Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

"Hawaii’s largest resort is packed with amenities and so many kid-friendly activities it’ll make your head spin. Besides its five sprawling pools—including one with the longest slide in Waikiki—you’ll find dozens of animal species on the grounds, including parrots and turtles. Though rooms are fairly spacious, the suites are worth the splurge: Many are the size of two or three rooms combined, and offer better views and a separate dining space. Not that you’ll ever need to eat in your room—the resort boasts 20 on-site restaurants and bars, including the popular Rainbow Lanai, which has its own kid’s buffet."

Over all it’s a good property including location as well with many shops, activities, restaurants of varied prices available totally a village ambience. Less crowded when you compare from certain areas like around international market area hotels. ||There were two things which were of a concern & room number was 2627 - ||1. I checked in paid for upgrade to new rooms in Rainbow tower as well however when arrived in room the entrance of tile part including washroom the floor was sticky, couldn’t understand what it was maybe some polishing has been done or buffing was not done, Any way called the HK spoke Massa he confirmed that he will send some one to check came back to hotel room after almost 1.5 hours approx and nothing was done. Called him again he said he will follow up but nothing. Going out met Juliata (believe she was the floor attendant) requested her to check and maybe call her supervisor, she did a normal white of of the foot prints etc but the sticky ness never finished untill we have even checked out. My observation there is no second check of supervisor after room is cleaned this I can support although I was using my disposable glasses which I had bought but made one glass dirty to see the thoroughness of cleanliness but this glass remained same throughout my stay. However we once again beds, linen, towels and bathroom were clean except the flooring. Tells me the internal follow up on requests or process there is an issue. It’s 3 days of my check out but I am sure this is still there if next guest has lent followed up. ||Second feedback - first day went to the restaurant down in the oldest building forgot the name something with grill, when entered as the greeting / hostess desk was on one side so missed it, took a table and sat down the hostess approached very rudely “here are menu next time please stop there so we can make you seated and update waiter to take care of you” when my wife said oh sorry for that the lady said “no problem ensure next time” 😀 this same words used could have been better or perhaps ignored maybe. I am sitting in a road side restaurant but siting in a good level of hotel restaurant….. showed could be a training issue. ||Once again the rest is fine not all staff was rude front desk was professional and help full.

Busy place with plenty to do. Our first flight got cancelled and the hotel had no issue bumping our reservation by a day. We got a great room with a beautiful view. The grounds here are beautiful and well taken care of. There’s a lot of great snorkeling nearby, but I definitely wish I had gotten us water shoes. Fairly convenient walk to the main strip of Waikiki. Rooms are very clean. Mary Lou was our housekeeper and provided excellent service. We always had clean towels and fresh sheets. She even hung up our wet bathing suits that we left. The best housekeeping service we have had by far!

I absolutely loved staying here when we visited for a trip this summer. The hotel was always clean, all of the staff was super nice, and there were many pools to choose from! There was so much to do on the island and this resort took care of us well. My favorite part was being able to go to church on the beach RIGHT outside the hotel. It was so accommodating as we didn’t have to rent a car or uber. The beach was right outside the resort and the church was wonderful! There beach also had rentals for chairs or umbrellas or you could use one of the pool/beach towels from the hotel. Everything was so convenient and I loved my stay here!

Absolutely amazing stay. The view from our room was incredible. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. Even though I felt we paid way too much, it was worth every penny. Couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon.

Xiao Lu was our Housekeeper and she was so sweet and attentive to our needs. She watched when we left and cleaned the room. We were so pleased with her services. The Hotel and complex HHV was busy but live music, restaurants, were all staffed. Things went smoothly over a busy weekend. We had a great 3-day weekend staycation. Definitely will be back again.

Amazing resort! So many fun activities and the staff was very helpful and kind. The beach is very family friendly and clean. ||Liz c. during check in provided the best recommendations and made checking in smoothly. ||The ABC store and the little market below the Diamond head building is very convenient. We bought snacks and sunscreen. It was nice to have restaurant options at the resort.

Google
The place is amazing, and yes everything cost. The staff is all about having you spend as much as possible, if you check in before 4pm 75, parking 65 day, so many service fees. Coconut drink 10, pineapple drink 16, sushi 40. With that being say truly beautiful place, activities like surfing 117, sea turtles actually swim up to the beach. Book your activities in advance their tour guides amazing especially Kristen.

Google
It’s a total zoo, but it is beautiful. You can find whatever you are looking for here. Expect that and you will not be disappointed. It’s kind of like a Vegas Casino on the beach in some ways. The Friday night fireworks show is from 8-8:08pm sharp and worth seeing from the beach. Just don’t try to go up the elevators for about 30-45 minutes afterwards. Plan to walk around and enjoy the scene. The best snorkeling is at the beach just to the left of the resort facing the sea, about 100-200 ft out has a reef with plenty of fish, a resident sea turtle and some seals that do an occasional fly by! Also, $1/hr parking at the harbor lot. Easy to use app. just pay what you use. The parking extends along the boat line and there is an overflow dirt lot far beyond. It’s some walking; but we saved a ton compared to $72/night!

Yelp
I stayed here back in August and LOVED my stay here. Check in was very easy and I loved the view from my room! I stayed in the Diamond tower. The resort itself had so much to offer, there were many different pools, and I did enjoy that they had an adult only pool. There were also a ton of stores and restaurants that made it nice that you don't have to constantly leave the resort. The resort is also in a great location, Waikiki beach was about a 20 minute walk, and there is a lot to do around the hotel. I had a great time at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and look forward to coming back!

Yelp
Being in Hawai, In Waikiki was a dream, the stay at the Hilton was not. This was heartbreaking.

Yelp
We stayed the first week of December, 2024 in the Ali'I tower with an Ocean View. For the price the room was ok. It's getting a bit dated though. The carpet in the room looked 20 years old. The staff in the hotels were friendly and courteous. The fireworks show on Friday night was great even though it only lasted about 5 minutes. The resort itself was disappointing. Dining options were not great. The Bali restaurant was closed the entire time we were there. Everything was overpriced. Drinks are watered down and in most of the locations came in small plastic Dixie cups that were tacky. The average price per drink was still around $18 however. My wife and I ran up a tab of $170 just in mixed drinks and didn't feel even remotely tipsy. We ended up spending most of our time at other restaurants in Waikiki just to avoid the lackluster options at the Hilton. The resort itself is beautiful but I would probably prefer staying at one of the other beachfront hotels in Waikiki just because they would be closer to the better restaurants and nightlife. This hotel is just too far away from everything to be convenient....and the food and drinks aren't good enough to keep you at the resort. The Hard Rock Cafe a few blocks away has better drinks for cheaper....and there are even better options that that if you want to walk a bit more.

