Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort

Our five-day stay at the Hilton Beach & Golf Resort Los Cabos with our family of four was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and effortless. The waiters were especially outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, incredibly kind, and always making sure we had everything we needed. That level of service alone sets this resort apart. The amenities are top-tier and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and families. One of the highlights was the spa experience for my wife. They offer massages specifically for pregnant women, which she absolutely loved. That kind of attention to detail and care speaks volumes about how much the resort prioritizes guest comfort. And the food...Leña and Mio were both incredible and easily some of the best poolside dining experiences we’ve had while traveling. Leña delivered bold, perfectly cooked dishes with amazing flavor, while Mio impressed us with fresh, beautifully prepared meals that we kept talking about long after. Every meal felt like a highlight of the day, not just a stop between activities. Between the world-class service, incredible food, beautiful property, and thoughtful amenities, this resort exceeded every expectation. It was a truly unforgettable family vacation, and we’re already talking about coming back. Absolute 5/5 across the board.

We did a girls trip to Cabo and we were so happy we chose to stay at the Hilton. Every person we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful with plenty of seating and amazing service—the food and drinks were great (shoutout to Diego!). We loved the easy access to the beach, which had tons of lounge chairs. The breakfast buffet was incredible, especially the make-your-own smoothie bar. We also all had massages at the spa and they were amazing (shoutout to Hector!). You could also tell the hotel took security very seriously which we appreciated. We can’t wait to come back!

i would like to begin by saying that for the most part, my mom & i’s 12-night stay at the hilton los cabos was absolutely spectacular. everyone in the staff in the main resort was so friendly and attentive, especially carlos the bellhop who helped us put our bags in our room the day we checked in and would always greet us with warmth upon our return from excursions outside the hotel. elias was very kind in addition. the concierges jocelyn and lamberto were wonderful as well, providing their expertise to book the four excursions that we did with cabo adventures (so fun !!). also, the doctor on site eduardo was extremely patient and had wonderful bedside manner when we visited him one night to treat a cut that my mom got on her foot from the beach. this is not to mention the independent restaurant that serves breakfast, talavera, and everyone on ricardo’s team :) HOWEVER, our experience with the hilton la pacifica team was TERRIBLE. during a presentation on our final full day in paradise, we attended a presentation by la pacifica expecting it to be a normal timeshare presentation. kyle the salesperson and gideon the overarching boss / director were seemingly nice enough at first, charming us and getting us to lower our inhibitions. their tactics, though, as the 90 minutes progressed became increasingly pushy and honestly predatory. the moment that we expressed disinterest and firmly said no to their offerings, the 180 degree turn in treatment was appalling. they immediately became stone cold and mean. at the end, when the 90 minutes was up and we finally escaped their grasp, i still tried to be polite and said “thank you” — they failed to respond or even acknowledge my presence. frankly, i believe that the la pacifica / HGV club is a leech on the hilton brand & they need to change their marketing / sales tactics ASAP. shame on kyle & gideon.

We just got home from our 4th stay at this property. We can not say enough good things. Visually & aesthetically stunning, friendly/charming staff, spotless. Delicious food. Breakfast is 10/10. Lunch options at Mio & Lena are dialed. Vela homemade pasta is comparable to NY & Italy options. The gym is incredible. We have the best time watching the humpbacks play, eating delicious food and being in a beautiful resort. We can’t wait to come back for our 5th time next February.

We visited Hilton Los Cabos in early December to celebrate my birthday. While the weather was a bit cloudy with some light rain, it remained pleasantly cool and the resort's beauty truly shone through regardless of the skies. The service at this resort is world-class. Our butler, Carlos, was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make me feel special throughout the entire trip. On our first day, Carlos tracked us down at breakfast to surprise me with a birthday treat, complete with a sparkler and a festive birthday song. To top it off, he later had birthday tequila shots delivered to our room! The excellence didn't stop there. David from the pool service team was fantastic. He was consistently pleasant and ensured our drinks were never empty. We also received wonderful service from Guillermo (I think was his name, I am sure it started with a G) at the lobby bar. The resort itself is stunning, the rooms were immaculate, and the entire staff is dedicated to excellence. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday getaway. Thank you, Carlos, David, and the entire Hilton Los Cabos team!

Out of the three places we stayed in Cabo (Hard Rock, Hilton, and Waldorf), this was by far our best experience. The staff was AMAZING. The rooms was such a great value with high quality for the price! The food was good, I honestly have no complaints. The adults only section of the pool is very very nice, quiet, amazing views. The pool staff is super attentive. We should have just stayed at this property for our whole trip. Now we know for next time!

Lovely beach resort and conference center. Rooms are large and spacious. Bathrooms are nice with OK water pressure. Pools are very nice with great views. Food and drink is expensive compared to services outside the hotel, but is pretty good. Massages are available on the beach at much more reasonable prices. Rooms don’t have desks so that can be a problem if you need to work. Internet was pretty good.

Great rooms. Service meh at best. Worst part is the rip off of the cocktails, twice the price of outside the resort and they hide the Service Charge/Tip on your bill, which is actually illegal in Mexico to include tip in the bill. We ended up giving double because of that. Food was good but also double. Finally, even if you purchase alcohol in the resort store they will not allow you to bring it to the pool. The way you find this out is when they confront you when you’re at the pool. I’d go somewhere else more transparent with their charges.
