Hilton Head Health is such a great place to get away from it all. I don’t use my week there to lose weight. I use it to reset, meet new people, attend guided exercise classes so I can get feedback on my technical form and find new ways to work out. The health seminars are really helpful and up-to-date. A beach walk is available every morning, and the sunrises this year were amazing. I love to do yoga on the beach, yoga in the pool, drumming classes, foot seminars, spine health, use Kaiser machines, TRX, etc. There’s something for everyone here, even Pickleball! The food is also amazing. It’s so good you forget it’s healthy.
