I was really hoping to love this place. The room was very spacious and the location was great. It's gated so it feels safe. However, the cleaning and services were lacking. In a week long stay we only had housekeeping once. I had to beg to have someone come over and clean out the shower that had a giant dead roach in it. I was told that I could've had housekeeping come earlier if I had requested earlier in the morning. However, we had been out at the parks all day and had just got back around 6pm. So it wasn't terribly late. There was always staff zooming through the parking lots on golf carts "looking" busy. But I never saw any cleaning getting done in my building. I had shavings left on my counter in the bathroom and my son found a toy car in the living room from a previous guest. If you check in during the rush hour, don't expect to get a rundown of the property, you just have to figure it out on your own, like we did. You get a text with a link about activities but the calendar was a mess to read.

The resort property is nice and well cared for. The pools were clean. Check in was easy. We had a three bedroom unit with the lock off studio as well so space was great. Furniture was clean and fairly new. Kitchen was ok. Included 1 8" frying pan , 1 small pot and 1 large pot. My problem....I was bit each night while sleeping and by night 5 I had had enough and we checked out early. I informed the front desk and they said it would be inspected and reported back to me. They called me 6 hours later and told me nothing was found. Well, I'll tell you, I have about a dozen red, itchy, and nasty bug bites on my legs and chest. I've never had any bite like this before. I suspected bed bugs but whatever, something in the room was biting me under the sheets, so it couldn't be mosquitos. Sadly, someone else is probably in that room tonight, and if so, negligent on their part. Last night I slept in my own bed at home and woke up with no new bites! Not surprised...

I stayed here with my bf & our 5 year old in October. It was such a nice hotel! I loved the room set up. It had a kitchen, living room, balcony bathroom w/ shower & turbo tub plus laundry! Both pools were great even the one that doesn’t have the little bar next to it was good! I loved that our room had a washer & dryer. We were able to bring home clean clothes and just put it away. Also not far from the parks. Over all it was 10/10 experience

Really enjoyed the pools after long days at the parks. Location is great easy to get to most things. Check In on. Sunday was a pretty big hassle room was not ready until after 5. Service desk was nice. Concierge service were great assisting with getting park tickets. Restaurant onsite downstairs at pool had some descent food little pricey but several good beers on tap. Smash burger really good with Tots. Pool was nice and warm. Of course rooms 2 bedroom with full kitchen and washer and dryers. Had great little porch and there were grills for use as well!

My family and I had a great stay at this resort. We had a great experience with them. It’s ideal for the location of our favorite amusement parks to go to. The best part is everyone had a chance to have a fantastic time and get plenty of sleep after our days walking around. The amenities are amazing and up to date of the feel of being at home.

My sister graciously gifted us her RCI exchange, and when we learned that the Hilton Grand Vacations Club SeaWorld was an option, we were absolutely thrilled.|First the pros:|- The grounds are beautiful|- The pool is lovely|- The rooms are spacious. We had a renovated room, request one.|- Location is great in relation to Sea World and I Drive|- The staff at the front desk is OUTSTANDING! Special shout out to Gio, Jazleen, Jessica, Simone and Pillar (housekeeping). We had some issues during our stay and they went over and above for us. Their professionalism and courtesy are very much appreciated.|- Donna our waitress at the pool was amazing and took excellent care of us||Now the cons:|- We had a two bedroom lock out. The bathroom area in the lock out was dirty. Hair on the walls, grime along the tub and in the kitchenette area. My daughter wound up cleaning it with Clorox wipes. To be fair when I complained and showed the pictures to housekeeping they said they would come in and clean. As I said however my daughter had already done it.|- I went to take a shower in our room (the one bed area) , a large plastic bar — which I still do not know the origin of — suddenly fell in the shower area, startling me and posing a safety risk.|- The food in the restaurant was overpriced and really was not that good||Would I stay here again? I would give it another try. The staff really won me over and I believe they are makes the difference. Conrad Hilton famously stated, ""It has been, and continues to be, our responsibility to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality."". This quote emphasizes the Hilton Hotels' mission to create welcoming and positive experiences for all guests. I believe the staff did this.|Housekeeping step it up!!!! We will be back to give you a second chance!!!

This is our second time staying at the resort and we absolutely love it. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. We did accidently book a King with Kitchenette instead of the King Suite with full kitchen but were not too disappointed as the layout made the room feel more spacious. We couldn’t hear our neighbors through the walls or the hallways and our view was of the courtyard which we loved. We took advantage of the free coffee cards we were given at check in and ordered food while at the pool. Super convenient and was delicious! We definitely recommend and will be back soon!

Amazing property! I’ve stayed in many places and this has been the greatest experience! A truly enjoyable vacation stop! You’ll find many amazing amenities and caring staff here. Lots to do around this location as well. The scene is awesome! My new stop! Thank you Hilton Grand of Orlando for making this a memorable vacation for us❤️!!