Yelp
What an amazing and outstanding experience from start to finish. We were able to have an early check in, found all the staff to be incredibly nice and helpful. We had such a comfy bed and slept like a rock every night. It was so nice having a mini fridge in the room too. The water for the bathroom gets hot which is such a relaxing thing to have a hot hot shower after a long day of traveling. Our view from our room was incredible, something from a storybook, our stay exceeded beyond expectations. Truly a trip of a lifetime experience. We loved the entire grounds, from the beautiful plants, foliage, and gardens, the village experience is such a treat! You really never need to leave the area because they have everything you need. It was so much fun walking around the village looking at all the shops and restaurants, perfect for people watching! I would come back and stay in a heartbeat!

Yelp
They do a pretty good job here for being so discombobulated and shopping into pieces. It's not a standard Hilton property. It's kind of like an ad hoc put together property. I'd kind of recommend them overall other places they're close to the Hoa, which is a military hotel there within a good escape route during rush-hour traffic there are at the edge of Waikiki so they have great parking across the street And they got good security decent hotel. They didn't have a problem with one of the towers it was full of mold. I think they tore it down and rebuilt it or something, but I can't tell you how much construction goes on there. It's always under construction, but they're always improving it so I'd give them my highest recommendation if you're staying in Hawaii for any reason. On Friday to run a really cool firework display by the way.

Yelp
Absolutely wild. Even after sharing the video and providing proof of bed bugs, we were told that a "third-party" pest control company ran a test and the manager and GM claimed it came back negative. They wouldn't even provide us the results and told us we have to take their word for it? Like what? On top of that, both Eugene (manager) and Bert (GM) practically gaslighted my partner and I that this situation was our fault and that we were sh!t out of luck. Not once did either of those individuals acknowledge our concerns, but were extremely defensive during the conversations. These two individuals need to take a course on accountability because both of them love to play the blame game!

Yelp
Staying in the rainbow tower. Newly renovated room with a great view. Easy Peezy check in at the front desk and extremely kind staff overall pricing for this place has become insane extremely expensive still my favorite spot several restaurants to enjoy great yoga classes and Hotel is located right on the beach. A few minutes walking to downtown their own personal lagoon. Gym is wonderful and they have their own spa.

Yelp
Very glad to see the place packed with people (visitors) the evening of 3/6/22, but not happy to see many of them waiting in long line to check in. Based on their conversation, they were not happy campers and complained about their inability to check in online. Hope the management will improve the process expeditiously to ensure return of visitors to help boost our economy. Aoki Teppanyaki Restaueant was packed, too. Just pray that we can keep the pandemic infection low, while returning life to normalcy. Checked out the 4DFX theater in the Tapa complex (not on the map) and it was interesting, but the movie was not in HD and kind of short, probably only about 12 minutes.

Yelp
It definitely feels like a small village, enclosed by towering hotels and touristy shops. We stayed at the Ali'i Tower which has its own registration desk in their lobby (if you're standing at the check-in line adjacent to the vehicle pick-up/drop-off zone, you're in the wrong line, honey boo boo). THE ROOM: The room felt homey, and by homey, I mean a little dingy and dated. The carpet seemed seawater sticky; likely from the thousands of previous guests dragging their little ocean-soaked feet all over the floor. Pro tip, keep your flip flops on. The mini couch also felt seawater sticky. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a walk in closet. However, the bathtub wasn't draining water fast enough, so it looked like someone was drawing a bath when that someone was just trying to shower (me). I did ask maintenance to come fix it, but the issue persisted and I threw my hands up at that point. Views from the room were great; it faced the village area where the main resort pool is located and also had a partial view of the ocean. At night, we sat out on our balcony as thunderous fireworks echoed off the hotel towers and illuminated the skies. Yes, it was quite loud, but that's how fireworks be sometimes. The sliding door to the balcony is hooked up to a sensor so when it's open, the air conditioner turns off, then turns back on when closed. A neat feature, but I couldn't leave the sliding door open to let fresh air in without the room warming up pretty quickly. Not even a crack... so that was fun little quirk. Speaking of leaving the sliding door open, I did just that and a damn bird hopped in while I was on my laptop. I didn't notice, but kept hearing a strange noise. Minutes later, I turned around to find a bird on the floor just staring at me. I told it to go and it took its sweet ass time hopping back out. Rude. I'm on vacation for crying out loud. THE VILLAGE. Lots of different shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Tropics Bar & Grill was closest to our hotel; steps away from the beach and offered great views. Food quality didn't align with what you'd expect at that price point. Stop by Honolulu Cookie Company and grab a box of cookies because those things are delicious. While everyone's standing in line for Starbucks coffee, head over to Lappert's which has great coffee and pastries. I'd probably skip over Blue Water Shrimp; again, the prices didn't align with the food quality. THE PARKING. There's a parking garage with in/out privileges for a mere $72.25 a night. It's a good 5-8 minute walk from the Ali'i Tower. THE RETURN? Not so much. It's a great resort with all the fixins, but too touristy for me. My next trip to Hawaii, I'd look for a place less crowded and further away from the main drag.

Yelp
Not sure why this hotel only got 3 stars, kinda blows my mind to be honest! We had our office trip here and had an absolute blast! Such a great time that we only left a few times in our 5 day stay! The tower we stayed in had a Starbucks and lots of delicious eateries! I loved it so much that I am thinking of planning our girls trip her!!

