Old is gold and respected as such. That said, the great hotel should consider having washrooms on each meeting floor. Going up and down stairs is not so nice for elderly people much less for challenged people. The food is reasonably good and the staff is very friendly.

This is a place for the very rich. Their services are of high quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Both local and international dishes are prepared according to your taste. Shuttles to the airport are available. Their rooms are very clean and of international standards.

I like the decor and interior designs which give one a feeling of historical context, old meeting new designs, well blended for a beautiful finish and impressive decor and interior. Food is great and the meeting rooms are well organized. Transformation from meeting room to party room wouldn't require much though but the ambience required for both events will be felt.

No information for hotel services inside room TV does not have any informations about room services qr code for menu is not working u have to go down to reception asking for menu and any contact number for services no hair dryers when I ask they told me house keeping is closed we can take u to another room where there is a home dryer it is very bad experience I don't recommend this hotel chain at all poor service strange answers

Great gymn, spa, room and meeting space. The food was good for the first time. Me and my colleagues have always gotten food poisoning eating here. Every damn time except last time. Remember to have your mask on whenever you visit P/s: I saw a notice saying they are closing soon.

Excellent customer service! The hotel is old but well maintained. And free breakfast which is a mix of local, continental and English breakfast. And then you're served a complimentary array of seasonal fruits at noon. They go out of their way to ensure you have all memorable stay.

I was in Nairobi for a few days. The staff (security and also the restaurant staff in the evening) were very friendly! The reception team should work a little on their friendliness. Unfortunately, the restaurant team was very slow, there were very few guests, sometimes only 2 or 3 people in the restaurant, but you had to wait longer. after you received the menu, it took 10 minutes until you could place your order. the rooms are very worn. the food is really tasty and the beer is cold. There are no signs to put on the door, so it happened that room service stood in the room 3 times and asked me if he should clean the room....while I was still in bed! my beer bottles, which i only drank half of, were left there and stood around for days, they are probably still there today. why the bad rating: i am a hilton honors diamond member and i asked for an upgrade. i was told i had to pay for the upgrade (!!!!!!!!!!). you have to imagine ... this statement is already a cheek! after i contacted the hilton honors diamond desk they told me that they informed the hotel and that someone would get back to me ..... i am still waiting for this ... and it's been a month since my trip. that's one way to scare away your diamond members!

Hilton never disappoints! Such a friendly group of people! Very accommodating, very attentive, super helpful! They go above and beyond to make your stay great! Used the executive lounge, nice choice of non alcoholic drinks, wide variety of beers and white and red wine with some finger food. I enjoyed the coffee machine and the variety of teas. The executive breakfast was amazing down at the Travelers lounge with superb service. Did I mention the view at night? Over Nairobi! Stunningly clean pool and pool bar! A great hotel! This is what Hilton stands for! Highly recommend!
