Hilton Pattaya

I stayed at Hilton Pattaya for a few days to relax, and it turned out to be one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. From the very beginning, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone greeted me warmly, often by name, and was always ready to help.||My king room on a high floor was spacious, quiet, and spotless. The highlight was the large bathtub and the stunning view of the bay, which I could even enjoy directly from the bed. It was also perfectly quiet — I never heard a sound from neighboring rooms, which made the stay truly restful.||The location is excellent: right at the beach and directly above a shopping mall. For me, that was the perfect combination. Pattaya can be overwhelming with its energy, food, and nightlife, and this hotel offered the ideal space to enjoy it all at my own pace.||Breakfast and room service included excellent Thai food, and both the Executive Lounge and Horizon restaurant impressed me with breathtaking views over the whole bay. The lounge staff were not only attentive but also genuinely warm, making sure I always felt taken care of. One evening, when my fridge leaked, housekeeping arrived immediately and solved the issue without any hassle — just one of many examples of how smoothly everything is handled.||The Thai massage was wonderfully done, and swimming in the pool at night became a daily highlight. I especially want to thank Mr. Tee at reception for his kind and thoughtful assistance on several occasions. At the same time, I would like to congratulate Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu on their excellent management, which is reflected in how well the entire team works together.||This hotel truly caters to everyone: it is family friendly, yet also a great spot for training, business, or simply relaxation. Hilton Pattaya exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will happily return on my next visit to Thailand.

The breakfast and room service offered excellent Thai food, and the lounge staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure my glass was never empty. The Thai massage was excellent, and swimming in the pool at night quickly became a daily highlight. A special thanks to Mr. Tee at reception for his kind assistance on several occasions. I would also like to congratulate Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu for the outstanding way they manage their teams and the hotel overall. I look forward to returning!

An excellent hotel that feels very new (possibly recently refurbished). We stayed in an Executive Suite with our two children and found it very spacious for a family. During our stay, my daughter unfortunately fell ill and needed hospital care, and the staff kindly left milk and biscuits in our room the next morning – a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. The location is great, with easy access to the beach, the mall, and local markets. One thing to be aware of: the evenings can be very loud due to nearby bars, with music often going on until around 2am. As night owls, this didn’t bother us, but light sleepers may find it difficult. The only negative experience we had was at check-in. As Gold members, we are entitled to an upgrade, but were told this wasn’t possible – not because of availability, but because staff felt we already had the “highest possible room.” This wasn’t accurate, as we could see there were higher categories available, but we chose not to push it further. What was more frustrating was being told that while my husband and I could use the Executive Lounge, our children couldn’t – not because of any child policy, but because “they hadn’t paid.” This was very unusual, as every other hotel we stayed at in Thailand included children when Executive benefits were booked as a family. After a rather uncomfortable conversation, we were eventually granted access for all four of us. We didn’t use the lounge much in the end, partly because that exchange left a slightly bitter taste and we didn’t feel as welcomed as we had hoped (especially compared to other hotels where we felt warmly received). Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with attentive staff, great facilities, and a fantastic location. If you’re a family considering Executive Lounge access, it may be worth clarifying the policy in advance.

This is the best hotel I have been to. The service is amazing. It's beautifully designed & the food is actually great. I love the restaurants, the cafes, the fact its on top of a shopping mall. The location is perfect & for me it was absolutely worth the money. I would gladly stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on holiday. Rooms are quite big and well furnished with balcony. Location is also excellent as mall is attached so you can go for shopping and have variety of meal options if not want to opt for restaurants in this hotel. Staff was quite warm and welcoming at the time of check-in and helped with early check-in as well. The only thing I didn't like was house keeping as I had requested to change the bed-sheet but they didn't change it. Rest everything was good.

It's hard not to rate any hotel less than 5 stars for service in Thailand. Rooms are all great. Connected mall and food court is great. Beach across the street. And although pricy for Thailand the price in the west is very reasonable

Where to begin, this gotta be in the top 5 best hotels ive ever been to, and ive visited 37 countries. The elegance of the hotel, super clean, staff is extremely professional and helpful, but that also comes with the nature of beautiful Thai people. All services are top tier, of course you will be paying $$$$ but this hotel is beautiful. Family friendly, pool have amazing views, Horizon lounge bar views are breathtaking. Highly recommend it, and I myself consider very objective when it comes to honest reviews.

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at hotel and would like to share some feedback about my experience. Firstly, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Max at the reception. He was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly, and his warm welcome truly made me feel valued as a guest. His service was one of the highlights of my stay. In addition, the staff at the Executive Lounge were also very polite and provided great service throughout. However, I found the food selection in the lounge to be quite limited compared to other hotel lounges I’ve stayed at. While the environment was pleasant and the staff were attentive, the overall lounge experience fell short of expectations due to the lack of variety in food offerings. Overall, I appreciated the great service, especially from Max and the lounge staff, and I hope to see some improvements in the Executive Lounge in the future.