Yelp
I am writing this as I sit in another Hilton property (Home2 Suites) and surprised and even say marvel at the small things they do such as cleaning the room every other day. When you have an experience like I have had it is sad to say that the expectations start to get lower. Imagine saving and you finally get a chance to take some time off of work to take that trip to Hawaii for your honeymoon, with that special someone, an anniversary, or a bucket list adventure only to be subjected to an overpaid experience in piss poor management, preparation, planning and not caring about the value you give your customers. Well you do not have to imagine if you stayed at this place in late September 2024 or early October 2024. I was upset at the lackluster service... Hold up. For it to be lackluster it must have existed. This could be a once in a lifetime trip and when you get there you are met by seeing protests from hotel workers and even guests. The ones on strike were yelling "burn it down" and "guests go home" as the guests were yelling "refund." I completely agree with the refund or some form of compensation. Oh I see a class action suit in the near future. I am sure that Hilton will cut and paste the standard reply they have been replying to reviews as of late. It will start with "We truly regret that you were disappointed with your stay", "We are disappointed to hear about the issues you encountered', or "Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. " Like many the entire stay was a disappointment. Another little thing they like to say is "We understand how frustrating this experience must have been for you. Providing an enjoyable visit is vital to us, and we are doing everything possible to ensure our guests are comfortable during their stay." If this was in fact true then the resort could do some simple things. I called while the strike was going on and when talking to the representative not any mention of the strike that impacted some of the specific services I asked about and what I thought would be available since it was still being advertised. There were no cleaning services and the rooms were only being cleaned when guests left the hotel. It was almost like covid times where they did not come in your room to clean. If you were lucky towels were left out at the elevator for you to grab or you would have to go to another floor and hope for them there. At no point in the stay were linens for your bed put out even after requesting them. On the day we left they started putting these plastic bags out asking guest to separate your sheets and towels and put them in specific bags. So you charging me full price to do your job. The audacity to print on the cards, "For your convenience, we have provided plastic bags to use during your stay." Poor planning as they knew people were going to have trash so why were no extra bags already provided in the rooms already? This is a pet peeve of mines as a business this big should have contingency plans and know these type of risks are something that can happen. Hotel strikes anywhere are not new and you learn from others. As someone who has worked in places where we go through a myriad of contingency operations there was no preparation and no real rush to implement change to ensure guests were not feeling cheated out of their hard earned money. The breakfast was ridiculous. The amount they charged for a breakfast that you get for free at Homewood Suites was a slap in the face. It slapped you as hard as the stench of the overflowing trash at the entrances. A hotel credit was given but on a few occasions when we tried to use it the employees at "CJs New York Deli" and "Roundtable Pizza" told us they don't accept hotel credit. Excuse me? We took a picture of the card provided by the front desk where we could use the credit and even showed them the card. Some of these employees for some reason refused to believe us and one even asked a fellow employee do they honor credit in their establishment. So on top of already crappy service we found ourselves telling them what is a basic of their job. Then when we were told "Ok you can use it" Oh thank you for validating what we already knew and even more validating what you don't know. Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against people striking for a belief that they should get more but the lack of planning and being forthcoming to guests to the disruption from Hilton is like a lie to your face. They knew and said nothing despite being asked about specific items. The profits that are going to be made by Hilton during this strike are going to be ridiculous. Charging the same amount for non-existent services says a great deal. It would not surprise me that they just kept doing this as how many hotels cutback after covid. They look at it as they got away with doing less and charging more after covid so let's see if we can do it again at this property after the strike.

Yelp
Beware !! We wanted to upgrade to a nice room so that we could fully enjoy our vacation , so we paid the extra $175 for a nicer room. Unfortunately our room was so dirty and disgusting that we even had COCKROACHES IN OUR ROOM !!! We called front desk to see what they can do. They said they had no rooms available and they could only give us a resort credit for $50 !!!! Which isn't even half of the upgraded that we paid for no reason!! Then with self parking and valet is a complete rip off !! We paid an extra $450 just for parking which seemed like such a waste when we've stayed at other hotels with a way lower rate !! To top it off the ac in our room worked for one day and then stopped working completely , so the room was muggy and gross Really disappointed with guest service and the hotel itself !!

Yelp
This is STRICTLY about the firework that happens every Friday nights. Still amazed that they have these around still after all these years. Love the fact it happens at a beach. Not everyday you can have that vibe. I'd say get there early, since it does get crowded. I got there around 7:15p, ready for it to go off at 8p. Glad to have good seating. Expect everyone wanting to leave right after. Watch your steps. Wearing Tennis shoes is best for safely reasons. My only problem about the fireworks is that I didn't expect it to be 5 minutes. The most shortest fireworks show I've ever experienced. It was amazing, but short..

Yelp
You know it's bad when you're still at the place writing a review to ensure you get everything off of your chest. There is currently protesting going on and there was no mention to it prior to arriving. I arrived at the property and there it began. A striking employee was standing in the driveway with a handmade stop sign to allow the protesters to go back and forth. He took his sweet time moving but not before there were seven cars in either direction waiting to proceed. The chants for "Guests go home!" Were heard loud and clear and trust me, I'm on my way. These are the same people who need you to stay here when they are done striking and protesting to maintain their livelihood. Pick a struggle but be aware that your words and actions are impactful to others who are limited in changing the dynamic of the Hotel vs the workers dispute. Parking at this location is $69 per day. Using your room key, you can come and go as you like but add it to your room before you enter the garage. During my visit, there was no valet parking available. Inside the garage, there are at least two floors of parking spots reserved for valet parking. Park there at your own risk but park on floors three and above. Again, I check in and there's no mention that there will be zero housekeeping. I've been to properties where they clean every other day but since checking in on Saturday, September 28, 2004 to the writing of this review; no one has come to my room to clean, offer cleaning supplies or linen. I essentially became an impromptu Hilton employee. The housekeeping staff that is present is on scene to clean rooms as people are checking out to prep it for more unsuspecting guests who weren't informed about the mild chaos going on here. Towels, coffee, toilet paper and tea were placed on a table near the elevator and you just had to grab what you needed to replace what you used. I find this in itself to be less than sanitary for everyone to be picking over the towels in the common area of the hotel hall. All the while, they charge $50 per day for a resort fee and tout Wi-fi is a part of the resort fee. Seriously? The elevator has a list of activities that occur sporadically and you have to wonder if they can't give a certain amount of attention to detail on a cleanliness standard, how robust will their activities be? If you are a Hilton Honors member, you receive $18 a day, per person for use at a limited listing of businesses on the property. You have to charge it to your room and it's deducted. When you get to these businesses, the items available are extremely limited or out of stock. Of course you'll be met with the resort sticker shock on some of the items. The breakfast buffet is $29 per person and I've had better food at a baby shower. There are just a few items and a lot of cross contamination going on as the guy working there encouraged guests to use the spoon for one item for serving from another chafing dish. So if you are plant based, you're screwed because the utensil for potatoes doubled as the serving utensil for the bacon. There are coffee, tea, water and juice options. The juices offered are diluted so much that you may as well opt to drink water. Again, you're bussing your own table and in my opinion is not worth the $29 + tax they charge. The existing workers are burned out and the fake smile and the passive aggressive comments are a dead giveaway. Thus creating a circular conversation about expectations. There are shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bath. My roosmall refrigerator but no where on the property is there a microwave in the event you have items you'd like warmed. If you have a child with you, this poses an additional challenge if you were to buy heat and eat items for the kiddos. I ended up eating my leftovers cold. There are limited hours to check a guest in but there is no in person check out. There is a QR code to scan and it tells you what to do with your room key(s) and the cards you received for towels at the pool. If you do not turn in the towel cards, you'll be charged. This is problematic as I'd like to see the line items I have been charged to dispute prior to departing. If you'd like to have your luggage stored in case you arrive early, there's a $50 charge. If you'd like to have it stored after you've checked out, there's a charge. Late check out is almost equal to a night's stay so plan accordingly. I cannot refer others to stay at this property. They fail to do the bare minimum and offer no explanation or remedy for failing to offer their advertised amenities. While I understand the workers are seeking change, I was seeking an opportunity to decompress. If at all possible, call your lodging beforehand to find out about remodeling, closures and any other unfavorable conditions that you'd want to steer clear of. People pay too much money to be roped into the ongoing dispute and asked to settle for less. Hilton, do better by your employees and guests!