Yelp
I recently stayed here with my parents who were in town for a conference. Though I was stuck on the sofa bed, it was one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on. The iTrolley picks up outside the main clubhouse, and it'll take you anywhere down International Drive. There's a beautiful walking path, ample grills, a washer/dryer, full kitchen, and ample space in every room. The shuttle takes guests to/from Seaworld, but you have to get on the list with concierge. The property is also in an ideal location, close to plenty of dining and shopping. The property is mostly quiet, but if you're sleeping in the living room, I strongly advise ear plugs or a sound machine to drown out noise. Other guests would stay out later and slam doors at 2 am. My parents never heard it since they had the door closed to their room, but it often woke me up. If you're a heavy sleeper, you'll be fine. I also advise using a translator to talk with housekeeping or writing down any items you need in Spanish since most of them don't speak English. You can call the front desk and ask for someone to take you around the property. We were in the Pagent House (building 9), so it was a haul to the clubhouse. The screened patio was a huge plus to keep the bugs out. We never had issues with roaches or flies. I know this is a timeshare property, so they will try to sell you on that. My husband will be joining me next time, and we plan to stay here then.

Yelp
This resort was for the next few days of our vacation. When choosing the room, we wanted to make sure it had everything we needed. I chose the 1 Bedroom King Suite that offered a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dyer, separate living area with a TV, separate bathtub and shower and TV in bedroom. When we stay for two days or more, we like to be able to cook. So after leaving EPCOT, we went shopping for groceries and other necessities we may have forgot to pack. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook, always a plus for us! In the mornings, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The area was very peaceful where you could sit and relax. This resort offers so many other amenities we didn't get to use such as the fitness club or pool but if ever back in the area, I would choose this one again and make sure to enjoy more amenities!!!

Yelp
The location of the condo cannot be beat! It's directly across the street from Sea World - a nice and easy walk if you are planning to visit the park. The condo is also spacious - perfect if you are traveling with a family. Our one bedroom condo had a spacious bedroom and bathroom with a large tub, a big kitchen and dining space, a nice living room with a pull out couch and a small patio. The grounds also have everything you need for traveling with kiddos. There is a very spacious pool area with a few pools, a kiddie pool, a splash pad and a playground. The splash pad was extremely cold, but otherwise the pool was great. There is also a bar / restaurant by the pool area with easy food like pizza, burgers, etc. My only big complaint. They don't clean your room if you are staying for less than five nights. Hotels and vacations are expense and I think the Hilton brand making this cut is unacceptable. It's not like we traveled with cleaning supplies. And at the very least, items like paper towels / TP should be restocked daily. They provided us with one roll of toilet paper and we had to call and request additional. Do better Hilton. Room cleaning is part of the allure of staying at a hotel. Otherwise, it's a solid resort with everything you could need. My in-laws have a timeshare and our family has loved coming here over the years. It's a great location and the pool is super nice, so what more could you really need (besides a clean room, ha)!

Yelp
Been here many times over the years and always have a great experience. The staff is very professional and special shout out to Marvin in Leadership . Super close to discovery cove and walkable to seaworld but a free shuttle picks up right in front.

Greg W.

Yelp
This is a great and convenient place to stay right next to sea world in Orlando. The staff are super courteous and friendly also responsive. The facilities are very clean but a little old and have some minor wear. Parking is easy and the facilities are very good. Plenty of pools for swimming or lounging around. Great keiki playground and water areas. I'd definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Had to go down to Disney for a wedding and stayed here for two nights. This is a beautiful resort with great rooms and some nice amenities...including two beautiful pools with a poolside bar and restaurant. The resort is easy to get to and the in and out procedures just required a room key. My two days down there were hot...99 and 98 degrees...but I was still able to get some walking in around the resort. The one downside was that the only breakfast available was prepackaged items in the coffee bar/snack room. While I was still pretty far from the wedding location and reception (Wedding Pavilion and the restaurant at The Contemporary) getting there was still pretty easy. I'd definitely stay here again as the service, rooms and amenities were worth the cost.

Sabrina K.

Yelp
This is my second stay at this location. My last stay was quite a few years ago. I like staying here for the at home feel. Rooms clean and in good condition with. Nice amenities. On the other hand this location is not all encompassing, you have to leave property to have breakfast and other meals, so cooking is really an option. Wish there were other good options on site. TV system needs updating. But all in all a good stay, just lots of Ubers for the non driver.

Shanara L.

Yelp
Loved our stay! Nice size and nice balcony for the price. Pool was beautiful and the bar and grill was amazing! I stayed one night and ate there more than once. We will be back!

Melanie H.

Yelp
This is a cute and convenient place to stay. It's right by Sea World and in close proximity to tons of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The rooms have a little kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and coffeemaker. Our room had a covered balcony with a table and chairs, which I absolutely loved. The pool is nice and has an eating area that looks like you can purchase food. It was closed at 10 am when we were there, so I'm not sure what menu items they offer.

Debra F.

