Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe

Thanks to all the staff that made my stay super enjoyable. I loved the room!! Shower pressure was strong. Bed and pillows were soft. They accommodated to all of our requests. Special shout out to miss Huang Xiao Ting.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and we received an excellent welcome. The room was clean and the lobby was beautifully designed. The hotel seemed quite popular with many guests, which meant the lobby seating was somewhat limited. However, this was completely understandable given how busy the place was. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and clean accommodations.

The hotel service is excellent. The hotel staff are well trained and very helpful and friendly. They are proactive and always asked how is your stay and any help needed. They will even reach out to you via WeChat to clarify any request with you as you maybe out of hotel doing sightseeing. The hotel room is comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.The hotel is conveniently located with some eateries and convenience store near by . There is also a big shopping mall with everything- PO PARK mall nearby . 5 - 10 min walking distance.

My stay at Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, especially Kimi at the front desk, who made everything smooth and pleasant. Booking through the Trip app was easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou—it offers excellent service and a warm, comfortable atmosphere.

Recently, I stayed at this property during my trip to the Canton Fair. Beautiful property at a location excellent from a connectivity point of view. On a direct metro line (Shahe metro station is very close) to the Pazhou station and very close to the Guangzhou East Railway station. ||Aesthetically beautiful and clean rooms. Though limited spread, but still decent buffet layout during breakfast. My friends were vegetarians, it had decent veg option in their al a carte menu. ||Here, I would specifically like to mention two girls from the Hotel staff|Doris Yuan and Joye Zhou. Both of these girls were comfortable with English, and they went out of their way to help me.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Guangzhou and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm.I would especially like to commend Mr. 柯志毅 and Mr. 李嘉凯 for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail, proactive assistance, and thoughtful gestures truly stood out. They not only ensured that all my needs were met, but also added a personal touch that made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest.The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and excellent amenities. tania has providing a good service at front desk counter, breakfast is good, if they can change some variety of food ( 2 days was the same food provide). room is spacious and comfort. cleaning lady is very good in order to clean the room. overall all good. near to guangzhou east Station. shuttle was provided.

Kimi , Tania and Leo were amazing staff. The hotel is super and would highly recommend it. Food is excellent, view was great! Definitely will be staying here next time