Yelp
This will be my 2nd review of this hotel, based on our most recent stay. It's been two years since my last visit and this place continues to deliver! On my last stay, my family and I spent 6 days at the diamond tower. This time around, we upgraded to the Ali'l tower. Unlike all other towers, this one feels more secluded with having a private pool, gym and bar on the 2nd floor, overlooking the beach (see my video). We spent 8 days this time around. We stayed on the 13th floor. The views were amazing. I would highly recommend staying in the upper floors for the best view. Check in is at 4:00 PM. However, if you arrive early, you can always drop off your luggage at the diamond tower which has a manned storage area where you will receive a ticket and have your belongings delivered once in your room. My experience at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was just as memorable as the last time. It's a great place to stay. The only hotel with TV it's private lagoon on Waikiki. I look forward to our next stay!

Yelp
Hilton Hawaiian Village was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad it was! This hotel 'had it all' right down to fireworks every Friday night! I didn't really even have to go off property, except for the excursions I had chosen. This property is literally set up with a 'city' all the way around it (from Louis Vuitton to the ABC store!) The beautiful beach is right out in front of the hotel! What more could any vacationer need? My room was clean and spacious! The bathroom was extremely small and there was no place to have a microwave (in my opinion... to cause visitors to have to buy more food instead of eat left-overs.) The bed was very comfortable and the AC was ICE COLD! The balcony was small but for the limited amount of time I spent on it-- it was great! There is no on-site laundry but the hotel can send it out --- but prices began at $12.50 per shirt! Hilton Hawaiian Village is located in Waikiki along Duke Kahanamoku Beach. It seemed to be centered in the middle of all things to do & see on Oahu, including the Hale Koa Hotel for Military families. There is NOT a hotel shuttle so we did spend ALOT of money on transportation to and from the excursions. Despite no microwave, expensive laundry service, and no shuttle.... I would still HIGHLY recommend this hotel while in Oahu!

Yelp
This is a nightmarishly chaotic property. Based on the mixed reviews I wouldn't have chosen it for myself but I went on a rare business trip so my company booked it for me. There are a lot of noisy small children running around everywhere and the rooms and furniture are dated. I ended up in a room with double beds which I didn't even know hotels had anymore. The front desk supervisor was unwilling to accommodate a change to a king bed even though my reservation confirmation said "1 king". Extremely unfriendly service, I guess they didn't get what they wanted from the recent strike.

Yelp
Bucket list item...check!! An overnight stay at the HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE, with its iconic Rainbow Tower and saltwater lagoon, has been a dream of mine. It has been 3 years since we've moved from the island of Oahu, and thanks to my current job, I was able to stay 3-nights to attend a conference held within the village. In summary, it was a WONDERFUL stay and I was feeling very blessed to have the opportunity to stay here for business and pleasure!! The beach, food, bars, pool, ABC Store, sunset, Friday night fireworks @7:45pm, and other hotel properties in Waikiki, were so conveniently located and accessible by foot. On top of that, the weather was perfect! Our room was in the Ali'i Tower, which is where the beachfront restaurant, Tropics Bar & Grill, is also located. Nice touch with a fresh orchid placed on our pillows. The perks of this tower were: -Exclusive check-in -Exclusive elevated pool overlooking Waikiki Beach and MixBar -Poolside fitness center -Lobby library & lounge -Keurig coffee maker and electric kettle in room w/ coffee, tea, and complimentary bottled water -Yukata robes and tote bag to borrow (also available for purchase) The main conference room was the Mid-Pacific Conference center; but various sessions and workshops were in other towers, such as the Kalia (Starbucks is here!) and Tapa. Service and food at the conference were great, especially the coffee! We found ourselves at the Tapa Bar often due to the awesome live music, quick bites, and the Lava Flow frozen cocktail. ;-) Very thankful for a 3-nights stay, but it just wasn't enough time to fully enjoy the amenities at the village. There's so much to see and do! Hoping that another conference at HHV pops up in the near future!

Yelp
(+) Pool, lagoon, or beach... multiple water locales and all walking distance. (+) Multiple restaurants and ABC store, food truck in the parking lot by the beach past the lagoon. Boba and poke bowl shop by the tapa pool (+) Bidet in the Lagoon Tower suite, probably to accommodate tourists from other countries... should be standard. Also, perfect views off one of the balconies for the rooftop luau. (+) Fireworks! (-) Parking can be a pain if you rent a car, structure has multiple levels but mostly compact spots. Valet parking is supposed only for the 1st 2 bottom floors. (-) Water slides only open certain hours and only one at a time for some reason so it can have a long line (-) Tropics restaurant pricey, but at least there are other more casual options by the pools or the wiki wiki market

Yelp
Highly recommend. Amazing staff, friendly, helpful everywhere on the property. Thus is a family resort, with pools, lagoon and right on the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable. Great mix of all ages. Close to shops and resturants in and outside the resort.

