We are at this hotel for 7 days and the housekeeping staff MURUGESAN is an excellent staff. He makes sure our room is clean. I have 3 kids with me and the room is upside down but this staff cleans the room on the spot. I truly appreciate him. He loves what he is doing and thats so vital in the hospitality world. Keep it up hilton! Thank you MURUGESAN for making a mother’s stay relaxing🙂

Excellent Stay! The hotel was clean and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The reception team was impressively quick to respond and handled everything with professionalism. A special thanks to Anthony and his restaurant team—they were truly outstanding. Kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, they made every meal a delightful experience. Overall, my stay was excellent. Thank you to everyone who made it so special!

Nice pool, good location close to many things. The breakfast buffet was so so, not many things to my taste. Bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. Overall a mid level Hilton in terms of the room decor. We were not upgraded as gold members but received the room we booked.

The hotel location is not optimal, as it is in a quite isolated area and there is nothing nearby. Further to this, having the main port right in front of the beach is not ideal. Having said that, the hotel, although old, is kept in excellent condition, the housekeeping and cleanliness is excellent. The room was spacious even though the view was not the best, it was OK. The pool area was nice and well kept. The main issue here is the prevalence of crows. The hotel needs to look for a solution to this as they are more than a nuisance. Only one restaurant was available due to it being the low season so the food options were limited. Having said that the breakfast buffet was as expected and the food was good. Agree with other reviewers on the price of beverages, it was a bit striking when compared to other countries in the GCC region. |Finally a word to compliment the staff. They were extremely helpful and accomodating making the stay a pleasure.

This is my first time to Salalah and I chose Hilton to stay in , but wasn’t the right choice because: 1- the woman toilet in the lobby I went to prepare for praying I found a man coming in to clean , we are Muslim in Muslim country, never I have seen so before, I did go to other non Muslim countries and always women were cleaning. 2- they don’t have the weight for checking the weight of the suitcases and it’s an international hotel, at night they informed us in the morning they will bring and in the morning they said they don’t have it at all. 3- we arrive by 11:30 am and we had to stay in the lobby with my kids until 3:30 pm they give us one of the rooms and the second room was given by 10:00 pm this is not right at all. 4- the staff in the hotel are friendly and they help as much as they can ( I mean the room cleaners and the room service staff) 5-the verity of the breakfast wasn’t good at all most of the food was from the Indian cuisine, it’s again an international hotel it should have more international food.

We stayed at the Hilton Salalah Resort as 2 families from 28th to 31st July 2025 and had a truly memorable experience, thanks to the incredibly warm and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. We had two rooms during our stay: • Room 109 – 2 Queen Beds Family Room with Garden Access: Spacious and thoughtfully designed, this room offered beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. Despite being close to common areas, it remained quiet and peaceful — perfect for families. • Room 439 – King Deluxe Sea View Room with Balcony: This room was even more spacious and featured a stunning panoramic sea view from its balcony. It was serene and very comfortable, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. Both rooms were impeccably maintained and provided a calming, cozy environment — just right for a family getaway. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. We especially appreciated how the chef and morning team accommodated our dietary preferences with such care and kindness. Their warm service truly enhanced our stay. A thank you to Anthony, Imelda, Chef Dinushinush, Chef Gunesh, Chef Anna's and special thanks to Chef Roshan, Chamika, Sidath and Kaviru and all the breakfast and dinner staff for going above and beyond to make our experience so pleasant. The beach is just a short walk away, and although the sea was a bit rough during our visit and the location is near a port, it was still great for relaxing strolls. While the hotel is slightly outside the city center, getting around and exploring Salalah was still easy and enjoyable. A few suggestions to further enhance the guest experience: • Consider adding a BBQ night or a live cooking station at dinner — it would be a fantastic addition! Overall, Hilton Salalah Resort was an excellent base for our Salalah trip — with spacious, clean rooms, genuine hospitality, and a peaceful atmosphere. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well taken care of. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

We stayed at Hilton Salalah Resort for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea and gardens. The resort itself is peaceful and well-maintained — the pool area was spotless, and the beach was just steps away. Breakfast had a great variety with fresh and tasty options each morning. We especially appreciated how attentive the team was, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax, whether you want to enjoy the ocean, lounge by the pool, or explore Salalah. We would definitely come back!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Hilton Resort Salalah. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The service throughout our visit was excellent, with special thanks to Nagireddy at the bar for being so friendly and attentive.