Yelp
We stayed here for 1 night and I wouldn't come back for a few reasons. We checked in kind of late and even though there were no other people waiting to check in I felt like the desk clerk just wanted us out of the way. We had never stayed here before and the property is huge. We were shown a map, with no orientation as to how to get from registration to our room. We were handed some coupons for bottles of water with no explanation as to where to cash the coupons in. We found our room and it was a disappointment. The bathroom was so tiny you had to squeeze in in order to close the door. The toilet paper holder was in an awkward spot and the shower rod looked like it was going to fall off the wall at any moment. There was one tiny wastebasket in the bathroom and nowhere else to get rid of your trash. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator was super slow. Checkout time is a ridiculous 10am and housekeeping was knocking at our door at 9:30 to see if we were ready to go. This place is a no for me.

Jen R.

Yelp
This place is really outdated and smells like mildew. You can only book the park shuttle in person when the desk is open, which doesn't help families like me who are getting in late one night and going to the park the next morning.

Melissa K.

Yelp
We booked a room 8 months in advance for a great price and a few weeks before our trip we had to remove the last night of our stay, but when we did they increased the price of our stay to the current rates without notifying us of the change in price! We lost our entire deal and had to cancel our reservations because it was going to cost us even more with less nights. It was extremely disappointing and they weren't willing to make it right. So, we cancelled our reservation and had to find other accommodations last month, but we will never stay at a place that tries to pull scams like this!

Patrick W.

Yelp
Stayed here for a week and it was great! Clean place, friendly staff, great food at the bar/grill, great sandwiches at the market. Great location to Universal, convention center and Disney. Had a massage at SW Massage onsite. Brenda did a great job!!! She made it so relaxing, hit all the right spots and good conversation. Definitely will come back next year. Try Brenda, you won't be sorry

Mark H.

Yelp
Really enjoyed my stay here. I do admit, my needs were a bit complicated as I originally booked a 2 bedroom and ended up with a need for a 3 br. Management (Marvin, Melika, and Savannah) went above and beyond in accommodating the needs of my group and seamlessly took care of everything to our ultimate satisfaction. The room was huge with a full kitchen, dining, living, plus 3 bed and bathrooms. The view from the master bedroom took in the fireworks at night from Sea World; which was awesome! The hotel was clean and staff was extra courteous! If I were to visit Orlando again, I'd stay here.

Paulette H.

Yelp
Had the opportunity to spend a couple of days here and it was pleasingly nice! Very relaxing and the rooms are nicely furnished. A TV In every room and a full kitchen, that was nicely stocked with good cookware, dishes and nice cutlery. It had a coffeemaker that made a great cup of Joe! The washer and dryer worked well. This space also offered 3 bedrooms with two outside sitting areas.

Teressa L.

Yelp
We enjoyed a week at this resort. Check in can be slow. However the updated rooms are worth it. They have 2 big pools at the main building and a Thurs deeper into the property but food and drinks sold only at main pool. Plenty of activities daily but the resort is super close to all the parks. Our 2 bedroom was spacious. Kitchen has the basics. Had 2 screened balconies. Lush landscaping between buildings keeps it private. Activity center, nightly movies, a store with snacks...this place was a wonderful resort.

Diane D.

Yelp
I was a bit skeptical, as a business traveler; however, this property was perfect for me. Lovely property, well maintained and the staff is so accommodating and courteous! My room, with a kitchenette and screened balcony was perfect.

Lisa R.

Yelp
This Hilton location was so nice I loved everything! All the amenities were spot on . The pool was gorgeous, the room was on point modern , clean , beautiful, spacious , the bed was comfortable, it had GE appliances, washer & dryer ! So nice I could live there hands down ! I would definitely recommend a vacation here. Oh and quiet . So thrilled with our staycation ~

Yelp
Seaworld winter 2022 Quite a walk from check-in location, so grabbing a ride on the go-cart-shuttle is highly recommended. Lots of information to digest so be prepared for that, but the representatives are extremely kind & helpful. The room was amazing; Clean, spacious, & very cozy/homey. Full suite of kitchen appliances with ample dining-ware. Lots of seating in the living room & dining room areas for large parties. Balcony area is great for people watching but the birds & wildlife can be noisy. The sink water pressure in the bathroom was inconsistent, but overall satisfactory. Deep & soothing tub, perfect for a bath bomb or soak while watching TV. Modern HD TV w/basic programming. Fast & stable internet for remote work, but otherwise cell service (T-Mobile) is spotty. The bedding was soft and we had plenty of pillows. I really enjoyed the mattress here. Hit-or-miss for DoorDash deliveries unless they're familiar with the layout. The landscaping is very well-kept & makes for an enjoyable stroll if venturing to a nearby convenience store or restaurant. Would stay again! Yelp
Customer service sucks we actual had a reservation but decided to else where because of the rudeness and none effort to accommodate date us. I'm a loyal Hilton head and Diamond member but depending on who you get at the front desk that means absolutely nothing.

Susan P.

Yelp
The room is musty. Incredibly dated. I'm allergic to feather pillows, they delivered old foam pillows without pillow cases. I will not recommend staying here ever.

Lynn G.

Yelp
Don't trust anything advertised. There is only one shuttle to the resorts in the morning. You have to arrange to ride the night before. Our 2 bedroom suite was stinky.