Yelp
What has happened to this hotel? This was our third stay at the Rainbow tower and we were so terribly disappointed, and I've decided my loyalty to the Hilton brand is not worth it. I'm a diamond member with 86+ nights at Hilton in the past year, and I've seen the decline at many Hilton properties, but I can't believe how far this resort has fallen. Why did we come back? We loved the view of Diamond Head from the Rainbow tower and the convenient location on Waikiki beach. While you don't need to leave the village, you are so close to all the dining and shopping and it would be foolish to pay for the mediocre food on site. Yes, it is a very crowded resort, but we knew that and were fine. We also expected the room to be small and perhaps outdated, but we did not expect a dirty room. The walls were stained with chipped and peeling paint. The rug was filthy. You would not dare walk barefoot here. The patio was covered with pigeon poo and virtually unusable. The TV is outdated with no streaming capability, and has a DVD player, thank you very much! Hilton's cost cutting was on display everywhere. While the bed has a sheet to sleep on, there is no top sheet, and you are expected to sleep with the comforter covering your body. Gross and I'm sure the comforters are not cleaned between guests. Pillows and matress old. Towels thread bare. Coffee in the room not replenished. Hilton Gold/Diamond guests are supposed to receive two bottles of water when checking in, not a big deal but here it is. They are no longer given unless you go to the time share desk and do a survey. No thank you. There is no aloha at the front desk when checking in. No acknowledgement or thanking for repeat stays. No upgrades, in fact I have not received a single upgrade at any Hilton during the past year despite numerous stays. Diamond members are supposed to receive upgrades if available, they never are, unless you state you are willing to pay for one. Shame on Hilton. I tried to call guest services and the front desk, but the phones in the room don't work. The line to speak to someone at the front desk would take a half hour to wait. I did complain to the concierge who could barely muster an apology. No Aloha, no service here. Prices are egregious. Hilton has done away with a free breakfast for loyalty members and has done away with all buffets at this resort. See photos of the breakfast menu, breakfast for two will cost you north of $100. Thankfully all the nicer hotels on the beach still do offer luxurious breakfasts at affordable prices. We ended up going to Dukes for a lavish buffet at $25. The lobby there was clean and beautiful and I was questioning why I was staying at the Hilton if I had to walk elsewhere for breakfast. Don't forget the daily resort fee, and parking is now $72-$82 a day, more than double the price of our rental car! This last stay at the Rainbow tower has really soured me on Hilton. I've been loyal to the brand, but this stay has ended it. Cost cutting, dirty and in disrepair, price gouging at every turn. I'll use my points up and explore other options going forward. This stay has totally turned me off to the Hilton brand. If you are considering this hotel, please research and consider other options.

Yelp
Have stayed here many times. Unfortunately, the day we checked in, they had just started a strike. I wish the Hilton had notified us. Took almost an hour to check in and then four more hours to wait for a room, but it was well worth it Wednesday the strike was over and things were back to normal. Cathy from Bali restaurant was very nice and helpful through our entire stay.

Yelp
This review is for the luau we saw years ago...it's very underwhelming and the luau was mediocre. We also checked out this hotel last time when we're staying at prince hotel and see if we should stay here next time. The place is huge but noticed it's very catering for families and the property is a little outdated and not keeping up well. The location is right to the beach but problem is far away from many restaurants and the restaurants at the site are not great. If you prefer this side of location...I would much prefer Prince hotel; more peaceful and view is nice as well. And room is clean and spacious.

Yelp
I can't say this was all that great. The carpet coming into my room was a terrible shape. The shower was not draining. The view from Diamond tower was good. The walking distance to the shops and dining area was great. The beach was extremely close as well. I just didn't love the aesthetics of the Diamond Tow

Yelp
The resort is fabulous;, modern and clean, however the service could be more accommodating.. My main concern is that the facility will not allow the airport shuttle to drop you off at the front entrance. We had to walk and carry our luggage up from the street. I find that this is appalling; Once we did get checked in , we had to walk a good distance to the Kalia tower. We did get help from the bell service,

Yelp
Currently staying here and the reviews made me skeptical since the strike is going on. Honestly, staying here is not bad at all. It's huge so it's always something to do and eat, if you do not wanna leave the resort. Im staying in the Tapa tower one of the highest floors, so the strikers are not as loud and I'm able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. My favorite this is the live music at the Tapa Bar at night, get you a drink and catch a vibe Every staff member I encountered was very pleasant and helpful even after the rude and obnoxious guests were going off and making up lies to get credits smh, hopefully Hilton can do right by them and come to an agreement. Most of all the amenities are there expect for a few shops and daily room service, but I'm a person that does not just stay in my room on vacation and cleans up after myself, so my rooms are never dirty, so daily housekeeping was not and issue for me. My only issue is was not being able to get towels at night and my room not being cleaned the best once I arrived. When I arrived, the room was cleaned as far as beds being made and tables being wiped down, but the floor was filthy, I was just gonna go downstairs and get a vacuum and do it myself. During the day someone is at the station to assist with room essentials but at night it seems since nobody is there guest take everything. It was extremely hard to even get someone to bring towels to the room and none were held at the front desk. It is also overcrowded here, not a place to be if you were just coming to relax Overall, I would come back again with my kids or like a group family trip, everyone could find something to do to entertain themselves and it's legit right on the beach front. If I was trying to do a romantic get away, this wouldn't be the place for me.

