a cook that will make eggs as requested. A counter for orange / other juice, coffee and tea. At your table you would get refills of coffee, tea juice and water by wait staff. The dining area was lovely with floor to ceiling windows on two sides . It was a spacious area and comfortable. The only reason I gave four stars for location because it was far from everything. We only had a choice of 4 restaurants within a 10 min radius. There is a train which will take you to Istanbul mall in 15 - 20 min, it will actually take you to other places as well but with lots of transfers and walking, but I think you pay each time .

The reception staff is very nice - they will help, advise (they changed our room without any problem). Breakfast - perfect. Food is constantly being replenished, wonderful staff, everything is very tasty. Bar - very expensive. Fitness - sufficient. Pool - open from 11:30 - 19:30 including a lifeguard. If the pool was open from 6 am, it would be perfect. This hotel is far from the city center, but you can easily get anywhere by metro (Mimar Sinan)/taxi. I can recommend the hotel.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel after she has cosmetic surgery here, we are really grateful that all all the staff have been incredible from the reception to the restaurant staff to the cleaners have all helped us so much so so helpful. The food everyday has been absolutely amazing from breakfast to dinner really fast service, all food is fresh and portions are very big and very reasonable prices, the resteraunt staff are always asking if we need anything and are always so helpful too. I 100% recommend this hotel to anybody thinking of staying here thank you:)

We had some bussines meeting near the hotel. It is on a great location, near a metro, some restaurants and cafes park and starcity outlet mall. The hotel is little old and outdated but still in a great condition. Very clean, great breakfast, great service. Value for money 10/10

Had a great night here during a quick layover. Turkish airways set us up with a shuttle back and forth making it super easy. The rooms were comfortable and clean buffet breakfast was amazing. Lots of options including made to order omelettes in a beautiful large dinning room. Staff was helpful and the whole stay was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
