First time visiting! This is a beautiful hotel. Very clean and modern. I was told it's about 6 years old or so. The suite was a nice size and had plenty of room. Please see my room video. I had an accessible suite which was Perfect!! The shower was Amazing and the temperature/water pressure was Chef's kiss ☺️. The ocean view from the balcony was just right. I enjoyed still being able to see a good way over the land as well as the water. I didn't partake in the pool but, hopefully, next time. I indulged in Bingo, the first night, and although I didn't win ...I came close! There were a Ton of activities available but I had other plans already. I got a chance to try the Sports Bar and it was a good time. Philip made the drink just right and was attentive with good chitchat 😅. The staff, in general, were pleasant and inviting. I'd highly recommend this establishment and I'm ready for my next visit!

Our Stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Enclave - Room 606B ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 Stars) I was really pleasantly surprised by this place! Our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Enclave in Myrtle Beach exceeded most of our expectations. Parking & Check-In: Super easy to find right off Ocean Boulevard with a convenient drive-through check-in. Valet is $25/day, but we used the free parking garage across the street (3rd floor up). Well-lit, safe, and only a 3-minute walk back. The lobby staff were really nice and helpful. They offer the timeshare pitch ($250 credit or 90,000 Hilton points), but there’s no pressure if you decline. The Elevators: They have this cool Otis Compass® 360 system that uses your room key to direct you to the most efficient elevator. Pretty smart! Room 606B: Our room was beautiful! King bed (super comfortable!), full-size TV, plenty of closet space. The kitchen had stainless steel appliances - double refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room was spacious with comfy furniture, another TV, and a spectacular full beach view! There’s a dining table that seats four and a large sliding door to a balcony where we had our morning coffee with ocean breezes. The unit has a washer and dryer in the hallway, plus iron and ironing board. The bathroom was huge with a great walk-in shower (regular and handheld showerheads), hairdryer, and plenty of towels. Resort Amenities: Beautiful outdoor pools and hot tub that we used daily. There’s an outdoor bar by the pool, an on-site pub and grill, and a convenience store on the second floor with drinks, snacks, and travel medications. Location: Perfect! Starbucks is a 3-minute walk. Close to Walgreens, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and tons of restaurants. The Issue: The one thing that really brought down our rating was a moldy/damp smell when you walked in. It was pretty noticeable and needs to be addressed - likely an actual mold or moisture problem, not just needing air freshener. Bottom Line: Despite the smell issue, we really enjoyed our stay. Spectacular views, great amenities, perfect location. Super clean. If they fix the damp smelling problem, this would easily be 5 stars. I’d recommend this place and this unit, but ask about the smell situation first if you’re sensitive to odors.

Those we came into contact with were smiley and pleasant. The room exceeded our expectations. Very clean, great layout and quiet (if we had neighbors we couldn't tell). We love that it allowed privacy yet togetherness for all of us in our party. The view from the balcony was by far our favorite part. We were only there for a short stay so we didn't get a chance to experience everything but we definitely look forward to coming again.

Google
The property itself is the nicest of the HGV Myrtle Beach options. The condo was well appointed and the amenities are great. However, we came for a restful weekend and our beautiful ocean front bedroom was ruined by live music that played until 2 am every night at the venue next door. I love live music but not in my bedroom. So disappointing.

My stay at Ocean Enclave can be summed up with a Tale of Two Cities. It was the best of times. It was the worst of times. I couldn’t give this less than four stars because the resort is truly amazing. It is beautiful. It is clean. The units are huge and immaculate. The actual resort staff are wonderful. The location is perfect right next to everything going on in Myrtle Beach. The pool and other amenities are great. The resort side of this experience was amazing and I have no complaints. But I couldn’t give it five stars because of the sales experience. It was terrible. Because this is a Hilton timeshare property, they will try to get you to do one of their membership reviews. We are owners, and we’ve done these before but it was never like this. They will tell you it’s only an hour and it’s low pressure, and then they will keep you there for three plus hours while you say no over and over and over again. The sales person we worked with was nice enough, but when we kept saying no, he brought out his manager, who was extremely rude and arrogant. He seemed indignant that we dare show up without purchasing. I understand that we set ourselves up for this by agreeing to come for the Hilton honors points and an access event and that we should know what we’re signing up for, but we’ve done these membership reviews before several times and I never had an experience this awful. I cannot describe how horrible the sales manager was to us. Know that by attending these membership reviews you are hurting your own ability to get lower prices in the future for upgrades when you are ready to buy them. We left the sales floor with my wife literally crying because of how we were treated just because we had the audacity of showing up and not spending tens of thousands of dollars to upgrade our membership. Having said that, you can enjoy this amazing resort without doing the presentation. Please don’t do the presentation or membership review no matter what they offer you. It won’t be worth it. You will have an amazing time at this resort. But you’ll be put through hell if you sit through the sales presentation.

Hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are condo suites with beautiful, unobstructed ocean views. Lots of amenities and located close to lots of area attractions, shops, and restaurants. A couple of the concierge staff were a bit too curt, and seemed as if they had an attitude. Not very welcoming. They do offer guests the option to attend a 1 hour timeshare presentation in exchange for a $150 Visa gift card. The timeshare presentation went as expected, and if you say no, the salesperson(s) talk to you as if you’re stupid for not falling for their schtick. The irony is that they tried to make me seem stupid for not saying yes, when in reality, I’m the only one who made money out of the deal. I got $150 for listening to them, and they got nothing in return. Assuming these sales people work on commission. I would recommend this property, the amenities in the suites alone are worth it. The pool area can get a little too crowded, not a ton of space, but you have quick access to the beach to make up for that.

Google
The only reason i am giving the room 4 stars is because a cockroach was found in our room ( we called her celly ). Thankfully it was caught under a cup and the hotel got someone to get rid of it and spray the room by end of the day. The real reason i am leaving a review is for the BEST pool bartenders ever, Diana and Shaina! Not only did they make the best drinks, we got amazing food recommendations and smiles every single morning/day. I couldn’t imagine our time without them! i miss this place already! 10/10

Google
What a fantastic experience! The views are simply breathtaking, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The kids had such a great time at the beach and pool! Our rooms were lovely and felt quite new, although it would be nice if the bathrooms were spruced up a bit to tackle a little mold. But honestly, the amazing view really steals the show at this hotel!

Yelp
We just recently stayed here for a couple nights on our mini-moon. We had the king suite w/ the ocean front view. May have been the best view I've had while at a beach. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Yelp
Hilton GVC Ocean Enclave, Myrtle Beach I wanted to like this hotel, but some things didn't sit right with me as a guest. Perhaps it is better enjoyed as a Hilton owner. From the outside, they appear to really care about you and act friendly. However, I unlocked the door to a dirty room, and I was disappointed to find a fee tacked on to most things. Not sure this hotel is worth the price point with the lack of attention to detail. They do have a nice location. It's an oceanfront property with access to the beach. The pier and boardwalk are a short walk away. There are some restaurants nearby, and some of those close late. Most restaurants and shopping will require access by car though. There's not really public transportation here. I had a 1b1b condo on the 17th floor. It was a partial ocean view, but I was told it would have an ocean view. There was a balcony. The bedroom had no windows, so I had to close the doors to get it pitch black. The condo itself was spacious. There was an in-unit washer and dryer in addition to a kitchen - complete with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. I think the sofa could have been turned into a pull-out bed. Whoever cleaned this room did a half-a$$ job because it was not clean. I walked barefoot from one end to the other, and the soles of my feet were black. I found crumbs under the sliding door. There were stains on the cabinet handles. I had to wash kitchenware prior to using them because I couldn't trust whether they were clean or not. The bathroom's soaps and shampoo bottles were empty! In this age of Keurigs and Nespresso machines, the coffee machine in the room still used old school filters. The instructions how to use it were helpful. I did appreciate that you need the room key to go up the elevator to the room floors. Their housekeeping policy is only for guests staying 4 or more nights. Owners get it more frequently. They will replenish items as requested. I found myself making requests so frequently even I got annoyed. Overnight parking is $20 per night. The parking structure is not connected to the hotel, so you need to carry all your things out. There is metered street parking nearby that is paid between 9 AM to 12 AM. I believe it was $2 per hour. They have daily activities, and 90% of them are not free. On Tuesdays owners get free coffee at 9 AM. There are two pools that are not heated; one is shallower one for kids. They are outdoors, but it's always shaded. There are two jacuzzis; the one at the end is adult only. There's a towel dispenser that says towels are microchipped to prevent people from stealing them. There is a fitness center that is decent. It's open 24/7, but you need the room key to get in. The sports bar has a nice ocean view on the fourth floor. The convenience store also sells hot breakfast in the morning. Also on the fourth floor is the game room with game consoles, TVs, arcade games, etc.

Yelp
The elevators are special. You tap your key card and tell it your destination and it selects the elevator to open We had an ocean view room and it was large and great view from the.23rd floor. The little cafe serves decent food. The pools are heated. Right on the boardwalk. Great places to walk very convenient one. Recommended.

