Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Hilton. From the moment we arrived, everything at Hilton was simply perfect! The check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the staff were extremely courteous and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — offering both comfort and style. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Room service was prompt, and every meal we ordered was flavorful and beautifully presented. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained, and the gym was clean and well equipped. Housekeeping deserves special mention for keeping everything pristine and always greeting us with a smile. Overall, Hilton truly stands out for its hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Every staff member — from reception to housekeeping to restaurant — made us feel valued and cared for. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and great service. Can’t wait to stay here again!

I had an amazing experience...upon check-in we were greeted by Mr. Anirudh from front office he had an amazing personality. Check-in was very smooth and sweet as I got complimentary room upgrade. He was even sweet enough to include breakfast in my package. Breakfast experience was amazing there were good variety of options, I really loved their bakery items. I even asked for a possibility of late checkout which was accommodated. Loved the entire stay each and every team member went beyond for service delivery. Thankyou team for the amazing experience. The rooms are fine — clean, modern, and comfortable — but the breakfast experience completely ruined the stay. We had to wait over 20 minutes just to get cutlery!|We were first seated at a dirty table, which I understood since it was busy. The host assured us it would be cleared and set up while we served ourselves. However, when we returned, the table was barely wiped and the cutlery was incomplete — no knives on either side.|I then went to get juice, but there were no glasses available. I politely asked one staff member who said they’d get it “right away,” but nothing came. I waited for 10 minutes, asked another, got ignored, then asked a third — still ignored. I even reminded the first person again, who again said “right away,” but it never happened. I finally gave up on the juice.|By this time, 25 minutes had passed, and my food had gone completely cold and there was no cutlery yet! I asked again and was said that “We thought you left for executive lounge as you asked about it”I don’t believe in wasting food, so I just ate it as is — but this was really disappointing.|I wasn’t expecting full service, just basic attention and communication — maybe a simple “glasses are ready now” or ensuring the table is properly set. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.|Overall, the rooms are fine but the breakfast experience was one of the worst I’ve had. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this place with breakfast included.

Stayed at the Hilton Mumbai International Airport and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic colonial-style charm with well-maintained interiors and a calm ambience that feels like a retreat from the busy airport area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all essential amenities including a work desk, minibar, and ironing board. The staff are courteous and professional, always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet is excellent — great spread, fresh food, and attentive service. The pool area and fitness center are well kept, offering a nice break for business or leisure travelers. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from both domestic and international terminals. Airport transfers are smooth, and the hotel also provides free valet parking if you’re driving. Overall, a dependable, elegant, and well-managed Hilton property — perfect for short stays, layovers, or business trips near Mumbai Airport.

We had breakfast here today, and I just have to mention Alisha — she was amazing! She brought a little cake for my son at the end, which completely made his day. Such a sweet and polite gesture. Thank you for that beautiful smile you left on his face!

Hilton Mumbai International airport gets a big thank you for making both our stays this week amazing. They did a great job of helping us get a good rest before the early morning flights. Mr. Aniket was so kind and helpful at the front desk. Great job! Loving that Gold status on the Hilton Honors program. Hilton for the stay. Free room upgrade. There is nothing like stepping off of a long international flight to have a friendly face meet you upon exiting the terminal. The hotel chauffeur was easy to locate at the International terminal when we first arrived. Clear placard made him easy to locate. (A bit more difficult to find them at the domestic airport, especially since our flight arrived early and we had our bags already and exited before our scheduled arrival time.) The taxi was very convenient. Quick security check before entering the building. Walking into the lobby you are met It smelled like if I had closed my eyes and did not know that I was entering a hotel, it smelled like I was entering a flower garden. The smell was not overpowering, but was very fresh and delightful. Both of our stays were upgraded. Both upgraded rooms were sumply amazing. The first night in the Orchid suite was delightful. The last night in India, we were upgraded to the largest suite in the hotel. I only wish we were able to stay the full night and enjoy the full experience, but our 6:35am flight required a 3am wake up call. The lounge provided some great snacks after we settled our luggage. The right from the international airport takes only five minutes. Since the hotel location is not on the main street it’s very quiet during the night for a good layover. The courtyard at third floor inside the hotel building was my highlight even the climate in the courtyard is as humid as outside but the view of the palm trees and green plants give me the feeling that I am in a tropical country without leaving the hotel, the breakfast was good, but the choices could be more as five star. The executive lounge was perfect. Sanga and Natasha were so professional and polite.

The rooms were ok .. it lacked a freshness or fragrance .. pillows were too soft. Had to ask for a hard pillow. Breakfast spread was good though the tea i got was 5/10, filter coffee was cold, benne dosa was 10/10, appam stew was 10/10, mung bean chill and muesli was also very good. Husband ordered the egg it was cold by the time it reached the table. The chinese restaurant of this hotel is 6/10, it took very long to get the food on our table. This hotel is 25 years old and it needs a touch up. Location is very close to airport.