Yelp
I stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Village 2 years ago and apparently drafted a review on here that I never got around to posting about how bad my stay was... fast forward to this weekend and we stayed there again, and it was just as bad. Honestly, it is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I would give it O star if I could. I got to stay for $240 a night due to being able to get a Kama'aina rate (discount for being a Hawaii resident). So if you are reading this and are not a Hawaii resident, know that you'll be paying double... for the same experience I describe below. Parking was $70 (free for me under my kama'aina rate but my mom had a different kama'aina package and only received $35 off). We stayed there for Labor Day weekend, which coincided with the Hula Oni E festival. I figured we could watch some hula and get in a staycation as well. That was the weekend that Hilton went on strike BUT my issues with the room happened before the strike started (and honestly helps prove the worker's point that they need more help, etc!) First of all was the shower... there was "hair" left in the shower from a previous tenant... and I don't mean hair that is found on someone's head! There were 2 hairs actually... one stuck to the wall and one stuck to the body wash bottle. The shampoo bottle meanwhile was empty. The curtain in our room was covered in what I really hope was ketchup and our mini fridge gushed out water when we opened it. And yet, that was still a better experience than when we came in 2022. Thanks to one of the credit cards I have, I'm a Diamond member of Hilton Honors, so note that this is how it goes for their "premier tier" loyalty program customers. At least thanks to my membership, check in went fast - if you weren't at least Gold, the line for check in was LONG. Speaking of check in, you cannot check in until after 11 AM... I understand that rooms are still probably not available at that time, but I'm used to checking in whenever it works for my schedule, getting everything processed and then waiting for a text to tell me my room is ready. Here, they won't even talk to you about pre-checking in until mid-morning, In terms of the facilities, when I was in the super pool, my feet kept getting tangled in hair. Wiki Wiki Market (next to the super pool) was the only place open once the strike started where I could use my food credit for being a diamond member. I like a free meal so I kept going back, but otherwise... just go to the rainbow bazaar or someplace off property... the food was tasteless. You have been warned... if you stay here, may the odds be ever in your favor.

Yelp
I had an amazing week at Hilton Hawaiian Village. All staff were wonderful, especially Caitlin and Carlin at the front desk and Joren and Randy at valet. The room renovations in the Rainbow tower were spectacular.

Yelp
Absolutely its own ecosystem! You don't need a rental car and you don't need a crazy itinerary because everything you need is here at the Hilton. Yes, after several days it can get a little repetitive but its relaxing to know you can just enjoy the time without driving all over the island. Aloha and Mahalo! Theres... - multiple pools - a spa - a lagoon - the beach - starbux - bunch of restaurants - ice cream shop - ABC store with all the basics - snacks, drinks, alcohol

Yelp
09-20/26-24 This was our once and a lifetime vacation / celebration. It was going to be our 25th wedding anniversary / honeymoon. I did some research and found Hilton Hawaiian Village (HHV) was a good resort with many activities on site. Before we arrived, I used their app and prechecked in 72 hours prior. We were assigned an ocean view room on the 13th floor of Diamond Head Tower. Arrived at the resort and had to check in at the desk per their app. Front desk clerk said our prepaid room was not available. We stared at each other what like felt forever without saying anything. I finally said, ok what are my options because I'm like stuck here in Waikiki until 09-26. She offered me an upgrade to a jr. Suite at a $100.00 more a night. I felt like a victim of a bait and switch. I took it. I felt like I got conned. Tuesday 09-24-24 we wake up to chanting about money and poor staffing. I was staying at the Diamond Head Tower on the 14th floor in a Jr. Suite. I look outside and BAM! it's a strike. At 0600 hours I'm looking for coffee, but everything is shut down. The resort is a ghost town except for the picketers. I had to walk to another property to get coffee as did others walking back with their coffees and pastries. By 0700 hours other private businesses opened but anything Hilton ran was closed. The strike even screwed with pick-ups for tours and rideshares. Our tour bus parked outside of the property and walked into the HHV Grand Islander Bus Terminal. He couldn't pass the picketers, so he collected us and directed us to the tour bus. One day our Lyft driver had to pick us up at the property next door because of the picketers. Another gripe I have was that the pool closest to use "Tapa Pool" was closed due to repair. That was not disclosed on their website now granted there are other pools including the Pacific Ocean, but that's not my point. I used no pools, but we swam in the ocean. No pool used because Tapa was closed. HHV, I want a full refund, our stay here (vacation / honeymoon) was ruined by your management's method of operations. As a valued / Honors Member guest, do feel entitled to a refund. This was our first time to Hawaii and we saved and saved for this once in a lifetime trip. Choose your reply carefully as it may impact your company's future. I hope your shareholders are aware of how you're paying guest are being treat at HHV. By the way how were your reported profits? https://stories.hilton.com/releases/hilton-reports-2023-fourth-quarter-full-year-results Things to know: HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!!!!! 1. Waikiki is like the Las Vegas Strip. Very overpriced. Anything past the channel is out of the Waikiki District and that's where the locals shop. 2. The cost for transportation is shocking with all the added fees. a. The Bus $3.00 one way or $7.00 for a day pass. b. Lyft or ride share. save money one trip cost us $ 70.00 on a taxi and on Lyft cost us $40 with tip. 3. BRING OR BUY WATER SHOES! Waikiki beaches have rocks in the sand. 4. Bring plenty of underwear and thin shirts / clothes. you will sweat like a Mofu. 5. If you like flea markets and you need to bring back trinkets then the Aloha Stadium / swamp meet is the place to go. 6. Go see Pearl Harbor and book with Royal Star Hawaii $176 for two adults total. Tour bus was very clean, and they drive through some sites before arriving at Pearl Harbor. Our tickets only covered the Arizona Memorial. It was about 2 hours long. There are 5-hour long tours and 7 hours long tours. OVERALL, ABOUT HHV PROPERTY: It's an older site but it's decent. It has four pools a lagoon and ocean. The grounds look nice with fish, turtles and ducks in the ponds thought. there are several shops and restaurants. The village part of the property has a bad pigeon problem. Our room was ok but overpriced. This property is literally on the beach. Night beach walks are nice. HAWAII has a no open container law. Use common sense and pour your beverage into a travel cup. Just don't be a d1ck he4d and bring attention to yourself.

Yelp
I'm soooooo happy I came across the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort. I highly recommend this resort. While planning my Hawaii trip, I was very interested in booking a hotel that was located on the beach. I didn't want to take a cab or walk a long distance. I literally wanted to step out of my hotel and boom, I'm on the beach. The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort gave me just that. Not only did it provide a direct walk on the beach, but it provided multiple pools, a lagoon, a bunch of activities, restaurants, shopping, etc.. It literally had it all! This resort is so huge and it includes multiple towers to choose from. I made sure to stay in the rainbow tower because it is the closest tower to the beach. Not only was I able to head straight to the beach, but the view of the beach from my room was breathtaking. The room itself was your average two-bedroom with a shower, TV, desk, and a bathroom equipped with the essentials. It also included a balcony with chairs to sit at to soak up the beauty of the ocean. Even though the room wasn't very glamorous, it didn't really matter because I was out of the room pretty much my whole trip. My only negative thing would be the bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. I had a hard time getting cozy and I kept waking up. Eep!