Yelp
Second visit to this property and we really like it. The unit is very spacious with more than ample bedroom, bathroom and living space. Between the sofa (pull out), side chairs and the kitchen table with 4 chairs there is seating for 8. Appliances were easy to use but. Both washer and dryer need repairs. Super loud and clanging noises. The view from this end unit was spectacular. We spent time on the large balcony porch in both the mornings and evening however it was really windy. At night it was really loud from pier and other nearby attractions on the porch but did not carry inside. Services were really good especially the valet. Who checked us in at 1am and were always prompt with the car and luggage. Self park was a question mark given the packed area. Traffic was constant. Will definitely come back at a less busy time of year.

Yelp
Really good property over all, one of the newer and better kept up Hilton time share owner suites. Plenty and I mean plenty of places to walk and eat local great foods. Hotel located Right on the beach with an excellent walking path along beachfront to most of restaurants and the huge Farris wheel located next to land share restaurants. Well worth the time and money to stay here. We also had great weather all week. (Lucky I guess);

Yelp
I recently stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Enclave in Myrtle Beach and had a mostly positive experience. The hotel boasts an excellent beachfront location, making it easy to access the beach and nearby attractions like the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and SkyWheel. The modern decor and spacious rooms are a standout, featuring full kitchens, comfortable living areas, and private balconies with stunning ocean views.   The amenities are comprehensive, including multiple pools, a fitness center, and a poolside bar. It's a great place for families, with kid-friendly activities and a safe environment enhanced by secure access to facilities.   However, there were a few drawbacks. Check-in took longer than expected, and there were occasional maintenance issues, such as non-functional water features in the children's pool area as well as the covered pool having issues during our stay. Service was friendly but sometimes inconsistent, with mixed experiences regarding pool maintenance. One thing I might suggest is having adult hours in the pool. As well as extending the time that it's open. The perfect time would be 9 p.m.-11 p.m.    Overall, despite the higher cost, the hotel's location, amenities, and room comfort made for a pleasant stay. If you prioritize beachfront access and spacious accommodations, this hotel is a solid choice for a Myrtle Beach vacation.   PS: I saw a few lots that were empty. It would be amazing if you had an adults-only resort with spa amenities as well as a restaurant like the Enclave located in Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle!

Yelp
Hands down one of the two BEST hotels at Myrtle Beach! This hotel is absolutely stunning, Everything was clean and nice excellent spacious rooms with beautiful views etc.

Yelp
Just returned from another amazing stay at this property, and the Ocean Enclave is still worth every penny. The reason this review is 5 stars rather than my previous 4-star review is because of the front desk worker. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. We appreciate her efforts and will happily return. We booked a 1BR Oceanfront Suite. Our room was spotless and provided enough space for our family. It came equipped with a kitchen that had a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and both cooking and eating utensils. And again, the room was spotless. You can tell the cleaning staff take a lot of pride in their work, and must be an invaluable asset given their attention to detail. The hotel is located in a safe area and within walking distance to cool shops like the Gay Dolphin, and attractions like the Skywheel and Ripley's. The hotel also has its own secured parking garage just a short walk away. At no point did my family or myself feel unsafe or as if we should have stayed elsewhere. We'll be back in 2024

Yelp
They trapped my sister in one of those presentations. It was supposed to last 2 1/2 hours, but they kept her for four. I needed the keys so we would not miss an event and they pretended like I had no idea what I was talking about. They "don't know where the presentations are" and "don't know who I'm talking about." They wouldn't even check for her. Borderline kidnapping. The only person that was helpful was the manager, who went up and asked for us. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

Yelp
We bought a time share (which we recommend if you can afford it). We stayed here in July. From our "partial ocean view" suite we could see all of North Myrtle Beach. We could sit and watch the sunrise from our balcony. Our bedroom had no windows and was pitch black. Perfect for sleeping. The pools are awesome. I love that there's one in the shade for sunny days and undercover if it is raining. The beach is gorgeous. Just the right amount of shells to collect but not enough to hurt your feet. We attended the Canvas Painting session in the activity room. The staff there was so super nice and sweet. The whole family painted together. We walked to the Piggly wiggly for groceries and had breakfast at the Olympic Flame restaurant. Our teens loved the Anime store nearby. We met a ton of friendly people. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we rate this very high and hope to come here many, many more times.

Yelp
Nice, up to date hotel. However, the bartender that was working on the afternoon of 03/29/2025 on the second floor was very rude. I ultimately didn't eat or drink anything that day because I didn't want to deal with that guy.

