Hilton La Romana, an All-Inclusive Family Resort

We loved our room, the views were spectacular and the staff were beyond exceptional. There were many great restaurants and places to relax. The location on beach with so many trees to offer shade or the pool and everyone had a swim up bar. We loved it so much we plan on coming back in May for my birthday celebrations. This also|Would be a great location to bring the family as they had a huge outdoor theater for kids to watch a show or a movie on the larger then life outdoors screen. We stayed on the enclave side where service was superior. Dominican people are beyond exceptional.

I will say that this was an absolute blast of a vacation! This resort is beautiful the people are beautiful the entertainment was great! The food, the food, the food was amazing, a different theme every day for dinner in the buffet and such an abundance of it. I absolutely love that the staff serve you at the stations and make most dishes infront of you. The coffee bar has a great selection of coffee’s and snacks. The only disappointment there is that you couldn’t get frappe in the evenings. Thank you Hilton La Romana you made our vacation great!

Our family loved our vacation here. Service was amazing, attentive and friendly. The beach is gorgeous and so are the pools. The shower door didn't line up well so the bathroom got wet and the sink faucet splashed, and noise from the hallway traveled through, but otherwise the room was great. The landscaping is beautiful and it feels like you're in paradise. The food is great, our kids loved it too. We were here in high seasonn when the hotel was sold out and nothing ever felt crowded. Water park is fun and great bonus for the kids (watch out for the kamikaze slide unless you're brave!). They enjoyed kids treatments at the spa too.

Hilton La Romana is beautiful beyond words! The beach is gorgeous, no seaweed washing up, and it’s a private beach so no locals hassling you to buy things. The water park is excellent, my kids loved it, we all enjoyed the lazy river. The pools are lovely, we had the enclave upgrade experience, so we were able to go to the private pool which we found more relaxing and quiet. Our room was really nice, and the cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning them everyday, we loved the added touch of the turndown service in the evening (again an enclave upgrade) The food was good, lots of options - we really loved the stone pizza at Trattoria pizzeria. My kids really enjoyed the kids pool party hosted by the staff, they made it so fun and experience they will never forget. They also had daily activities and evening entertainment for everyone to enjoy. My family and I would definitely stay at the resort again, and highly recommend it.

This is the best resort I have ever been to! Everyone was so happy and helpful, constant attention but also gave us our space. The view is absolutely stunning, and Miguel (a server in the Spice Market) was super helpful, attentive, and friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We stayed in the family side of the resort and it was very family friendly, lots of kids there who were enjoying themselves also. Highly highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Hilton La Romana. The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Everyone says hello as you walk by and go out of their way to help you with anything you need. The food is good in all the restaurants. The only thing that would improve the hotel would be a quiet scenic bar for evening drinks. The lobby bars are ok but super loud and it can be hard to find somewhere to sit. We upgraded to enclave half way through our stay and the lounge included with that is lovely but it’s a shame you have to pay extra. I can’t remember everyone’s names but Carla our maid was an absolute star, so happy and friendly and kept the room sparkling throughout our stay. Reine in the enclave lounge made excellent cocktails. Hector in the Mare restaurant provided excellent service. Miguel was super helpful at checkout.

Our suite had the best view of all. We were very grateful for that. It made our stay so fun and luxurious. We loved every minute of it. Thank you Hilton’s Hotels. We are Diamond status and it’s fun to be treated like royalty. This was our third time visiting this resort. Every staff member was kind and helpful. They made us feel like we were home. Byron our Butler got in touch with us every day. He was very kind. 😍

This is our third visit to Hilton La Romana in the last four years. We love it so much we are afraid to try anything else. Everything from the helpful check in process to the clean, beautiful rooms we were left smiling with appreciation from start to finish. The staff is incredible with everyone from the grounds crew to managers constantly greeting us with arms crossed and amazing service every day. My absolute favorite is being gifted frequent little surprises (upgrades, signature drinks, our favorites waiting for us on-and-on..). A special shout out to those who became our surrogate family. They always stopped in their busy schedule to wave us down, give us hugs and warm us with kindness, humor and incredible energy; Maria R., Dauly and Yuliana. David at the Grill remembered our favorites and had them waiting for us each morning as we had a wonderful breakfast overlooking the ocean. Olga at the Enclave swim-up bar with fantastic service made me feel like I was her only customer. As much as we miss the glorious resort, we will miss the staff even more.