Sabrina W.

Yelp
My husband and I's experience with the Hilton Grand Vacations was nothing less than shocking. It was an absolute horrible experience. Let me start by saying we are Hilton Honor Gold members. My husband travels a lot for work and his first choice is to stay in a Hilton hotel. When we got the promotion email it sounded too good to be true. The promotion deal was 4 nights in Orlando for 336.38 total including fees plus 25,000 Hilton Honors points. Our son had a school event in Orlando so we thought this would be a great idea. I was also curious about the Grand Vacations Club since we travel so much. This was the first time I had ever signed up for anything like this. My husband had done one before and did not want to do it. Needless to say, all my anxiety leading up to the trip was validated when we arrived! It was an absolute terrible experience from the moment we stepped on the Hilton Grand Vacation property until the day we checked out. To start, the promotion package said we would be staying in one of the four resorts listed. They booked us in a Home to Suites regular hotel. I called and complained that was not what was advertised, and they moved us to the SeaWorld Orlando. They tried to make us pay extra but after going back and forth with the person on the phone we got the reservation without the extra costs. After that experience I should have cancelled the whole thing. We flew in and when we arrived at the resort late that night, we were put in a studio room that the AC did not work. In addition, we were next door to the mechanical room and the machine noises were so loud I couldn't take it. I called multiple times to get someone to come check the AC finally the front desk person told me they would move us. We packed everything back up and moved to another (smaller studio) room. The next morning was our sales presentation. What ensued was a combination of lies, pressure, and deceptive sales tactics designed to trap us in a contract that was poorly explained. The pressure that we experienced during the meeting was compounded by the many falsehoods told to us by the sales staff. I originally wanted to hear about the opportunity but still had the bad taste from the night before and having to move rooms. We stayed almost 3 hours, and it was exhausting. When we explained about our bad experience the night before, the salesman told us that they give the worst rooms to the people doing the promotion and if we would be an owner, we wouldn't get treated that way. That just made me angrier. I explained that I've been a marketing director for over 20 years and that was the most absurd thing I had ever heard! Why would you treat someone terrible if you are trying to get them to buy into your program. It should be the complete opposite. Their response to that was that Hilton has a terrible marketing department. That was the end for me, and I was ready to just leave and get on with our trip. The next day we noticed the AC in the second room we were put in wasn't working. I called the front desk numerous times, and no one ever answered the phone. Finally, a guy answered the phone and said he would be sending someone to check it. When my husband asked if he knew how long (because we had our son's event to go to) his reply was "nope". We were stunned! Determined to not let it ruin our trip, we left for Universal Studios to our son's event. We received a text asking about our stay. That was a mistake as I text them back exactly what I thought about our stay. They text back saying leadership would be contacting us. We had a voicemail from a women who gave us her number to call back. We called back all day and the phone was never answered. We got back late that night to a note in our room that said, call the front desk to move to another room because AC doesn't work. I cannot express how frustrated we were. I called the front desk more times that I can count with no one answering the phone. Finally, we packed up all our things AGAIN and just showed up at the front desk. We asked to speak to a manager. We explained everything to the manager. He listened but we could tell it was going in one ear and out the other. In fact, he admitted it was his 3rd week on the job and he had gotten a lot of complaints. He said he came from Marriot, and it was much better. My husband and I are both professionals and in leadership and we could not believe what we were hearing. The moral of this story is...if you think it's too good to be true...it probably is. I would not recommend Hilton Vacation Club, especially the SeaWorld Orlando location to anyone! Everyone that we encountered at the property was rude and unprofessional. The rooms were horrible. I have never stayed in a place where I had to move 3 times during a 4-night stay. This experience has made us reevaluate the Hilton brand completely.

Yelp
Hilton grand vacations at sea world Suites close to Sea World where you can book the rooms via RCI timeshare. Note that there's a resort fee of $25/day + taxes. Credit cards accepted. Free parking. 24 hour check in, but check in times start at 4pm. Check out time is 10am. There's an additional cost associated each hour you check out past the time. It's well-suited for families as you have a kitchen option. We received vouchers when we checked in good for either two Starbucks coffees (make them yourself) or two San Benedetto 16.9 oz water bottles, although only the 13 oz ones seemed to be available when we went. There were smoking areas outside so the smell of cigarettes does linger in the hallways. There is a large pool with plenty of chairs and tables. The room walls are thin, so you will hear the suite next to you if they're being loud (as we did). The noise never abated, so we didn't have a good night's rest.

Connie Y.

Yelp
This was our second stay at the Seaworld Hilton Grand Vacations resort. We had a one bedroom suite. We would highly recommend this resort as clean, attractive and offering many on site activities. This resort is an 8 minute walk to the Seaworld gates or you can catch the shuttle with hotel passes. Bring all your fav foods and drinks because your unit's kitchen is set. I suggest bringing paper plates as there are only 4 plates in the room.

Patrick B.