Brad L.

Yelp
Nice, solid hotel that provides just what you like for on a business trip. Clean, comfortable suite with plenty of room. And well priced for what you get, particularly in the off season...probably one of the best deals around where you're paying low $100's for a quality of hotel that should probably push around $200/night.

Alicia M.

Yelp
We've stayed here several times and have zero complaints. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are all so friendly and helpful and check in and out are quick and seamless. They offer valet and have a restaurant in the hotel. We come to the beach a couple times a year and we've stopped staging anywhere else.

Yelp
Such a beautiful property. We truly enjoyed our stay!! Can't wait to come back again!

Yelp
My family and I loved it here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The decor was contemporary with plenty of natural lighting. It was a home away from home with every amenity needed. The location was convenient too. We were able to Uber to everywhere we wanted to go for less then $20. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Small theme park right across the street. Only downside is that the sports bar and kids center was closed during our visit. This place is definitely worth the money. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
One of the best properties of HGV in general and the best by far in Myrtle Beach SC !! Amazing amenities, furniture, appliances , hospitality, Amazing Staff and Great location! In addition they have Burger Fi , Banditos Cantina and Starbucks!! They have discounts with A Huge list of restaurants (%10 off) THE BIGGEST SURPRISE FOR THIS YEAR: 2 WATER PARKS & 1 GO KART INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY ONLY IF YOU'RE AN OWNER IT'S WORTH OF $100 PER PERSON FOR THE 3 PARKS IF YOU WILL PAY FOR IT OUT OF POCKET! Despite time share is a bad idea and big scam , OWNERSHIP with Hilton Grand Vacations is definitely something else and really worth it!! Too good to be true ?? Ask the concierge for a presentation!!

Yelp
Nice and new feeling. This location has a lot to offer including nearby restaurants, access to the beach, and shopping. Checking in was a pleasant experience. As soon as we got checked in we visited the concierge desk where we received a lot of information and handy coupons. I will say that this was one of the friendliest group of front desk workers I have met! Every time we walked through the lobby we were greeted or smiled at. It was nice. The room was beautiful and comfortable. It had a pretty view and I enjoyed the layout. I loved the shower! I also enjoyed the modern button less elevator, the workout facility and the pools. Even though it was cold we chose to sit in the outside hot tub to avoid a cluster of screaming under watched children. Overall I would definitely recommend this property to others. I would absolutely come back.

Lisa S.

Yelp
Very nice hotel right on the beach. Very clean. I always saw staff cleaning something. Great location and on boardwalk. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen. Very large rooms. Marketplace on premises and they serve Starbucks coffee. Would recommend.

Yelp
If you're staying in Myrtle Beach, I would highly recommend the Hilton Enclave Resort. The suites are immaculate with ocean view! This location has two beautiful pools, two jacuzzis, an area for kids on the second floor along with a Starbucks and a cafe called Provisions with the ability to order sandwiches, quesadillas and simple foods for lunch. We had turkey clubs and they were great! The pool has a poolside bar open from 10:30-5pm. The cabanas above the pool seem great for families but do need to be rented at the front desk. The hotel itself was very clean, front desk was kind and everyone who worked there seemed to be very kind, spoke to us in the elevator etc. They allotted us an early check in and took our bags until our room was ready! The only downfall is there really isn't a restaurant in the hotel, Banditos is closed and the sports bar food is subpar. They couldn't accommodate a late checkout which was unfortunate but other than that would absolutely stay here over any other resort on the strip. Valet was okay, he wasn't very friendly. Top-notch rooms - worth the money! I'd click 4.5 stars, if I could. Hopefully, this Hilton decides to add a restaurant soon.

Yelp
First time at this property and I loved it! Fantaja at check in was great! I am a HGVC owner and I love feeling special when I check in. I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean view suite and was surprised at checkin to find out I was upgraded to an OceanFront Suite ...WINNING!! That view was everything and MORE! We had more than enough space for a party of 5 here on a girls trip. Valet parking is $15 a day and there is free self parking in the garage. Normally I stay at Anderson but I think this is my new favorite resort in Myrtle Beach.

Yelp
For a quick 3 day honeymoon this place was enjoyable. Cons - this property is treated like an extended stay which means our rooms were not cleaned the 3 days we were there. The fancy smart TVs really sucked Pros The hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. The two hot tubs are a great perk Rooms were very clean and comfortable

Michelle B.

