Hilton Gdansk

We had a group of 11 staying at the Hilton Gdansk. Great service from the moment we enquired to availability to the day after we got back. Nothing was too much for the team and the General Manager Monika. Not only did we receive great service but the hotel itself and facilities are top notch. Beautiful rooms and bathroom with quality products and amazing, comfortable beds. A lovely small roof top bar and small but sufficient sauna and steam room facilities. Not to mention the indoor pool. We had a truly wonderful stay in a very cold Gdansk. Thank you once again for your amazing service and help to ensure our group trip was a success.

The river views are really nice, especially with some snow. All the town’s attractions were within walking distance for us. The per night river view room rate at the time of our stay was reasonable ($200/night) so I have no complaints and feel it was a good value. When we weren’t in town, we relaxed by the window and watched the boats come and go.

It was great to be back! Our 3rd stay at this amazing hotel. The location is superb! Right by the Motława river. The room was perfect and overlooking the river. Breakfast buffet is always great and includes local delights. The Mercado, Michelin restaurant was lovely. The rooftop bar is spectacular. The hotel has a nice Spa. See you next year!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It is just a short 5-minute walk to everything. The guest rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. As Diamond members, we got complimentary breakfast which was one of the best anywhere--especially for a Hilton property. The hotel staff is very accommodating, and I would like to call out Jakub at Reception who personally worked with us. Since our departure to the airport was prior to the opening of breakfast, the kitchen provided us with breakfast boxes complimentary and they were huge! Actually, we liked this hotel so much that we are planning another trip to Poland at year's end just so that we can stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it. If you have never traveled to Poland, you will be quite surprised. After just one visit, you will want to return over and over.

Fantastic stay of 3 nights at this hotel. Location is amazing, staff is excellent, very friendly and the rooms are nicely appointed, comfortable and very clean. HHonors members are well looked after in this hotel and in my view, this is one of the nicest Hilton properties in Poland. Highly recommend.

We spent our holidays in January in this hotel. Perfect location in the city center but in a nice quite place by the river. All the services are in line with the hight level Hilton standards. But the real plus of this hotel is the staff. Professional, polite, clever and lovely. They made our stay a really great experience. Our special thanks goes to Jacob, Julia and Pawel. So young but extremely professional.

Hotel location is probably one of the best in Gdansk and recommend going for rooms with the view as it is amazing. The room I had was spacious and was worried about the threshold to the bathroom but didn’t trip on it. Hotel has a great restaurant and other amenities. Location gets you out to the river within a few meters and onto enjoying old Gdansk. Hotel has all the amenities and very safe. A worthy recommendation.

We loved our stay two night stay at the Hilton Gdańsk! The professionals working at the reception desk were very helpful. We received a lovely room overlooking a small street below. The room was large and very clean. All plumbing and electrical fixtures we used during our stay functioned well. The twin beds were very comfortable. HVAC unit was quiet and kept us comfortable. In face, our room (315) was very quiet despite it being an adjoining space. We were part of a Gate1Tour, and so received complimentary breakfast. I have never seen so many fresh, and delicious breakfast options in one Hilton space before! I recommend trying breakfast at least once during your stay. You will not be disappointed. Hilton's location on the water is prime. We enjoyed some the nearby shops, sights and eateries. That said, you will enjoy Hilton's insight restaurant too should you choose to dine there. The fine dining and excellent service were top notch. I highly recommend Hilton Gdańsk.

We loved it here. Our 1st stop hotel feet on the ground in Poland, and we were so comfortable. The amenities were wonderful including bottled water every day, and snacks we needed after our long flights. The bathtub was hands down the longest I have ever been in. The shower was wonderful with slate flooring throughout. I loved the Crabtree and Evelyn soaps and shampoos. It really showed a level of class to have quality throughout. The bed was so comfortable and huge! It was bigger than our California King at home. We loved our room facing the canal. What a joy to wake every morning across from the Gdansk sign, a pelican going by on the water, a boat, everything coming alive. Then late in the evening after our adventures of the day, we could enjoy the lights glimmering on the canal and comforts of being home for the night in our room. We did the breakfast plan every morning which sustained us through the day. There was such a wonderful selection including herring, lox, eggs, sausages, cereals, and breads. We were able to enjoy eating outside when we wanted not far from the canal allowing us to people watch, and take it all in. The location of this hotel is perfect. You are able to walk the canal left and right, or access town behind you. We walked everywhere, and we loved it! Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant was very welcoming, and made us feel so comfortable. I want to go back right now to my roots...to Gdansk and the Hilton.

Hilton Gdansk is a rather new hotel that hosted the conference i attended. The rooms are fine all is new and modern. On the 5th floor it has a terras overlooking the city of Gdansk. Niece place to sit and relax :).

Stayed here as part of a tour for two nights. Very modern hotel and great location to dining and sites in the city. View from the third bridge is incredible. Buffet breakfast is excellent. View from 5th floor bar area is outstanding. Stay here while in Gdańsk

Hilton hotels are always nice, almost always anyway. We had a non smoking room but some smell from a neighbour managed to come into our room. When we told the staff about our concern they promised to fix the problem but the only thing they did was to spray some kind of perfume in our room. Apart from that we had a nice stay here. One really nice thing is the roof top terrace where you can sit outside and just have a drink enjoying a really nice view. And by the way it's open for everyone.

This is possibly the best Hilton I have come across, I'm hard pressed to pick between this one and Hilton Bankside in London. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and tastefully decorated, the views are spectacular, and the location is as good as it gets. There was a bottle of wine, chocolate, and a card from the management waiting for me in my room when I arrived, which is surprisingly nice considering I stayed there using points. The suites located on the corner front side of the building offer stunning wrap around views of the harbor at a more than reasonable price. It is one of the few Hilton properties that truly deserves five stars.