Yelp
We got the Suite for our whole fam. The space was perfect with washer dryer and dishwasher. Theres a plaground and splash pad for kiddos and 2 beautiful swimming pool. Around it are a bunch of jacuzzi. And a sweet little pond/lake view.

Yelp
We have been owners with Hilton Grand Vacation Club since 2010. HGV SeaWorld Resort has been a long time favorite family destination up until our last trip on 12/30/23- 01/05/2024. We checked out at 11:00 am and at 5:00 we realized we left a shark hair dryer in drawer inside the bathroom. We were still on the property so I asked tMacdana at the front desk to call housekeeping to see if they found it. I also asked her to call the current occupants of the room so they could check the drawer in the bathroom. She replied the policy states I must fill out a lost item form online. I asked to speak to the manager. Unfortunately I did not get his name. I asked if someone could check the room. He repeated the policy and said only the head of security could enter a room. I asked that security be notified. He said he would call security if I submit the form. I immediately submitted the form and asked that security be notified. We still had an hour and a half before leaving for the airport. Nothing happened and I only received a text stating my form was received. I had no way to call security myself and just wanted to explain that I knew exactly where the item was and that it was not missing. Security communicates with guest thru email and text that do not allow for guests to reply. Almost 24 hours later i had no response from security so I called SeaWorld Front Desk and spoke to Jenny and explained the problem. She did try to help and left the current hotel guests of our room we occupied a message to check for the hair dryer and She said she would ask security to contact me since guest have no way of contacting security. I'm mostly upset because I know exactly where I left the hair dryer and I just wanted someone to check the room. I knew the longer time went by the less chance of getting it back. I respect the privacy of the current occupants of the room but a text or phone call the day we checked out of the room might have made a difference. Most upsetting is the lack of concern and empathy from management. the manager was zero help and was only interested in explaining the policy and procedure for lost items. He made no attempt to help me get my item back and has also made no attempt to contact me for follow up. This was an expensive hair dryer but it could have been a piece of jewelry or something of sentimental value. I had no idea that forgetting an item in a room was equivalent to forfeiting it. As long time owners who have spent many family vacations at seaworld this is so disappointing to be treated this way. I will writing reviews of this property because I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Yelp
NOT worth the money! Hilton Grand Vacation my ass!!! When I let the sales people at the main office in Park Soleil know my disappointment, they said that this was their oldest property and they wouldn't even stay there!!! AND they didn't even try to fix anything for us to make our stay more pleasant and enjoyable. WTF?!?!?! Light bulbs out, outlets not working, floor lamps about to fall over, furniture ugly and uncomfortable (makes the place look dark and dreary), cabinets and countertops old and outdated, NO view, and the bed sucks!!! And I forgot to mention that when I walk around barefoot, the bottoms of my feet end up filthy!!! Yes, we just got here!!! If this is indicative of the quality of their properties around the world, I will not give them my money anymore!!!!!!!

Jalon F.

Yelp
For the most part, we love this resort. There is a completely updated building, that is beautiful. However, We stayed in Tucker Town for only one night, and even that was too long! They moved us to Somerset, and it was just as outdated. We have 2 units. (2 bedroom suite w/ 2 king sized beds.) the smell was like 10 different chemicals, and the one we settled for, yes we settled, was not much better. We are owners.

Faith M.

Yelp
Hello, Several months ago, I ignorantly said "yes" to a cold call from a convincing Hilton Grand Vacation representative. Since that regrettable and impulsive moment, I have taken time to research others' experiences with these $165.00 bargain vacations that require one to sit through a two-hour sales presentation. On each site I consulted, the verdict was nearly unanimous: "Stay away." "Run fast. Run far." "Liars, cheats, swindlers operate HGV." "HGV ought to have a class-action lawsuit against it."  "The presentation ran 3, 4, 5, and 6 hours." "The sales reps. bullied us."  "The presentation was a hostage situation." "They took our identification so that we couldn't leave." "The accommodations are, at best, mediocre." "They finally wore us down." "We bought into a timeshare that we can't even use." "We just want out." "Please learn from our terrible mistake. Don't even go near one of their 'practically free' getaways." I will not go to Orlando or anywhere else affiliated with Hilton Grand Vacation. Refund my money immediately and remove my name, address, and telephone number from all Hilton Grand Vacation call lists. Will my money be refunded to my card or mailed to me as a check? By what date can I expect the return of my money? Sincerely, F. For more information, check out the FACEBOOK PAGE called Hilton Grand Vacations Scam Alert Forum! Past & Present Owners Welcome

Yelp
Loooooooove this place!!! My family and I have stayed here 4 times so far, each time is better than the last. Plenty of activities to do by the pool throughout the day. They have multiple pools on property, a toddler pool, and a splash pad. They also have a playground and they're right across the street from Sea World! The resort is massive, staff is friendly and very accommodating. Checkin and check out process is always smooth and quick. We will be back very soon! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Yelp
Elton was amazing. He was so kind during our golf cart ride, and offered to take us across the hotel. Give this man a raise!!