Yelp
I still love this place. I can vacation here. Every year. The staff was very nice we were greeted with a flower lei. The room very clean and staff very nice. I just had one incident I asked for 2 bags of coffee and I was told that they only give 2 bags per day. Everything about the Lagoon Tower is nice and beautiful.

Yelp
Hilton Hawaiian Village is massive... Having the current Ho'omau Hawai'i Market at the Coral Ballroom I was quite excited as I was out of town for quite some time and loved that I didn't miss out on this event. Located at the Coral Ballroom I instantly parked and as I waited for the elevator to go down there was quite a wait and I decided to go down the stairwell not thinking and thought that I'd find the location easily lol! Nope once you leave the area there are little signage of the ballrooms as there's so much going on everywhere... Coral Ballroom all four are located on the 6th floor of the parking garage...omg! Sure I could ask for direction though I was browsing at the same time I just didn't realize until I see some of the map and a couple of signs around the elevator of it's location...by then I took a great tour around the property hahaha! Lovely and massive as the classically known how amazing their ballrooms are it did feel grand entering the property once I knew exactly where it was. Thank you!

Yelp
4 days stay for our 19th wedding anniversary and our cousin's wedding. Our cousin picked our hotel so we just went with it. Upon arrival we only waited a few minutes to be helped but there were long lines at other times.. Our check in person Nancy P. Was amazing and I am glad we got her as she was friendly and talkative like me. She got us a nice room with a tub as I was not well on this trip. I explained I didn't need a soaking tub but just a regular tub and she delivered. We did have to wait 2 additional hours for check in after the normal 4 pm check in time but I was comped for 1 night of resort fees for the inconvenience. Our room was spacious, clean and super comfortable. We had a nice view as well. Our bed was almost as good as our bed at home and this is super important to us for sleep. Couch was comfy as well. Nice 3 piece patio set to relax and have coffee in the morning. The property is big but not so big that it's hard to get around. Lots of shops and food options. Fireworks every Friday and live music daily walking distance to some other yummy places to eat. I recommend a regular room. The room my cousin got in Rainbow tower was half the size. Walk to Aloha Kitchen for yummy soufflé pancakes, hit the ABC stores for waters, other drinks and snacks for the room and just enjoy your times as it goes fast.

Yelp
5 stars for this resort. Stars are given for overall experience day one. Nancy P checked us and Christian did are valet. Both top notch hostesses and representatives of the resort. We made it to room with great directions and explanation of services offered at the resort I went down to a pool restaurant and ordered food to go. Mike was a great host at the Bar and took my order. His services again great and great personality. The food was not up to resort standards for a Hilton but overall still a five. Don't order the pork a it's NO GOOD at all and the burger was a 2.00 kids meal tops. Don't order pizza or burgers the fries were good.

Yelp
Long gone are our Kama'aina days when we lived and worked in Waikiki. This was our first time experiencing Hawai'i as tourists and enjoying Hawaiian Hilton Village as Diamond guests. The resort alone is massive and provides a variety of restaurants and on-site activities. The resort fees may seem pricey but are truly worth it if used daily. Everything is walking distance, and the service is phenomenal! It may have been my accent coming out, but I truly appreciated it when numerous staff throughout our stay greeted us with, "Welcome home." The attention to detail from the staff and upgraded room added to the exceptional experience. Though the food at the resort was delicious, I would encourage guests to explore Waikiki and all the surrounding restaurants right outside of the resort. There is so much more to see! It was amazing to see how much has changed in the last 10 years! Mahalo nui loa! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to our next visit home.

Yelp
Holy hell this hotel is nice!! Wanted to splurge for the families last night and my parents was wishing they did not let go of their old Hilton time share. lol I like that they have a family room that had 3 king beds. It was enough to fit all of us all in one room. Cruddy part was having to share one bathroom but getting 2 separate rooms meant we were stuck with full beds. If you're tall you know the struggle. The amenities at the resort was amazing and glad the kids got to enjoy every minute of it. The lagoon pool was massive and they have a restaurant that sits right at the beach. The parents enjoyed walking around shopping and there were so many food choices. It was difficult to leave the resort to actually explore Waikiki because everything was there in one spot.

Yelp
I would say this place has location and everything you can want but it's almost insanity in terms of number of people and the rooms aren't that quality. I expect more from a Hilton. Our lotion was low when we got here and was never refilled. There is something that absolutely smells like death coming from/near the mini fridge And we didn't even use it. Smelled that way when we checked in. The view from the room was amazing.. but for two nights of the suite.. wasn't exactly worth the price. This place is heavily trafficked and kinda crazy. I definitely enjoyed e the resort on Maui a whole lot more than here. If you're looking for more relaxing this place isn't it.

Yelp
Really loved my stay with friends here. We had 5 of us in a two bedroom suite and it suited us perfectly. Location was perfectly in the heart of Waikiki, so we were walking distance to so many great businesses and restaurants. Staff was always friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a full sized fridge, oven, toaster and rice cooker. The beds were comfortable; even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. And the master bath had this fancy bidet with so many buttons; we all giggled as we tried it out. The Hilton hotel area is massive and ultra convenient, with so many restaurants, shops and bars on site. There are even two Starbucks available. The common areas are filled with beautiful art, flowers and water features. And I never had to deal with the musty smell that I've experienced at a few other Hawaiian hotels. The room designs are not as modern as other high end resorts, but the prime location and proximity to so many other attractions more than makes up for it. Swimming was fun in the many pools, lagoon and beach areas. They do a fantastic job of keeping everything clean and beautiful.

Amazing complex of hotels. We enjoyed our building with its private pool and bar on the second floor. Decent dining options, safe, wonderful staff and amenities. Will definitely book again.

Yelp
How many times am I gonna have to post for somebody to call me?You keep telling me to reach out and call you on the phone and the phone doesn't answer. Your establishment is a disgrace Oahu. Strike or no strike, you should answer the phone. Especially when you went ahead and inadvertently charged me more than I was supposed to be charged. And you won't answer the phone.

