Check‑in was quick and welcoming, and the hotel’s location above a large shopping mall is very convenient. The lobby offers an excellent ocean view, and our sea‑facing room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with immaculate bathrooms. Breakfast was good, though there was some confusion about whether the chicken was halal—clear signage would make things easier. The hotel sits right along the promenade, with plenty of nearby restaurants, including halal options within walking distance. The shopping mall below is huge, and Terminal 21 Mall is only a 10‑minute drive away. Overall, this is the best place to stay with family—comfortable, scenic, and well‑connected.

My recent stay at Hilton Pattaya was absolutely exceptional — truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. As a Diamond member, I was genuinely impressed by how warmly my status was recognized. The team went above and beyond by arranging a beautiful in-room birthday cake and decorations for my daughter. It was such a thoughtful and touching surprise that made her day incredibly special. The attention to detail and personalized service really set this stay apart. Checking in at the Executive Lounge was seamless and relaxing. Being able to enjoy afternoon tea right after arrival made the experience even more enjoyable. The lounge itself is elegant, comfortable, and staffed by attentive team members who make you feel truly valued. The breakfast was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever had — and I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world. The variety was endless, with high-quality options from every cuisine imaginable. The noodle station and congee station were my personal favorites, freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Dining with the stunning view overlooking the beach made the experience even more memorable. The scenery is simply breathtaking. Overall, I cannot recommend Hilton Pattaya highly enough. From the outstanding service and recognition of elite status to the incredible dining and unbeatable views, everything exceeded expectations. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hilton Pattaya does exactly what it should, and does it well. The location is spot on, right above Central Festival, so you are walkable to everything without being dragged into the chaos. The rooms are modern, spacious, and properly designed, with excellent ocean views that actually feel premium. The pool is a standout, large, clean, and elevated enough to feel calm despite being in central Pattaya. Service is consistently strong: staff are attentive, and professional. Overall: strong rooms, great facilities, excellent location, and staff who know what they’re doing. A very safe recommendation if you want comfort and quality without surprises.

The hilton in pattaya was very well designed and modern. Definitely a place to take a partner with amazing sea views and sunset views. The buffet on level 15 is 1300 baht for all you can eat steak, seafood and desserts highly recommended to eat here if you get the chance. The people were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate. The horizon bar on the rooftop is perfect for a drink and to watch the sunset. Highly recommended to take a look.

Exceptional Hospitality and the Best Breakfast in the City! I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Pattaya. As of 2026, this remains one of the most polished properties in the Hilton portfolio. The Highlights: The Room: Impeccably clean and modern. The last renovation has aged beautifully—everything still feels brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent despite being in a busy area. The Food: Do not miss the breakfast at the buffet. It is easily one of the most extensive and high-quality buffets I’ve ever experienced, featuring everything from local food to premium international pastries. The Service: The staff truly makes the difference. From the seamless check-in to the attentive lounge team, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Location: OK , could be better. In sum, it is nice.

Centrally located beautiful hotel with tasteful art decor, nice rooms, excellent bathrooms with high standard toiletries, nice pool area and gym. Staff are very professional, polite and extremely courteous. A big shout out to the housekeeping staff who were excellent.

Had a great stay at Hilton Pattaya. The location is excellent and the views are absolutely stunning — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The rooms and overall experience were comfortable and enjoyable. That said, the breakfast spread was a bit disappointing compared to expectations, and the hot chocolate was essentially just frothed milk. With some improvement in the breakfast offerings, this would have been an even better experience overall.

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to everything. The best part of our experience staying here were the staff - in particular Jet in the welcome lobby and Ploy in the Executive lounge. Outstanding young people. Unfortunately the swimming pool was very cold but the view from the pool is incredible. We stayed in the king oceanview executive room which was very spacious. Housekeeping was excellent also. We didn’t try the main breakfast but enjoyed the breakfast in the executive lounge. |Enjoyable stay. Would recommend the Hilton if you fancy something special.