Yelp
So, let's break this down. Good things, the bell service is extraordinary. They responded quickly everytime we called for pick-up and provided great information. So they get a 5++. The room was clean and what we expected. (King Studio) The service at the bar was great, when it was open. The concierge is a joke. They have 3 people on duty, only 1 can help with transportation etc. It was the opposite of what a concierge should be. Theres no full service restaurant. The only bar opens at noon, closes at 9. The marketplace was good, but limited and closed at 8. The rate we got as "non-owners" was really good. You will feel the difference in some of the service areas based on the blue owners band, but not much to complain about. The check in process was average.

Yelp
This has been a terrible stay. I found it in AAA and it has a 4 star review... I don't know where those people were staying. First the front desk is very pushy about selling time share. The entire hotel has a bit of an odor that they try to hide with a strong perfume smell. The lobby scent was overpowering. Then our room also had a perfume smell but different from the main lobby. The rib would not drain so maintenance came down and pulled a crazy amount of hair from the drain. The water stinks! I have never smelled anything like it before. But we are told this is Florida water? I've stayed at several other places in Florida and never experienced that smell before. The premium bed with pillow top mattress was old and so uncomfortable. To top it off they perform loud maintenance at 8 am. I am on vacation, I don't want to be woken up by metal on metal banging for 30 minutes! I do not recommend this place! One of the worst decisions I have made was to stay here

Yelp
So my husband and I book this property for four days in October I still don't know why they make you pay everything in advance, we both used to work for hotels and have never seen this practice of paying in advance Then unfortunately my husband's father passed away he was in the hospital with Covid so we had to cancel this reservation but they would not give us any of our money back I could understand having one night where they would charge us but for the whole four days we got nothing back come on you guys you can do better than that Very disappointed and upset and

Yelp
So we just finished our stay at this hotel from 10/09-10/12 and I was definitely taken away with how well maintained and clean this property was! This hotel is set up like an apartment complex and has different buildings to stay in and has a security gate/house you have to pass through each time you go in and out. We were placed in the Padget House and it was fantastic! Our suite was very spacious and clean and even had a balcony with a great view of the pool. Our main reason for picking this hotel was not only the great price but the location and how close it was to Sea World. Yes you can literally walk to the park from here it's barely a mile if that. My wife was shocked at the price we paid as she was certain it should've been more because of how nice and clean it was lol. A lot of the amenities for the hotel were closed for obvious COVID reasons but the pool was still open and a couple of the snack bars. We will definitely stay at this place again for our next time in Orlando.

Yelp
Stayed in this resort several times. Have been an owner since 2017. Never have we stayed when our reservation expectations were met. Tried several times to ask early for rooms close to each other or for specific locations all for nothing. Have tried to check in only to be told my check in time could not be made because my room was not available. The last stay which will be my last I had a piece of irreplaceable jewelry stolen from my room. After reporting the incident to the hotel I received a text stating they were unable to find the jewelry. No follow up from the hotel at all. Reported incident to the Sheriff will see if that helps. Location is apparently not safe to stay at and would be careful bringing children to this facility. In the process of selling my ownership and would not recommend you stay here.

Yelp
Room was filthy. Pubic hair in the tub, hair on the sheets, clumps of dust on the curtains and shower curtain, refrigerator defrosted and full of puddles when I arrived, no hairdryer/shampoo/conditioner in room as advertised on website, kid center/arcade room was closed the entire time (which was only an issue because the pool closed so frequently due to inclement weather and we had nothing to do), absolutely no help, guidance, map of how to navigate through the massive property, and the elevator was broken several times throughout our stay. My room was supposed to have a sofa bed and ADA shower, neither of those existed. I complained twice about the cleanliness of our room and housekeeping was promised to days in a row but never showed. Manager (Andrea) refused to approve a refund for Expedia and gave me $100 credit toward their club restaurant (basically cafeteria food, frozen pizza and individually wrapped muffins). I spoke to 4+ Hilton employees about my issues in our 5 day stay, not one thing was resolved. If I have a choice I will not be staying at a Hilton or sister property ever again. They do not follow ADA or CDC guidelines (which is extremely uncomfortable when you're traveling with a child and the covid virus is beginning to spike again). What was supposed to be a fantastic memory for my son and I turned out to be the worst headache. I wish I could take it back and stay ANYWHERE else.

Yelp
This is an average hotel. The pools are nice, & the pics from online look the same in person. They have a restaurant outside near the pool & the food was decent. Also, it's a timeshare resort, so if you do not have a timeshare with them, expect to get multiple telephone calls giving a sales pitch. They offer the redbox, I think that's cute & the older people may appreciate it. I'm used to most hotels offering chromecast, but that was fine since we spent little time in the room. I would revisit this place, I didn't have any issues & it was clean.

