I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations – from the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds to the delicious food and the friendly, professional staff. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a holiday. Special mention goes to Josnayder, who is truly exceptional at leading the water activities and animations. His energy, creativity, and professionalism made every activity so much fun, and he managed to engage both kids and adults in the best way possible. Thanks to him, the pool area was always full of laughter and great vibes. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-quality service, comfort, and unforgettable experiences. Five stars all the way!

Best all inclusive resort we visited! It has one of the best beaches we ever seen, white sand and palm trees with no seaweed. The hotel has a great variety of restaurants in great level. One feedback is that it should provide more vegetables selections and salads on the buffets

Alondra is particularly worthy of a mention! Courteous, beautiful smile and very attentive to us making sure we were happy and service was brilliant. Rooms are fabulous. Only one criticism was the timings of the rooms being cleaned. Everyday a different time! So difficult to know when or when not to go back to our room. Location of Dreams hotel is fabulous, peaceful holiday! Very enjoyable!

The hotel is wonderful! The service is awfully nice. The rooms are wonderful and cleaned everyday. There are a lot of restaurants included in the “all included” package so you have a lot of dinner options (which are very fancy). We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back. Good place for your next vacation. Just choose right time weather wise. All grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Beautiful and very attentive staff all around. Just one anorble mansion goes to Johan and Alexis at the preferred bar . This guys go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time.

Dreams Resort is by far one of the best family resorts we’ve ever stayed at. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Every member of staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. As a parent of two children with allergies, I was especially impressed by the care and attention given to their dietary needs. The buffet staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe and suitable for them. Every morning, Miguel Yan greeted us with a warm smile and made a remarkable effort to look after us — he truly stood out, although the entire team was equally exceptional.
