Although I didn't stay at the Hilton hotel, I was truly impressed by their top-notch service. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure all my inquiries were handled efficiently, which made me feel valued as a guest. Additionally, the food was excellent—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, further enhancing the overall experience.

This is my favourite hotel in Sabah. The staff are excellent and clearly well trained which differentiates them from so many other places in Malaysia. Rooftop pool fantastic. Rooms, beds, linens all excellent. Food very good. If you pay for Exec lounge it offers free food and drink 5-7 and service is first class. Breakfast also good in a relaxed atmosphere. The only place to stay in KK

Nice hotel with a fantastic executive lounge. The rooftop swimming pool is great too with a partial sea view. The staff are professional and friendly. We stayed here five nights and had overall a great stay. The breakfast area can get busy but the egg/soup stations are efficient. Location is not by the sea but it’s not a long walk.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton in Kota Kinabalu for two nights, we enjoyed the comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. We did unfortunately start in a room that did not have working air conditioning. The hotel staff moved us to another room that was better than our original room, which we appreciated. We emailed the staff multiple times prior to our arrival and never got a response despite calling and asking for a response to our emails. This was the only frustrating thing about our stay. It would be difficult to book and email the staff with any questions if you are from another country, considering you can not call outside Malaysia. The shower was luxurious, and the hotel staff was very nice. Overall, a good stay

I had four great nights at the Hilton Kota Kinabalu. The hotel is very close to the airport. A Grab is about RM8 and definitely a better option than the hotel pick-up service, which didn’t pick me up. The concierge ended up driving out to the airport! Nice bloke.||I got a nice high room one floor above the executive lounge. I liked the staircase between my floor and the executive lounge. I just wish I’d known about the lift outside the Club Bar for the first two days of my stay.||My room was enormous, with a large wardrobe space and bathroom.||The complimentary parking is a great service. I rented a car for two days and appreciated the convenience of the adjoining carpark. ||Breakfast is very comprehensive.||The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is a short walk to the KK Waterfront with much of it on an elevated and covered walkway. Plenty of food options very close by and the Cowboy Bar is plenty of fun.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room were immaculate and very comfortable. We requested quiet room so that we can rilex entirely throughout our stay, and yes we did! We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Definitely will visit again !

Booked 6 rooms, Great hospitality and facilities. though there was a minor blip on the aircondition setting but everything else is top notch. Staff were professional and well mannered. Front desk lady, Ms. Jaycee is nothing but pleasant and thoughtful. Breakfast selection was vast and good too. And great floor staff, swift and pleasant.

Great few days stay at the well located Hilton KK. But my 5 stars was based solely on services by a few notable team members. Hashima, the Guest Service Manager took note of my birthday and arranged for a pleasant surprise of a birthday hat and the words "happy birthday" written out on the bed. Vinod from the concierge was extremely helpful with helping me sort out places to eat to shit my taste.

Plush hotel with spacious rooms! We were able to fit 3 beds (king, full and a roll away) in one room for 4 people. Not everyone wants to sleep with each other. My 11 y/o daughter caught a bacterial infection from eating fruit in Hong Kong and when she got to Kota Kinabalu, she was feverish with constant diarrhea. No over the counter medicine brought down the fever or stopped the runs. We had to visit a clinic and one of the doormen suggested a good clinic (Klinic Jaya) very close to the hotel, which saved us some money. Most clinics would charge 100RM for a visit without medication. This clinic charged us 26RM and that included antibiotics! So very grateful for the doorman and for the clinic for helping us. She finally started feeling better, but that was when we were about to leave Sabah. For the most part, she was in the hotel room with room service during her stay. Despite being sick, she was well taken care of by staff.
