Exceptional Hospitality and the Best Breakfast in the City! I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Pattaya. As of 2026, this remains one of the most polished properties in the Hilton portfolio. The Highlights: The Room: Impeccably clean and modern. The last renovation has aged beautifully—everything still feels brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent despite being in a busy area. The Food: Do not miss the breakfast at the buffet. It is easily one of the most extensive and high-quality buffets I’ve ever experienced, featuring everything from local food to premium international pastries. The Service: The staff truly makes the difference. From the seamless check-in to the attentive lounge team, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Location: OK , could be better. In sum, it is nice.

Had a great stay at Hilton Pattaya. The location is excellent and the views are absolutely stunning — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The rooms and overall experience were comfortable and enjoyable. That said, the breakfast spread was a bit disappointing compared to expectations, and the hot chocolate was essentially just frothed milk. With some improvement in the breakfast offerings, this would have been an even better experience overall.

I came here to attend a business conference and had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Pattaya. I’m on the 30th floor, and the view is just as shown in the photo below, absolutely amazing. The dining environment is also very comfortable, spacious, and elegant. The high ceilings make the atmosphere incredibly pleasant and relaxing. From the restaurant, as shown in one of the photos below, you can see the entire ocean. During breakfast, many colorful boats dot the sea, adding vibrant shades like a beautiful painting. Since the conference schedule was quite packed, I didn’t have much time to enjoy the hotel facilities. However, the meeting spaces, bathrooms, and guest rooms were all excellent. The only downside was that the toilets near the meeting rooms were not equipped with bidet spray, which was quite a pity. As for the guest room, I initially wanted to deduct a point or two, but the view was so stunning that I decided to keep it at a perfect 5/5.

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to everything. The best part of our experience staying here were the staff - in particular Jet in the welcome lobby and Ploy in the Executive lounge. Outstanding young people. Unfortunately the swimming pool was very cold but the view from the pool is incredible. We stayed in the king oceanview executive room which was very spacious. Housekeeping was excellent also. We didn’t try the main breakfast but enjoyed the breakfast in the executive lounge. |Enjoyable stay. Would recommend the Hilton if you fancy something special.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel/room was clean and modern, with an unbeatable panoramic ocean view that I enjoyed from sunrise to sunset—even from the shower. The breakfast was good, the staff was lovely, and the location is supremely convenient with a mall right downstairs and easy walking access to everything. Highly recommend! Tips - the hotel is in the middle of the beach, while easy to access to places, it can be noisy till late. You may want to request a higher floor stay.

An excellent 5-star hotel in my opinion, the best in Pattaya, centrally located in front of the beach, you can walk everywhere. The hotel itself and the room were excellent. I was in an executive room with access to the lounge, the lounge is reasonable, nothing more. There are several wines to choose from and cocktails at happy hour. The breakfast is mediocre, there is no significant selection, and every morning there is almost exactly the same meal, no variety. But the room, the cleaning service and the attitude of the staff are excellent. If I take this hotel again, then without the breakfast and the lounge. Recommend the hotel, but consider taking only a regular room in this hotel and it is better to have breakfast outside. The room itself, as I wrote, is excellent, the shower is excellent, and the room service is very good. It is a bit annoying to have to change the elevator every time you go to the room. Regarding WiFi, keep in mind that fast WiFi costs 300 baht per day, luckily I noticed this at the beginning and insisted that it would be free, they were kind and agreed. I don't understand why fast WiFi should cost more. And after all this, and after checking out many hotels in the area, I'm pretty sure this is the best hotel in the area.

The standout feature of this hotel is its spaciousness. Checking in on the 16th floor felt unusual at first, but everything—from the lobby and rooms to the corridors, restaurant, and rooftop bar—is impressively spacious. The interior design is cohesive and beautifully put together. On top of that, you can enjoy an open, panoramic ocean view from almost anywhere. Why did I only discover this place now?

We had a great stay at the Hilton Pattaya. We were upgraded to a full water view room with an incredible balcony that had a jacuzzi on it. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities. My only complaint was that the AC didn’t get the room cool enough. We had it set to 21 but it never got cooler than 24 or 25 even though we kept the curtains closed to prevent sunlight from entering. The breakfast buffet was good but the fruit selection was disappointing as we look forward to dragon fruit and mango while in Thailand. I enjoyed the noodle soups and Thai desserts. The Horizon rooftop lounge was a fun hangout playing music from the early 2000’s that I haven’t heard since my college partying days. The tomahawk steak and French 75 were both delicious and both the weather and views were perfect. The staff was all incredibly kind and helpful, especially the girls in the executive lounge. They went out of their way to find decaf coffee for me and always remembered my drink order. But I have to mention the concierge Edward in particular. He was outstanding and always greeted us by name and helped us with coordinating and communicating with our Grab driver for our ride back to Bangkok. Thank you Edward, you showed us world class customer service!
