Just want to say all was perfect! On our arrival day we been very hungy and we went yo restaurant our server waa very friendly his name was Erturuk. Day 2 he was serving us on the bar again, very hard working boy and very friendly (he should have some bounus) we really rwcomended this place.Erturuk is the best and hard working person in this placeJust want to say all was perfect! I am an exhausted traveler who just wanted a good night rest and a lift to the airport. First there is NO SHUTTLE. Second, the room was extremely warm (30 degrees) and the only solution provided was to open the window, which didn’t helped. I am writing this review at 2 AM unable to rest. Third, they didn’t have any adaptor to charge my devices because they have already given them to other guests so they just sent me to the gas station to get one. The plug speed it’s so slow that it takes a long time to charge. I am so disappointed on how the staff handled all my requests and lack of support for travelers. I won’t ever come back here.

Not sure how to describe this place.. I cant say it bad, yet nothing exceptional.. especially if you keep in mind its Hilton! Its only four stars though and not expensive which makes really sense.. I liked it.. and was somehow happy during my stay.. but was expecting something better to be honest.. Staff are really nice and professional, yet somehow you get the feeling that they do the minimum required, no extras at all.. Starting from cleaning to receptionist to breakfast, all the essentials only.. I would say this is not a Hilton standard.. Rooms are a bit small (bed etc.) Toiletries are less thank basic.. Parking available (free).. If it wasnt for the price I would book again to be honest.. Cheap options at a similar standard available! Thank you everyone..

My first room had a cigarette odor, which they quickly resolved by moving me to a different room after I contacted them on WhatsApp. The complimentary fruit plate was a lovely touch. Their quick and thoughtful actions turned a potential negative into a very positive experience. Highly recommend! ** I want to acknowledge Oguzhan, who handled my request through WhatsApp.

This hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in Istanbul. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. The location its nice if u ‘re driving it’s also easy to reach the city’s main attractions. Breakfast is solid, and the facilities swimming pool, Gym, Parking, Self Laundry all are comfortable for both business and leisure stays. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable option with a welcoming atmosphere ..

I had such a great stay! The hotel was super clean, cozy, and well located, but what really made it special were the people. Erturk, Melih, Cihan, and Eylem are genuinely amazing — so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. They made me feel like I was among friends, not just staying at a hotel. If you’re visiting, don’t think twice — this place truly stands out because of its wonderful team!

We stayed for 7 nights. The staff were so helpful and kind specially those at breakfast. Breakfast itself was so good. Room was clean and they cleaned it everyday. The pool was very small and its water was very hazy and a bit smelly so we didn’t used it any more. Also steam sauna didn't work.

I've been staying here for my jobs for almost 1 year. I have to be honest, the service has been improved so much, so that I can finally say the hotel is such a worth of a visit. Very good improvement for Hilton management! Erturk Bey, Adamsin, cok guzel, tersekuller for the warm service.

Had a great night here during a quick layover. Turkish airways set us up with a shuttle back and forth making it super easy. The rooms were comfortable and clean buffet breakfast was amazing. Lots of options including made to order omelettes in a beautiful large dinning room. Staff was helpful and the whole stay was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
