Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working. I asked for my room to be changed. They told me there were no other rooms in the hotel (this is so funny) I asked them to fix the air conditioning, but they said they couldn't. (damned funny). Thank you so much. They gave me a fun room as a solution. The reception staff are sullen!!! You should definitely not come here relying on the name of the hotel. It's definitely not a Hilton.

As an American tourist in Moscow, I went in, expecting it to be very difficult to communicate any needs that I had with staff I was completely blown away by the friendliness, attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff at this hotel they went out of their way to accommodate me and to make me feel like I was home The rooms are beautiful. The food was delicious and I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore. For an incredible historical hotel with beautiful art and aesthetics. The staff make it even better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Moscow.

I was catching an early morning hi-speed train so the location is fantastic as it’s just a stone throw from Leningradskaya. Historic building with lots of stories and beautiful interior. I read in review that aircon doesn’t work but I thought it was an isolated incident but it happened to me as well. But the front desk changed the room. The take away breakfast could be improved.

I love this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, all set in a historic building that is one of the ‘Seven Sisters’. And if you are taking the train to St. Petersburg, Kazan and many other cities then the hotel is just walking distance to the station.

Due to my work, I stayed at this hotel on June 19. I ordered food from room service and waited exactly 50 minutes for it to arrive. When the food didn’t come, I called room service again. The staff member on the phone told me that there was no pizza, that they tried to call me but couldn’t reach me, and that they sent someone to my room but couldn’t find me. I never left my room — they are clearly lying. I’ve traveled to many places around the world and stayed at many Hilton hotels. This was by far the worst I’ve experienced. An absolute disgrace.

As I was planning to take the train next, the location was perfect to avoid any delays reaching the train station. The room was hot as the AC was not operational, we thank the hotel for providing a standing fan but that was not enough to provide a comfortable and sleeping environment. It was difficult to sleep.

This included reserving exclusive access to my floor, enabling a robust security detail to be stationed nearby without compromising the privacy or experience of other guests. The attention to detail in facilitating these arrangements was remarkable, reflecting a deep understanding of the sensitivities involved in diplomatic travel. Beyond security, the Hilton Moscow offered an impeccable standard of hospitality—luxurious accommodations, attentive service, and a serene atmosphere that made my stay both productive and enjoyable. The staff’s ability to balance these exceptional measures with genuine warmth and professionalism is a testament to their expertise and dedication. I would highly recommend the Hilton Moscow to any traveler, especially those with elevated security considerations, as their ability to deliver world-class service while prioritizing safety is truly unparalleled. My sincere thanks to the team for making my visit a resounding success.

A beautiful build. Some road noise but zero noise room to room. The people, the staff completely made this place. Food was good. The tours of the building could be a bit much. The gym was not great.
