centrally located, directly next to the train station. Checkin was quick and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. Not overly big but spacious enough while on the road. Breakfast buffet is pretty good too. Definately a hotel to stay again when in the neighborhood/needed. highly recommended

A perfect hotel experience on ever level! From email questions answered promptly and professionally from Maria prior to arriving, to a very welcoming checkin (and cup of hot water)despite arriving early, to a wonderful corner room with lots of floor to ceiling window views, to a great breakfast with friendly staff. We travel full time and can not recall a hotel stay being flawless, and this one was! It’s in a great location being right next to the train station, super comfortable beds and sheeting, no fragrance on the linen nor towels which is so welcoming, decaffeinated capsules for I room Nepresso machine, esthetically pleasing decor throughout and a super kind staff. Thank you very much for a stress free, comfortable stay!!!

Impressive that toilet have a radio with small but good sound systems. Staff are very friendly and always have smiles and polite. Just few steps to Train and bus station. It is very good to stay in Mannheim for the trip to Heidelberg. Cheaper price higher quality and best service.

The hotel was fantastic. I truly enjoyed my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to walk out of main rail station to find the hotel. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the front door. It’s also the same distance to the city trams. The building incorporates the facade of an old historic post offfice and is beautiful. The staff was beyond helpful and courteous. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was much thought put into the design and furnishing of rhe rooms. The bar and restaurant was excellent snd food delicious. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I enjoyed my stay so much, I re-booked it for an upcoming winter trip. 5 star all around.

Excellent place for travelers staying overnight but need to ketch an early train next morning. The management of this place is smooth and efficient. I will stay again there if I need to stop over Mannheim for a night. The location provides fast access to all sight seeing sides. Amazingly you do not hear the trains despite you can watch them

I was recently assigned a US military government position in Germany and needed temporary lodging. While researching the area back in the states I found a few choices but ultimately chose the Hilton Gardens Inn in Mannheim for 24 nights. From the very beginning, I received the utmost help and accommodations starting with Katrin in reservations who made moves to make sure that I was able to get a King Junior Suite because of the extra room I needed for my bags. The hotel is amazing and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful beyond expectations! The front desk staff; Seda, Ata, Lena, Felix, Nigla(sp), Maria, Nicolas, Richard, Kevin, Marc and ALL of the wait staff and housekeeping were amazing! It’s almost unheard of to have an entire hotel staff, across the board make a stay truly enjoyable and memorable but these guys did it! They went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced or expected from any hotel staff and I’ve experienced quite a few through my travels. Thank you all for all of your help and hard work and for putting up with my bad or nonexistent German and request! 😂 Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Mannheim! Danke Schon!!! ✌🏾

This hotel is very well done. Nice updated modern lobby and rooms. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Mannheim or even staying in Heidelberg. It's just a short train ride to Heidelberg from the train station which is just a block away from the hotel.
