A true gem in Stuttgart, this hotel offers excellent value and outstanding service. Parking is free on the main street if you arrive early and no major events are scheduled, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The sauna facilities are exceptional—modern, well-maintained, and usually empty, making it a peaceful retreat. Some upgraded rooms even feature a private sauna en-suite, which adds a luxurious touch. The shower water pressure deserves a mention as it is notably powerful and refreshing. Breakfast here is plentiful and varied, served in a spacious, calm dining area that allows for a relaxed start to your day. I stay here every time I visit Stuttgart and highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort, relaxation, and great service in the city.

I stayed here for four nights and three days and truly enjoyed my experience. I loved the Common King room—it was even better than I expected. 🤩 Although a couple of small things were missing at first, the reception staff provided everything promptly, so there was no issue at all. I really enjoyed staying here. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and always willing to help🥰🥰. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from.🥨🍞🥓🥚☕️🥛🍌🍎🍐 If you don’t feel like going out for lunch or dinner, the hotel restaurant is a convenient option. There is also a bar, 🍺🥃as well as facilities such as a sauna and a fitness area. Oh, and also u can do some meeting here, bc I saw some conference room. 👍 The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center—about 30 minutes by public transport. However, if you don’t mind the distance, it’s absolutely fine. ☺️

UPDATE 2025-11-11: The property manager contacted me to refund me for 1/2 of my stay. He indicated that they recently took over the property and are working to make improvements. Very excellent customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If it weren't for the location (right near Cannstatter Volksfest), this hotel would have been a 1 out of 5 star review. The staff seemed to be a combination of confused, overwhelmed, and disinterested. Check-in was mobbed, with one support staff person trying to get everyone checked. She seemed particularly overwhelmed, meanwhile there was someone sitting in an open office 10 feet away looking like she did not care at all. Another staff member peered out, and then decided to just walk away. The hotel rooms were dirty and showed serious lack of care There was water staining on ceiling, broken shampoo dispensers, shower shelf hanging off wall, holes and stains in the carpet. On top of that, the thermostat looked to be about 100 years old and was unable to cool the room. The common areas were nice, including the breakfast area and restaurant. However, they were nothing incredible. Unless you are desperate for the location of the hotel, I would look elsewhere. I have shared all of this feedback with Hilton, and I will update the review if I get a response.

Our first room had a window which couldn’t be closed, but the staff quickly gave us another room. Clean, and comfortable. Every room has a sauna :-)) and great location to bus and Mercedes Museum which is a must visit.

You can't beat this location. Across the street from Octoberfest and in between 2 stadiums. They have their own parking next door. It was $22 a night. Across the street parking available and that lot was $8 a night. They have a great breakfast buffet. Employees were all friendly.

Strange to see a hotel so close to so many things being as bad. Half the equipment doesn't work creating line ups and frustrations. Dirty carpets in hallways and rooms. Feels like nobody pays attention.

Visiting Stuttgart for Volksfest and, as a car enthusiast, for a visit to the Mercedes-Benz Arena. With the exception that the U-Bahn only operates to the Neckarpark station across the street during Volksfest and football matches (the nearest S-Bahn station - also called Neckarpark - is a 25 minute walk away), and then only for limited hours, the location is actually pretty great. You are right next door to the Mercedes-Benz Arena (the main VfB Stuttgart Fan-shop is in the same building as the hotel), a 5 minute walk from the Mercedes-Benz Museum and Home Office. Local access to the train during non-event times involves a 10 minute bus ride to Bad Canstatt/Wilhelmsplatz U-Bahn The entire area is quiet atfer hours and feels very safe. It does get pretty crazy on weekdays in the mornings and evenings during rush hour traffic in and out of Mercedes-Benz, but it passes pretty quickly. One note is if you are driving to the hotel and plan on parking there, the entrance to the hotel is not particularly clear. If you are headed northeast on Mercedesstraße, there is an unmarked entranceway on the right, between the Hotel and the Mercedes-Benz Arena. Drive up to the gate and press the button for access. There aren't any obvious parking spots after the gate, but the area between the lobby and Porsche Arena is a good place to park and check in before heading into the parking garage. The rooms themselves are clean, modern, luxurious, and very open. Bathrooms are surprisingly large and the hotel rooms even have a legitimate minifridge (not just a minibar). The televisions in the room have HDMI ports available for outside devices and they offer one of the fastest in-room Wi-Fi services I've ever had in a hotel. It's nowhere near the 155Mbit speed they advertise in the elevators, but I got a solid 10Mbit during my entire trip. Wi-Fi is only €6/night paid and free for eligible HHonors members. The breakfast spread is also solid and they offer both an American and German-style breakfast spread. Much appreciated are the two coffee machines in the dining area. If I have anything to criticize (and this is what I'm docking the star for) is that front desk staff here was pretty hit or miss. They weren't rude, by any means, but compared to other hotels I've visited in Germany and across Europe, they seemed to be pretty aloof and not particularly motivated to welcome us. When we asked for assistance with figuring out the local train station (I wasn't aware that the Neckarpark train didn't run regularly when I booked the hotel), the solution appeared to be to just point us to the general location where the bus stop is and problem resolved.