Yelp
This was my second time staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village (HHV) in Waikiki)! My first time was years ago when a group of us came for a friend's wedding... This year, my bf and I came back for New Year (sorry my review is overdue), and I still loved it! I actually booked both via Costco and it worked out great. This is a huge resort, hence "village" in their name. Everyone is friendly and chill so if you're in a rush and dislike tons of people or chill people, you will not like it here. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and I had another wonderful experience here! Front desk gave us a deal so we upgraded to the Rainbow Tower, I think last time I stayed somewhere else, I can't remember, it was long ago and it was partial ocean view. This time we got the lagoon view, which was really nice and clam, almost in another world of its own, but you get no sun from the balcony! So if you want sunlight into your room or balcony you might want to ask for another side and not the lagoon. Our room was spanking clean, as expected. I usually have good experience with Hilton on clean rooms. Staff were friendly.. but they were all very busy! This really give a true experience of living in a resort village and it's fun. Beach on this side of the island was so calm in January, so different from North shore or east side. This time we were so busy driving around the island that I didn't get to enjoy their pool! One thing I do wish they fix is the elevator situation at the Rainbow Tower... IT IS A MESS, please re-program it somehow please!!! The whole point was to spread out people to different elevators but the elevators just ended up putting everyone in the same one, all different floors all over in 1 elevator instead of grouping them to nearby floor and assign them that way! Other than the crazy traffic getting back to your room, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to family or couples who like to chill! :)

Yelp
My boyfriend and I booked a room for one night just to splurge for our 15th anniversary & we're so glad that we did! Granted we went on the busiest weekend which was the Pokémon Championship 2024 so it was super crowded & hectic which was a downside. Also, the traffic in front of the hotel for the valet or drive through was a hot mess and my boyfriend had to go around 3 times waiting for me to check in because it was so crazy. Went to check in & the lady at the desk actually upgraded us & gave us a discount on the room. We ended up staying on the 31st floor in the rainbow tower! One thing we absolutely loved besides the amazing resort & amenities was the elevator! The fact that you just enter your room # & it shows you which one to get on was honestly so impressive! The room was a perfect size, the view was the beach/resort view which did not disappoint at all! We loved our experience so much that we became Hilton honor members & will be returning again in the future!!

Yelp
Hilton Hawaiian Village is a popular destination with lots of people, activities, noise. Not your typical quiet relaxing Hawaiian vacation. Pools are crowded, people are mixed some nice and some rude. Mix of families, party animals and sun worshipers.

Yelp
I can see why this place has such low scores. Spent 4 nights there and sort of regretted not staying at the Moana Surfrider like I had originally planned. All started when I was lied to at check-in about what room I was booked into. My app said one thing, the gal at Front Desk said something else. If I wanted that room it showed I had on my app "it was going to be an additional $89/night." Between that, the $70/night resort fee and $72/night parking fee, you're better off anywhere else in Waikiki. Is it close to all of the excursions? Yes. But they all validate so don't bother. On top of a ton of other mishaps, the vents in the room were the icing on the cake. (See photo) Safe to say I will never stay with them again.

Yelp
We recently stayed at Hilton Hawaiian village and expected good service because of the price per night and the "hype" about this place but we are VERY disappointed. 1. Original reservation was cancelled by their "central reservation" due to card issue but no one reached out to me so they had to give me a room with a higher rate. I had to pay more than what I originally reserved. Talked to the manager and I was told that the original reservation was for a different Hilton- which was their timeshare property. 2. The sheets were smelly. 3. Kids started not feeling well, we thought it was from maybe some food they had eaten until we saw molds under their soap dishes. :( makes me question the cleanliness around the hotel. It's a very busy hotel, super crowded, pools are dirty. For the price, I don't think it worth it. Hyatt was way better. More updated rooms

Yelp
My first hotel in Hawaii! The view ( if you get a higher floor) is spectacular! However with all the amenities and location THERE are TONS of people just walking back and forth. All pools are always full to the brim! Sometimes u can't even het towels all gone! Restaurants around are extremely overpriced! The location and beach boardwalk are nice! We enjoyed also having fun in the lagoon but it is not cheap to rent anything there

Yelp
I had an overall positive experience staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki. The grounds was large and comprised of many different towers, a few pools, a lagoon, and a small shopping plaza on campus. Overall, I had a positive experience but did wish things like towel service and location were a bit more convenient.  -Location: 3/5 - the Hilton is located about 1 mile (a 20 min walk) from the more central areas of Waikiki. While this wasn't the worst thing in the world, it was a little inconvenient to get to the more central areas of shopping and eating. There are 2 ABC stores on the grounds.  -Amenities: 2/5 - the pools were nice but definitely crowded. One thing that was VERY inconvenient is that there was not towel service in every building, only in the main area where you check in. This could mean a 10 min walk from your room to get towels. They give you a number of towel cards at check in, which you can trade in for towels. However, the towel service by the pool closes early, so to get and return towels is very inconvenient. I also wish there were more areas to refill water bottles. On check in, they also gave us cards to rent DVDs on site which was nice, but I do wish they had smart TVs -Rooms/building: 3/5 - rooms and the hotel itself is definitely older, but well maintained. Elevators do not need a key card for entry. The rooms and lanai's are spacious, and the ocean view rooms gave us a pretty spectacular view of the fireworks. Entry into the rooms can be accessed through a digital key card on the Hilton app, which was very nifty. Parking was pricey at $70/night.  -Room service: 5/5 - very friendly and came every day without fail! Service was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

Yelp
Back after 3 years away, and this is still one of our favorite places in the world. Our room and view in the Ali'i tower were awesome, and the resort is still as beautiful and exciting as ever. Since we have been here there are a few new stores on site, especially Reyn Spooner which is great to have here. Beach is still awesome, super pool still fun, Ali'i tower still beautiful. We had a great oceanfront room with amazing views of the beach and sunset. Sadly, we missed the fireworks... The last time we were here was during covid, and the resort is back to normal and busy, but not problematically so, at least not in the Ali'i which has fast elevators and a private front desk. The people who work here are fantastic. Everybody is really nice and welcoming, and we had great hospitality from the desk staff and the housekeepers. It was my daughter's birthday and one of her friends sent her a gift. The hotel found out about it, and when we picked up the package there was another one from the HHV, which was really above and beyond expectations. There is a reason we've stayed here 10 times and will keep returning. We have so many fun memories with the kids when they were small, and as adults. Thanks to everybody at HHV for another great trip!