Yelp
Typically, when you are on vacation... a million worries are floating through your head. Maybe it is just me being a "man of the house" but I am always worried about the hotel, noise levels, traveling from A to B, security, etc. However, Hilton Grand Vacation at SeaWorld did help in decreasing a lot of my stress. The location is easy to find. It is near a Wawa, CVS, Walgreens, 7-11, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and a few restaurants. That is always a plus. Pulling up to the location, you are greeted with a security gate who will check what your purpose is... is therefore you don't have to worry about any crime or uneasy feelings. The lobby is right in front of the gate with a circular roundabout to temporarily park your car. Then, after you are checked in, you are given direction on how to find our building 1 of 10 (I believe?). My building was the farthest drive, but I didn't mind it at all. Especially since they will shuttle you around in a golf cart so you don't have to worry about driving to the pool or anything. Speaking of which, the location has 3 pool areas. Two are close together outside the main lobby and 1 near my building. The main lobby pools are pretty big and we never felt cramped. Everyone stayed within their own circle. Plus there are a few hot tubs and/or mini pools surrounding too. Plenty of chairs and shelter from the rain/sun or whatever the weather could bring. I booked the 1 bedroom suite with a king bed and a queen sofa bed. The room itself does feel outdated but still was very clean and spacious. It was more than enough room for two people and even decent for 4 or more people. We had a kitchen with an oven, microwave, and a full fridge which was nice to stock up on drinks/soda/etc. The sofa bed had a decent-sized tv with plenty of channels which also lead the outdoor patio/lanai which had netting around to avoid bugs and a fan to keep people cool if you wanted to sit out there. The bedroom had a tub to soak in and the bathroom was a good size. There was the main door to the main area or a sliding door to the master bedroom. The shower had no door which I found a little odd and the water pressure wasn't the worst I've used but it wasn't great. I like my shower pressure and this location did not provide that. However, it is rare that any place ever does. I did like the shuttle service. You could call from your room and they would tell you to start heading out the door. Usually was a 5-minute wait for them to arrive once I arrived from the 4th floor taking the nearby stairs. The elevators were old and took a while to arrive. However, getting back from the pool to your room could take a while. The from desk/etc were usually doing this nonstop to you had to wait sometimes. Otherwise, I was able to text from my phone for any issues which they would resolve fairly quickly. I asked for an extra pillow and bath towels, and they brought them within 10 minutes. Same for when I asked for more toilet paper. Overall, I stayed there for 5 nights. They had housecleaning come on the 3rd night to tidy up the room and replace the towels which were very nice. I did enjoy my stay and I am sure to come back here when/if I return to Orlando.

Yelp
I've only checked in yesterday so this review could change (hopefully for the better). I wanted to wait to do this review but I have so much to say right now. Check in was fine. Front desk staff was super nice and friendly. We were given a room in the building right beside the main building. When we got into the room the first thing I noticed was that the door does not catch in the latch when closed. I made several attempts to close the door but it would not close. I could also see that the door had previously been forced open at some point because the screws were broken on the lock mechanism above the door and it was barely hanging on (something you think they'd fix before allowing guests to stay there seeing as how the outside of your room is actually OUTDOORS. I called to ask for another room because I just felt uncomfortable but they told me they could not, under any circumstances, change my room. They admitted there were other rooms but just refused to change mine. We had fast passes booked and needed to head to Epcot but had to wait for maintenance to come up and fix the door. It took a while and a few more calls but they finally arrived. Didn't fix the actual door, just the latch so that no one could open the door. The guy told me that Hilton policy states that if the door will close when released from a 45 degree angle, then they are okay with that. Okay...I guess I need to remember to hold it at a 45 degree angle then. Second thing I noticed, as soon as I laid down for the night, my feet got caught in something weird at the bottom of the bed. I removed the blanket and noticed that the fitted sheet was not on the bottom of the bed, nor could it fit. I pulled as hard as I could but I was just too small so we slept with the bottom half of the bed without bedding (ughhh gross). Another weird thing happened. When we were making the sofa bed for my daughter to sleep on, my husband pulled the blanket out to spread out over the bed and ended up being cut with something sharp. We found shards of very sharp metal in the blanket. They were small and hard to see so I spent the evening checking, double checking, triple checking to assure that my daughter didn't get injured. We took it out and shook it over and over just to be sure. It was super late and I didn't even want to deal with waiting for a new blanket since they took so long to come and fix the lock on the door. The room is kind of comfy but not as comfy as Marriott (sorry). It's kind of dark and cold (not carpeted so there is an echo and the kids need socks during the cold months). This was our first stay at a Hilton. I'm sure there are other resorts that are better. Not that this one was TERRIBLE but it could have definitely been A LOT BETTER. I'm hoping the rest of my stay gets better. So the 3rd day of our stay, we left around 11am to go to Magic Kingdom. Spent the entire day there. Came back around 7 or maybe shortly before. Walked up to my door to find it open. It was cracked (the housekeeping staff didn't hold it at a 45 degree angle apparently!!!) Maybe the hotel now realizes how ridiculous that sounds. So now I'm checking my room to see if anything is missing. I'm LIVID!!!! I went down to notify management and once again, there is no manager available to speak with. Not the first time that has happened. I spoke with someone who was nice...seemed concerned. Realistically, my husband broke his toe prior to the trip and has prescribed pain meds here in the room. He also had his concealed weapon here. My daughter has iPad, Nintendo switch and tons of switch games here. My Air Book, AirPods, and a pair of diamond earrings were in the room. Nothing is missing, but had someone touched the door it would have opened immediately. Now, oddly they offer to move my room! I check out tomorrow so that's not necessary. I'm not happy right now. Not AT ALL!!!