Yelp
It's a nice hotel for the most part, however, being a member for a few years now and not having any hospitality at this location or even a friendly hello is quite disappointing. They didn't offer any water when we arrived like members usually get. Then they said my member number wasn't in the system and did not do anything to add it. So I talked with another staff the next day and they looked and said my member number was linked to my reservation. The front desk night people are not the friendliest.. also there were multiple bugs in our room we had to smoosh. Over 5 bugs in just 2 days.
google avatar

Tracy H.

Yelp
The BEST hotel in Myrtle Beach by far. Everything was clean and staff were all wearing masks. My only complaint is that the two pools were way too crowded. Honestly, a hotel that size should have more pools or bigger pools. The pool bar closed daily at 4 p.m. and the pools closed at 8 p.m. It would have been nice if they were at least open until 11 p.m. Additionally, the jacuzzi was closed completely. I understand that certain accommodations have to be made during COVID-19 pandemic, but I was still disappointed. I would suggest maybe adults only at the pools from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. or something like that. The room was absolutely gorgeous and had all the amenities. The only complaint I have is that you can hear everything between the bedroom and bathroom. It would have been nice to make it a little more sound proof.

Yelp
This place was outstanding. Great service, clean facility, and wonderful location. Check in was a breeze and everyone working was so nice.

Yelp
Always a great stay here!! Hunter and the other concierge reps were great. They made our checkin quick and efficient. The occasional text during our stay to see how we're doing we're great too. Sarah at the rooftop bar on 2nd floor was amazing! You can really tell she cares about her job, customers, and quality of service. Per those who order drinks they were made well, I had a bacon burger and fries (spiral wedge fries) and lemon pepper wings another day. Both meals were delicious and very filling. Had seconds from both meals. Hotel premises were clean, elevators worked well, and the room was very inviting and clean. Everything you need the room had. Also the room has wireless charger for your devises and also HDMI hook ups in case you want to bring a Apple TV or gaming system. the smart tv was nice also but the only negative is that the remote was annoying at times and tv has a bit of static twice during our stay. It went away after a while. Hands down an awesome stay and will always be one of my top choices when coming to Myrtle. In a great location on N ocean drive right on the beach near the sky wheel, small amusement park and lots of food options on walking distance. Also don't worry you can always come in the winter time as they have an indoor heated pool as well, activity room for kids and adults also.

Yelp
What a beautiful property and wonderful staff, everything from the indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs, to the central location on the boardwalk could not be anymore beautiful and perfect. Modern amenities with card reader express elevators makes the experience even better.

Yelp
We're on the last night of our five night stay here, and I wanted to post this before even leaving. I can't believe this place has any reviews under 5 stars. We stayed in an oceanfront king suite and the room is incredible. Extremely spacious, all the amenities you could need, a very comfortable bed and an incredible view. Spent quite some time on the balcony enjoying that view. The staff was always friendly, helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Brian D.

Yelp
4 star for room and hotel. 2 Star due to nightclub next door I've been here every year since it opened and for the most part they've maintained the facilities. Pool is small and gets very crowded. Not likely to find a chair if you look after 11am. Location is good but beware of the homeless folk. Some are aggressive. Is is worse in MB vs NMB 2 star due to location. Hotel is right beside a nightclub that has a large outdoor patio which plays loud music well past midnight. If you're on the south side of the hotel you will hear it loudly in your bedroom.

Van N.

Yelp
So the stay is going great, but our owners update wasn't a fantastic experience. The woman we worked with, Maggie I think, was more interested in telling us why our current package is beneath her and "her clients" and actually said she was only helping us as a favor. Which didn't feel great. And while we weren't looking to buy anything new at this time, the team didn't even congratulate us on paying off our current deed. They didn't even know we had. This could have been a great time to tell us how we can use our current ownership for our upcoming plans (we specifically said we're planning on Jamaica and Japan in the next 18 mos) and she didn't even show us the properties and options there. I'm so glad that the sales person works with millionaires and is a diamond for life status herself, but she didn't share that information in a conversational or engaging way, she was bragging and it felt like just because we expressed we were happy with our plan that we weren't worth her time. No showing us what it can do or how to maximize it like we've had in the past. As our record shows we usually purchase every couple of years...but today's pitch if you want to call it that left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Yelp
A beautiful new high rise on the South End of Myrtle Beach! Ocean Enclave is a part of Hilton Grand Vacations. The resort is beautiful, granted it's just a few months old, and seemingly well thought out! The rooms are very spacious with quality bedding, full service kitchen, extremely large balconies, and bathrooms that are oversized! The resort has two average sized pools, one of which is in complete shade 24 hours a day. There's a Starbucks located on the 2nd floor lobby along with a small sports bar! Perhaps the nicest thing for any parent is the 2nd floor kids game room! A few large flatscreen tv's with game systems setup for the kids to pass the time, as well as a pool table, and daily crafty type activities for them to participate in! If you must be in the Myrtle Beach area and want a brand new oceanfront experience, then Ocean Enclave is your spot!

