Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa

We had a terrific time at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa. Many things to like here: first and foremost, the people. The staff are kind, generous, attentive, and helpful. Shout outs to O’Neil the entertainment/fitness guy, Mikail an awesome server, Roan an awesome bellhop, Andrea at the beach bar, Collins in the Rum Factory, Jammeal in entertainment, Jahdeba at the front desk. There are many more excellent staff members at this hotel. We had no negative interactions or encounters. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make our stay a success.||The rooms are great--clean, quiet, very comfortable beds and pillows! Great views. ||The food is very good, especially the Fresh buffet. ||The entertainment was also very good--the Michael Jackson Tribute show was honestly one of the most amazing things I've seen. Other great entertainments were the reggae bands, the illusionist (magician), the jazz bands, and the steel drum band (they were phenomenal).||The hotel itself is nestled along the coast in a beautiful location very near the airport. Transfers to/fro are quick and no problem. ||I give this resort very high praise.

This resort has absolutely everything you need. You don’t need to go anywhere else for the entirety of your vacation. The customer service was excellent. Every single member of staff were willing to go the extra mile to make your visit the best it could be. Nothing was too much. Even the way everyone greeted you around the resort was so lovely. The people made this holiday so special. You can’t help but fall in love with the island because it’s pure paradise. All inclusive can be a gamble but the food was delicious all around the resort. So fresh and tasty and lots of options for vegetarians too. The rum here is the best I’ve ever tasted so the unlimited cocktails were very much appreciated. Accessibility and special assistance was also fantastic so please don’t hesitate to visit this resort if you have mobility or other issues/needs because you’ll be catered for and well looked after. A special mention for the manager Junior who went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was the best experience for us. Thank you.

My family and I spent a week at the resort and had an incredible time! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the bellman and then immediately by the staff who offered us an amazing rum punch. We were brought to the Diamond members check in and received phenomenal service by the young lady that helped us check in. Our room was not ready immediately so we were offered to grab a bite to eat. We received a phone call about an hour after check in that our room was ready. They had it decorated beautifully with birthday decorations for my husband’s birthday. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the food at the resort. It’s definitely edible, but it’s not the most flavorful. Our favorite were the freshly made omelettes at breakfast and the chicken from the jerk hut. The beef patties from mangoes wasn’t bad either! Rhonda over at the bar needs a raise! She was making the best drinks and brought all the vibes. We loved Rhonda during our stay and always made sure to see her at night time. The pools were very nice and we enjoyed the lazy river and water slides. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we would recommend others time stay at this property!

My fiance and I stood at this resort for a wedding and the experience was amazing! The staff was just so caring and helpful. The resort itself was clean and had so much to offer. I couldn’t stop talking about this vacation! I would like to thank each and every staff member at this resort for their hard work, kind hearts and diligence. You made our vacation very memorable and we will be back!

Beautiful resort! The staff are excellent and very attentive. The food is excellent and the entertainment every night is so much fun. The water park is awesome, the kids had a blast! As was the entertainment staff around the pool bar every afternoon. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The shower has great pressure and the in room products are nice. But... the beds stuck! They rock and make noise. They are hard and the pillows deflate as soon as you lay on them. Aside from the beds, everything was perfect!

We had a room overlooking the maintenance shed, so lots some points for that as we were unable to use our balcony without bad smells or loud exhaust from the air conditioner. That aside , the hotel was lovely and the staff were very sweet . Great drinks, the Jerk Hut was delicious and the tube slide is FUN! Sadly the ocean was pretty rough due to the wind, so we didn’t get to enjoy it much but we loved the pools . I also ran in the golf course every morning and it’s stunning . STUNNING. The golf cart paths wind through amazing vegetation and it’s so pretty. Definite highlight !

Great hotel- food was good, view was awesome from the front and back of the hotel, very clean and highly maintained property. Access to everything was smooth. Check in and check out was easy. Staff are very polite and sweet. When you ask for help, they really try to help. Spa was great but little expensive. Minor issues- the entertainments within the property could be more fun but it was a little slow and boring. Every night the shows and songs were more focused on Jamaican culture. So we were not familiar with the songs or shows. The options for meat in the buffet could more. It was only one or 2 meat dish.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip and it’s safe to say the resort looks absolutely nothing like the pictures posted on the website. The hotel is extremely dated and the rooms are in need of an upgrade! This hotel definitely does not have the “grand” or “luxury” feel. The staff was also pretty rude and not very helpful. The only saving grace for this place is that the food was exceptionally good. I’m not usually impressed by resort food, but everything here was good from the oxtails, curry chicken and more!
