We are currently staying at the Hilton Hotel and have been more than pleased with every aspect of our stay. We accidentally booked the wrong night, entirely our own mistake, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, resolving the issue quickly and efficiently before our arrival. From the moment we arrived, the welcome service was exceptional. The layout, design, and interior of the hotel are absolutely beautiful , we’ve never stayed anywhere so stylish and well thought out. The rooms are stunning, the gym is spotless (honestly the cleanest hotel gym we’ve ever seen), and every single staff member has provided outstanding service throughout our stay. This hotel has completely blown us away, and we genuinely couldn’t be any happier with our experience. We truly couldn’t recommend it enough , it is exceptional in every way.

He went above and beyond to make our in-room dining experience truly special, exceeding our expectations in every way. His attentive service and warm smile made all the difference, and we're so grateful for his efforts. Will surely visit next time whenever we're in Mumbai🤍

We had a business meeting at the hotel. Although the meeting rooms felt congested, the overall experience was still good. The staff were polite and supportive. The food taste was average. The podium and entrance area are impressive, and the hotel has good systems in place. The location is convenient, being close to the airport and the underground metro station. While the hotel’s location is good, the crowd outside the hotel was not very pleasant. During lunch, we noticed that some dishes were not properly cleaned and had to be wiped with tissues, which was disappointing and unacceptable. Additionally, the washroom was not clean and there was a leakage issue, leaving the entire washroom wet. Despite these issues, the hotel overall is good.

We stayed at Hilton Mumbai International Airport on 20th & 21st to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the Hilton brand standards. Dinner at Brasserie (Buffet): The food quality was below expectations. The chicken dishes were hard and dry. The pizza felt like it was made using a store-bought base—very dry and tough. The only positive here was the salad bar, which had a good variety and was well presented. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was extremely poorly managed. We had to wait a long time just to get a table. Once seated, several items like cheese and cold cuts were completely empty and were not refilled. The orange juice station was another issue—if fresh juice with pulp is served, the container tap should be suitable for it. The pulp kept getting stuck, the container was repeatedly taken to the back, and guests were left standing with empty glasses, unsure if more would be served. Live Kitchen: This was the most disappointing part. We waited 45 minutes for a veg cheese omelette. The chef personally apologised and assured us she would bring it herself, but eventually a server delivered it. Even after confirming it was veg cheese, it turned out to be a regular omelette. To make matters worse, tables seated after us were served before us. Additionally, items like chocolate croissants and Danish pastries were not refilled at all. Guests who came earlier got them, while those arriving around 10 AM were met with empty counters and a very poorly managed setup. Anniversary Mention: I had informed the hotel via email that this was our anniversary stay and was told by Ritika from the reservations team that Hilton provides a complimentary cake for such occasions. There was no acknowledgment at all, which was quite disheartening. Positive Note: A big shoutout to Chris from Room Service for his swift, courteous, and efficient service—he was the only bright spot during our stay. Overall, this was far from the experience one expects from a Hilton property. Very disappointing and poorly managed. Note: I tried connecting with the Hilton Portal. Was promised a call back by the team. And guess WHAT?!?!?! The entire day went by and no one reverted yet. Ive never imagined Hilton standards to be so low. Disappointed yet again :) 12/1/26 - no call back yet!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Hilton. From the moment we arrived, everything at Hilton was simply perfect! The check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the staff were extremely courteous and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — offering both comfort and style. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Room service was prompt, and every meal we ordered was flavorful and beautifully presented. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained, and the gym was clean and well equipped. Housekeeping deserves special mention for keeping everything pristine and always greeting us with a smile. Overall, Hilton truly stands out for its hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Every staff member — from reception to housekeeping to restaurant — made us feel valued and cared for. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and great service. Can’t wait to stay here again!

​I had a mixed experience at the Hilton Mumbai International Airport. While the hotel has a nice ambience and well-designed rooms, the service was inconsistent, and maintenance was poor. ​Check-in: The check-in was slow. The wait was too long due to understaffing at around 9pm. ​Room Issues: My initial room had a great look and feel, but I discovered water leaking on the bathroom floor and a broken doorbell. I couldn't reach the front desk by phone, but Room Service eventually assisted and sent an engineer. ​Maintenance: The engineer confirmed the leak required major repairs which would be done in the morning. To the hotel's credit, they quickly moved me to a different room once I asked them - though I believe they should've offered a room change on their own. Also they should not be assigning rooms with water leaks to guests. ​ ​Breakfast: The food was tasty with a wide variety of options, though service was slow and ordered items took about 20 minutes to arrive. ​Checkout: I had forgotten my charger in the first room and requested its retrieval 45 minutes before leaving. It still wasn't ready by checkout, but Gaurav stepped in and saved the experience. He was helpful, hurried the process to get my charger back, and arranged a cab back to the airport. ​Overall, the stay was ok. The physical hotel and ambience is nice, but the service needs to be more proactive and maintaince need improvement. Thanks to Gaurav for the help at the end!

The Hilton is a very comfortable and from inside beautiful hotel very close to Terminal 2. There is a pool, nearly not used by the guests, but the more of them you will meet at the busy breakfast buffett where you might hit even a queue of people waiting. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. AirCon and WiFi work fine, alas, the socket next to my bed did not charge my phone. It was there only for decoration. For a Hilton that should not happen. The beds are a bit hard but finally I found soft and comfy pillows in India here. I slept very well the night. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours but with ear plugs that is okay. From 9.30 am the rooms are maintained so there is noise from drill machines etc. Never the less I would recommend this hotel.

Gaurav and Januka welcomed us not as transactions, but as people, setting the tone for a stay defined by attentiveness and care. This pattern repeated itself consistently, suggesting not coincidence, but culture. A special mention must go to Tosum, the Client Manager, whose attention to detail bordered on the scientific. Small variables matter in any well-run system, and Tosum managed them flawlessly. From anticipating needs to scheduling our complimentary ride back to the airport, everything was handled with quiet precision that made the stay feel effortless. Breakfast at the Brasserie deserves its own paragraph, if not its own study. The spread was an elegant survey of India’s culinary diversity. Custom-made Indian breakfast options ranged from dosas and idlis to puri bhaji and vada pav, effectively mapping every corner of the country onto a single dining space. Alongside this were international offerings of croissants and pastries for western palates, a generous aisle of fresh fruit, yogurt, and juices, and stations for made-to-order misal pav or keema pav. And for anyone whose preferences still defied categorization, an à la carte menu stood ready to satisfy even the most specific craving. Service throughout the stay was quick and effective. Requests for extra coffee, towels, or room cleanup were handled promptly and without friction. The system worked because the people behind it clearly cared that it should. Hilton Mumbai International Airport sets a new bar for hospitality. It demonstrates that excellence is not achieved through grand gestures alone, but through the consistent execution of many small, thoughtful actions. After twelve years away from Mumbai, this hotel made our return not just comfortable, but memorable.