Yelp
. I went on my Hilton timeshare presentation and when kris asked where I like to vacation and what I pay for a room I told him Costa Rica about $65 a night. And he proceeds to tell me that he finds that highly unlikely. He's really calling me a liar? I ended up speaking with the sales director telling him what happened. This experience was even worse than people told me it would be. I told the sales director that I needed to get out of this hotel room that they put me in and he was telling me something about a third party selling me this promotion and he gave me a number to call. So I call that number and they say that it's a hotel issue and they can't help me. So then I speak with them at the hotel and they say that I needed to call that number back because I didn't pay the hotel I paid this other party. So I call that number back and tell them what I was just told the woman said there's nothing they could do I asked for a manager and she outright refused to get me a manager and I confirmed at least three times. So you're not going to get me a manager? So you're refusing to get me a manager? You guys are the worst experience I have ever had in my life. What nightmare and what's supposed to be a nice getaway. And you're trying to sell me something for Pete's sake. Your timeshare experience is horrible. Your hotel you put us up in was horrible. Aren't you supposed to be making an impression on people? Well let me say you definitely made an impression on me and I will stay away from Hilton at all cost. As a side comment I did not realize that Myrtle Beach was all commercial. It kind of reminded me of Wisconsin dells. It was more like wax shops and museums of oddities and things to spend money on rather than a beautiful place to go to. Very surprised to see jellyfish and a very large shark from the pier with so many people in the water. When I asked a lifeguard about it he said that the sharks generally don't bother people. Yeah. I didn't go into the water.

Yelp
Beautiful Hilton property right on the ocean close to everything! Every employee was very friendly and truly sincere in their desire to make your stay the best. Checkin was very quick and efficient. The elevators were always available. Great vacation made even more enjoyable by an awesome property!!

Yelp
We are staying here on a VIP trip since we were potential owners from our trip to Vegas back in August. We chose this place since our children wanted to see the ocean and this was closer to my cousin in Charlotte and a better drive for us than to Orlando. Coming in, the entrance is tight, and if you do self park like we do, you park in a garage across the street which is a decent garage. We did our presentation with Cheryl at the Preview Center across the street from the hotel. I always like the 25 minute initial video presentations and the presenter on Thursday around 1:30pm was funny and super sweet. Cheryl had a warm welcome upon our arrival and was pleasant overall, as was the gentleman (sorry I cannot remember his name) who ran numbers with her. She offered great suggestions of the local area. The lowest package still was outside our budget so we ultimately opted to not become owners. As for service at the hotel, I want to give high remarks to the housekeeping staff and security team. They have been very accommodating and outgoing. Cleaning is available if you ask since anything less than a 5 night stay does not allow for daily service, but if you text, they will accommodate and the people are nice My son has extreme anxiety with elevators so they allowed us to program a card and use the stairwell if he needed it. The concierge desk was hit or miss. Some people were friendly while others seemed to be judging how we dressed. I saw one of the older ladies on Friday looking my daughter up and down for the way she was dressed. Different values maybe but not a reason to make the faces. These resorts are definitely higher end, but beautiful and comfortable. The showers, beds, couches and seats were nice. The balcony furniture was a bit snug for me as I am larger but I made it work. I loved the view. The TV reception was touchy at times. I was appreciative of the complimentary passes to the Broadway Grand Prix and Lost Mine Adventure Golf and discounts to local restaurants. It was close to most of the places I wanted to see on my trip, and offered great access to the beach. I loved the hot tub. Between the two grand vacation resorts I stayed at, I preferred Vegas in all honesty for the service but loved the ocean and pools here. With that said, the housekeeping and security staff deserve a thank you for quality service. The valet seemed nice but I did not use their service. Most of the men at the front desk and several of the women were nice. The preview room was laid out nice and I was thankful for the freestyle beverage machine but preferred the snack selection at Vegas more.

Yelp
Stayed at the Enclave for the first time for family vacation. Rosie in the activity center was a joy to be part of trivia, brunch bingo and sips and paint. Rosie is a ray of sunshine she made the vacation rememberable for me and my family. We will be back again.