Yelp
Caution. We don't like vacationing around children, so this is a small bias when it comes to this review. This is the oldest HGV property in Orlando and it does show although it looks like they were dong some remodeling in certain areas. For a couple without kids, there wasn't much for us here. The studio we were in was comfortable but small and the mini-fridge was inconsistent, it froze my food at one point but wouldn't keep ice cream cold the next day. When trying not to eat out every day of our visit, this was a bummer. The location was good and puts you in close proximity to sea world, Disney parks, and other attractions. I would have preferred more items in walking distance but most could be reached by a car in 5-15 minutes. No adult only, or quiet, pool which means you are going to be around kids if you visit either of their swimming pools. So for us, we were either stuck in the room or had to leave if we wanted a place to relax that was quiet. If you do have a family, this is probably a good option. But for us, we won't be back.

Yelp
Very poor security lost an irreplaceable piece of jewelry with no help or care from management. Not a nice enough place to forgo your family's security. Many nicer places nearby.

Yelp
I am very disappointed at the service to summarized rooms are big and roomy for families. We didn't have a view of anything. Resort was really close to markets, CVS as well as all Disney resorts and universal studios. I'm a HGV owner and for our family vacation I booked a one bedroom and a 2 bedroom. We vacation in Orlando, because of the ease of how well Florida is handling COVID 19 restrictions as well as freedom of choosing to wear a mask. Rooms are clean. This resort was a bit scattered from the time of check in our 2 bedroom was not ready until 6pm. We were waiting, and when the room was ready I had to go back to the guest house to get the room number because our assistant at the front desk did not give us a room number. He seemed a little scattered. The pool is average. The rooms were clean but I'm not sure about the service. I also didn't like the HGV is renting out the rooms to non owners! As owners we pay taxes as well as maintenance fees and dues. I don't like that they are super busy and booked because they are definitely booking for non owners we pay dues taxes as well as maintenance fees and it's a large amount even during COVID 19 Owners paid even during the pandemic. They scheduled us for our 1 hour timeshare meeting which we did not attend because they only offered 10000 points not bonus points Hilton Honor points and as we all know that's nothing my time is more pre ious than attending a 60 minute timeshare to upgrade. At the front desk nothing was explained to us they're schedule or where things were. Maybe because it's COVID Pandemic times, but being an owner for so many years I always receive an email asking me what time I'm arriving and if I had any questions. Nothing this time! The front desk assistant told me that our room wasn't ready because it was one of the newer rooms and he was giving us one of the newer rooms. That was a lie our room smell like sewage and the vents for the AC were rusted. So much stuff was missing from the kitchen. We had no view! The 3 star is for the 2 bedroom was really big and the studio was perfect the rooms were clean. But the service was not that great. They communicated with us via text. I didn't like that too much. They were more concern about us going to the 60 minute timeshare upgrade. Maybe after this COVID 19 Pandemic is over things will change.

Yelp
Perfect location so close to everything. Whether you want to go to Disney, Seaworld or just shop you should stay here. They have golf carts if you need a ride to your room or a ride to the pool. They have Movie night every night but I just wish they offered some adult movies instead of every night a cartoon or Disney flick. You can also rent movies to bring back to your room for free. No room service but we already knew that when we booked. Also, no spa available here. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfy. The only thing I didn't like was their brown blanket in the closet. I wanted to get cozy on the couch and noticed there were extra blankets in the closet. I took it out and laid it across me to not only find that I had an allergic reaction to it. Picture it, it felt like a large fabric softener sheet loathing across me. Very cheap! I did complain but who knows if anyone will listen. That was a real turnoff for me.

Yelp
So this is the second time we have stayed here, my husband and I have a 5 year old and 3 year old. Last year we stayed in a one bedroom and this year we stayed in a two bedroom. The suite was HUGE! Full kitchen, large 6 seat dining table with attached living space. The bedrooms are split, each with their own bathroom. Our setup had two full beds in the second bedroom which was fantastic for us. The master had a giant bathhouse and we had two screened balconies (the kids had their own private one that they thought was super cool). The suite itself came very equipped with supplies such as extra toilet paper, shampoo and toiletries, paper towels, sponge and dish soap along with several packs of dishwasher detergent! The property itself also has several great amenities. There is a great pool with waterfall feature (no slide but a shallow pool and small splash pad for younger ones), hot tubs, covered playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness centers, trails, shuffle boards and a kids activity room with video games, board games, etc. They also do several planned activities throughout the day. They have a sit down restaurant and a deli/market onsite along with a theatre and a free dvd rental kiosk. We love staying in this area because although we love Disney, this area has a lot more to offer on the days we aren't hitting the parks. There are so many places to eat (both cheap and fun) and stuff to do.
