I would like to address this stay as the worst of staying at all these fancy hotels around the globe.|I booked a king bedroom from 30Dec25 to 01Jan26 to celebrate my dating anniversary and New Year’s Eve. Before C/I, I emailed to Resv to confirm my booking and room arrangements but no one read. During the first night stay, there were heavy and strange noises came from other rooms, I had a very bad sleep that night. What brought me the most astonished was on the next day. |When I woke up, tired and exhausted, thought of to celebrating but only to found the whole room was occupied by white fibers, on the nightstands, the table, even the trash bin’s lid was covered dusty snow white fibers. So I went down to visit Fo desk asked for a room move, the FoS directly room move me to another room via the system, and asked a bell boy to orient. When I entered the room and found the same problem that happened in my previous one. I had to visit the Fo desk again as my luggages were still in the last room, I needed to collect my belongings, the FoA room move back but without renewing my door keys. She called her HSKP Supervisor to check the room with me, but the room keys were expired due to the room move operations, I was unable to use the lift to get to my floor, another visit as you might imagined. So it was about 3 p.m. on 31Dec25, I had done nothing but had visited Fo desk 5 times while my schedule and plans failed. So I went back to the room to claim my luggage so I could store it at CON, when I went back to the hotel so my new room was ready and luggage was placed in, I thought. |Unfortunately, any good thoughts would burn down to anger. I carried my luggage to the lobby to store, when I approached counter where was a chief concierge wearing the les clefs d'or who refused to serve me but called on his subordinate to store my luggage, I was unpleasant and shocked. Where and how did the golden keys come from? After a brief visit to the downtown, I returned to the new room only to find the room was much smaller than the previous ones, though the room was settled perfectly. I opened the curtains to found out dusty windows with even written name on it. I dialed to the CC ask for another room move, she promised that there would be a HSKP colleague to assist me and deliver the new keys to my right now room via android. I had been waiting for about an hour but no phone calls reply and no androids to deliver the keys of the new room. Then a Housekeeper showed up to direct me to the new room after an hour’s waiting, while the room keys were undelivered yet. I settled down in the new room, kept waiting for the keys, another 1 hour passed, still unseen. I was afraid that the room keys were delivered to the wrong room or the previous ones but already occupied by other guests, what if them carried the keys to enter my room while I were naked or I were not present to take away my belongings? So worried I were, I rushed downstairs to visit a Dm for a cut new key. Then later that night the noises came back to kept me staying up. I was exhausted and furious, I visited the Fo desk again to have a compliant about the whole terrible experience to a Fom. |Three days and two nights stayed at Tianhe Hilton hotel ruined my anniversary and vacation as I had done nothing but room moves and waiting for replies, and complain. Demands on refund 40% or other equivalent compensation till now still unresolved.
