Hilton Salalah Resort

I had a truly pleasant stay at Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were excellent – the dining options offered a variety of delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was especially impressive. I also appreciated the well-maintained gym and pool, which added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their hospitality made a big difference and really added a personal touch. Overall, Hilton delivers a perfect balance of comfort, quality, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay, whether for business or leisure. 🌟

Excellent Stay! The hotel was clean and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The reception team was impressively quick to respond and handled everything with professionalism. A special thanks to Anthony and his restaurant team—they were truly outstanding. Kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, they made every meal a delightful experience. Overall, my stay was excellent. Thank you to everyone who made it so special!

Probably my worst Hilton /IHG experience over several years of being a traveller. |The rudest set of people I've met in one of the most friendly places -Salalah. |When we reached, we had luggage and an infant, the security on the door was busy talking on the phone, didn't bother to even help with the bags.R|Sea view rooms were a joke. paid extra for both reason. The view of the sea was minimal. When I requested to change the incredibly rude guy on front desk indirectly called me a fool and dismissed my request. |Facilities are poor and breakfast options were scanty, kids play area was old and dainty nd no lifeguards at all. |On the day of checkout, they entered our door at 12 pm, repeatedly, without knocking, several times. Truly appaling behaviour. We had an extension till 1 pm but they cut the AC off before that and my baby was super uncomfortable while we packed and rushed our the room. |NEVER AGAIN! SHAME!!

We are at this hotel for 7 days and the housekeeping staff MURUGESAN is an excellent staff. He makes sure our room is clean. I have 3 kids with me and the room is upside down but this staff cleans the room on the spot. I truly appreciate him. He loves what he is doing and thats so vital in the hospitality world. Keep it up hilton! Thank you MURUGESAN for making a mother’s stay relaxing🙂

A business trip in Salah and Hilton was the best option. Polite, helpful always ready to assist, the hotel and restaurant staff made our trip perfect. Big nice decorated and clean rooms ,wide range of facilities,tasty food, beautiful landscape.Hopefully will back and enjoy all the facilities. A lovely time. Thank you all and keep up the good work.

Rooms are big and well equipped, with comfortable beds, sitting areas and well equipped bathrooms. Yes, the decor is starting to look a bit dated but you cannot fault the cleanliness or comfort. Public areas are more of a mixed bag - inside the hotel they are clean with the fantastic smell of frankincense wafting through the lobby. Outside is less brilliant - the pool and beach bar are ok, but it does feel like the resort is in need of some refurbishment in public areas. Front of house staff and housekeeping staff were amazing - special thanks to housekeeping who were always kind and cheerful. BUT this nearly became a 1* review when I witnessed 2 grounds staff throwing rocks at a stray cat - one of the F&B staff intervened but this is not what I expect from well led staff! Breakfast is pretty typical Hilton - I’d recommend sitting outside though as the smell of cooking is very strong inside. F&B otherwise is good - although I avoided alcohol as that is exceptionally expensive (a beer was around 8 OMR). There are no shops / restaurants within walking distance - so you will either need the Otaxi app or to hire a car (plenty of free parking).

Stayed for four nights to experience Khareef Season. We rented a car available in the hotel to visit all popular places in the region. Staffs are very accommodating, big appreciation to Imelda and Rhea from F&B who always welcome us in the morning. Thanks to Alomgir too for always keeping our room a pleasant to stay. If i’ll visit Salalah again, definitely will stay again in this property.

We stayed at the Hilton Salalah Resort as 2 families from 28th to 31st July 2025 and had a truly memorable experience, thanks to the incredibly warm and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. We had two rooms during our stay: • Room 109 – 2 Queen Beds Family Room with Garden Access: Spacious and thoughtfully designed, this room offered beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. Despite being close to common areas, it remained quiet and peaceful — perfect for families. • Room 439 – King Deluxe Sea View Room with Balcony: This room was even more spacious and featured a stunning panoramic sea view from its balcony. It was serene and very comfortable, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. Both rooms were impeccably maintained and provided a calming, cozy environment — just right for a family getaway. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. We especially appreciated how the chef and morning team accommodated our dietary preferences with such care and kindness. Their warm service truly enhanced our stay. A thank you to Anthony, Imelda, Chef Dinushinush, Chef Gunesh, Chef Anna's and special thanks to Chef Roshan, Chamika, Sidath and Kaviru and all the breakfast and dinner staff for going above and beyond to make our experience so pleasant. The beach is just a short walk away, and although the sea was a bit rough during our visit and the location is near a port, it was still great for relaxing strolls. While the hotel is slightly outside the city center, getting around and exploring Salalah was still easy and enjoyable. A few suggestions to further enhance the guest experience: • Consider adding a BBQ night or a live cooking station at dinner — it would be a fantastic addition! Overall, Hilton Salalah Resort was an excellent base for our Salalah trip — with spacious, clean rooms, genuine hospitality, and a peaceful atmosphere. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well taken care of. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.
