Great, luxury and relaxing hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Gym and interior pool good too. Bar and restaurant areas were good with pleasant and welcoming staff. Reception staff were also very helpful, plus Exec Lounge colleagues too. Overall recommended.

Réception ; Where do I start from, I’ve checked in at midnight yesterday . At first with the check in procedures, they asked the identification and booking reference and so on. And then the receptionist asked me if I would like to pay by cash or card which I finded odd, I showed him my Expedia payment and he said that it’s not showing. Secondly he found it. I asked him if I could have a checkout at 14:00he told me that he will make an exception and make it happen. At 13:30 earlier this afternoon, some lady calls and tells me sir it’s 13:20 and check out have already passed and you have to leave the room unless you will pay for extra hour 100 euro. I was like your colleague from last night told me it’s okay to stay until 14:00 she was like no you have to leave now. Overall I just didn’t like the way she spoke to me I’m not a sheep or a something else to be spoken this way. In other words this lack of communication between your reception team and you have to deal with this honestly. ||Next, The mint Bar wow the staff is absolutely welcoming, very hospitable. The food is very amazing I highly recommend it if your in the city and hungry. The drinks are also good and the desert menu looks fantastic. ||Next, The Spa. One of the best in Nicosia, the heated pool with the jacuzzi and the steam and sauna room, and the showers and the lockers area was very clean.||Next, Parking lot was very clean and entrance of hotel was very nice and quiet. ||Will he hopefully coming again.

Fantastic place to stay. Very comfortable rooms and great staff to match. We will be back next year. From general manager down the staff go out of their way to make your stay a great one. We also took advantage of the shuttle bus into the central bus station. The driver was courteous and very knowledgeable.

The spa was very nice, clean, and peaceful with soothing, relaxing music. It was pleasantly quiet with not too many people around. The hammam/wet sauna was perfect and hot, though the jacuzzi was not so warm. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they offered drinks, tea, and anything else you might need for a truly relaxing experience.||

Every thing about Hilton Nicosia is just wonderful!|The service, the atmosphere, the food and vibes. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in Nicosia. Our family room is perfect, the breakfast is great, the gum and the pool is cool.
