I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya. I had previously stayed at the Hilton in Chekhov, which was nice, but this property felt even better. The location is excellent, close to the center yet very quiet inside the rooms. The interior is elegant, and my room was spacious and much cozier than the pictures on the website suggest. The bed was large and comfortable, and overall, the atmosphere in the room felt much better than expected. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were outstanding, especially in the Executive Lounge. The waiters there went above and beyond, remembering my preferences for breakfast and dinner and providing excellent service every day. The spa was also a pleasant experience, although there’s no shower in the pool area, so you need to return to the changing rooms, just a minor inconvenience. One thing I didn’t expect from Hilton was the lack of recognition on my birthday. I checked in on that day, and unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in, no one at reception or the lounge acknowledged it. It’s not a big issue, but given Hilton’s standards and my loyalty as a member, even a small gesture (like a card or a cake) would have made the stay more memorable. Overall, everything else was perfect. A beautiful hotel with great service, and I’d definitely recommend it—just hoping next time Hilton pays a little more attention to special occasions

The location itself was excellent as well as the building if the hotel. The lobby is classy and sleek, and their sofas are comfy. The receptionist didn’t mention any facilities what are in the hotel: room service, spa and pool. I arrived very late around 21:30pm and used only sauna as the pool was iccupied by a man and his son. The pool itself is too small for this tupe if the hotel. As it was a weekend they had 4 weddings celebrated that eveningg

During my stay at the hotel, I experienced exceptional service that truly elevated my visit. The housekeeping team did a spectacular job, maintaining such a spotless room that I opted for "do not disturb" on a couple of days, as everything remained pristine. Due to noise issues on the top floor - where it almost felt like the room was connected to a generator causing vibrations - I requested a room change. The staff promptly offered me a choice of two rooms the very next morning, and I selected the quieter option, which provided a wonderfully restful retreat after a hectic day in the city. The executive lounge at the hotel was a highlight of my stay, offering an unparalleled level of service and comfort. The ambiance was refined yet welcoming, with plush seating, tasteful decor, and a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding or catching up on work. The staff were exceptional, demonstrating attentiveness and professionalism that made every visit memorable. Vyacheslav, in particular, stood out with his graceful demeanor and proactive approach, anticipating guests’ needs with a polished service ritual that felt both personalized and seamless. Whether it was promptly refreshing beverages, offering tailored recommendations, or ensuring every detail was perfect, his presence elevated the experience. The lounge itself provided an array of high-quality amenities, including a well-curated selection of refreshments, snacks, and beverages available throughout the day. The attention to detail from the entire team created a haven of luxury and relaxation, making it a standout feature of the hotel.

As an American tourist in Moscow, I went in, expecting it to be very difficult to communicate any needs that I had with staff I was completely blown away by the friendliness, attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff at this hotel they went out of their way to accommodate me and to make me feel like I was home The rooms are beautiful. The food was delicious and I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore. For an incredible historical hotel with beautiful art and aesthetics. The staff make it even better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Moscow.

This hotel listed as a 5-star hotel, but it felt like a 3-star hotel. It is very outdated. Definitely needs remodeling. The room was dusty. The staff is polite, but will not go out of the way to help. The breakfast was also for the 3-star hotel, not much to choose from. The restaurant manager, though did go out of his way trying to satisfy the customers. Outside of the hotel, there is a major construction, that makes it difficult to arrive with the luggage close enough for someone to come and help. Nobody warned me at the time of booking, that this will be the case. There are definitely better choices available for that price. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Nice historical building converted to a hotel. Location is nice, staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast area is too small and rooms could be cleaner. You can get heavy carpet smell from some of the rooms, can be uncomfortable sometimes. Hotel is generally ok. Hotel has its own money exchange office, but the lady working there, why so serious, come on smile sometimes

This hotel* has been my 'home' in Moscow for the past 5 years. I have had small issues in the past, and they've always worked to fix them. In my last 3 visits I've been pleasantly surprised by the smoothness of the experience and the incremental improvement in all hotel services, from room cleanliness, reception, the quality of the food and even the air conditioning working now flawlessly even with outside temperatures of +35 Celsius. I believe the Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya is good value for money and a must-choose for anybody visiting the city, both short- and long-term. Location-wise it's unbeatable next to the main 3 train stations, and within 10 minutes of Red Square by taxi, or walking distance to a metro station.

The staff at the reception especially Alisa was exceptionally kind. I had a good time overall. The hotel is in close proximity to the metro stations. The rooms are spacious but a little too dark and the toilets are small and old fashioned. The food quality at breakfast was not up to the mark, especially the juices were not fresh.