Yelp
My husband and I came into our time share presentation with an open mind. We wanted to hear what they had to say! However as beautiful as the property is, we will never stay with Hilton again. When we met with the sales rep things turned quickly south when we told him we wouldn't be able to buy a timeshare. We were engaged at the time and he told us a divorce lawyer would be more expensive than his time share. Also that our relationship would fail if we didn't take a week out of the year to drop $20k on a time share. I'm sorry WHAT?! We had been nothing but kind to everyone. We genuinely wanted more information. The second we said no he immediately jumped into insulting us. What a shame. We will never book with Hilton again for these shady practices.

Yelp
The Ocean Enclave is a Hilton Grand Vacations product located in the heart of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, very close the the Myrtle Beach Airport. There is everything here for the family. There is an amusement park a block away, plenty of restaurants, and of course a public beach. The property has amenities such as two pools, gym, "general store" etc. One pool has a play area that starts less than a foot deep and goes to 3 foot deep. The other pool is for more serious swimming. COVID-19 closed the sports bar and other amenities and thus I cannot comment. The rooms are very spacious as expected with a HGV property. I own a 3 bedroom HGV Timeshare in Las Vegas and traded for the two bedroom at Ocean Enclave. I found the two bedroom to have more space ! Maybe one year I will try to trade for the 3 bedroom. Most of the rooms have private balconies overlooking the ocean. All the rooms have all the expected amenities such as full kitchen, fridge, coffee pot etc . There are 3 TV's in a 2 bedroom for the family that can't agree on what to watch. The property feels more for families than geriatric crowd. But, the older adult has plenty of restaurants and things I do nearby . There is a pool bar. The sports bar was closed so I cannot comment. If there are things that might be disappointing parking is a block and half away. There is valet parking and valet consumes the first two decks of the garage. The parking spaces are tight and larger vehicles typically seen on the vacation scene will find a few Y turns to get in and out of spaces. The garage has no spaces for vehicles greater than 7 foot in hight. Walking back and forth from the parking lot with gear takes some management. The check/in area can be very crowded. Right now you park in a small valet area, check in, and then unload your car. This causes the area to overfill and a backup. It also makes getting out a challenge as the people in front might be waiting longer to check in. This policy is to manage the fact your room might not be ready as expected. Many service business are facing an employment crunch and the property right now is no exception. So check in might be a hassle. However, this is not enough for me to "punish" the property with low ratings. It needs to be fixed although ... The pool area is not large enough for 500 guest or the capacity of the hotel. So natural forces will force guests to the beach or whatever. Otherwise, this is one of the best vacation spots in Myrtle Beach!

Yelp
Top notch. 5 ***** Luxury Hotel. The suite was immaculate; the rooms were spacious and nice; the oceanfront view was spectacular; and out of all of the hotels that my wife and I have stayed in at Myrtle Beach - this is by far the best. And we have stayed in a lot of luxury hotels!

Yelp
I've always wanted to stay here. I love Hilton brand hotels. This was just an overnight trip, and the rate wasn't the best but it was under $200. The room was nice and clean it was cold so I sat on the balcony for about 3 mins. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I expected. It felt like there was something hard I the middle or just hard period. I didn't get a good night rest and my boyfriend didn't either. He woke in the middle of the night soaked in sweat. Not sure if all the beds are hard but that was one. Room 1601 just case your an yelper and ever get that room #. I have a reservation at the ocean 22 in about 28 days hopefully there beds are better

Yelp
Great vacation destination resort! From the valet to housekeeping, every staff member we interacted with has been top notch! The resort is well worth the $$, location, food, pools and everything else! I would come back in a heartbeat! Yes if you have to do the timeshare presentation, it is like any other, but worth it just to stay at the resort, looking forward to possibly becoming a HGVM someday!!!!

Yelp
This place is gorgeous never get a timeshare with them. Everything comes with a price. If u drive ur car to the hotel u have to pay a fee. If I change my pay date it's a fee. I was NEVER a told about maintenance fees until they were due. I contacted the loans department and ofc I'm trapped into a contact I can no longer afford. I will never recommend this place

Yelp
Fantastic property on the water delivers the goods. Stayed for a few days in January (off season) and did not know what to expect regarding changes due to Covid. The hotel was clean, had very organized and well communicated protocols (social distance markers, hand sanitizer, etc) which made us feel safe. The location was great - at the beginning of the boardwalk, a short walk to the Sky Wheel - and right on the beach. Service was top notch - the staff was uber-friendly and went out of their way to welcome us. Would stay again. 4.5 stars

Yelp
This hotel is LIT! Very beautiful, very clean, very high tech. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Highly, highly recommend. All of the staff has been extremely courteous and professional. Pools are very nice and beautiful. Huge tv's in every room. Even the bathroom has a small tv. VERY VERY NICE!