The bedrooms are poorly designed. The twin beds are so close together that it might as well be a single bed. The nightstands are attached to the wall on the outside of the beds so there's no way to separate them. Most people renting rooms with two beds do so because they don't want to sleep that close to the person they're rooming with. The nightstand should be between the beds or movable.

This is a clean middle Road hotel. Very conveniently located to where I needed to be during my stay so it worked out. I love the fact that the gym was on the same floor that I was on which made it very convenient for me to go work out every day. I do not know how that parking situation was, but I heard people say they ran out of space. Overall a nice place and super convenient.

My wife and I are honors Diamond status members. We love the Hiltons. We actually like this one too - the rooms are nice, the beds are amazing. That aside, unfortunately everything else in this hotel appears to be a problem, starting with coffee or eggs in the morning or room service in the evening. I arrived back from work at 9:07pm. Knowing that the kitchen was open for orders until 10pm, I asked the lady at the reception if she could call and ask if I could still get some food. She declined. After asking again - and those who know me know I can be amazingly kind if I want something ;-) - if she could at least try and call - no chance. Being on the room, I called the restaurant who said that they will of course serve me - no problem. The service attitude here is simply unacceptable. A shame really, given that the lady at the reception knew that I booked and paid the four nights for me and my 22 staff members.

Fantastic experience and pretty cool location in Stuttgart. First off, I need to recognize Alexis Hopler from the front desk. She was GREAT! Amazing resource and super customer focused...an absolute asset to the property. All the staff was great but Alexis really went above and beyond. Location - if you're visiting Mercedes or going to see something at the stadium or Arena you absolutely cannot beat the location. If you're headed to Porsche it's about 30 min via public trans (take the 45 or 56 bus or the U19 train across the street to Bad Cannstatt and you get pretty much anywhere in the city from there) and about 15 minutes to the city center. It's in a really safe area too. The room we had was fantastic and included a private sauna which in November in Germany was nice. The view was of the stadium so dont bank on some Sound of Music view but that's so minor. The flip side of that is that is was really, really quiet. The breakfast was the standard Hilton breakfast which, if you stay with Hilton a lot, you know what to expect. I'd absolutely stay here again.

I really, really liked this hotel until the Wi-Fi failed for over 24 hours. Viewing the photos on line I was suspect of this place. But it was solid. Great staff, decent (not great food), and good location especially for football and the Mercedes Museum. If it weren't for the Wi-Fi they'd have four, maybe five stars. What was frustrating is that they seemed entirely unapologetic for the Wi-Fi outage. As a business traveler I require Wi-Fi and was forced to use my iphone as a hotspot. Not cool.

This is a FANTASTIC hotel. I loved our room - great view of the street and the Canstatter. The room was spacious and very modern. We stayed two nights with our reward points. The food is not great at the restaurant and the hotel is pretty far from the city- but the free pretzels and the coffee in the lobby are delish. But a great location for the Carl Benz and Porsche arenas. the Mercedes HQ and museum and, of course, the Canstatter Wasan. The spa is great, but remember to ask at the front desk 30 minutes before you want to use the saunas. Free wifi in the rooms.

Expensive, poorly situated hotel that gouges the guests sixteen euro for parking. The rooms are nice but don't expect A/C, which I've come to expect with most European hotels. Nice river walk close by. Once outside there is plenty of open space to explore but don't get carried off by the multitude of Ravens, Crows or whatever their called over here. They have seemed to taken up permanent residence in the trees in front of the hotel and pierce the air with their deafening social calls in the evening! Enjoy your stay!
