Hotel Review: I recently stayed at hotel and would like to share some feedback about my experience. Firstly, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Max at the reception. He was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly, and his warm welcome truly made me feel valued as a guest. His service was one of the highlights of my stay. In addition, the staff at the Executive Lounge were also very polite and provided great service throughout. However, I found the food selection in the lounge to be quite limited compared to other hotel lounges I’ve stayed at. While the environment was pleasant and the staff were attentive, the overall lounge experience fell short of expectations due to the lack of variety in food offerings. Overall, I appreciated the great service, especially from Max and the lounge staff, and I hope to see some improvements in the Executive Lounge in the future.

Check-in was quick and welcoming. The hotel is located above a large shopping mall, with an excellent lobby view of the ocean. Our sea-facing room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with immaculate bathrooms. Breakfast was good, though there was confusion over whether the chicken was halal, clear signage would be helpful. The hotel is along the promenade, with plenty of nearby restaurants, including halal options within walking distance. The shopping mall below the hotel is huge, and Terminal 21 Mall is only a 10-minute drive away. Visiting the botanical garden and tiger park will be good If visiting with family or children, it’s best to book accommodation away from Walking Street.

Service is ok, sometimes slowly responded but can understand they have a lot of clients. Pool was crowded when I visited, but it was fine. The room is huge as the picture describing. We had birthday party on that day as well, the staff was helpful to help us to surprise one of our friends. Jacuzzi in the balcony is the best place to relax and see the views, recommended Plus the breakfast and dinner are delicious, worth the money 💰

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Pattaya, and located above Central Festival Pattaya Beach mall, it offers direct access to shopping, dining, and the beach, all just steps away. Views from the room were superb, won’t see better anywhere in Pattaya. Rooms are high enough to avoid excessive noise from the street and are modern and spacious. My room was impeccably clean and featured a private balcony. Housekeeping is superb. Enjoyed the pool and view over Pattaya whilst swimming. The staff in the executive lounge were outstanding, attentive, and willing to help with anything. It’s a bit unfair to mention anyone specific but Jessica was such a joy to engage with on a daily basis. First rate service made this a great place to stay.

I visited the Edge restaurant buffet. Beautifully and relaxing. Fantastic views and a nice relaxing breeze (you can sit indoors or out). Many Thai and Western dishes, lots to choose from. Really extensive desert assortment. They staff were fast and friendly.

Such a great experience! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are amazing and clean with great views. The breakfast buffet is delicious with so many options to choose from. Once you figure out the elevators it's easy to get around, down to the mall and up to the executive lounge for a treat. The gym is very small, not a lot of room in there to do much. The pool is very chill at night relaxing under the lights. Very kid friendly, we really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely stay again when we get a chance.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Location middle of everything. Rooms top quality with the quietest AC i have known. Roof top bar with spectacular views. Large infinity pool on the 16th floor. Gym with skyline view. To top it all a shopping mall in the basement. Check in was busy and a bit slow. Only point decucted was for no free wifi in room that was not cheap. Oh and the lovely little balcony to watch the world go by. The staff we met were professional, polite and helpful.|A very enjoyable memorable stay.

I stayed at Hilton Pattaya recently to celebrate a special occasion, and everything was just perfect. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable.The staff were all really friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out, room service staff, and their IT department, I didn’t know how to connect my phone to their TV and they were happy to assist me. They even prepared for us with a small birthday treat, which was a very thoughtful touch. The rooftop bar is definitely a must-visit great atmosphere, drinks, and an incredible sunset view.Location is also super convenient. It’s right above Central Festival mall, so there’s plenty of food, shopping, and even a cinema right downstairs.Overall, I had a great experience and would 100% come back again. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking to relax with a beautiful view.
