Our stay was at a great price and value for money. Great breakfast. Flexibility with rooms and bookings. Provided many conveniences, disposables and utensils at no extra cost. We got every extra request we made promptly and cost free. Trouble feel stay all through.

The hotel is right clean attractive. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with is I couldn’t find real butter. As a carnivore, I need real butter and couldn’t find any then had the spreadable butter as they call it. Otherwise, the breakfast was very varied and delicious I would also like to thank the waitress who attended my table this morning her name is Dhanushi.

The room is perfect. The breakfast is delicious 😋. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The cleaning is really good.||Staff mentions: |1. Prince at reception is very friendly. |2. We had a 3 day wedding including 6 back to back events at the beautiful resort. The resort was filled some of the most helpful and amazing staff I’ve ever seen. They were accommodating to all our wishes along with impeccable hospitality that I cannot help but mention. They made all the events go smoothly and their catering was great too. This would not have been this easy if not for their help and I plan to return soon to this gorgeous resort.

The stay was amazing, the hotel is very clean with great amenities. The breakfast was also very good with many great options and a pleasant variety. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff Prince was extremely helpful and supportive and even upgraded our room to a suite for no Additional charge. Highly recommended this place for anyone looking for a budget friendly and comfortable place to stay in RAK.

Good afternoon Hounstly this is the first time for me to stay in 4 stars hotel and I was worried about this desicion to try, the reason of choosing this hotel it's because near my kids school camping, but hounstly this hotel change my feeling. The valet service and the receptionest were so kind, helpful and welcoming us with a big smile. The buffet of the breakfast was great and has more options as 5 stars hotel , the chefs and waiters were so kind also. The rooms was clean, comfortable, smell nice and fresh. Iam surprised by some people who complain about the hotel. At the end I would like to thank everyone working in this hotel, specifically receptionists Mahmoud and Natasha , and of course I will share my nice experience with all my friends and family. Ibtsam

The room is spacious but the service is very bad. They just provided the room. For anything including tissues, we need to call the operator. Only one staff at the reception desk. Had to be in long queue for check in and check out. The room carpet is dirty. Very small bathroom, shower is not functioning properly, exhaust system is not functioning properly. Water is not hot enough to bathe. Looks like hotel is on cost cutting operation and there’s no compromise in rates.