Yelp
I would love to give this resort one star because it's hands down my favorite resort in Myrtle and I don't want to share We come here often outside of tourist season. Great views. Gorgeous rooms and very few kids or teens/college students prostitotting themselves for a quick hook up. Now inside peak tourist season it's great for the people watching but based on the location, and the young parents who are more interested in their insta/Snapchat photos then watching their own children, plus it's proximity to the boardwalk it's a meat market that smells like cheap perfume and strawberry lube.

Yelp
Awful. The whole experience in wanting to find a timeshare vacation company was terrible with Hilton. It was a bait and switch. Put into a "partner" property which was not nearly as nice as what I had booked. Aggressive sales team that was Argumentative, when we stated our concerns and how I was displease. Zero effort to make it right. This is puss poor for a business especially one I was looking to drop $30k to be apart of. Shady business. Buyers beware! They will bait and switch and charge you more for less on your "vacation!"

Yelp
When you first check in everyone is very attentive professional and friendly. I checked into the two bedroom suite on the 23rd floor. The resort is gorgeous the only reason why I'm giving four instead of five stars is because two of my major appliances did not work and I arrive with the last guest dirty dishes still in the dishwasher. They have been working on it but they never offered to move my room. My first night I had to hand wash somebody else's dirty dishes the first day of my vacation. I only washed what I needed to use that night so there are still dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The next morning they sent a technician to come fix it but it pretty much was an all day process of them fixing it than starting a cycle to see if it worked , than fixing it again and then starting another cycle to see if it worked. ALL DAY TECHS COMING IN AND OUT . I HATED THIS . my TV also did not work. After reading reviews from other people I noticed this is not an isolated problem a lot of people have problems with the televisions hear the signals do not come through. The point of going on vacation is to have the family together why would I want everyone in separate rooms doing something different when I can have them all together in the living room. SMH . I love the Hilton brand but will not be back at this location. again the reason why I'm giving a high rate of four stars is because of the wonderful customer service when checking in and at poolside bar . ** *UPDATE*** After me complaining and bring it to several peoples attention. I was offered Pool bar credit which was extremely low and pretty much nothing. FYI . One house alcohol mixed drink and two kids drinks with tax and tip cost $40 bucks. I honestly feel that I should have been refunded the upgrade fees that I paid for the room that I was in being that things were pretty basic due to the problems with multiple appliances. after going back-and-forth and I realize that they were not going to either refund the fee paid for the room upgrade or give me a credit equal in that amount , I just took the insulting LOW Pool bar credit offered. highly disappointed. I'll definitely be back to Myrtle Beach but I won't be staying here again. The view was beautiful and the pool was nice but the room was not worth it due the all the malfunctioning appliances and technicians in and out all day. it was truly a headache.

Yelp
The accommodations are top notch and there are some lovely amenities (wristbands that give you access to water park, mini golf, and amusement center). Attention to detail with room preparation and cleaning could be improved as there were unfinished repairs and leftovers from previous guest in our refrigerator which gave me some concern; however, I felt confident in the level of cleanliness upon inspection. The shower was definitely the cleanest I've seen in a hotel room in awhile. With the exception of the valets, who were very welcoming and awesome, in general, the staff was friendly enough the but not particularly helpful - we had to call multiple times and wait for extra towels and had to ask for wristbands that should've been given at check-in. At the time of our visit the outdoor bar, restaurants and cabanas were closed due to COVID but staff was not wearing masks (except for sales). The pool was nice but needed to be cleaned, doesn't get much sun and view of the beach is obscured. On the upside, beach access is easy and the beach at this location is lovely in comparison to other MB hotels. Additionally, the proximity to MB attractions, like the SkyWheel, boardwalk and restaurants, is excellent! We would return due to the quality of the suite, location, and in hopes that we could enjoy all the amenities.

Yelp
This is the second time that we stayed here and unfortunately didn't live up to my first experience. We returned to the Ocean Enclave because of their gorgeous rooms and great customer service. I felt like the customer service was not as on point. We saw SEVERAL cock roaches the two nights that we were there. There was someone that came to fix our tv bc none of the services were working. I think his name was Mario. He was fantastic. I would still give this hotel another chance but please get your pest problem under control because I cannot see that again. Can. Not.
