An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel/room was clean and modern, with an unbeatable panoramic ocean view that I enjoyed from sunrise to sunset—even from the shower. The breakfast was good, the staff was lovely, and the location is supremely convenient with a mall right downstairs and easy walking access to everything. Highly recommend! Tips - the hotel is in the middle of the beach, while easy to access to places, it can be noisy till late. You may want to request a higher floor stay.

An excellent 5-star hotel in my opinion, the best in Pattaya, centrally located in front of the beach, you can walk everywhere. The hotel itself and the room were excellent. I was in an executive room with access to the lounge, the lounge is reasonable, nothing more. There are several wines to choose from and cocktails at happy hour. The breakfast is mediocre, there is no significant selection, and every morning there is almost exactly the same meal, no variety. But the room, the cleaning service and the attitude of the staff are excellent. If I take this hotel again, then without the breakfast and the lounge. Recommend the hotel, but consider taking only a regular room in this hotel and it is better to have breakfast outside. The room itself, as I wrote, is excellent, the shower is excellent, and the room service is very good. It is a bit annoying to have to change the elevator every time you go to the room. Regarding WiFi, keep in mind that fast WiFi costs 300 baht per day, luckily I noticed this at the beginning and insisted that it would be free, they were kind and agreed. I don't understand why fast WiFi should cost more. And after all this, and after checking out many hotels in the area, I'm pretty sure this is the best hotel in the area.

Amazing hospitality experience! I encountered a few issues during my stay, but the manager on duty handled everything efficiently, which I really appreciated. The hotel’s location is right next to the beach. The overall atmosphere in the lobby is relaxing and elegant. Superb breakfast, the pool area is beautiful, the spa experience was rejuvenating, and the rooftop bar offers stunning views (We were supposed to have dinner but we didn’t get a good table so we had drinks instead). The lounge service was also excellent and very attentive. The only downside was the soundproofing, even with the balcony doors locked, you can still hear the noise from the road. Other than that, the hotel offers plenty of wonderful amenities that made our stay memorable. What really stood out to me was their hospitality. While not all staff members were equally accommodating, most of them were genuinely kind and welcoming. I hope the hotel maintains this level of service because we would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time.

I stayed at Hilton Pattaya for a few days to relax, and it turned out to be one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. From the very beginning, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone greeted me warmly, often by name, and was always ready to help.||My king room on a high floor was spacious, quiet, and spotless. The highlight was the large bathtub and the stunning view of the bay, which I could even enjoy directly from the bed. It was also perfectly quiet — I never heard a sound from neighboring rooms, which made the stay truly restful.||The location is excellent: right at the beach and directly above a shopping mall. For me, that was the perfect combination. Pattaya can be overwhelming with its energy, food, and nightlife, and this hotel offered the ideal space to enjoy it all at my own pace.||Breakfast and room service included excellent Thai food, and both the Executive Lounge and Horizon restaurant impressed me with breathtaking views over the whole bay. The lounge staff were not only attentive but also genuinely warm, making sure I always felt taken care of. One evening, when my fridge leaked, housekeeping arrived immediately and solved the issue without any hassle — just one of many examples of how smoothly everything is handled.||The Thai massage was wonderfully done, and swimming in the pool at night became a daily highlight. I especially want to thank Mr. Tee at reception for his kind and thoughtful assistance on several occasions. At the same time, I would like to congratulate Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu on their excellent management, which is reflected in how well the entire team works together.||This hotel truly caters to everyone: it is family friendly, yet also a great spot for training, business, or simply relaxation. Hilton Pattaya exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will happily return on my next visit to Thailand.

Absolutely the best hotel in Pattaya. You are in the heart of the area and have the central pattaya shops directly below. The infinity pool is refreshing with amazing views of pattaya Beach. There are cabanas, deck chairs and comfy day beds and a lovely little bar so you can order some drinks while you relax. The breakfast in this resort is phenomenal, we usually dont eat breakfast even though it was included, but I am glad we went down once to try. The rooms are stunning and the bed is really comfy, we had complete ocean views for our stay which was lovely. If you hire a scooter the hotel offers convenient free scooter parking. Staff are very friendly and attentive. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Pattaya. We were upgraded to a full water view room with an incredible balcony that had a jacuzzi on it. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities. My only complaint was that the AC didn’t get the room cool enough. We had it set to 21 but it never got cooler than 24 or 25 even though we kept the curtains closed to prevent sunlight from entering. The breakfast buffet was good but the fruit selection was disappointing as we look forward to dragon fruit and mango while in Thailand. I enjoyed the noodle soups and Thai desserts. The Horizon rooftop lounge was a fun hangout playing music from the early 2000’s that I haven’t heard since my college partying days. The tomahawk steak and French 75 were both delicious and both the weather and views were perfect. The staff was all incredibly kind and helpful, especially the girls in the executive lounge. They went out of their way to find decaf coffee for me and always remembered my drink order. But I have to mention the concierge Edward in particular. He was outstanding and always greeted us by name and helped us with coordinating and communicating with our Grab driver for our ride back to Bangkok. Thank you Edward, you showed us world class customer service!

Good hotel for the area. Stayed in one of the executive rooms with breakfast included. The room was large with a balcony and plenty of windows. Unique design and sweeping views of the ocean and beach. Only visited the club on two occasions as both times it was full and there were screaming and crying children present. Preferred the restaurant on level 15. Food was magnificent with a different theme each weekday
